As per the diet is concerned one must stay away from diets that our making is he body produce more mucus for example taking a banana milkshake or eating cheese lasagna is not good for this time because they create more mucus which is detrimental to the lung expansion so- keep your lungs clean, keep them free from mucus. A great formula would be honey paste made from a quarter teaspoon of clove, black pepper, as both of them are excellent for keeping the sinuses clear of the mucus and the irritation, then licorice, which is great for the throat as it prevents throat irritation, lastly, turmeric, which is antiallergic. So you put together half a teaspoon of licorice, a quarter teaspoon of both clove and black pepper, and turmeric, and mix it with honey. This honey paste can be consumed by all the family members digging in with a spoon 2 or 3 times a day will help the mucus membrane be free of any kind of irritation.Recipe:1/4 TSP of Clove1/4 TSP of Turmeric1/4 TSP of Black Pepper1/2 TSP of Licorice1 TBSP Raw Honey Or Coconut Nectar or Molasses as a vegan alternativeMix WellDosage:1 TSP 2 or 3 times a day
January 15, 1919 was an unusually warm day in Boston, a welcome change from the typically cold temperatures Bostonians had experienced in the previous days. A little after 12:30 pm, the residents of the city's North End neighborhood were going about their usual routines when all of the sudden they felt the ground shake, followed by a loud rumbling roar, as though the train had gone off the tracks. Then, without warning, a wave of molasses—reportedly fifty feet high—flooded the neighborhood with more than 2.5 million gallons of syrup, destroying buildings, toppling the nearby elevated train line, and killing twenty-one people. One of the lesser told and remembered stories in Boston's history, the great molasses flood of 1919 caused untold damage to one of the city's oldest neighborhoods and injured more than 150 people, in addition to the twenty-one dead. Yet for an event so remarkable and strange, it is still unknown precisely what caused the Purity Distilling Company's molasses storage tank to burst and dump its contents across the North End, making it one of Boston's most bizarre pieces of folklore.Thank you to the Incredible Dave White of Bring Me the Axe Podcast for research and Writing support!ReferencesBoston Daily Globe. 1919. When it comes to residential real estate and times of the year, there are some myths. One of them is that real estate is “slower than molasses in January”. That's not exactly true. In fact, January's can be a very productive month in real estate. The holidays are over, people are now looking at purchasing a home. True, there are fewer buyers in the market, but those buyers are extremely active. So, is it a good time to put your house on the market for sale in January? Is it a good time to buy? Does a change in a president make a difference? Well, to discuss these matter and[...]

Text us here! Hersh, I usually take this time to apologize at this point for all that is wrong with the episode. I'm sorry, but I'm not able to do that this time. The reason being, It would be an immensurable (big word meaning endless amount) calculation of apologies. We had Josh Smith (formerly known as Rev. Josh Smith) back here today and in the middle of the show I officially stripped us all of our spiritual titles. The overwhelming theme that came up was a historical fact that I brought up about a tragedy that happened in the year of our Lord 1919. That particular disaster caused today's disaster, hence the title of this episode. We had a completely rigged Name That Tune segment, in the which we raved about a popular group from the late 1900s. All in all, we couldn't land the plane so we made history in several ways, one of which was this is the longest episode in Pod'N Me history. You're welcome! Enjoy, if possible! Interview with Michael Carpenter telling the story of his life and how listening to Bott Radio Network, by accident, changed his life. Michael was raised by his grandparents while his mom worked hard taking care of his siblings after his father left home when Michael was only three years of age. That estranged relationship with Michael's Dad caused deep wounds, making it hard to forgive. He discovered giving back by serving troubled youth living in a state-run home and over-seeing a prayer ministry through his church at Brown Baptist in Southaven, MS, was helpful for personal healing.
On this episode, Mike talks on the Front Porch with HD Jones and Jason Ricciardi about old family gatherings and what the kids did at them. I started this Iteration on February 29th—Leap Day—and for me it was a good day, which, frankly, I really needed. In the last Iteration, I talked about how difficult 2023 was for me and in the week or so since I shared it a lot has happened. Probably the biggest thing is that I've started going to therapy. I've danced around it for a long time and I think it just got to a point where I could no longer keep pretending that everything was okay—that I was okay— and that whatever was “wrong” with me, I could either fix it or just keep pushing it down. Neither of which is true, of course. If you enjoyed this Iteration, I would love it if you would share it with a friend or two. And if it resonated with you on some level, I'd love to know why. "ROYAL BLOOD!" Well, Cannonheads. The Cannon Bros (Frank & Geoff) have one last Cannon hurrah before shooting up the coffin of The Cannon Canon. The Cannon Canon is taking an indefinite hiatus (possibly returning with a new format/focus in the future) and what better way to send us off than with Cannon's "final" movie, HELLBOUND! In this episode, The Cannon Bros reminisce about their 4-year run and FINALLY try Bronson's cologne, Mandom! We chat about the wild tone shifts of Hellbound, the proto-Walker Texas Ranger vibes, the heavy lifting of acting from Calvin Levels and of course...thuddy quips from the “black hole of comedy”, Molasses 2x4! Thank you to everyone who listened and supported the show! Especially to our Patreon members and also to the author of The Cannon Film Guide series himself, Austin Trunick. We thought we'd be the future! But then Marion Cobretti pointed his gun at us and said, "No. You're history". Thanks for everything, Cannon fans. There are many types of of sweetener that a person can choose from. Some come in granular form like sugar, while others come in a syrup form like corn syrup. Another is molasses which is considered to be a liquid sugar that contains sucrose, and small amounts of fructose and glucose. It isn't sweet like refined sugar, and is usually thicker and stickier than other liquid based sweeteners.Molasses is the ingredient that makes brown sugar brown, and gives its flavour and moisture. It is also used to give moisture and consistency to many different bakery items like cookies, gingerbread, and pies. It gives thickness to baked beans, and sauces, and it is also used in distilling rum. It used to be the primary sweetener used until refined sugar pushed it towards the back of people's cupboards. In the year 1919; molasses was everywhere. But in Boston, Massachusetts in the United States; saying that molasses was everywhere is an understatement. It is because of molasses that twenty one individuals died, and an additional one hundred and fifty were injured in a disaster that is still spoken about today. So get comfortable my spooky friends…you are about to hear the tale of the Great Molasses Flood. We got merch! This week, Brad took the night off, leaving Matt, Craig, and Dave to fend for themselves. So, after doing three amazing segments before hitting "record" the guys managed to discuss overly observational children, High Karate, Spotify Unwrapped, Deadspin, and much more. A lot of listeners might think Brad wants this episode to suck... and they'd be right. But the guys shut that right down. -- #highkarate #comedypodcast #humorpodcast #podernfamily #spotifyunwrapped #deadspin www.needlesstosaypodcast.com www.ntspodcastgear.com
