There are some things that are easier to understand when you see them. This is very true when it comes to evaluating evidence in the Tippit murder case. Join us over on our You Tube Channel with your eyes open.  The Tippit witnesses are a confounding group of evidence that needs deep analysis to truly understand. Picture this: Over 30 witnesses scattered across Tenth and Patton and along Jefferson Avenue  each with a glimpse of the gunman—or was it Oswald? On the surface, it seems like a slam dunk—so many witnesses  claiming they saw Oswald flee the scene. But dig deeper, and the cracks appear. Major evidentiary red flags that would tank this in any courtroom: shaky timelines, conflicting descriptions, dubious influences on  police lineups that was made even  worse by a  media frenzy. Timing alone raises alarms—could Oswald even have made it there from Dealey Plaza in under 35 minutes, navigating  buses, negotiating cabs, and making the rest of the way  on foot...could he really have made all the way to 10th and Patton in time to commit the Murder?  And here's the real mind-bender: How do so many eyes lock on one man, yet so few deliver a rock-solid ID? Did they truly see Oswald... or just what the narrative needed them to see? This whole puzzle is confounding, a tangle of human memory and high-stakes history. That's why when it came to sorting through all these witnesses…I knew we needed an expert who lives and breathes this case. Enter Matt Douthit, Dallas native, and one of the sharpest JFK assassination researchers out there  when it comes to the evidence related to the Tippit witnesses. He's debated the details, walked the crime scene, and uncovered angles that flip the script. We sat down with Matt for over three  hours, dissecting testimonies, timelines, and those pesky witness inconsistencies —and now, we're breaking it into four gripping mini-episodes, each 30 to 40 minutes long. These videos pair perfectly with our audio series. In the You Tube video series opener, Matt takes us on a fascinating journey as he begins to  map  the witness landscape—who saw what, when, and why it matters. And some gaping holes in the evidence begin to appear. Stick around on You Tube  as we  analyze the witnesses and their testimony one by one.  all four episodes are full of things you might not ever heard about the Tippit case. Whether you know a lot about this case or you are just getting started. This is where the Tippit story gets real.  And when you are done...be sure to come back here and listen to the rest of the Tippit murder series at your favorite audio podcast outlet. There's lots more to come...oh...and please do subscribe to both the audio podcast  and the You Tube channel if you haven't already done so.

Episode 298 is the eleventh  episode of our mini-series on the Tippit murder.  David Belin, the celebrated Warren Commission attorney called  it the "Rosetta Stone" of the JFK assassination. It may very well be... just that! In  this  eleventh  episode, the assailant makes his way away from the murder scene at 10th   and Patton and is seen by various witnesses heading toward Jefferson Street. Today, we pick up the narrative in the moments right  after that fateful confrontation. The murder, on the heels of the President's assassination,  sets  off a frantic city-wide manhunt, drawing dozens of officers and citizen witnesses into a chaotic chase that will culminate, just minutes later, at a local movie theater. What unfolds in that brief window of time is a cascade of conflicting witness statements, mysterious evidence, and a police response that seems almost inexplicably diverted at the most critical  of moments. In this episode, we follow Tippit's killer step-by-step as he flees the scene. We  hear from the car lot employees who saw him stuffing a pistol into his belt and the mechanics who watched him hurry past their Texaco station. We  examine the bizarre discovery of a jacket that doesn't seem to fit the eventual suspect, and the critical police diversion at a nearby library that  may have cleared a path for the killer's escape. Finally, we will arrive at the Texas Theatre, where a shoe store manager's suspicion and a ticket seller's "woman's intuition" will bring the full force of the Dallas Police Department crashing down, leading to an arrest that would define the official narrative for decades to come. This is the story of the pursuit, and a  chase through the streets and alleys of Oak Cliff that raises far more questions than it answers. And of course, the crescendo is full of questions as to whether there were two Oswald's present in the theatre that day...or not. Yes…there is a grave possibility that   the true "Rosetta Stone" of November 22nd, 1963, might just lie in the quiet Dallas suburb of Oak Cliff, waiting for us to finally put the pieces together. This is a wander I've created especially for you…and of all the wanders you have taken with me, this may be the most thrilling of all! Episode 297  is the tenth episode of our mini-series on the Tippit murder.  David Belin, the celebrated Warren Commission attorney, called it the "Rosetta Stone" of the JFK assassination. It may very well be... just that! In this episode, we analyze the complexities of the  timeline from 1026 N Beckley to 10th and Patton...a timeline  that must work in order to place Oswald at the scene.  In the chaotic aftermath of President Kennedy's assassination, as Dallas police scrambled for clues, another officer lay dead on a quiet street in the Oak Cliff neighborhood. If Oswald indeed walked to the  Oak Cliff neighborhood from his rooming house,  could he have gotten there in time to commit the crime. Minutes count as much here in Oak Cliff as they did on the stairs at the Texas School Book Depository. In today's episode, we explore the witnesses who  identify Oswald as approaching from the  extreme eastern portion of 10th street, a more circuitous route from 1026 N Beckley and one which virtually precludes him from arriving in time to be the killer of Tippit. The testimony of these  witnesses for various reasons were given lesser weight as the Warren Commission struggled to embrace the witness pool that held things together in support of the theory that it was Oswald that killed officer Tippit. This is where the official narrative begins to unravel.  And if Oswald was not at the Tippit murder, then where was he...and who shot Tippit. Join us as we begin to explore these topics and whether a second or look a like Oswald may have been involved. Yes…there is a grave possibility that the true "Rosetta Stone" of November 22nd, 1963, might just lie in the quiet Dallas suburb of Oak Cliff, waiting for us to finally put the pieces together. On November 22, 1963, two men died in Dallas. One was the President of the United States. The other was a police officer named J.D. Tippit. While the world focused on JFK, the murder of Tippit quietly became the linchpin in the case against Lee Harvey Oswald. But was it really that simple? Over the past 7 episodes we have peeled back the layers of testimony, timelines, and strange coincidences to ask the question: Did Oswald kill Officer Tippit—or was something else going on?" Today I will give you my conclusion

Episode 296  is the ninth episode of our mini-series on the Tippit murder. It is the third and final episode in a  three part mini-series on the wallet that was found at the scene. David Belin, the celebrated Warren Commission attorney, called it the "Rosetta Stone" of the JFK assassination. It may very well be... just that! In this episode, In the chaotic aftermath of President Kennedy's assassination, as Dallas police scrambled for clues, another officer lay dead on a quiet street in the Oak Cliff neighborhood: Officer J.D. Tippit. The official story is tidy: Lee Harvey Oswald, fleeing his sniper's nest, murdered Tippit, was arrested, and his wallet was taken from his left pants pocket after being taken into custody at the Texas Theatre. Removed after he was placed in the police car, and already in transit  to the Dallas Police Department Headquarters. But what if that's not what happened? What if the key piece of evidence linking Oswald to both murders—a simple leather wallet—wasn't found on him at all, but was instead first introduced at the Tippit murder scene. This is where the official narrative unravels. A respected FBI agent, tells a different story than the official narrative—one of a wallet found at the Tippit crime scene. A wallet containing not just Lee Harvey Oswald's ID, but also identification for his mysterious alias, Alek Hidell—the very name used to order the assassination rifle. News cameras even captured footage of police examining a wallet at the scene that day, a wallet that was neither Tippit's nor the one officially logged from Oswald's arrest. It was a ghost wallet, a piece of evidence that appeared just long enough to be filmed and then vanished from all official records. So, what are we to believe? That a fleeing assassin, in a moment of sheer madness, deliberately dropped the one thing connecting him to both murders? Or was something more sinister at play? A "throw-down wallet," planted by unseen hands to ensure the trail led directly to the man they had already chosen as the patsy. This isn't just a discrepancy; it's a profound contradiction at the heart of the case. A contradiction that suggests the framing of Lee Harvey Oswald began not in an interrogation room, but on a blood-stained street in Oak Cliff.Yes…there is a grave possibility that the true "Rosetta Stone" of November 22nd, 1963, might just lie in the quiet Dallas suburb of Oak Cliff, waiting for us to finally put the pieces together. Tippit by John Armstrong Nearly everything that HARVEY Oswald and LEE Oswald did on 11/22/63 was pre-planned Bill Shelley was Oswald's supervisor at the Book Depository In 1963 Capt. Westbrook was in charge of the Personnel Dept. for the Dallas police Westbrook had nothing to do with Capt. Will Fritz's homicide and robbery division Yet following the shooting of President Kennedy Westbrook was everywhere He was the first police officer to arrive at the Texas Theater HARVEY Oswald rode to the Book Depository with Wesley Frazier Frazier's sister, Linnie Mae Randle, told the WC that Oswald was wearing a grey jacket with big sleeves CE 163 (the jacket) Westbrook's whereabouts from the time he was last seen at the police station (circa 12:35 pm) to his arrival at the book depository are unknown Westbrook told the WC that he walked one mile to the Texas Book Depository Building--a 22 minute walk Reserve officer Sgt. Croy told the WC that when President Kennedy was shot, at 12:30 PM, he was “sitting in his car at the city hall”—police headquarters According to Croy, he and his estranged wife had gone to lunch together at Austin's Barbecue John Armstrong believes that Croy met with Capt. Westbrook and rode in Westbrook’s dark blue, unmarked police car, driving to the Book Depository HARVEY Oswald boarded the Marsalis bus and then decided to get off the bus (around 12:44 PM) Two police officers boarded the bus and searched passengers for weapons, around 12:47 to 12:50 PM Why would police board a bus on Elm St. that was headed toward the Book Depository? This was not discussed nor investigated by the Warren Commission nor by the FBI nor the Dallas Police Police car 207 Police officer at the Tippit scene before the ambulance arrived The "discovery" of Oswald's jacket Westbrook was the in charge of personnel dept. Yet he did not remember the name of a single police officer with whom he came in contact that afternoon The second wallet found at the Tippit scene The second wallet was not entered into evidence The only items from this wallet that survived were the two identification cards with the name “Hidell” Two identification cards obtained from the second wallet showed Oswald and Hidell were the same person FBI agent James Hosty published his book Assignment Oswald in March 1996 For the first time, JFK researchers learnt about the second wallet which Hosty described in his book Researchers were desperate to interview Westbrook after learning about the second wallet But Westbrook died of cancer only a few weeks before the book was released !!! Following the shooting of HARVEY Oswald by Jack Ruby, Dallas Police Chief Jesse Curry assembled a special squad of detectives to investigate the murder of Oswald The senior police officer in charge of this "special squad" was none other than Capt. Even the trek between those two places is full of intrigue and questions, as we recreate the time line that has Oswald arriving at the rooming house at 1:00PM...making it almost impossible for him to have been at the scene 10th and Patton for the murder of officer Tippit. Not only do we track Lee Harvey Oswald, but there is substantial evidence that was ignored by investigators regarding the exit of the Oswald look alike as he exited Dealey Plaza in a Nash Rambler. Episode 292 is the fifth episode of our mini-series on the Tippit murder.  David Belin, the celebrated Warren Commission attorney called  it the "Rosetta Stone" of the JFK assassination. It may very well be... just that! In  this  episode we take a step back and attempt to provide an overview of the problems in the case and the areas and issues  to be mindful of as we progress through the remainder of the series. Episode 5 gives a real peak at what is to come next. This episode also begins a  process of piecing  evidence in the Tippit case together and shedding light on critical issues surrounding the assassination investigation as a whole.  In this mini-series, we examine the evidence, and delve into the bewildering array of contradictory eyewitness testimonies, from those who struggled to identify Oswald, to others like Aquilla Clemens, who bravely reported seeing not one, but two men at the murder scene, neither resembling Oswald. And we hear of witnesses that were subsequently threatened into silence or submission. We'll review the  questionable ballistics evidence: bullets and shells of different manufacturers with marks that mysteriously vanished, and a chain of custody so compromised it renders the evidence highly suspect. And then, there's the enigma of Oswald's wallet, containing his ID and an alias, inexplicably found at the Tippit murder scene by Dallas police Captain Westbrook, even as the official story claims it was taken from Oswald upon his arrest at the Texas Theatre. We begin with a group of core episodes that cover the murder itself. And then we work our way backwards and forwards...finally capturing Lee Harvey Oswald at the Texas Theatre. This raises uncomfortable questions about the Dallas Police Department itself. We  scrutinize the actions of officers like Captain William Westbrook and Sergeant Gerald Hill, whose movements, statements, and handling of evidence on November 22nd, 1963, appear less like routine police work, and more like a deliberate effort to frame Lee Harvey Oswald. Was this simply incompetence, or did elements within the DPD actively participate in a cover-up? And what of J.D. Tippit himself? We will  cover details about his personal life: a financially burdened veteran suffering from war trauma, a man  with an alleged "dark side" and connections to the right-wing underworld, including Jack Ruby.  We'll track his frantic, agitated behavior and unusual movements in the hour before his death…movements which  suggest he was not merely on routine patrol, but actively searching for someone, possibly Oswald, under direct orders—orders that mysteriously bypassed official police radio channels. And of course…all of this has  lead some very well respected  researchers such as John Armstrong  to theorize about a "two Oswalds" scenario in this murder, where multiple individuals resembling Oswald played roles in a larger deception.

Episode 291  is the fourth  episode of our mini-series on the Tippit murder.  It is completely dedicated to the story of witness Acquilla Clemons.  David Belin, the celebrated Warren Commission attorney called this murder the "Rosetta Stone" of the JFK assassination. It may very well be... just that! In  this  episode we continue with coverage at the crime  scene and address a little known witness that the authorities sidestepped. She was discovered by Vincent Salandria working with Mark Lane at the time. Mrs. Clemons eventually (and  reluctantly) participated in several interviews... including one with Mark Lane in his quest to produce the book (and later the film) Rush to Judgement. She is considered a key but controversial witness in that her account differs markedly from the official witnesses interviewed by the authorities. That day, she saw two men at the scene, one short and kind of chunky and one who was tall. After the shooting, one  of the men motioned to the other, and then  both went in different directions down 10th street. This narrative was embraced by certain researchers including John Armstrong who integrated it with his complex theory of the two Oswalds. She is corroborated by several others including witness Frank Wright and an anonymous letter written to Playboy magazine by a person who claimed that he was also there at the scene and that at least six others witnessed the same thing. Other witnesses who were part of the official record  (such as Virginia Davis and Sam Guinyard)  may have seen elements of what she saw. These first few episodes of the mini-series provide  a deep dive into those events at the crime scene itself. There is so much more to come. Episode 288 is the long awaited  first episode of our mini-series on the Tippit murder.  David Belin, the celebrated Warren Commission attorney called  it the "Rosetta Stone" of the JFK assassination. It may very well be... just that! In today's opening episode we go right to the scene of the crime and begin to educate ourselves on exactly what happened at 10th and Patton. This is the first of a group of episodes in the mini-series that provides a deep dive into those events at the crime scene itself. There is so much more to come. And of course…all of this has  lead some very well respected  researchers such as John Armstrong  to theorize about a "two Oswalds" scenario in this murder, where multiple individuals resembling Oswald played roles in a larger deception.Yes…there is a grave possibility that   the true "Rosetta Stone" of November 22nd, 1963, might just lie in the quiet Dallas suburb of Oak Cliff, waiting for us to finally put the pieces together. And don't worry, as the fall winds turn cooler, we will all be vacationing once again, in Mexico…I think  you know what I mean by that. But our new wander takes precedent. The murder of Dallas police officer J.D. Tippit is often cited as proof of Lee Harvey Oswald's guilt in the JFK assassination. But a closer look at the timeline raises serious doubts. The timeline is not a trivial detail—it's central to Oswald's guilt or innocence. If Tippit was shot at 1:06, Oswald couldn't have done it. To believe he did, you must dismiss multiple eyewitnesses and rely on a timeline that's not plausible.

Larry Crafard - The Leads the Warren Commission Lost Part 1 & 2 at Kennedys & King Larry sparked John's interest as it seems he was sort of pushed out of the Warren Commission. Crafard testified before the Warren Commission over the course of three days. Leads were not followed up on. People feel Crafard has some similarities with Oswald. Was he an Oswald imposter? Crafard was tracked down to his sister's in Michigan after JFK and Lee were murdered. Robert Kermit Patterson went to Naval Intelligence in Dallas He reported that he'd seen Oswald in his club but it was Crafard. Waitress Mary Lawrence said she saw Ruby and Crafard together at the B&B Cafe the morning of the assassination. Gloria Fillman confirmed that she went to the B&B Restaurant with Crafard and Ruby. Washburn sat down and plotted out Crafard's timeline after Crafard left Dallas. Earl Ruby described getting a telephone call telling him that Oswald had been shot. When the FBI visited the Carousel Club, Andy Armstrong supplied the FBI with Crafard's mail and notebook. John felt that the FBI was very efficient in trying to find information on Crafard. They did not want to probe Ruby. The American public had to be convinced that the government, police and Warren Commission had things under control. The aim of the Warren Commission was to determine that Oswald was the lone shooter. Crafard's FBI testimony on Thanksgiving Day to the FBI was pretty thorough. Crafard's alibi for 11/22/63 is questionable. Crafard stated in 1st interview that Armstrong had woken him up at the Carousel Club. Incredibly, Crafard undermines his testimony from 1st statement, changed times he had interacted with Armstrong. Armstrong didn't give Crafard an alibi until January of 1964. This alibi didn't match Crafard's testimony. Was Crafard on a bus, headed out of Dealey Plaza, in order to confuse people? Ruby was at the Dallas Morning News at the time of JFK's assassination. Ruby could see Dealey Plaza from the office window. Detective Jim Leavelle arrived at the Tippit murder scene approximately about 1:30 PM. Did Leavelle deal with the 2nd wallet? After Dan Rather saw the Zapruder film, he tried to mislead the public, lying and stating Jack's head shot forward. Was Mary Bledsoe on the bus with Oswald? Did Oswald and a blonde woman get off Mary's bus? Did police board the bus? Was Crafard taken off Mary Beldsoe's bus to help take care of Office Tippit? Was he at the scene when Tippit was shot? Warren Commission's Leon Hubert and Burt Griffin did not feel that Crafard was a shooter. Officer Kenneth Croy arrived on the Tippit scene at the same time as Officer Hill. Bill DeMar testified that he felt he saw Lee Harvey Oswald in the Carousel Club. Could it have been Larry Crafard that he saw? Dan Rather's testimony actually destroys the "Magic Bullet Theory". Did Ruby think there was a plot to murder John Connelly? Was he surprised when he found out JFK had been murdered instead? The Warren Commission requested a search on Crafard's social security number to see where he had been employed. A Carousel Club stripper said that Crafard had a police badge and was impersonating being a police officer. What was hanging up in Tippit's car? Was it a shirt? Was it a jacket? Leavelle stated he didn't realize there was a connection between JFK’s murder and Tippit's murder. Len and John discuss Crafard's timeline into Michigan. In this week's episode we look at another disputed area in this case and that is the discovery of the light gray zip up jacket that supposedly belonged to Oswald and was worn by him at the time of the Tippit shooting. Another mystery in this case that we will look at today has to do with Oswald's wallets. One found at the Tippit scene and one found on him after his arrest. Also, witness to the JD Tippit shooting, Helen Markham told the police that Tippit's killer leaned on to the ledge of the car window on the passenger's side door just a few seconds before shooting Tippit. Why could witnesses not agree what the killer of JD Tippit was wearing. Were there witnesses that saw more than one gunman at the Tippit shooting? Why has maybe the most important witness to the JD shooting disappeared? What do the story of the shells found at the scene tell us? Though his wounds seemed slight, that night he died in a hospital built from the profits of crime. Nine years later, less than an hour after the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Johnnie Frank?s son, Frank Griffin, saw Lee Harvey Oswald fleeing the scene of the murder of a Dallas police officer. Between these two events Frank grew up in one of the strangest decades in American history. His story touches that of one of the era?s best known governors, John Patterson of Alabama.   Visit John's website Harvey & Lee Home Page John's book "Harvey & Lee" is available for Download. Israelis don't want their name mentioned in the JFK files that were recently released. View files. What Len appreciates is that John understands that Lee Harvey Oswald didn't shoot JFK. Capt. Westbrook, Croy & Fritz were significant in the cover up around Tippet murder scene. The 2nd wallet found at the Tippit murder scene was kept secret, helping to frame Oswald. What happened to the 2nd wallet Westbrook showed at the murder scene? It's disappeared! The 2nd wallet had two ID cards, one was a "Fair Play For Cuba" card assigned to A. J. Hidell. These two ID cards were taken from the 2nd wallet & placed in Lee's arrest wallet. FBI's James Hosty published Assignment Oswald in 1996. Find Here. The very first time people were told of the 2nd wallet was in Hosty's book. How authentic is it? How truthful are Capt. Fritz's notes? Can they be trusted? John doesn't think so. When Dallas Police Archives first released JFK related documents, John found discrepancies. John discusses the two half dollar bills that were discovered with a Dallas Police inscription. Clandestine activities use two half dollar bills to help covert contacts identify each other. We don't know when or if Oswald had a pistol at the Texas Theatre. Oswald denied gun was his. Oswald stated in police station during interrogation that the .38 revolver was planted on him. John does not feel that Lee had a gun at his rooming house in Dallas. After WWII ended, the OSS brought over tens of thousands of Easter Europeans refugees. Many of these refugees were relocated to the New York area, with government sponsorship. The refugees were used in propaganda campaigns against Russia with CIA help. John feels a refugee boy was named "Harvey Oswald" & mother caretaker "Marguerite Oswald". In January 1953 the NY the House of Un-American Activities had a file on a Marguerite Oswald. This information was disclosed in a CIA Office of Security File. Has it since been released? In 1995, the ARRB requested access to this CIA file & request was denied. Why? Mrs. Jack Tippit in Westport, Connecticut was contacted by an "unknown foreign woman". Was Jack Tippit in Connecticut related to J.D. Tippit in Texas? How random was this phone call? The woman said she personally knew Lee Harvey Oswald's Hungarian born father & uncle in NY. Did an Oswald family live near the 77th & 2nd Ave location in Yorkville, New York? Apparently the woman said the father & uncle were unemployed & in "communistic activities". The physical description Dr. Renatus Hartog at Youth House of Lee was he was emancipated. John feels the 1st occurrence of the multiple Marguerites & Lees was in July 1947. Marguerite & Lee were living with Edwin Ekdahl at 1505 8th Ave in Ft. Worth. While at the 1505 8th Ave residence, Lee attended Lilly B. Clayton school. Was there another Marguerite & Lee living at 101 San Saba at the same time in Benbrook? Marguerite worked for the Navy in WWII prior to her marriage to Edwin Ekdahl. Did CIA agent James B. Wilcott help fund the "Oswald Project" (codename RX-ZIM)? Why would the government want to merge the lives of two American & Hungarian boys? In 1952, Marguerite & Lee moved from Texas to New York, driving a 1948 Dodge. Lee & Marguerite lived in Manhattan, while "Harvey" & "Marguerite" lived in the Bronx. John invites you to write in to Black Op Radio with any questions you may have.

The Death of Tippit - Part 1 The Death of Tippit - Part 2 The Death of Tippit - Part 3 Find previous articles by John at Jim DiEugenio's website, Kennedys and King.com. John finds the government's theory that JFK was shot by Oswald from the rear hard to believe. The Zapruder film proves that John Kennedy was shot from the front. John found a DPD radio recording from November 22, 1963 on Youtube. Listen Here Recorded 11/22/63 communication was omitted from the Dallas Police Department transcripts. Tippit's last call in was said to be at Lancaster & 8th, but Tippit actually said Lansing St. & 8th. There is in fact a Lansing St. just 2 blocks away from Lancaster & 8th in Dallas. 10 minutes prior, Officer J.L. Angell had reported he was "still at Lansing & 8th" Coincidence? Realizing that Angell's call was deliberately not reported, John was inspired to research further. Sgt. Bud Owens was supposed to be Tippit's supervisor that day but Sgt. Hugh Davis took over. Owens leaves out important facts & timeline of events in his Warren Commission testimony. Was there a covert change of guard with the Dallas Police from Owens to Davis on 11/22/63? How did the many different DPD officers get to the scene of the Tippit shooting? Why were there so many misplaced Dallas Police Department officers on 11/22/63? Warren Commission's inventory of police officers is not accurate. Many discrepancies. Officer Parker was supposed to be manning road blocks in Garland, but on a Oak Cliff viaduct? Officer Lewis was supposed to be at Love Field area but he was at another one of the viaducts. The WC states Officer Ronald Nelson was in Dealey Plaza at 12:30 but he too was at a viaduct. Post assassination story involved Tippit being at Gloco, readjusting the time of his visit. Why? Tippit was described by as arriving at Glaco shortly after the shots were fired in Dealey Plaza. John does not believe "Badgeman" was a Dallas Police officer or that you can properly ID him. Office Harry Olsen, who knew Ruby, was also documented to be located at Lansing & 8th. John doesn't believe any members of the Dallas Police Department were firing at JFK. Members of the Dallas police would have helped the shooters safely escape Dealey Plaza. John is curious if Tippit turned after JFK shot, forcing the conspirators to eliminate him? Why were so many of the DPD were in the area, before the assassination had happened? Officer Gerry Hill leaves City Hall about the time Oswald is declared a person of interest. Photos show Officer Gerry Hill arriving at the TSBD in car #207 about 12:50 PM. Earline Roberts, Oswald's landlord, testified DPD car #207 pulled up outside her home. Officer Gerry Hill does not have an alibi for after 1 PM. How could Oswald get from his rooming house to the Tippit murder scene so quickly? Did DPD car #207 drive Oswald to the Tippit murder scene? Did the Rambler in Dealey Plaza? Westbrook arrived after Tippit was shot, yet somehow Westbrook arrives at the scene twice? Capt. W. R. Westbrook's claims can be refuted by other officer's testimonies or by reporters. Car #207 was given great interest due to boarding house landlord Earline Robert's testimony. Len applauds John on his fantastic detective work. Things are constantly making more sense. How many coincidences can you have? Timelines not lining up? False testimonies? So many lies!

In the first half, author John Koerner joined guest host Richard Syrett (Twitter) to discuss the untold history surrounding the assassinations of four US presidents—Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, William McKinley, and John F. Kennedy.Koerner highlighted lesser-known details about Lincoln's assassination, noting that John Wilkes Booth carried two Derringers, though only one is officially documented. Booth may have deliberately bought the weapon from a Philadelphia dealer named Abraham on Lincoln's birthday. He suggested Booth had ties to the Confederate Secret Service in Canada, possibly with British involvement, and questioned why this link isn't widely discussed. Koerner also examined security lapses, particularly Lincoln's guard's failure, and theories about Edwin Stanton aiding Booth's escape. Rumors persist that Booth survived rather than dying in a Virginia barn, he noted. Koerner speculated that Lincoln's second term could have advanced civil rights, potentially preventing the rise of the Ku Klux Klan.He argued that Garfield's assassination, though often overlooked, was pivotal in American history. A Civil War veteran, Garfield aimed to advance civil rights and reform corruption. His assassin, Charles Guiteau, used a British Bulldog revolver, but four of five bullets were defective. The weapon later vanished, fueling cover-up theories, Koerner revealed. Guiteau may have been manipulated by political forces, as Garfield's aides received a warning three days prior. Koerner suggested that figures like Senator Roscoe Conkling, who opposed Garfield's reforms, may have benefited from his death. Garfield's survival could have reshaped American democracy by revitalizing Reconstruction and dismantling corrupt political machines.Koerner drew parallels between McKinley's assassination and those of Garfield and JFK, noting all three could have survived without a second shot. McKinley was shot by anarchist Leon Czolgosz, who had mysteriously acquired large sums of money before the attack. Suspicious elements include a man known only as "the Italian" distracting security and the disappearance of key photographic evidence and the murder weapon, he explained. Koerner pointed out that McKinley's pro-business stance made him a target, as his successor, Theodore Roosevelt, aggressively pursued trust-busting and foreign policy changes, hinting that McKinley's death may have shifted America's direction.Regarding JFK's assassination, Koerner questioned the official narrative, particularly the rifle used. Initial reports identified a German Mauser, later changed to an Italian Mannlicher-Carcano, which was adjusted for a left-handed shooter, though Lee Harvey Oswald was right-handed. The timeline of Oswald's actions is also disputed, as he was inside a theater when Officer J.D. Tippit was killed. A paraffin test found no gunpowder on Oswald's cheek, suggesting he hadn't fired a rifle. Koerner linked Kennedy's death to conflicts with financial and oil interests, comparing it to Lincoln and Jackson's opposition to centralized banking, implying JFK was targeted for political and economic reasons rather than by a lone gunman.

John Washburn has written an impressive 3 part original series on the Tippit murder. Washburn used the testimony from Dallas Police officers to prove that the "official" Tippit story is false. Why did the Dallas Police Department need to create stories about Tippit's murder? The Warren Commission tried to hide internal dissent among the members about the "official" results. Not all WC members were aligned with what Allan Dulles & John J. McCLoy were saying. Richard Russell, Cooper & Boggs were the first people to publicaly break away from the Warren Commission. Paul Abbott has written a story about Leon Hubert & Burt Griffin with deep concerns about the Ruby investigation. The connections between Jack Ruby & Lee Oswald were not thoroughly investigated by the Commission. Johnny Cairns has written a long review on Larry Hancock & Boylan release "The Oswald Puzzle". To understand what's happening now, you almost need to unlearn everything you've been told. Horton writes that the US organized coupes against Belarus & Georgia during the George Bush administration. These were not spontaneous uprisings, these were American sponsored events, pouring tens of millions into the area. The "Orange Revolution" in Ukraine was to get rid of the 4th Ukrainian President, Viktor Yanukovych. Mike Benz refers to these events as "Rent-A-Riot" as people are paid to portray themselves as protesters. USAID has financed a lot of these NGOs that have been causing chaos around the world. What is the point of taking NATO & starting the colour revolutions right on the border of Russia? With the fall of the U.S.S.R., were the Neocons preparing for a Cold War II? Kennedy created USAID to help struggling countries with democracy & to compete with Russia. What USAID turned into was a far cry from what Kennedy envisioned, turning into a money laundering mechanism.   John Armstrong website Harveyandlee.net John has SIX new videos on Youtube he's created, highlighting the police transcriptions of 11/22/63. John's book Harvey and Lee was published in 2003, with a focus on chronological order of events. The Tippit murder starts off John's new series of videos, with the Tippit shooting broken down. John recently discovered the Dallas police transcripts on November 22, 1963 have been altered! Sgt. Vincent claims he rode with Oswald on a CIA plane that landed in Dallas, later flying to NM. John feels one Oswald was using ALEK Hidell as an alias, the other Oswald used ALEX. Alek with a K was the Russian born 'Oswald'. John explains the four different Dallas Police transcripts that were created The FBI altered the police transcripts! Why did they change the time of the Tippit murder to 1:15 PM? John feels Hoover purposely delayed the release of the police transcripts to the Warren Commission. It's noted in the transcripts that THREE ambulances were dispatched to the Tippet scene. Why 3? Ambulance driver Jason Butler was at the scene for less than a minute, Tippit's time of death 1:10 P.M. Why didn't the witnesses or police at the Tippit murder scene mention the multiple ambulances? Len reflects on John's ability to break down the transcripts so he could recognize the conflicting info. Rankin wrote to Hoover in June pointing out the discrepancies of Tippit's death happening at 1:10 PM. Rankin asked the Secret Service in Dallas to get an original transcript from the Dallas Police. Timelines need to be created with information broken down in order to see the discrepancies. In 1991 John took a JFK class given by author & researcher Jim Marrs after the JFK movie release. Reading the Warren Commission volumes has helped expand John's knowledge of the assassination. Read Airman Palmer McBride's testimony in WC Exhibit 1386, he worked with Oswald in NO. McBride worked with Lee at the Pfisterer Dental Laboratory in the Fall of '57 into late Spring of '58. How could McBride be working with Oswald in New Orleans, when Lee had enlisted & was in Japan? Mcbride's testimony is what got John started thinking about the possibility of two child Oswalds. In Robert Oswald's WC testimony he stated Lee went to Stripling Junior High School in Ft. Worth. How could Lee have went to Stripling Junior High when he'd gone to jr high in NY & New Orleans? The government's version is that Lee graduated from Beauregard High School in New Orleans. John contacted school district officials, retired teaches & staff to find more information on Lee. Retired assistant principle Mr. Kudlaty confirmed that Lee had in fact gone to W.C. Spripling Jr. High. Frank Kudlaty had personally given the FBI Lee's Stripling Jr. High school records. Where are Lee's Stripling Jr. High school records now? FBI reports state Lee was in Russia but buying jeeps at Bolton Ford in New Orleans? Spotting the differences in testimony enabled John to see that there were at least two child Oswalds George DeMohrenschildt's WC testimony stated he felt Lee's Russian was well developed. Can a child drop out of the 9th grade & then teach themselves how to read & speak Russian? John met with Anita Ziger who stated the Lee her family knew in Russia did not speak Russian. Alexander Ziger, Anita's father, was Oswald's boss in Russia. John feels the Russian Oswald was brought to the USA as an orphan child shortly after WWII. Marina stated when she first met Oswald, he spoke Russian, with a Baltic accent. Was Lee able to learn how to speak Russian by taking courses or attending the language schools? Who are we to believe? Where did Oswald learn how to speak sophisticated Russian? Why did Oswald have TWO wallets on him? Why wasn't info about the 2nd wallet disclosed in 1963?

The 2024 conference experience was enhanced by taking the tour of Oswald's 'escape' from the TSBD. Paul was able to visit Lee's rooming house, the backyard on Neely & the Texas Theatre. Following Lee's proposed steps & timeline by the Warren Commission, you realize it was impossible. While there were similarities, witnesses of the Tippit murder refused to ID Oswald as the shooter. Paul visited Jack Ruby's Marsala apartment building, noting close proximity to the Texas Theatre. Lee & Marina's prior home on Neely is abandoned & falling apart. Visit while you still can. Paul is currently reading 'Admitted Assassin' by Brian K. Edwards. Why would Lee's cab driver drop him off six blocks from his boarding house? How many times do we have to prove that Kennedy was shot from the front? Expand your research. Are we seeing the same puppeteers with the historic political assassinations? Len feels there are 2 sorts of researchers, either focused on Dealey Plaza or focused on the big picture. This years attendance at the conference was very low for some reason... Paul encourages Len to hold a quality JFK event perhaps in New Orleans. Len reminisces the Black Op Radio event 2010 at Hawaii, John Armstrong, Mark De Valk, Wes Swearingen attended. Part II - Paul Bleau, Jeff Crudele, Andrew Iler Paul Jeff and Andrew reveal what they discovered at National Archives Their website JFK Chokeholds The Black Vault - Online Document Archive - The Black Vault Mary Ferrell Website In 1992 Oliver Stone's JFK film gained extensive attention & highlighted the withheld documents. The American public were outraged that thousands of records were still classified. 9C3B of the JFK Records Act imposes a ministerial duty on the ARRB to itemize record inventory. The records were specified if they were still to be held as postponed, or with specific release dates. In the ARRB's final report, they were required to set a date for all JFK records being held. Andrew often frequents the Mary Ferrell Foundation & The Black Vault when researching. Internal ARRB memo of June 1997 mentions huge backlog of records, processing 4+ million records. Final determination forms were created for every single record that was archived by the ARRB. Paul, Jeff & Andrew met at College Park, MD to go through archived records before the conference. The men had goals to work together in order to get as many records copied as possible. Andrew went through 12 boxes of archived records without finding any final determination forms. On the 13th box, Andrew was relieved finding it full of final determination forms. These forms are critical because the ARRB was an independent, high level, federal government agency. In essence, these forms are all court orders. Archivists have a legal obligation to comply with the ARRB's final orders. The majority of the records have a release date of 2006, yet they remain behind closed doors. Why? Paul worked as Andrew's research assistant searching up RIF #'s while onsite at the archives. Neither Trump nor Biden has had the power to postpone JFK assassination records! Even the most experienced of archivists have struggles finding JFK documents due to disorganization. There should be over 100,000 of the final determination forms but boxes of forms are missing. Andrew has requested the final determination forms for JFK files still being held from the public. The final determination forms are not indexed, they're mislabelled & actually filed under subject titles. The archivists at College Park, Maryland were all very helpful & professional.

New Video - Tampering of Dallas Police transcripts John is always finding information that no one else has found because he reads. Earlene Roberts saw Lee leave the rooming house in a dark brown shirt. zipping up his dark blue jacket. Lee wore a dark blue jacket when he appeared in the morning at Wesley Frazier's house on 11/22/63. Taxi driver William Whaley also described Lee as also wearing a dark blue jacket. Lee left the rooming house at approximately 1:03 PM. The man who shot Tippet at 1:06 PM was wearing a light colored Eisenhower type windbreaker jacket. Please read John's analysis and description of the Tippet murder on his website, HarveyandLee.net Oswald was wearing a long sleeved brown shirt (no blue jacket) at his arrest in the Texas Theatre. John encourages you to READ the Dallas Police Department dictatape transcriptions from 11/22/63. The FBI edited the DPD transcriptions, changing the time stamps around the Tippit murder. Three Ambulances sent to 10th & Patton - Dudley M. Hughes ambulance, Baylor University & the VA. By 1964, Ely was aware of the many Oswald impersonations happening in multiple places. Oswald shows a Texas State Driver's License to Fred Moore at the Jiffy Mart at 10am. How can Oswald be at the Jiffy Mart when he's pushing boxes around at the TSBD? Oswald seen getting on bus in Dealey Plaza while also spotted getting into a Rambler station wagon. John Hart Ely, 26 year old & the youngest member to work on the Warren Commission. Ely's job for the Warren Commission was to research the history of Marguerite & Lee Harvey Oswald. Seeing obvious discrepancies, Ely started to question Oswald's duplicity in his investigation. Ely talked to the men who were stationed with Oswald in Santa Anna & El Toro. Talked to Sgt. Donald Goodwin at El Toro. Friendly with Oswald, going to the movies together. In 1975, Ely wrote a summary of his deep & complex feelings about the Warren Commission. Mr. Ely, in his own words, recognized there was multiple Oswalds. In April '64 Jenner wrote to Rankin about Ely's records, Ely's research was going to have to be edited. John has wondered for 20 years why Capt. Fritz didn't ask Lee any questions about the Tippit murder. A blue jacket was placed on Tippit's body after he was murdered before the ambulance crew arrived. Witness Domingo Benavides tried to contact DPD dispatch but didn't know how to use the police mic. Tippit's body was taken the Methodist Hospital by the Dudley Hughes ambulance by Jasper Clayton Butler. Although Butler was on site by 1:10 PM, Tippit was declared dead until 1:15 PM? How? Capt. Fritz was aware of the 2nd wallet found at the Tippit crime scene, helping in the cover up. On 11/22/63 the Dallas Police Dept. sent the FBI 225 items but returned 455 items on 11/26/63. John spent 2 weeks at the National Archives searching for DP initials on items in Oswald's inventory. The government offices protect each other, enabling them to destroy & hide assassination evidence. What would have happened if the public found out two wallets at the Tippit crime scene in 1963? Why haven't the seasoned researchers questioned the two different jackets & shirts worn by Oswald. What happened to Oswald's blue jacket? It was missing at the time of his arrest. John first started to seriously research the JFK assassination after attending an event in 1991. Madeline Brown's attended the JFK event, bringing her son, who is the spitting image of LBJ. Was LHO in N. Dakota in 1953 but also in New York going to school? It takes years researching & reading to understand the all of the little links that slowly connect.

Kennedy's 1963 murder on a public street and the fifty years of controversy that have followed that turning point in our nation's history. Journalist and historian Joseph McBride, a volunteer in JFK's 1960 Wisconsin presidential primary campaign, began studying the assassination minutes after it happened. In 1982, McBride launched his own investigation. Both epic and intimately personal, Into the Nightmare: My Search for the Killers of President John F. Kennedy and Officer J. D. Tippit incorporates rare interviews with key people in Dallas, archival discoveries, and what novelist Thomas Flanagan, in The New York Review of Books, called McBride's “wide knowledge of American social history.” McBride chronicles his evolving skepticism about the official story and shines a fresh, often surprising spotlight on Kennedy's murder and on one of the murkiest, most crucial aspects of the case, its “Rosetta Stone,” the Tippit killing.Joseph McBride is an American film historian, biographer, screenwriter, author and educator. 11/22/23: DEAD KENNEDY'S DEAD RINGER W/ CHUCK OCHELLI It has been 60 years since the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. When an anniversary of one of the greatest conspiracies of all time gets a new breath of life, it is a great opportunity to dig up a little history and feature an overlooked theory that seems to be making a comeback now that a new documentary on Paramount + called, JFK: What the Doctors Saw." It brings to light stunning revelations from doctors who were in the E.R. on the day of President John F. Kennedy's assassination. The documentary avoided the coincidence of Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tippit and JFK being shot and killed within 45 minutes and how they looked very much alike. There is strong speculation that their bodies were switched before the autopsy. Based on the discrepancies between photos and x-rays, common sense dictates a probable connection and an amazing synchronicity. Tonight on Ground Zero, Clyde Lewis talks with JFK assassination researcher, Chuck Ochelli about DEAD KENNEDY'S DEAD RINGER. #GroundZero #ClydeLewis #JDTippit #JFK #DeadRinger https://groundzeromedia.org/11-22-23-dead-kennedys-dead.../ Ground Zero with Clyde Lewis is live M-F from 7-10pm, pacific time, and streamed for free at https://groundzero.radio and talkstreamlive.com.
