Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Have you ever wondered why you keep falling into the same reactive patterns? The answer lies in understanding the TEA method—Thought, Emotion, Action—and how these three elements flow together when we're operating on autopilot. When we react without awareness, there's virtually no space between our thoughts, emotions, and the actions we take. We gulp down the TEA without checking if it's too hot, metaphorically speaking, and get burned by our own reactions. This pulls our focus away from possibilities and toward pain, creating a cycle that's difficult to break. For instance, thinking "My best isn't good enough" triggers sadness or shame, leading to withdrawal or self-soothing behaviors. Similarly, thoughts like "I never get opportunities" generate resentment, manifesting as sarcasm or feigned indifference. The good news? We can transform this reactive cycle by adding SUGAR to our TEA—a powerful acronym that creates space for intentional response. Stop to catch the thought. Unhook from reactive thinking, remembering thoughts are energy, not your identity. Ground yourself with breath. Ask what else is true beyond your initial thought. Recognize that reactions limit your access to energetic choice and possibilities. While reactive behavior becomes visible through external triggers, it originates internally from our lived experiences and limiting beliefs.By recognizing our patterns and stirring a little SUGAR into our TEA, we create the spaciousness needed for growth—that vital space where energetic choice lives and possibility returns. This awareness helps us break free from limiting patterns and access our power to live a created life rather than a default future. Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Have you ever noticed how a simple shift in language can completely transform how you feel? In this enlightening episode, I share a powerful insight from my conversation with the incredibly talented Kristen Anderson Lopez about what I call "energetic choice."We dive deep into the transformative power of shifting from "I should" (which keeps us trapped in shame) to "I could" (which places us in capability) and finally to "Do I want to?" (which restores our power of choice). This simple but profound linguistic shift completely changes our relationship with ourselves and our decisions. Through personal examples and practical wisdom, we explore how these subtle language changes can liberate us from shame-based thinking and reconnect us with our authentic desires. The conversation naturally extends to how we perceive others. We discuss the liberating truth that everyone is always doing their best in any given moment with the resources they have available. Rather than judging the person looking at their phone while walking up subway stairs, what if we engaged our imagination to create empathetic possibilities about their situation? This creative reframing not only exercises our empathy muscles but prevents us from creating unnecessary suffering for ourselves through judgment. This episode offers a refreshing perspective on how language shapes our reality and how small shifts in thinking can create profound changes in our daily experience. Whether you're struggling with self-judgment or finding yourself irritated by others, these insights provide practical tools for bringing more compassion, choice, and even playfulness into challenging moments. Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Have you ever considered that our obsession with measuring time might be missing the point entirely? Khalil Gibran's masterpiece "The Prophet" offers us a profound alternative perspective that could transform how we experience each moment of our lives.Today I felt moved to share a beautiful passage from "The Prophet" that speaks to the nature of time itself. Published in 1923, this timeless work continues to offer wisdom that feels startlingly relevant to our rushed modern existence. Gibran challenges our conventional understanding of time as something linear that can be divided, measured, and controlled. Instead, he invites us to recognize the timelessness that dwells within each of us.The passage I read contains some of Gibran's most breathtaking insights: "Yesterday is but today's memory and tomorrow is today's dream," and "that which sings and contemplates in you is still dwelling within the bounds of that first moment which scattered the stars into space." These words remind us that our consciousness participates in something eternal, beyond the constraints of clocks and calendars. When Gibran describes love and time as "undivided and paceless," he offers us a powerful metaphor for understanding our own boundless nature.I hope these words provide a moment of reflection in your day. What would change in your life if you embraced the timelessness Gibran describes? How might you move through your days differently? Take a moment to contemplate this wisdom, and perhaps you too will find yourself inspired to "let today embrace the past with remembrance and the future with longing." Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Perfectionism keeps us small. It holds us captive with the false belief that we must be polished and complete before showing our work to the world.Today, I'm breaking free from that trap by sharing something vulnerable - an unfinished chapter from my upcoming book, "I Get To: The Power of Energetic Choice." This brief but powerful segment introduces the concept of energetic choice, which transforms how we approach decisions and challenges.Unlike traditional decision-making that feels binary and fear-inducing, energetic choice offers a framework for moving from powerlessness to agency. The heart of this approach is what I call the "choice capacitor" - a method for shifting your energy from "I can't" through progressive stages until you reach the liberating space of "I get to." It's not about forcing positivity but about recognizing your fundamental power of choice. As one colleague noted, this framework functions like Doc Brown's flux capacitor from "Back to the Future" - it doesn't literally transport you through time, but it does allow you to alter your future by changing your energetic presence in the now. I demonstrate this process by sharing how I navigated my own resistance to releasing unfinished work.If you've ever felt stuck in decision paralysis, overwhelmed by expectations, or simply disconnected from your power of choice, this episode offers a practical way forward. Remember: messy can be beautiful, and sometimes your unfinished self is exactly what others need to see.Subscribe if you're ready to transform your relationship with choice and embrace the beauty of being a work in progress. Let us know what you enjoy about the show! What happens when we expand our understanding of diversity beyond demographics to include thought patterns and energetic contributions? This fascinating conversation explores how honoring the diverse energies people bring to situations creates richer environments and more authentic connections. We dive deep into a paradoxical truth: our greatest strengths often conceal our most significant vulnerabilities. When we become known for specific qualities, others expect us to consistently embody them, creating pressure that limits our full expression. The discussion reveals how awareness of this dynamic opens doors to transformation, but requires more than mere recognition – it demands active exploration of alternative values we can embody regardless of circumstances. The conversation shifts to embrace imperfection as fertile ground for growth. Between flawless and failed performances lies an infinite spectrum of possibilities where unexpected innovation thrives. For high achievers especially, this perspective challenges the binary thinking that limits potential. By reframing imperfection as opportunity rather than failure, we discover how to "win" regardless of external metrics. Most powerfully, the dialogue examines our thought-emotion-action cycle. Every thought triggers an associated feeling that dictates our behaviors. By understanding this process, we gain leverage for change. When we recognize thoughts as mental events rather than absolute truths, we create space between ourselves and our thinking patterns, unlocking greater psychological flexibility and intentional living.Ready to transform your relationship with imperfection and discover the power of energy diversity? As day transforms into night, this practice creates a sacred transition space where you're invited to set down the weight of your responsibilities and fully embrace the present moment of stillness. The journey begins with permission—permission to acknowledge that your day's work is complete. Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Ever wonder why a stranger's approval often feels more valuable than our own self-acceptance? This thought-provoking episode explores our collective obsession with external validation and the exhausting mathematics of people-pleasing.We dive into the dangerous equation many of us follow: dividing ourselves into smaller and smaller pieces to meet others' expectations until we're stretched impossibly thin, serving no one well – especially not ourselves. I explore how we've become masters of relationship politics, pretending everything's fine when it isn't, then feeling frustrated when nobody notices our unspoken distress. This growing gap between our authentic selves and our public personas creates a mathematical impossibility – trying to be everything to everybody simply doesn't add up.But there's profound freedom in recognizing yourself as the only common denominator in your life – the prime number that cannot be divided. Consider this: of the 7+ billion people on Earth, most will never know you existed, and of those who do, how many truly know the authentic you? When we shift focus from external approval to internal alignment, we discover that what matters isn't universal acceptance but personal integrity. Yes, standing in your truth means some people won't like what you have to say – and that's perfectly okay. The journey will be messy and imperfect, but gloriously yours. By showing up authentically, you not only reclaim your power but create space for others to do the same. Isn't that a much more fulfilling way to contribute to the world than endless people-pleasing?What might change in your life if you stopped seeking validation from others and started honoring your inherent worth? Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Have you ever felt misunderstood because people reduce you to a single trait? This powerful conversation dives into the frustration of being labeled "optimistic" when what's really at play is something much deeper – authentic values of curiosity, connection, and openness. We unpack the significant difference between toxic positivity (the forced brightness that refuses to acknowledge difficulties) and genuine engagement that stems from core values. As one participant notes, "I'm not just some dainty June" – highlighting how these mischaracterizations can prevent others from taking us seriously or seeing our depth and complexity. The discussion reveals a fascinating paradox: our greatest strengths can become weaknesses when others expect us to embody them constantly. When we're skilled at presenting as positive or energetic, people come to expect that performance, creating pressure to maintain it even when it conflicts with our authentic state. The key insight emerges – rather than defaulting to our signature strengths in all situations, we can place them "in our toolbox" as reliable tools without letting them define us completely. This creates space for developing other aspects of ourselves and showing up differently across contexts. This conversation speaks to anyone who's felt boxed in by others' perceptions or struggled with honoring their authentic self while meeting external expectations. As we hear, "we're not monochrome here" – a powerful reminder that human beings are multifaceted and deserve to be seen in their full complexity. How might you start placing your signature strengths in your toolbox rather than letting them define your entire identity? Let us know what you enjoy about the show!"Dreams are possible." These three simple words capture the essence of Susie Carroll's extraordinary journey from a determined 10-year-old in Utah to a Broadway performer in hit shows like Back to the Future, Mean Girls, and The Prom.In this heartfelt conversation, Susie reveals the beautiful paradox at the core of her success: while adult Susie battles perfectionism, young Susie possessed a fearlessness that propelled her forward without doubt. "Little Susie had way less doubts than Susie does now," she reflects, describing how she'd ask her mom at age 10 if they could leave Utah for New York because "I think I should be on Broadway."That early certainty carried her to Pace University and eventually to Broadway, where she's thrived in the demanding role of a "swing" – covering multiple ensemble roles simultaneously. This position, which Susie calls "the best thing that could have happened to me," has become her greatest teacher in balancing meticulous preparation with the flexibility to embrace inevitable imperfections.Beyond the spotlight, Susie shares her evolution in creating a sustainable life in New York. After experiencing the stark emptiness when shows close, she's cultivated what she calls a "pie chart" of fulfillment – building community, diverse work opportunities, and meaningful connections that sustain her regardless of her performance schedule. Her infectious optimism isn't naive; it's earned through hard work and conscious choice: "I work really hard to make those things true, while also living a very full life of all different emotions."Whether you're pursuing creative dreams or seeking more authenticity in your life, Susie's insights on forward motion, perfectionism, and creating a balanced life will inspire you to embrace both the challenge and joy of pursuing what lights you up. As Susie demonstrates, sometimes our childhood certainty holds wisdom our adult doubts try to obscure. If you are enjoying the show please subscribe, share and review! This powerful coaching session tackles the exhausting cycle of trying too hard to create change in others when they're not ready to receive it.We explore the fascinating shift from operating out of obligation ("I have to do this work") to approaching your passion with a sense of privilege ("I get to do this work"). The coach acknowledges their tendency toward intensity and overwhelming others with information, leading to the counterproductive response of resistance and shutdown.Through thoughtful dialogue, we uncover how language shapes receptivity. When we approach others with empowering rather than frightening rhetoric, we create openings instead of resistance. The breakthrough moment comes when the coach realizes that offering "a little bit of information" creates more excitement and opportunity than overwhelming people with everything they "need" to know. The conversation beautifully illustrates how our helping instincts can sometimes sabotage our effectiveness. By shifting energy from pushing to inviting, from overwhelming to empowering, the coach discovers a path to sustainability and greater impact. This session highlights the delicate art of helping others change - not through force of will, but through connection to values and the excitement of possibility.Whether you're a coach, parent, teacher, or anyone trying to influence positive change, this episode offers practical wisdom on how to approach your important work with less frustration and more effectiveness. Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Transitions are woven into the fabric of our lives, yet many of us struggle with the uncertainty they bring. Whether you're navigating a minor shift or standing at the threshold of major change, this meditation offers a sanctuary of calm amid life's inevitable transitions. At the heart of this practice lies a powerful truth: while change is unavoidable, our suffering is optional. The meditation gently guides you to notice how your mind creates stories about change—often worst-case scenarios of loss, failure, or rejection. But what if these stories are merely rehearsals for pain that may never arrive? What if your fear stems not from the change itself but from the narratives you've constructed around it?Through guided breathwork and mindful awareness, you'll discover the freedom that comes with releasing your attachment to knowing how everything will unfold. Rather than bracing against change, you'll learn to breathe into it; rather than clinging to certainty, you'll practice opening to possibility. The meditation reminds you that you are not lost or behind—you are whole, capable, and resilient in each moment.Perhaps most transformative is the realization that not knowing isn't something to fear—it's the birthplace of every creative possibility. It's where new ideas emerge and where you get to write the next chapter of your story. By returning to your breath and to choice whenever uncertainty feels overwhelming, you'll cultivate a new relationship with change—one based on openness, trust, and unexpected grace.Next time you feel that familiar tightening against life's transitions, remember: you are not at the mercy of change. You are in relationship with it, and the nature of that relationship is entirely up to you. Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Have you ever caught yourself qualifying your biggest dreams with hesitant language? "Maybe we'd be celebrating... I mean, for me..." These verbal hedges reveal how we protect ourselves from fully embracing what we truly want. This transformative conversation explores what happens when we shift into "the land of possibility" – not a magical place where every dream comes true, but a mindset where we give ourselves permission to move wholeheartedly toward what matters most. When discussing a Broadway debut dream, we uncover how quickly we downplay our deepest desires, afraid to claim them fully. But what if the result became "the cherry on top" rather than the sole measure of success? The most powerful insight emerges around the mirror test: "At the end of the day, when you look in the mirror, what would make you feel best?" This simple question cuts through external expectations, bringing you back to what truly matters to you. No decision is inherently right or wrong – only right or wrong for you. Understanding your personal "why" beyond external validation creates sustainable motivation that carries you through challenges.Whether you're pursuing a Broadway career or any meaningful goal, remember: "It's you that is going to take you there, no one else." Let us know what you enjoy about the show!"What else is true?" This deceptively simple question might just be one of the most transformative tools we can add to our mental toolkit. When faced with any situation - whether challenging, joyful, or mundane - asking what else might be true beyond our initial perception opens doors to deeper understanding and conscious living.Throughout our conversation, we explore how this powerful question creates space in our thinking. So many of us move through life on autopilot, eating breakfast while barely tasting it, making snap judgments based on limited information, or accepting societal narratives without question. By pausing to consider alternative perspectives, we break free from narrow patterns and discover nuances we'd otherwise miss.We dive into the fascinating territory of personal motivation and meaning. Why do you value what you value? Why do you behave as you do? Many people live on the surface level of explanation - "I'm nice because it's good to be nice" - without examining the deeper, personal significance behind their actions. Understanding your unique "why" transforms your relationship with yourself and the world around you.The conversation takes an especially powerful turn when discussing limiting beliefs around aging and life transitions like menopause. Rather than accepting brain fog or other challenges as inevitable identity markers, asking "what else is true?" shifts us into solution-focused thinking. This reframing transforms potential limitations into opportunities for growth and self-management.Try asking yourself "what else is true?" in various situations today and notice how it broadens your perspective, slows down automatic reactions, and helps you make more conscious choices aligned with your authentic self. Your limiting beliefs don't have to define you - and this simple question might be the key to breaking free.If you are enjoying the show please subscribe, share and review! Let us know what you enjoy about the show! The quest for clarity often leads us down winding paths of endless questions and searching, but what if the answers we seek come not from our relentless pursuit, but from learning to be still? This episode shares a beautiful Buddhist parable about Dawa, a troubled young man living near the ancient Samye Monastery in Tibet, whose confusion drives him to seek wisdom from a gardener monk.Through the simple yet profound metaphors of a monastery garden and a clear spring, we explore how mental turbulence clouds our perception while stillness reveals truth. "Your mind is like water," the monk tells Dawa, "when it is turbulent, you cannot see clearly. But when it is still and calm, everything becomes clear." The story illuminates how our modern obsession with finding immediate answers often creates more confusion rather than clarity. This tale from the Buddhist tradition beautifully illustrates the paradox that sometimes the path to understanding requires us to stop actively searching and instead create the conditions for wisdom to naturally emerge. Like plants that grow according to their own timeline, our insights unfold gradually when given space and patience. The parable reminds us that we all possess an internal garden of peace we can return to when life's questions and doubts become overwhelming.Take a moment to reflect on where you might be creating unnecessary turbulence in your life. Could stillness be the very thing you need? As Dawa discovered in the gardens of Samye, sometimes the most powerful action is non-action – allowing our mental waters to settle so we can clearly see what has been there all along. Let us know what you enjoy about the show! The perfectionism trap claims countless creative works before they ever see the light of day. What begins as high standards often morphs into crippling self-doubt that prevents us from finishing projects or sharing our gifts with the world. This transformative conversation explores the crucial difference between value-driven high standards and fear-based perfectionism. When we create from integrity rather than fear, we focus on what's within our control—our effort, intention, and commitment—rather than obsessing over others' potential judgments. As one profound insight reveals: "You can't control what people say, but you can control your integrity."The discussion unpacks how our desire for dignity and positive perception can actually work against us when it becomes our primary motivation. Instead, by recognizing that nothing is ever truly "finished" and that perfection is an illusion, we free ourselves to complete meaningful work. This shift from external validation to internal values doesn't mean lowering our standards—it means creating from a place of authenticity rather than anxiety.Perhaps most powerfully, the conversation reframes "letting go" not as something we reluctantly do, but something we "get to" do—a conscious choice made with gratitude. This perspective transforms creative challenges from burdens into opportunities for growth and expression. When we release our grip on controlling others' perceptions, we discover the freedom to create boldly and finish what we start.Whether you're working on a book, a business, or any creative pursuit, this episode offers practical wisdom to break through perfectionism and find joy in the creating process itself. Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Pain shapes us all, whether we acknowledge it or not. This guided meditation offers a sacred space to gently explore the places where you've been holding onto hurt—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through deliberate breathing and body awareness techniques, you're invited to locate the specific areas where tension resides within you. Rather than pushing these sensations away or trying to "fix" them, the meditation encourages a revolutionary act of witnessing: simply acknowledging what is present without judgment. "This is not about forcing anything away," the guide reminds us. "It's about making space for healing, space for softness, space for truth."What sets this practice apart is its emphasis on honoring the strength that emerges from our most difficult experiences. We often focus exclusively on releasing pain without recognizing how it has shaped our resilience. This meditation bridges that gap, guiding you to recognize that "You are strong and resilient because you rose, you endured, and you became." By visualizing pain as fluid energy rather than a fixed part of your identity, you'll experience a profound shift from carrying your wounds to allowing them to flow through and ultimately transform you.By the meditation's end, you'll reconnect with a fundamental truth that's easy to forget when we're suffering: "You are not your pain, you are your power, you are your presence, you are your peace." Take these twelve minutes as a gift to yourself—a gentle reminder that healing happens not by forcing change, but by creating space for it to unfold naturally. How might your day change if you carried this softness with you?If you are enjoying the show please subscribe, share and review! Let us know what you enjoy about the show! When life feels overwhelming—holiday chaos, family visits, changing seasons, global uncertainty—what grounds you? What single action remains within your control?Today I'm sharing a deeply personal reflection from Chapter 23 of my book, "The Places When There Are Spaces," exploring how my daily ritual of making my bed has become an unexpected anchor. This seemingly mundane task transforms into something profound through daily practice: sometimes a struggle when "the blankets feel heavy" and other times a moment of unexpected beauty when "the sheet catches the air as I shake it out, floating down easily like a parachute making its soft landing."What makes this ritual particularly powerful is its privacy and complete autonomy. No one sees whether my bed is perfectly made or if it's merely presentable on the surface. The act becomes a daily reminder that some aspects of life remain entirely within my control. As I write, "At the end of the day, it's my bed and how I make it is entirely up to me and that is how I'll sleep in it." This simple practice also cultivates gratitude—recognizing that having a bed is itself a privilege. What daily non-negotiable keeps you centered when everything else feels chaotic? What small action might become your personal touchstone? Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Have you ever judged yourself for running out of social energy? That moment when your initial enthusiasm fades and you wonder if something's wrong with you? This powerful conversation explores the art of conscious energy management and breaks down the limiting binary thinking that keeps many of us trapped in unhealthy patterns. We dive into how energy naturally fluctuates during social interactions—starting strong, attracting similar energy from others, and eventually reaching a point where sustainability becomes questionable. What makes this discussion transformative is the introduction of "shading" as a metaphor for intentional energy modulation. Just as a dancer learns to balance power with subtlety or an artist uses multiple tones to create depth, we can learn to consciously choose our energetic expression rather than defaulting to exhaustion. This isn't about inconsistency—it's about developing range and adaptability.Perhaps most profound is the exploration of joy's many nuances. Joy isn't limited to high-energy experiences with friends or exciting travels. It exists in quiet moments, deep connections, and even mundane activities when we're fully present. By breaking free from "all-or-nothing" thinking about our energy and embracing the full spectrum of experience, we open ourselves to a richer, more sustainable way of moving through the world.Ready to transform how you manage your energy and experience joy in its many forms? Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Ready to transform your relationship with abundance in just ten minutes? This guided meditation takes you on a journey through powerful breathwork specifically designed to release old patterns of lack and fear while opening you to receive more in every area of your life.We begin with the grounding Four-Four-Six breath pattern – a simple but profound technique that activates your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing your body to release tension and your mind to let go of limiting stories. As you move through each cycle, you'll feel a growing sense of spaciousness where abundance can naturally flow. Then we shift to an energizing three-part breath that awakens your entire system. Through a series of short, quick inhales followed by one extended exhale, you'll stimulate the energy centers in your body that correspond to receiving. This ancient technique was traditionally used to prepare for manifestation practices, as it creates the perfect energetic state for calling in what you desire. The journey culminates with powerful affirmations that land deeply in your newly receptive state. "I am open to receive," "I trust in the flow of abundance," "There is more than enough for me and for all," and "I am worthy of all that I desire" – these statements become more than words; they become your lived experience as you embody them fully through breath and intention.Whether you're facing financial challenges, seeking greater fulfillment in relationships, or simply wanting to expand your capacity for joy, this meditation offers practical tools to shift your energy immediately. This reflective exploration delves into how we've become prisoners of direction—constantly told where to go since childhood, whether it's to bed, to school, or to work. Even our precious leisure time hasn't escaped this conditioning, as we frantically plot the perfect vacation itinerary or reach for our phones the moment we feel slightly disoriented. What magic are we missing in our rush to the next destination? Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Ever stood frozen at the edge of sharing your creative work, paralyzed by what others might think? You're not alone. The moment we consider making something private into something public, our brains construct elaborate stories about potential judgment, criticism, and rejection. But what if these "high stakes" are merely illusions? This coaching conversation dives deep into the psychology behind our fear of being seen and offers a powerful reframe: stakes only exist if we decide they do.When that voice in your head grows louder, telling you to stay hidden, it's actually a sign you're approaching something deeply important. "Fear is a mask for desire," as we explore in this episode. That protective instinct intensifies precisely when you're closest to what you truly want. Understanding this pattern can transform how you approach vulnerability and creative expression. We also confront the "grandiose thinking" that makes us believe others are deeply invested in judging our work when, in reality, most people are far more concerned with their own lives than with critiquing yours. The truly important question isn't what others might think, but rather: What about the stakes of regret for not trying at all?Whether you're a creator, performer, entrepreneur, or simply someone who hesitates to speak up in meetings, this episode provides the perspective shift needed to move past fear and into authentic expression. The beautiful Buddhist parable of "The Bamboo Flute and the Wind" offers profound wisdom for anyone struggling with this familiar feeling of incompleteness.Meet Jai Ho, a masterful flute player whose melodies brought joy to an entire village. Though technically skilled and widely appreciated, he sensed something crucial was missing from his music. Let us know what you enjoy about the show!Approaching my 60th birthday has me reflecting on the curious phenomenon of how we experience these personal milestones. Why do we grant ourselves permission to be selfish and indulgent on just one day of the year? More importantly, why do we burden these celebrations with impossible expectations that often lead to disappointment?I'm sharing a personal reading from my book about a previous birthday when I caught myself keeping score of how others celebrated me - noting my husband's funny card but mentally deducting points for "no flowers," appreciating the fire he made but feeling let down when I discovered he hadn't filled the humidifier. Throughout that day, I tallied over 200 social media birthday wishes, most from people I barely knew, while simultaneously noting who hadn't yet acknowledged my special day. This birthday scorekeeper lives in many of us, constantly evaluating external validation rather than focusing on internal worth. The profound question emerges: why do we set such high bars for how others should celebrate us while simultaneously setting such low standards for how we celebrate ourselves? What would change if we approached every day with the same level of self-honor that we expect on our birthdays? As I turn 60, I'm carrying forward this wisdom – treating each day as an opportunity to celebrate being alive, to honor my journey, and to appreciate the gift of growing older. I'm deeply grateful for you, my listeners, who join me in these reflections and share how my stories resonate with your own experiences. This connection is perhaps the most meaningful birthday gift of all, and it's one I cherish every day, not just once a year.If you are enjoying the show please subscribe, share and review!
