Visit John's website Harvey & Lee Home Page John's book "Harvey & Lee" is available for Download. Israelis don't want their name mentioned in the JFK files that were recently released. View files. What Len appreciates is that John understands that Lee Harvey Oswald didn't shoot JFK. Capt. Westbrook, Croy & Fritz were significant in the cover up around Tippet murder scene. The 2nd wallet found at the Tippit murder scene was kept secret, helping to frame Oswald. What happened to the 2nd wallet Westbrook showed at the murder scene? It's disappeared! The 2nd wallet had two ID cards, one was a "Fair Play For Cuba" card assigned to A. J. Hidell. These two ID cards were taken from the 2nd wallet & placed in Lee's arrest wallet. FBI's James Hosty published Assignment Oswald in 1996. Find Here. The very first time people were told of the 2nd wallet was in Hosty's book. How authentic is it? How truthful are Capt. Fritz's notes? Can they be trusted? John doesn't think so. When Dallas Police Archives first released JFK related documents, John found discrepancies. John discusses the two half dollar bills that were discovered with a Dallas Police inscription. Clandestine activities use two half dollar bills to help covert contacts identify each other. We don't know when or if Oswald had a pistol at the Texas Theatre. Oswald denied gun was his. Oswald stated in police station during interrogation that the .38 revolver was planted on him. John does not feel that Lee had a gun at his rooming house in Dallas. After WWII ended, the OSS brought over tens of thousands of Easter Europeans refugees. Many of these refugees were relocated to the New York area, with government sponsorship. The refugees were used in propaganda campaigns against Russia with CIA help. John feels a refugee boy was named "Harvey Oswald" & mother caretaker "Marguerite Oswald". In January 1953 the NY the House of Un-American Activities had a file on a Marguerite Oswald. This information was disclosed in a CIA Office of Security File. Has it since been released? In 1995, the ARRB requested access to this CIA file & request was denied. Why? Mrs. Jack Tippit in Westport, Connecticut was contacted by an "unknown foreign woman". Was Jack Tippit in Connecticut related to J.D. Tippit in Texas? How random was this phone call? The woman said she personally knew Lee Harvey Oswald's Hungarian born father & uncle in NY. Did an Oswald family live near the 77th & 2nd Ave location in Yorkville, New York? Apparently the woman said the father & uncle were unemployed & in "communistic activities". The physical description Dr. Renatus Hartog at Youth House of Lee was he was emancipated. John feels the 1st occurrence of the multiple Marguerites & Lees was in July 1947. Marguerite & Lee were living with Edwin Ekdahl at 1505 8th Ave in Ft. Worth. While at the 1505 8th Ave residence, Lee attended Lilly B. Clayton school. Was there another Marguerite & Lee living at 101 San Saba at the same time in Benbrook? Marguerite worked for the Navy in WWII prior to her marriage to Edwin Ekdahl. Did CIA agent James B. Wilcott help fund the "Oswald Project" (codename RX-ZIM)? Why would the government want to merge the lives of two American & Hungarian boys? In 1952, Marguerite & Lee moved from Texas to New York, driving a 1948 Dodge. Lee & Marguerite lived in Manhattan, while "Harvey" & "Marguerite" lived in the Bronx. John invites you to write in to Black Op Radio with any questions you may have.

The Death of Tippit - Part 1 The Death of Tippit - Part 2 The Death of Tippit - Part 3 Find previous articles by John at Jim DiEugenio's website, Kennedys and King.com. John finds the government's theory that JFK was shot by Oswald from the rear hard to believe. The Zapruder film proves that John Kennedy was shot from the front. John found a DPD radio recording from November 22, 1963 on Youtube. Listen Here Recorded 11/22/63 communication was omitted from the Dallas Police Department transcripts. Tippit's last call in was said to be at Lancaster & 8th, but Tippit actually said Lansing St. & 8th. There is in fact a Lansing St. just 2 blocks away from Lancaster & 8th in Dallas. 10 minutes prior, Officer J.L. Angell had reported he was "still at Lansing & 8th" Coincidence? Realizing that Angell's call was deliberately not reported, John was inspired to research further. Sgt. Bud Owens was supposed to be Tippit's supervisor that day but Sgt. Hugh Davis took over. Owens leaves out important facts & timeline of events in his Warren Commission testimony. Was there a covert change of guard with the Dallas Police from Owens to Davis on 11/22/63? How did the many different DPD officers get to the scene of the Tippit shooting? Why were there so many misplaced Dallas Police Department officers on 11/22/63? Warren Commission's inventory of police officers is not accurate. Many discrepancies. Officer Parker was supposed to be manning road blocks in Garland, but on a Oak Cliff viaduct? Officer Lewis was supposed to be at Love Field area but he was at another one of the viaducts. The WC states Officer Ronald Nelson was in Dealey Plaza at 12:30 but he too was at a viaduct. Post assassination story involved Tippit being at Gloco, readjusting the time of his visit. Why? Tippit was described by as arriving at Glaco shortly after the shots were fired in Dealey Plaza. John does not believe "Badgeman" was a Dallas Police officer or that you can properly ID him. Office Harry Olsen, who knew Ruby, was also documented to be located at Lansing & 8th. John doesn't believe any members of the Dallas Police Department were firing at JFK. Members of the Dallas police would have helped the shooters safely escape Dealey Plaza. John is curious if Tippit turned after JFK shot, forcing the conspirators to eliminate him? Why were so many of the DPD were in the area, before the assassination had happened? Officer Gerry Hill leaves City Hall about the time Oswald is declared a person of interest. Photos show Officer Gerry Hill arriving at the TSBD in car #207 about 12:50 PM. Earline Roberts, Oswald's landlord, testified DPD car #207 pulled up outside her home. Officer Gerry Hill does not have an alibi for after 1 PM. How could Oswald get from his rooming house to the Tippit murder scene so quickly? Did DPD car #207 drive Oswald to the Tippit murder scene? Did the Rambler in Dealey Plaza? Westbrook arrived after Tippit was shot, yet somehow Westbrook arrives at the scene twice? Capt. W. R. Westbrook's claims can be refuted by other officer's testimonies or by reporters. Car #207 was given great interest due to boarding house landlord Earline Robert's testimony. Len applauds John on his fantastic detective work. Things are constantly making more sense. How many coincidences can you have? Timelines not lining up? False testimonies? So many lies!

In the first half, author John Koerner joined guest host Richard Syrett (Twitter) to discuss the untold history surrounding the assassinations of four US presidents—Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, William McKinley, and John F. Kennedy.Koerner highlighted lesser-known details about Lincoln's assassination, noting that John Wilkes Booth carried two Derringers, though only one is officially documented. Booth may have deliberately bought the weapon from a Philadelphia dealer named Abraham on Lincoln's birthday. He suggested Booth had ties to the Confederate Secret Service in Canada, possibly with British involvement, and questioned why this link isn't widely discussed. Koerner also examined security lapses, particularly Lincoln's guard's failure, and theories about Edwin Stanton aiding Booth's escape. Rumors persist that Booth survived rather than dying in a Virginia barn, he noted. Koerner speculated that Lincoln's second term could have advanced civil rights, potentially preventing the rise of the Ku Klux Klan.He argued that Garfield's assassination, though often overlooked, was pivotal in American history. A Civil War veteran, Garfield aimed to advance civil rights and reform corruption. His assassin, Charles Guiteau, used a British Bulldog revolver, but four of five bullets were defective. The weapon later vanished, fueling cover-up theories, Koerner revealed. Guiteau may have been manipulated by political forces, as Garfield's aides received a warning three days prior. Koerner suggested that figures like Senator Roscoe Conkling, who opposed Garfield's reforms, may have benefited from his death. Garfield's survival could have reshaped American democracy by revitalizing Reconstruction and dismantling corrupt political machines.Koerner drew parallels between McKinley's assassination and those of Garfield and JFK, noting all three could have survived without a second shot. McKinley was shot by anarchist Leon Czolgosz, who had mysteriously acquired large sums of money before the attack. Suspicious elements include a man known only as "the Italian" distracting security and the disappearance of key photographic evidence and the murder weapon, he explained. Koerner pointed out that McKinley's pro-business stance made him a target, as his successor, Theodore Roosevelt, aggressively pursued trust-busting and foreign policy changes, hinting that McKinley's death may have shifted America's direction.Regarding JFK's assassination, Koerner questioned the official narrative, particularly the rifle used. Initial reports identified a German Mauser, later changed to an Italian Mannlicher-Carcano, which was adjusted for a left-handed shooter, though Lee Harvey Oswald was right-handed. The timeline of Oswald's actions is also disputed, as he was inside a theater when Officer J.D. Tippit was killed. A paraffin test found no gunpowder on Oswald's cheek, suggesting he hadn't fired a rifle. Koerner linked Kennedy's death to conflicts with financial and oil interests, comparing it to Lincoln and Jackson's opposition to centralized banking, implying JFK was targeted for political and economic reasons rather than by a lone gunman.

Author & Researcher Jim DiEugenio Jim is often on Black Op Radio to promote the JFK research published at Kennedys and King. John Washburn has written an impressive 3 part original series on the Tippit murder. Washburn used the testimony from Dallas Police officers to prove that the "official" Tippit story is false. Why did the Dallas Police Department need to create stories about Tippit's murder? The Warren Commission tried to hide internal dissent among the members about the "official" results. Not all WC members were aligned with what Allan Dulles & John J. McCLoy were saying. Richard Russell, Cooper & Boggs were the first people to publicaly break away from the Warren Commission. Paul Abbott has written a story about Leon Hubert & Burt Griffin with deep concerns about the Ruby investigation. The connections between Jack Ruby & Lee Oswald were not thoroughly investigated by the Commission. Johnny Cairns has written a long review on Larry Hancock & Boylan release "The Oswald Puzzle". Donald Trump & Zelensky battled it out in the White House last week. Watch Here. Len & Jim discuss the latest book by Scott Horton, "Provoked". Find Here. Reading "Provoked" inspired Jim to publish a 4 part series on his Substack. View here. Len listens to Mike Benz, Jeffrey Sachs, Col. Douglas MacGregor, Scott Horton, Joe Rogan etc... To understand what's happening now, you almost need to unlearn everything you've been told. Horton writes that the US organized coupes against Belarus & Georgia during the George Bush administration. These were not spontaneous uprisings, these were American sponsored events, pouring tens of millions into the area. The "Orange Revolution" in Ukraine was to get rid of the 4th Ukrainian President, Viktor Yanukovych. Mike Benz refers to these events as "Rent-A-Riot" as people are paid to portray themselves as protesters. USAID has financed a lot of these NGOs that have been causing chaos around the world. What is the point of taking NATO & starting the colour revolutions right on the border of Russia? With the fall of the U.S.S.R., were the Neocons preparing for a Cold War II? Kennedy created USAID to help struggling countries with democracy & to compete with Russia. What USAID turned into was a far cry from what Kennedy envisioned, turning into a money laundering mechanism. One of the big arguments that Kennedy had was with John Foster Dulles who threatened to cut off foreign aid. Elon Musk was recently on the Joe Rogan Experience. Watch here. In Canada, the government has removed American made liquor off the shelves. Canadians have no interest in joining a country 36 Trillion in debt.   John Armstrong website Harveyandlee.net John has SIX new videos on Youtube he's created, highlighting the police transcriptions of 11/22/63. John's book Harvey and Lee was published in 2003, with a focus on chronological order of events. The Tippit murder starts off John's new series of videos, with the Tippit shooting broken down. John recently discovered the Dallas police transcripts on November 22, 1963 have been altered! Sgt. Vincent claims he rode with Oswald on a CIA plane that landed in Dallas, later flying to NM. John feels one Oswald was using ALEK Hidell as an alias, the other Oswald used ALEX. Alek with a K was the Russian born 'Oswald'. John explains the four different Dallas Police transcripts that were created The FBI altered the police transcripts! Why did they change the time of the Tippit murder to 1:15 PM? John feels Hoover purposely delayed the release of the police transcripts to the Warren Commission. It's noted in the transcripts that THREE ambulances were dispatched to the Tippet scene. Why 3? Ambulance driver Jason Butler was at the scene for less than a minute, Tippit's time of death 1:10 P.M. Why didn't the witnesses or police at the Tippit murder scene mention the multiple ambulances? Len reflects on John's ability to break down the transcripts so he could recognize the conflicting info. Rankin wrote to Hoover in June pointing out the discrepancies of Tippit's death happening at 1:10 PM. Rankin asked the Secret Service in Dallas to get an original transcript from the Dallas Police. Timelines need to be created with information broken down in order to see the discrepancies. In 1991 John took a JFK class given by author & researcher Jim Marrs after the JFK movie release. Reading the Warren Commission volumes has helped expand John's knowledge of the assassination. Read Airman Palmer McBride's testimony in WC Exhibit 1386, he worked with Oswald in NO. McBride worked with Lee at the Pfisterer Dental Laboratory in the Fall of '57 into late Spring of '58. How could McBride be working with Oswald in New Orleans, when Lee had enlisted & was in Japan? Mcbride's testimony is what got John started thinking about the possibility of two child Oswalds. In Robert Oswald's WC testimony he stated Lee went to Stripling Junior High School in Ft. Worth. How could Lee have went to Stripling Junior High when he'd gone to jr high in NY & New Orleans? The government's version is that Lee graduated from Beauregard High School in New Orleans. John contacted school district officials, retired teaches & staff to find more information on Lee. Retired assistant principle Mr. Kudlaty confirmed that Lee had in fact gone to W.C. Spripling Jr. High. Frank Kudlaty had personally given the FBI Lee's Stripling Jr. High school records. Where are Lee's Stripling Jr. High school records now? FBI reports state Lee was in Russia but buying jeeps at Bolton Ford in New Orleans? Spotting the differences in testimony enabled John to see that there were at least two child Oswalds George DeMohrenschildt's WC testimony stated he felt Lee's Russian was well developed. Can a child drop out of the 9th grade & then teach themselves how to read & speak Russian? John met with Anita Ziger who stated the Lee her family knew in Russia did not speak Russian. Alexander Ziger, Anita's father, was Oswald's boss in Russia. John feels the Russian Oswald was brought to the USA as an orphan child shortly after WWII. Marina stated when she first met Oswald, he spoke Russian, with a Baltic accent. Was Lee able to learn how to speak Russian by taking courses or attending the language schools? Who are we to believe? Where did Oswald learn how to speak sophisticated Russian? Why did Oswald have TWO wallets on him? Why wasn't info about the 2nd wallet disclosed in 1963?

The records were specified if they were still to be held as postponed, or with specific release dates. In the ARRB's final report, they were required to set a date for all JFK records being held. Andrew often frequents the Mary Ferrell Foundation & The Black Vault when researching. Internal ARRB memo of June 1997 mentions huge backlog of records, processing 4+ million records. Final determination forms were created for every single record that was archived by the ARRB. Paul, Jeff & Andrew met at College Park, MD to go through archived records before the conference. The men had goals to work together in order to get as many records copied as possible. Andrew went through 12 boxes of archived records without finding any final determination forms. On the 13th box, Andrew was relieved finding it full of final determination forms. These forms are critical because the ARRB was an independent, high level, federal government agency. In essence, these forms are all court orders. Archivists have a legal obligation to comply with the ARRB's final orders. The majority of the records have a release date of 2006, yet they remain behind closed doors. Why? Paul worked as Andrew's research assistant searching up RIF #'s while onsite at the archives. Neither Trump nor Biden has had the power to postpone JFK assassination records! Even the most experienced of archivists have struggles finding JFK documents due to disorganization. There should be over 100,000 of the final determination forms but boxes of forms are missing. Andrew has requested the final determination forms for JFK files still being held from the public. The final determination forms are not indexed, they're mislabelled & actually filed under subject titles. The archivists at College Park, Maryland were all very helpful & professional.

The JFK Assassination The Final Part November 22, 1963: Death of the President Shortly after noon on November 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated as he rode in a motorcade through Dealey Plaza in downtown Dallas, Texas. By the fall of 1963, President John F. Kennedy and his political advisers were preparing for the next presidential campaign. Although he had not formally announced his candidacy, it was clear that President Kennedy was going to run and he seemed confident about his chances for re-election. At the end of September, the president traveled west, speaking in nine different states in less than a week. The trip was meant to put a spotlight on natural resources and conservation efforts. But JFK also used it to sound out themes—such as education, national security, and world peace—for his run in 1964. Campaigning in Texas A month later, the president addressed Democratic gatherings in Boston and Philadelphia. Then, on November 12, he held the first important political planning session for the upcoming election year. At the meeting, JFK stressed the importance of winning Florida and Texas and talked about his plans to visit both states in the next two weeks.  Mrs. Kennedy would accompany him on the swing through Texas, which would be her first extended public appearance since the loss of their baby, Patrick, in August. On November 21, the president and first lady departed on Air Force One for the two-day, five-city tour of Texas. President Kennedy was aware that a feud among party leaders in Texas could jeopardize his chances of carrying the state in 1964, and one of his aims for the trip was to bring Democrats together. He also knew that a relatively small but vocal group of extremists was contributing to the political tensions in Texas and would likely make its presence felt—particularly in Dallas, where US Ambassador to the United Nations Adlai Stevenson had been physically attacked a month earlier after making a speech there. Nonetheless, JFK seemed to relish the prospect of leaving Washington, getting out among the people and into the political fray. The first stop was San Antonio. Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson, Governor John B. Connally, and Senator Ralph W. Yarborough led the welcoming party. They accompanied the president to Brooks Air Force Base for the dedication of the Aerospace Medical Health Center. Continuing on to Houston, he addressed the League of United Latin American Citizens, and spoke at a testimonial dinner for Congressman Albert Thomas before ending the day in Fort Worth. Morning in Fort Worth A light rain was falling on Friday morning, November 22, but a crowd of several thousand stood in the parking lot outside the Texas Hotel where the Kennedys had spent the night. A platform was set up and the president, wearing no protection against the weather, came out to make some brief remarks. "There are no faint hearts in Fort Worth," he began, "and I appreciate your being here this morning. Mrs. Kennedy is organizing herself. It takes longer, but, of course, she looks better than we do when she does it." He went on to talk about the nation's need for being "second to none" in defense and in space, for continued growth in the economy and "the willingness of citizens of the United States to assume the burdens of leadership." The warmth of the audience response was palpable as the president reached out to shake hands amidst a sea of smiling faces. Back inside the hotel the president spoke at a breakfast of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, focusing on military preparedness. "We are still the keystone in the arch of freedom," he said. "We will continue to do…our duty, and the people of Texas will be in the lead." On to Dallas The presidential party left the hotel and went by motorcade to Carswell Air Force Base for the thirteen-minute flight to Dallas. Arriving at Love Field, President and Mrs. Kennedy disembarked and immediately walked toward a fence where a crowd of well-wishers had gathered, and they spent several minutes shaking hands. The first lady received a bouquet of red roses, which she brought with her to the waiting limousine. Governor John Connally and his wife, Nellie, were already seated in the open convertible as the Kennedys entered and sat behind them. Since it was no longer raining, the plastic bubble top had been left off. Vice President and Mrs. Johnson occupied another car in the motorcade. The procession left the airport and traveled along a ten-mile route that wound through downtown Dallas on the way to the Trade Mart where the President was scheduled to speak at a luncheon. The Assassination Crowds of excited people lined the streets and waved to the Kennedys. The car turned off Main Street at Dealey Plaza around 12:30 p.m. As it was passing the Texas School Book Depository, gunfire suddenly reverberated in the plaza. Bullets struck the president's neck and head and he slumped over toward Mrs. Kennedy. The governor was shot in his back.  The car sped off to Parkland Memorial Hospital just a few minutes away. But little could be done for the President. A Catholic priest was summoned to administer the last rites, and at 1:00 p.m. John F. Kennedy was pronounced dead. Though seriously wounded, Governor Connally would recover. The president's body was brought to Love Field and placed on Air Force One. Before the plane took off, a grim-faced Lyndon B. Johnson stood in the tight, crowded compartment and took the oath of office, administered by US District Court Judge Sarah Hughes. The brief ceremony took place at 2:38 p.m. Less than an hour earlier, police had arrested Lee Harvey Oswald, a recently hired employee at the Texas School Book Depository. He was being held for the assassination of President Kennedy and the fatal shooting, shortly afterward, of Patrolman J. D. Tippit on a Dallas street. On Sunday morning, November 24, Oswald was scheduled to be transferred from police headquarters to the county jail. Viewers across America watching the live television coverage suddenly saw a man aim a pistol and fire at point blank range. The assailant was identified as Jack Ruby, a local nightclub owner. Oswald died two hours later at Parkland Hospital. The President's Funeral That same day, President Kennedy's flag-draped casket was moved from the White House to the Capitol on a caisson drawn by six grey horses, accompanied by one riderless black horse. At Mrs. Kennedy's request, the cortege and other ceremonial details were modeled on the funeral of Abraham Lincoln. Crowds lined Pennsylvania Avenue and many wept openly as the caisson passed. During the 21 hours that the president's body lay in state in the Capitol Rotunda, about 250,000 people filed by to pay their respects. On Monday, November 25, 1963 President Kennedy was laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery. The funeral was attended by heads of state and representatives from more than 100 countries, with untold millions more watching on television. Afterward, at the grave site, Mrs. Kennedy and her husband's brothers, Robert and Edward, lit an eternal flame. Perhaps the most indelible images of the day were the salute to his father given by little John F. Kennedy Jr. (whose third birthday it was), daughter Caroline kneeling next to her mother at the president's bier, and the extraordinary grace and dignity shown by Jacqueline Kennedy. As people throughout the nation and the world struggled to make sense of a senseless act and to articulate their feelings about President Kennedy's life and legacy, many recalled these words from his inaugural address: All this will not be finished in the first one hundred days, nor in the first one thousand days, nor in the life of this administration. Nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. But let us begin. Arlington National Cemetery To learn more about President Kennedy's funeral and grave site, go to the Arlington National Cemetery website. Aftermath The Warren Commission On November 29, 1963 President Lyndon B. Johnson appointed the President's Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy. It came to be known as the Warren Commission after its chairman, Earl Warren, Chief Justice of the United States. President Johnson directed the commission to evaluate matters relating to the assassination and the subsequent killing of the alleged assassin, and to report its findings and conclusions to him. The House Select Committee on Assassinations The US House of Representatives established the House Select Committee on Assassinations in 1976 to reopen the investigation of the assassination in light of allegations that previous inquiries had not received the full cooperation of federal agencies. Note to the reader: Point 1B in the link below to the findings of the 1979 House Select Committee on Assassinations states that the committee had found "a high probability that two gunmen fired" at the president. This conclusion resulted from the last-minute “discovery” of a Dallas police radio transmission tape that allegedly provided evidence that four or more shots were fired in Dealey Plaza. After the report appeared in print, acoustic experts analyzed the tape and proved conclusively that it was completely worthless—thus negating the finding in Point 1B. The committee, which also investigated the death of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., issued its report on March 29, 1979. Assassination Records Collection Through the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992, the US Congress ordered that all assassination-related material be housed together under supervision of the National Archives and Records Administration.

John has a new video featuring his latest research on Lee Harvey Oswald on Nov. 22/63. New Video - Tampering of Dallas Police transcripts John is always finding information that no one else has found because he reads. Earlene Roberts saw Lee leave the rooming house in a dark brown shirt. zipping up his dark blue jacket. Lee wore a dark blue jacket when he appeared in the morning at Wesley Frazier's house on 11/22/63. Taxi driver William Whaley also described Lee as also wearing a dark blue jacket. Lee left the rooming house at approximately 1:03 PM. The man who shot Tippet at 1:06 PM was wearing a light colored Eisenhower type windbreaker jacket. Please read John's analysis and description of the Tippet murder on his website, HarveyandLee.net Oswald was wearing a long sleeved brown shirt (no blue jacket) at his arrest in the Texas Theatre. John encourages you to READ the Dallas Police Department dictatape transcriptions from 11/22/63. The FBI edited the DPD transcriptions, changing the time stamps around the Tippit murder. Three Ambulances sent to 10th & Patton - Dudley M. Hughes ambulance, Baylor University & the VA. By 1964, Ely was aware of the many Oswald impersonations happening in multiple places. Oswald shows a Texas State Driver's License to Fred Moore at the Jiffy Mart at 10am. How can Oswald be at the Jiffy Mart when he's pushing boxes around at the TSBD? Oswald seen getting on bus in Dealey Plaza while also spotted getting into a Rambler station wagon. John Hart Ely, 26 year old & the youngest member to work on the Warren Commission. Ely's job for the Warren Commission was to research the history of Marguerite & Lee Harvey Oswald. Seeing obvious discrepancies, Ely started to question Oswald's duplicity in his investigation. Ely talked to the men who were stationed with Oswald in Santa Anna & El Toro. Talked to Sgt. Donald Goodwin at El Toro. Friendly with Oswald, going to the movies together. In 1975, Ely wrote a summary of his deep & complex feelings about the Warren Commission. Mr. Ely, in his own words, recognized there was multiple Oswalds. In April '64 Jenner wrote to Rankin about Ely's records, Ely's research was going to have to be edited. John has wondered for 20 years why Capt. Fritz didn't ask Lee any questions about the Tippit murder. A blue jacket was placed on Tippit's body after he was murdered before the ambulance crew arrived. Witness Domingo Benavides tried to contact DPD dispatch but didn't know how to use the police mic. Tippit's body was taken the Methodist Hospital by the Dudley Hughes ambulance by Jasper Clayton Butler. Although Butler was on site by 1:10 PM, Tippit was declared dead until 1:15 PM? How? Capt. Fritz was aware of the 2nd wallet found at the Tippit crime scene, helping in the cover up. On 11/22/63 the Dallas Police Dept. sent the FBI 225 items but returned 455 items on 11/26/63. John spent 2 weeks at the National Archives searching for DP initials on items in Oswald's inventory. The government offices protect each other, enabling them to destroy & hide assassination evidence. What would have happened if the public found out two wallets at the Tippit crime scene in 1963? Why haven't the seasoned researchers questioned the two different jackets & shirts worn by Oswald. What happened to Oswald's blue jacket? It was missing at the time of his arrest. John first started to seriously research the JFK assassination after attending an event in 1991. Madeline Brown's attended the JFK event, bringing her son, who is the spitting image of LBJ. Was LHO in N. Dakota in 1953 but also in New York going to school? It takes years researching & reading to understand the all of the little links that slowly connect.

La ContraHistoria
Kennedy, radiografía de un magnicidio

La ContraHistoria

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 25, 2024 86:03

Tippit with a different gun, before hiding out in a movie theater.  Within 2hrs of JFK's murder, Oswald was in police custody and accused of both murders.  Unfortunately, he was shot while being escorted by police officers 48 hours later.  The gunman of his murder was identified as Jack Ruby, a local club owner with mob connections.  The following day, Kennedy is buried at Arlington National Cemetary.  But was this all tied up a little too neatly? He has written numerous books including biographies of notable film directors, a book on screenwriting, an investigative journalism book on the JFK assassination, and a memoir of the dark years in his life.He also serves as professor in the Cinema Department at San Francisco State University.Book: Into The NightmareWebsite: http://www.josephmcbridefilm.com/(domain registered, website under maintenance at time of posting.Twitter:Bio: WikipediaThis show is part of the Spreaker Prime Network, if you are interested in advertising on this podcast, contact us at https://www.spreaker.com/show/1198501/advertisement

11/22/23: DEAD KENNEDY'S DEAD RINGER W/ CHUCK OCHELLI It has been 60 years since the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. When an anniversary of one of the greatest conspiracies of all time gets a new breath of life, it is a great opportunity to dig up a little history and feature an overlooked theory that seems to be making a comeback now that a new documentary on Paramount + called, JFK: What the Doctors Saw." It brings to light stunning revelations from doctors who were in the E.R. on the day of President John F. Kennedy's assassination. The documentary avoided the coincidence of Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tippit and JFK being shot and killed within 45 minutes and how they looked very much alike. There is strong speculation that their bodies were switched before the autopsy. Based on the discrepancies between photos and x-rays, common sense dictates a probable connection and an amazing synchronicity. Tonight on Ground Zero, Clyde Lewis talks with JFK assassination researcher, Chuck Ochelli about DEAD KENNEDY'S DEAD RINGER. #GroundZero #ClydeLewis #JDTippit #JFK #DeadRinger https://groundzeromedia.org/11-22-23-dead-kennedys-dead.../ Ground Zero with Clyde Lewis is live M-F from 7-10pm, pacific time, and streamed for free at https://groundzero.radio and talkstreamlive.com. On Monday, November 25th, 1963, John F. Kennedy was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. NBC Radio was on hand with press coverage of the event. Millions of viewers watched the funeral on live TV. Present were foreign dignitaries from ninety-two countries, including eight heads of state and ten prime ministers. In addition to President Johnson, former Presidents Harry Truman and Dwight Eisenhower were in attendance, as was Prince Philip, the husband of Queen Elizabeth II; and Anastas Mikoyan, First Deputy Prime Minister of the USSR. The Roman Catholic Archbishop of Boston, Richard Cardinal Cushing, delivered the funeral mass at St. Matthew's Cathedral. For only the third time in history, telephone service in the US was halted for one minute at noon, Eastern time. Las Vegas closed all of its casinos for only the third time in its history. Three hours later, graveside services were held for Lee Harvey Oswald at the Rose Hill Cemetery near Fort Worth, Texas. The only people allowed were Oswald's wife, mother, brother, and two daughters. After a Lutheran minister from Dallas reconsidered appearing for the service, the Reverend Louis Saunders appeared on behalf of the Fort Worth Council of Churches, telling newsmen, "We do not want it said a man can be buried in Fort Worth without a minister." Oswald was buried in a family plot that had been owned for several years by his mother. Six reporters were pallbearers. Abraham Zapruder sold all rights to his famed eight millimeter film of the Kennedy assassination to LIFE Magazine for One-hundred-fifty-thousand dollars, to be paid in twenty-five-thousand dollar yearly installments. Two days later, Zapruder donated the first full payment to the widow of officer J.D. Tippit.

All regularly scheduled network programming from every radio and TV station around the country was immediately suspended. This audio comes from shortly after 2PM eastern time from ABC. Right after the shooting, witness Howard Brennan notified the police that he was sitting across the street from the Texas School Book Depository, watching the President's motorcade go by. He heard a shot come from above and looked up to see a man with a rifle fire another shot from the southeast corner window on the sixth floor. He said he had seen the same man minutes earlier looking through the window. Brennan gave a description of the shooter, and Dallas police subsequently broadcast descriptions at Dallas time 12:45., 12:48, and 12:55 p.m. At 12:45 fifteen minutes after President Kennedy was shot, Dallas police officer J.D. Tippit received a radio order to drive to the central Oak Cliff area as part of a concentration of police around the center of the city. At 12:54, Tippit radioed that he moved as directed. By then, several messages had been broadcast describing a suspect in Kennedy's shooting as a five-foot-ten, slender white male. At roughly 1:10, Tippit was driving slowly eastward on East 10th street past the intersection at Patton Avenue when he pulled alongside a man who resembled the police description. Although conspiracy theorists dispute this, officially the man was twenty-four year-old Lee Harvey Oswald. Oswald walked over to Tippit's car and exchanged words with him through an open window. Tippit opened his car door and walked toward the front of the car. Oswald drew a handgun and fired five shots in rapid succession. Tippit was shot in the chest and head, dying almost instantly. His body was transported from the scene of the shooting by ambulance to Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:25 p.m. Meanwhile, Johnny Brewer, a nearby shoe store manager later testified that he saw Oswald ducking into the entrance alcove of his store. Suspicious, Brewer watched Oswald continue up the street and slip without paying into the nearby Texas Theatre. He alerted the theater's ticket clerk, who telephoned the police at about 1:40 p.m. As police arrived, the house lights were brought up and Brewer pointed out Oswald sitting near the rear of the theater. Police Officer Nick McDonald testified that he was the first to reach Oswald and that Oswald seemed ready to surrender saying, "Well, it is all over now." McDonald said that Oswald pulled out a pistol tucked into the front of his pants, then pointed the pistol at him, and pulled the trigger. McDonald stated that the pistol did not fire because the pistol's hammer came down on the webbing between the thumb and index finger as he grabbed it. McDonald also said that Oswald struck him, but that he struck back and Oswald was disarmed. As he was led from the theater, Oswald shouted he was a victim of police brutality. Soon after his arrest, Oswald encountered reporters, declared, "I didn't shoot anybody. They've taken me in because I lived in the Soviet Union. I'm just a patsy!" This is audio from an arranged press meeting later that day. The voice you'll hear is that of Lee Harvey Oswald. Oswald was formally arraigned for the murder of Officer Tippit at 7:10 p.m. By early the next morning, he had been arraigned for the assassination of President Kennedy. At 2:38 p.m. Dallas time on Friday the 22nd aboard Air Force One, Lyndon Baines Johnson took the oath of office as the 36th President of the United States. Standing next to him as he took the oath were both his wife and Jacqueline Kennedy.
