Researching on the Mary Ferrell site, Paul discovered a significant letter from 1960. Read more. Explicit information in the letter is regarding the removal of Castro from power in Cuba. As early as 1960, Lansdale was influencing in the dirty tricks category in respects to Cuba. Tactics like manipulation of information, planting false evidence, setting up Patsies, blaming people etc.. Ed Lansdale had been involved in Operation Mongoose & was a key figure in Kennedy's assassination. Col. Fletcher Prouty worked with Ed Lansdale, having detailed information about Lansdale's history. Lansdale position in the world of espionage was to aid the French resistance during WWII. During WWII, Lansdale was in the OSS & sent to the Philippines by General Charles Willoughby. Paul Helliwell will be revealed to be money behind the assassination Allen Dulles stated Lansdale was one of his best men, helping to fight off communism in Vietnam. Prior to WWII Lansdale was involved in the advertising world. Advertising is mass psychology. Both David Atlee Phillips & Ed Lansdale were experts in the art of psychological warfare. An advisor to Ramon Magsaysay, Lansdale was given the role by Dulles to fight off the Huks movement. The Huks farmers were rebelling against the forced rural reformation that was taking place in the Philippines. Lansdale later became an advisor to the French in Vietnam. Excom was the Executive Committee that Kennedy organized to help him problem solve during the crisis. Robert Kennedy, CIA's John McCone, JCS members & others were on the board of the Excom Committee. Ed Lansdale's go to person at the CIA was William K. Harvey. Harvey is another key figure in JFK's murder. Policy would be set up, directions sent to SAS, SAS would create plan to follow through with objective. Prouty had been sent to the South Pole escorting VIPS, conveniently out of the way for JFK's murderers. Previously Prouty had been involved in Eissenhower's security when he visited Mexico City. Fletcher Prouty identifies Ed Lansdale in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. Listen as Len gives a detailed background of Prouty's timeline before the assassination. Prouty believed Lansdale was involved in Prouty being sent to the South Pole just before the assassination. Was Ed Lansdale captured walking in the photos that were taken of the three tramps in Dealey Plaza? Why would Lansdale be in Dallas? Did anyone ever asked him? No one has thought that Lansdale was a shooter in Dealey Plaza, more of an organizational support person. Prouty was able to remove documents before his retirement by having his secretaries not stamp TOP SECRET. In Prouty's last days, he offered his collection of records & government papers to Len. A small van would have been needed to transport documents, surely to bring attention at the border crossing. Oswald was made to look like he had backing from ...

And a man who had spoken to Russian KGB agent Kostikov who was working at the consulate. Valery Kostikov was the famed KGB agent who was also a member of the 13th Department, a KGB division responsible for sabotage and assassinations. In Part 10, we pick the action back up on Saturday after Oswald completed his visit to the Russian Embassy, made in one last ditch effort to secure a Russian visa.  Oswald befriends a group of students at the nearby University in an attempt to influence the Cuban consulate and gain his Cuban visa. When that doesn't end well, in despair, he buys a ticket home to Dallas.  There were a few other activities that weekend that Oswald purportedly engaged in including some more mundane touristy things like attending a bull fight and some meatier allegations such as the one that he engaged with a group of Cubans and that he also met with Carlos Lechuga. All rumors that have never been verified beyond their original story tell. While the Mexico City Visit is ending for Oswald, the activities of the CIA and its Mexico City Station are just beginning. Len & Mark discuss the inspiration for Mark to focus his attention on the JFK files. In October 2017, the censorship of the remaining JFK files expired. Trump didn't release the files! Mark educated himself on the statute that was passed in Congress creating the JFK Files Act in 1992. The release of Oliver Stone's movie, JFK, caused immense pressure on the government to release files! Mark has probably read this law 100 times at this point, educating himself on the JFK Records Act. The ARRB had unprecedented authority to look at records & change declassification status on files. The AARB went through EVERY record that the agencies wanted protection on & made decisions. Prior to this law, lawsuits were filed under the FOIA which allows an agency head to veto info requests. Jefferson Morley has done tremendous work looking into the CIA connections to Oswald. The CIA has been fighting hard to keep records closed so the public doesn't learn the truth! Jefferson Morley has been heavily focused on having CIA's George Joannides's files declassified. CIA lied to the Warren Commission, the HSCA, the ARRB etc. about Oswald's activities & history. There is an institutional mandate since creation of the CIA after WWII to keep their operations secret. There are over 3600 protected files still in the archives, violating the law to declassify all JFK files. What can Trump & Congress can do now to have the JFK files released? Discovered memo drafted for Trump, rewriting the JFK Act illegally to delay the release of JFK files. Trump sadly issued a six month delay & then a three month delay of the release of the JFK files. Biden made matters worse with his 'transparency plans' to basically silence public interest. With Bobby Kennedy being in the cabinet, perhaps NOW the remaining files will finally be released. Bobby Kennedy has spoken out that he feels the CIA was responsible for his Uncle's assassination. RFK Jr. Is trying to have his daughter in law appointed to Deputy Director of the CIA. We know a significant amount of information on Oswald. What more do they still want to keep secret? Research has shown that the 'official' conclusions made about Oswald have been false. Why did the CIA create this profile of Oswald being a communist? If there were evidence of Castro being behind JFK's assassination, LBJ would have bombed Cuba. Mark feels Oswald was a CIA asset used in operations before JFK’s assassination in Dallas, Texas. JFK investigator Dan Hardway's work on Oswald in Mexico City is excellent. Find his work online. Oswald was set up by the intelligence agencies to look like a Castro sympathizer. What are the most logical reasons for the CIA's continued secrecy? Operation Northwoods was discovered by the ARRB in the late 90's. JFK outright rejected the Operation Northwoods plan. Mark explains the Operation Northwoods plot. The DRE group was sponsored by the CIA & ran by George Joannides out of JMWAVE in Miami. This group is the single source for information sent around the world that Oswald was a pro Castro nut. Len discusses the possibility of John Armstrong's theory of the 2nd Oswald & LHO impersonators. Mark hopes there will be a Congressional investigation into the assassinations. If you watch Building 7 fall, you'll understand that the buildings must have been wired for demolition. There isn't any actual video of a plane hitting the Pentagon. Why isn't there security video at least? Mark recommends everyone watch the 9/11 documentary Loose Change. Watch Full Documentary Here

He is still  vigorously pursuing visas to Cuba and Russia, but with no luck. By the time Friday is over, he has  completed  three visits to the Cuban Consulate and one visit to the Soviet Embassy.  We pick the action back up on Saturday morning with  Another Oswald visit  to the Russian Embassy, in one last ditch effort to secure a Russian visa. Lee Harvey Oswald's trip to Mexico is one of the most mysterious aspects of the JFK assassination case, and some say it holds the key to understanding what really happened and who was actually involved. Today's episode Part 7 is the seventh episode in this miniseries. In Part 7 we pick the action up as Oswald has checked into  the hotel in Mexico and now heads immediately to the Cuban Consulate in search of a transit visa. We follow Oswald on Friday's odyssey, including  three visits to the Cuban Consulate and one visit to the Soviet Embassy.  Oswald's efforts to obtain a transit visa that would allow him to travel to Cuba are ultimately thwarted that day,  and some of the most important events of his visit happen on Friday including his only known and verifiable interaction with Silvia Duran. And some of the confounding questions begin to arise as well, on whether it was  the authentic Oswald (or not) that visited the Cuban Consulate and the Soviet Embassy.  And what to make of the phone calls to the Soviet Embassy in the minutes after his arrival in Mexico City. Calls that seem difficult for him to have made and that clearly don't seem to be Oswald, because they were spoken in Spanish, a language he could not speak. And luck would have it that his four visits that day, three to the Cuban Consulate and one to the Soviet Embassy, all escaped the America surveillance cameras with no photographs either taken or surviving for posterity. Was that accomplished  for the reasons explained by the CIA, or was it done deliberately for another reason? We're  exploring aspect of the Mexico City story that ultimately impacted what the government decided that  it could not reveal and highlight  about Mexico City at that moment...now just beginning to  explore the curious role of the CIA and its involvement in the  Mexico City affair.....and the plume of suspicions that Mexico creates for the CIA... Come join us as we take you through an entire mini-series of episodes that explore what we know and we don't know about Oswald and his trip to  Mexico City. We will take you from the moment he left New Orleans and traveled to Mexico City, through  his time there and his return to the United States.. That is...if he even went at all..to Mexico ....or rather if he was not the only Oswald who was in Mexico in late September and early October. The plot thickens almost immediately. John explains the four different Dallas Police transcripts that were created The FBI altered the police transcripts! Why did they change the time of the Tippit murder to 1:15 PM? John feels Hoover purposely delayed the release of the police transcripts to the Warren Commission. It's noted in the transcripts that THREE ambulances were dispatched to the Tippet scene. Why 3? Ambulance driver Jason Butler was at the scene for less than a minute, Tippit's time of death 1:10 P.M. Why didn't the witnesses or police at the Tippit murder scene mention the multiple ambulances? Len reflects on John's ability to break down the transcripts so he could recognize the conflicting info. Rankin wrote to Hoover in June pointing out the discrepancies of Tippit's death happening at 1:10 PM. Rankin asked the Secret Service in Dallas to get an original transcript from the Dallas Police. Timelines need to be created with information broken down in order to see the discrepancies. In 1991 John took a JFK class given by author & researcher Jim Marrs after the JFK movie release. Reading the Warren Commission volumes has helped expand John's knowledge of the assassination. Read Airman Palmer McBride's testimony in WC Exhibit 1386, he worked with Oswald in NO. McBride worked with Lee at the Pfisterer Dental Laboratory in the Fall of '57 into late Spring of '58. How could McBride be working with Oswald in New Orleans, when Lee had enlisted & was in Japan? Mcbride's testimony is what got John started thinking about the possibility of two child Oswalds. In Robert Oswald's WC testimony he stated Lee went to Stripling Junior High School in Ft. Worth. How could Lee have went to Stripling Junior High when he'd gone to jr high in NY & New Orleans? The government's version is that Lee graduated from Beauregard High School in New Orleans. John contacted school district officials, retired teaches & staff to find more information on Lee. Retired assistant principle Mr. Kudlaty confirmed that Lee had in fact gone to W.C. Spripling Jr. High. Frank Kudlaty had personally given the FBI Lee's Stripling Jr. High school records. Where are Lee's Stripling Jr. High school records now? FBI reports state Lee was in Russia but buying jeeps at Bolton Ford in New Orleans? Spotting the differences in testimony enabled John to see that there were at least two child Oswalds George DeMohrenschildt's WC testimony stated he felt Lee's Russian was well developed. Can a child drop out of the 9th grade & then teach themselves how to read & speak Russian? John met with Anita Ziger who stated the Lee her family knew in Russia did not speak Russian. Alexander Ziger, Anita's father, was Oswald's boss in Russia. John feels the Russian Oswald was brought to the USA as an orphan child shortly after WWII. Marina stated when she first met Oswald, he spoke Russian, with a Baltic accent. Was Lee able to learn how to speak Russian by taking courses or attending the language schools? Who are we to believe? Where did Oswald learn how to speak sophisticated Russian? Why did Oswald have TWO wallets on him? Why wasn't info about the 2nd wallet disclosed in 1963?

Lee Harvey Oswald's trip to Mexico is one of the most mysterious aspects of the JFK assassination case, and some say it holds the key to understanding what really happened and who was actually involved. Today's episode Part 6   is the sixth episode in this miniseries. In Part 6 we pick the action up in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico just after Oswald entered Mexico, boarded a new bus and headed for Mexico City via Monterey.   We're  still in the early stages of a story that ultimately impacted what the government decided that  it could not reveal and highlight  about Mexico City at that moment...in later episodes we will explore the curious role of the CIA and its involvement in the  Mexico City affair.....and the plume of suspicions that Mexico creates for the CIA... The evidence in this part of the case is confounding and it may be one of the toughest assignments yet for all of us, including  you, the jury, to sort through it all. Come join us as we review one of the most fascinating story tells regarding the JFK assassination, and as we borrow heavily from so many great researchers including the work of Jefferson Morley who wrote Our Man In Mexico and John Armstrong who wrote Harvey and Lee, two of the most detailed and spellbinding books every written on the JFK assassination. Others as well contribute to the richness of our investigation into what happened...really...in Mexico City....Even as early as 1964, rumors and serious concerns over  the lone gunman theory and the evidence that might contravene it,  were becoming a major concern for the government and the commission. Conspiracy theories were contrary to the government's stated narrative from the very beginning. This  real-life story is more fascinating than fiction.  No matter whether you are a serious researcher or a casual student, you will enjoy the fact filled narrative and story as  we relive one of the most shocking moments in American History.   Paul returned to Quebec from visiting Dallas, TX & gives an overview of his conference experiences! The 2024 conference experience was enhanced by taking the tour of Oswald's 'escape' from the TSBD. Paul was able to visit Lee's rooming house, the backyard on Neely & the Texas Theatre. Following Lee's proposed steps & timeline by the Warren Commission, you realize it was impossible. While there were similarities, witnesses of the Tippit murder refused to ID Oswald as the shooter. Paul visited Jack Ruby's Marsala apartment building, noting close proximity to the Texas Theatre. Lee & Marina's prior home on Neely is abandoned & falling apart. Visit while you still can. Paul is currently reading 'Admitted Assassin' by Brian K. Edwards. Why would Lee's cab driver drop him off six blocks from his boarding house? How many times do we have to prove that Kennedy was shot from the front? Expand your research. Are we seeing the same puppeteers with the historic political assassinations? Len feels there are 2 sorts of researchers, either focused on Dealey Plaza or focused on the big picture. This years attendance at the conference was very low for some reason... Paul encourages Len to hold a quality JFK event perhaps in New Orleans. Len reminisces the Black Op Radio event 2010 at Hawaii, John Armstrong, Mark De Valk, Wes Swearingen attended. Part II - Paul Bleau, Jeff Crudele, Andrew Iler Paul Jeff and Andrew reveal what they discovered at National Archives Their website JFK Chokeholds The Black Vault - Online Document Archive - The Black Vault Mary Ferrell Website In 1992 Oliver Stone's JFK film gained extensive attention & highlighted the withheld documents. The American public were outraged that thousands of records were still classified. 9C3B of the JFK Records Act imposes a ministerial duty on the ARRB to itemize record inventory. The records were specified if they were still to be held as postponed, or with specific release dates. In the ARRB's final report, they were required to set a date for all JFK records being held. Andrew often frequents the Mary Ferrell Foundation & The Black Vault when researching. Internal ARRB memo of June 1997 mentions huge backlog of records, processing 4+ million records. Final determination forms were created for every single record that was archived by the ARRB. Paul, Jeff & Andrew met at College Park, MD to go through archived records before the conference. The men had goals to work together in order to get as many records copied as possible. Andrew went through 12 boxes of archived records without finding any final determination forms. On the 13th box, Andrew was relieved finding it full of final determination forms. These forms are critical because the ARRB was an independent, high level, federal government agency. In essence, these forms are all court orders. Archivists have a legal obligation to comply with the ARRB's final orders. The majority of the records have a release date of 2006, yet they remain behind closed doors. Why? Paul worked as Andrew's research assistant searching up RIF #'s while onsite at the archives. Neither Trump nor Biden has had the power to postpone JFK assassination records! Even the most experienced of archivists have struggles finding JFK documents due to disorganization. There should be over 100,000 of the final determination forms but boxes of forms are missing. Andrew has requested the final determination forms for JFK files still being held from the public. The final determination forms are not indexed, they're mislabelled & actually filed under subject titles. The archivists at College Park, Maryland were all very helpful & professional.

Ted was 8 years old when JFK was assassinated on November 22, 1963. A pall came over the nation when JFK was assassinated, everyone around him was effected. JFK's murder deeply effected Ted, starting his fascination with the investigation. Oswald being shot by Ruby just two days after JFK’s murder seemed too fantastical to be true! Ted has a background in TV reporter & teaches journalism. Ted loves investigative journalism. With Ted's pending retirement, he's looking forward to focusing on his great JFK Youtube channel! Listening to weekly episodes of Black Op Radio helps keep Ted close to the subject. Ted has current FOIA requests in progress with hopes of learning more on the Chicago plot. Ted interviewed Ruth Paine a decade ago! Ted tells why she cut him off from further communication! It was amazing to Ted how Ruth Paine tried to manipulate him. Solving the assassination of JFK's murder is coming down to the hard work of independent researchers. Ted appreciates the determined truth seekers in the JFK research community! Ted's nickname was TV Ted in the television & reporting world. Sgt. Robert Vincent's plane was diverted to Dallas, where they picked up an LHO lookalike! The CIA kept complete oversight over Sgt. Vincent & his wife after the assassination. Ted has concluded the JFK assassination was a CIA operation. Many people associated to the assassination on some level lost their lives or were harassed by the CIA. Len created 50 Reasons For 50 Years short videos to cater to people's short attention spans! Researchers are very interested in the murder of Officer Tippet by an Oswald imposter. Ted really appreciates the Oswald research published by John Armstrong in Harvey & Lee. Len & Ted discuss the multiple Oswalds that started to appear in different states. Was the CIA Edward Lansdale brought in to orchestrate & direct JFK’s assassination? Len believes the reporting of Oswald in Mexico City was a CIA created distraction. Thomas Arthur Vallee in Chicago also looked like Oswald & had a similar military career! Roger Craig saw an Oswald lookalike in Dealey Plaza getting into a Rambler station wagon. There were TWO Oswalds arrested on November 22, 1963 at the The Texas Theatre! The plane with Sgt. Robert Vincent landed at the Roswell AFB after leaving Dallas. David Ferrie was being followed by the CIA to make sure he didn’t speak out about the assassination. Oswald was seen creating a ruckus in multiple locations bringing attention to himself on purpose. The Warren Commission censored what was published in the report, rejecting multiple testimonies. Gerald Ford & the other members of the Warren Commission are guilty of helping with the cover-up. The Warren Commission has told hundreds of lies but ignorant people & shills still promote the report. With the WC claiming Oswald was in Mexico City, then how could Lee be at the Sportsdrome? How could Lee Harvey Oswald defect to Russia, return to the US with assistance & not be charged? Sylvia Odio reported that a Lee Harvey Oswald visited her home with anti Castro Cubans. Oswald arrested at The Texas Theatre seen at El Tico restaurant in a car registered to CIA business. Allen Dulles & The Big Money behind the opposition of Kennedy. NSAM 263 was JFK's initial initiative to start pulling out all troops from Vietnam. Len explains the Golden Triangle. David Ferrie was killed shortly after it was made public he was involved in Garrison’s investigation. Autopsy whistleblower suicided along with reporter Dorothy Kilgallen & Dr. Mary Sherman!

John has a new video featuring his latest research on Lee Harvey Oswald on Nov. 22/63. New Video - Tampering of Dallas Police transcripts John is always finding information that no one else has found because he reads. Earlene Roberts saw Lee leave the rooming house in a dark brown shirt. zipping up his dark blue jacket. Lee wore a dark blue jacket when he appeared in the morning at Wesley Frazier's house on 11/22/63. Taxi driver William Whaley also described Lee as also wearing a dark blue jacket. Lee left the rooming house at approximately 1:03 PM. The man who shot Tippet at 1:06 PM was wearing a light colored Eisenhower type windbreaker jacket. Please read John's analysis and description of the Tippet murder on his website, HarveyandLee.net Oswald was wearing a long sleeved brown shirt (no blue jacket) at his arrest in the Texas Theatre. John encourages you to READ the Dallas Police Department dictatape transcriptions from 11/22/63. The FBI edited the DPD transcriptions, changing the time stamps around the Tippit murder. Three Ambulances sent to 10th & Patton - Dudley M. Hughes ambulance, Baylor University & the VA. By 1964, Ely was aware of the many Oswald impersonations happening in multiple places. Oswald shows a Texas State Driver's License to Fred Moore at the Jiffy Mart at 10am. How can Oswald be at the Jiffy Mart when he's pushing boxes around at the TSBD? Oswald seen getting on bus in Dealey Plaza while also spotted getting into a Rambler station wagon. John Hart Ely, 26 year old & the youngest member to work on the Warren Commission. Ely's job for the Warren Commission was to research the history of Marguerite & Lee Harvey Oswald. Seeing obvious discrepancies, Ely started to question Oswald's duplicity in his investigation. Ely talked to the men who were stationed with Oswald in Santa Anna & El Toro. Talked to Sgt. Donald Goodwin at El Toro. Friendly with Oswald, going to the movies together. In 1975, Ely wrote a summary of his deep & complex feelings about the Warren Commission. Mr. Ely, in his own words, recognized there was multiple Oswalds. In April '64 Jenner wrote to Rankin about Ely's records, Ely's research was going to have to be edited. John has wondered for 20 years why Capt. Fritz didn't ask Lee any questions about the Tippit murder. A blue jacket was placed on Tippit's body after he was murdered before the ambulance crew arrived. Witness Domingo Benavides tried to contact DPD dispatch but didn't know how to use the police mic. Tippit's body was taken the Methodist Hospital by the Dudley Hughes ambulance by Jasper Clayton Butler. Although Butler was on site by 1:10 PM, Tippit was declared dead until 1:15 PM? How? Capt. Fritz was aware of the 2nd wallet found at the Tippit crime scene, helping in the cover up. On 11/22/63 the Dallas Police Dept. sent the FBI 225 items but returned 455 items on 11/26/63. John spent 2 weeks at the National Archives searching for DP initials on items in Oswald's inventory. The government offices protect each other, enabling them to destroy & hide assassination evidence. What would have happened if the public found out two wallets at the Tippit crime scene in 1963? Why haven't the seasoned researchers questioned the two different jackets & shirts worn by Oswald. What happened to Oswald's blue jacket? It was missing at the time of his arrest. John first started to seriously research the JFK assassination after attending an event in 1991. Madeline Brown's attended the JFK event, bringing her son, who is the spitting image of LBJ. Was LHO in N. Dakota in 1953 but also in New York going to school? It takes years researching & reading to understand the all of the little links that slowly connect.

Another great story shared by an inspiring everyday athlete.Mal Smith got in touch after speaking to a former guest, John Armstrong, recommended he got in touch to share his story. Mal states"Im a triathlete at  Cleethorpes Tri Club and along with my 18 year old son Callum, we've qualified this year to race the standard distance in Torremolinos. I'm also a PTS5 ParaTriathlete  and it was the knock on effect of training for the British Super Series (finishing second at the British ParaTri champs) that brought my times down last year to qualify at Sunderland. I got into triathlon after a lifetime of proving to myself that I could do whatever I set my mind too…and so after a number of years obstacle course racing and running multiple marathons, Ironman became the next target!  Triathlon then changed my life and continues to do so, as I realised just what is possible!I'd love to raise the profile of Para Triathlon but also highlight that just because you may have a physical impairment it doesn't stop you from taking part in our fantastic sport! I can't wait to represent GB in October as part of the age group team! You can follow Mal on Instagram @malsmithtriathletehope you enjoy.Hope you find the value in this. You Can Follow us  on Instagram @amp_1967X : agegroupmultisportpodcastFacebook : AMPGBfind all our episodes on our websiteor our YouTube Channel AMP GBWebsite is : https://agegroupmultisportpodcast.buzzsprout.com/email: agegroupmultisportpodcast@gmail.comIf you are an agegroup athlete and would like to come on the pod, get in touch.

What is the one thing you dread most about your job? For many, that could be asking for a salary rise – even if you deserve it. Experts say there is a right and a wrong way to ask your boss for a wage increase and you should start by being prepared before sitting down with your manager for the “salary talk”. This could include compiling your successes over the past year to boost your case. You should also consider your goals and what benefits matter most to you, such as a better work-life balance. It is also important to figure out the pros and cons of working full-time in the office or a hybrid mix that allows you to work from home a couple of days a week. But how do you ensure that you start 2024 with a welcome boost to your income? Host Felicity Glover talks to John Armstrong, founder and managing director of recruitment specialist JCA Associates, who takes us through the steps to ask for a pay rise.
