Jim's latest book "The JFK Assassination Chokeholds: That Prove There Was A Conspiracy" - Find here. National Archives - JFK Files - Read here. Jim recommends "The Man Who Knew Too Much" by Dick Russell. Purchase Book Here Despite new information about Oswald in the recently released JFK files, mainstream media says "nothing new". In the files there is more info about Oswald's 201 file, Mexico City, Helsinki, Castro etc.. When Oswald was released from the Marines it was from a "hardship discharge", using Marguerite's injuries as an excuse. Typically it takes a few months for the marines to investigate hardship claims but Lee's was approved with in just 11 days. When Lee left the Marines, it was 9 months earlier than when he was scheduled to be released. Rosaleen Quinn who dated Oswald while he was in California recalled Lee was more fluent in Russian than she was. After being discharged, Oswald was only in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for 72 hours before heading to New Orleans. Oswald leaves from New Orleans to France, using the same travel agency as the International Trade Mart. Coincidence? Why was Oswald going to Helsinki important? Was it because Helsinki processed visas within 48 hours? After travelling on a freighter to Europe, Oswald goes to Helsinki & stayed at the Hotel Torni. How did Oswald afford this? Oswald participated in a planned, fake defection program. Without government assistance, how would he afford a 4 star hotel? The Warren Commission avoided going into the intricate details of Oswald's movements and activity in Helsinki. WC investigator David Slawson was definitely curious about Oswald's trip to Helsinki. The CIA and FBI were the main sources of information for the Warren Commission. In 1963-1964, early investigators such as Mark Lane & Joachim Joesten who suspected CIA and government involvement. CIA 1971 memo - appears to have been debate in the CIA whether Kostikov was ever involved in Dept 13. Have you read the Lopez Report? Read here. If Oswald was in Mexico City, why isn't there any photographs or video of Oswald going into the different embassies? Why has the CIA never been able to produce a tape of Oswald's voice? On the Nov 22nd the CIA sent a tape of what they said was Oswald's voice to the FBI interrogating Oswald in Dallas. David Atlee Phillips put out a cover story - all of the Oswald tapes had been destroyed. The Lopez report contradicts this. Dan Hardway and Edwin Lopez wrote up bills of indictment for both Phillips and Anne Goodpasture Anne Goodpasture was Winston Scott's exec assistant. Pulse camera outside of the Cuban Embassy, activated by the door of the Cuban consulate opening & closing. Such a sensitive camera, yet no photos of Oswald? David Phillips claimed the camera was "out that day". The CIA did not want this information included in the volumes of the HSCA investigation. Was the whole Mexico City event a charade? Was the story about Kostikov the capper on the charade with Oswald? Was Oswald working with Kostikov and at the direction of the KGB? The KGB may have hired Richard Case Nagell to find out who was behind the pending plot to kill JFK. Jim recommends watching the 2014 AARC interview with Dan Hardway & Edwin 'Eddie' Lopez. Watch here. Hardway and Lopez worked out of CIA headquarters reviewing files and information until Joannides complicated matters. After Joannides got involved in hampering the investigation, files would be slow and redacted. The HSCA was shut down at the end of 1978 and decreased to a skeleton crew prior to publishing. What wasn't released in the HSCA volumes, was to be classified until 2029. Oliver Stone's "JFK" changed all of that. Steve has been keeping busy, slowly going through the 80,000 pages from the recently declassified JFK files. Seasoned JFK researchers who know the historic material will be able to make sense of the new JFK files. Len & Steve discuss the JFK Task Force headed by Congresswoman Anna Luna & the recent hearings. Steve finds Luna as being forthcoming & capable to the task of heading this new JFK task force. Steve is proud of his friendship with JFK researcher & author, Jefferson Morley, founder of JFK Facts website. Visit here. Oliver Stone will never be forgotten by the JFK researching community. His contributions have been priceless. The JFK movie by Oliver Stone was released in 1992, 2nd documentary Destiny Betrayed was 2021. Mr. X played by Donald Sutherland was based off the personal testimony of Col. L.Fletcher Prouty. It was beneficial to the research committee to have Oliver Stone at the first JFK hearing of the Luna Committee in Congress. They murdered JFK & got away with it, with Dulles guarding all information. Earl Warren and others never wanted to head the commission, they were ordered to by President Lyndon B. Johnson. Steve discusses the importance of the cover up with Len mentioning CE #399 and that unbelievable lie. All of the new observations fail to produce any evidence of the government’s false claims that "Oswald did it". Steve met Mark Lane in 1966 shortly after the release of Rush To Judgment. Mark introduced Steve to Jim Garrison. Jim wanted to know if Steve had any skills when Steve offered to volunteer to help Jim with his JFK investigation. Steve had read all 26 volumes of Warren Commission testimony & exhibits, with experience in photography at UCLA. Overloaded with film & photographic evidence, Garrison hired Steve as a forensic investigator in charge of this material. Steve feels the biggest discovery from this photographic & video evidence is the Zapruder film! Garrison sent Steve to the National Archives to view the unedited version of the Zapruder film. It was shockingly clear. Steve was also communicating with a liason with French Intelligence SDECE & was sent to Paris in June of 1968. French Intelligence gave Steve a copy of their near perfect copy of the Zapruder film. Film was disguised for trip to USA. Steve made copies to anyone who wanted one, he sent many films to JFK assassination researchers. JFK couldn't have been shot from the front & the back, by anyone shooting from the 6th floor of the TSBD building. Len believes this week there will be a release of the assassination of Robert Kennedy at the Ambassador Hotel. All photos related to the assassinations should be released for public scrutiny. These are MURDER investigations. What happened in Dealey Plaza was a highly conscious and intentional act to completely change the direction of history. Churchill called the people who really control global politics the "High Cabal". Stay tuned for a new release this fall by Steve Jaffe, he's been busy working on a new book! Stay tuned! Until you start doing the deep research, you truly have no idea have no idea of the many lies that are told by the government. JFK's assassination completely changed the course of history, We still feel these effects. Part Two Paul Bleau @ 31:45 "The JFK Assassination Chokeholds: That Prove There Was A Conspiracy". Website "The Pepe Letters" Read here. Len & Paul discuss the latest in Paul's research & the JFK document release. Paul has an interest in the Fair Play For Cuba Committee. When Oswald joined this committee, Lee was on a mission. New Orleans wouldn't have had any appetite for communist sympathy after the Cuban Missile Crisis in the summer of 1963. Despite the logical failure of such a committee, Lee opens up a public chapter of the FPFC in New Orleans. Creation of such a committee in NO could have caused Castro issues regarding trade ...

Len & Greg were both friends with whistleblower Col. L. Fletcher Prouty before he passed away. Len created the "50 Reasons For 50 Years" series for the 50th anniversary of JFK's murder & to counter Gary Mack's lies. Greg was interviewed on "The Men Who Killed Kennedy" over 22 years ago. Watch here. While "No Smoking Gun" has been the go to phrase of the media, Greg explains we've had "smoking guns" for decades. The "Silence of the Media" despite there being several smoking guns has lead to the delay in justice for JFK. Dr. David Mantik wrote an article "The Silence of the Historians" years ago. Read here. Greg encourages Congress to initiate another investigation into JFK's assassination & review all info learned. Over the decades the National Archives has fought to have documents to remain sealed & squash the investigators. CIA document #1035-960 went out to all of the station chiefs on how to handle the criticism of the Warren Report. We've had this document for decades, if it had been recently released, would the media consider this a "smoking gun"? The CIA tries to stifle thought, conversation & research into critical thinking citizens who investigate JFK's assassination. Western Cartridge Co. FBI doc. dated Dec 2/63, Subject: JFK assassination, written in response to Mr. Belmont's memo. This FBI memo is evidence of the bias investigation, wanting the ammo to be traced & put in Oswald's hands. Stalin's top man in the secret police, Beria, "you show me the man and I will find you the crime". Targeted lawfare. In the United States, you investigate the crime & see where it goes, not the other way around. Western Cartridge Co. in East Alton, Illinois manufactured 4,000,000 rounds for the USMC in 1954. Order was authorized under government contract DA-23-196-ORD-27. FBI memo states this is probably CIA connected. The interesting thing about this order is it's for ammo for weapons that the does not fit any weapon issued by the USMC. The FBI memo regarding the Mannlicher-Carcano cartridges was also shared with Division 5 & Division 6 of the FBI. The FBI is stating the ammo is 9 years old, purchased by the CIA, under the USMC cover. How did it end up in the TSDB? If this document had been released 2 weeks ago, would the media be saying that this is a "smoking gun"? View document. What if we'd not had the LBJ Tapes this whole time? Would these be considered a "smoking gun" by the media if just released? In a recording with Hoover & LBJ, LBJ asks Hoover how Connally was hit if Oswald was shooting from behind? How could Connally be shot if he was never between Jack & the TSBD building? Another "smoking gun". Hoover is basically saying Kennedy was shot from the front! Media remains silent. The media was AWARE of the lies, glossing over ALL of the "smoking guns", yet continues to make sensationalist stories. Greg doesn't have any high hopes over the release of the recent JFK files. The media has failed. The reason that we don't have all of the information should not be the government refused to release documents. Len mentions if the media reviewed the working file on George Joannides, it would be like hieroglyphics to the media. The media is failing! With shows like Joe Rogan & Black Op Radio, people do not believe the Warren Commission. With every release of documents, nothing is released that actually proves the case that...
Mobsters Hit Tony Soprano Style Before They Can Testify By Robert Riggs The JFK assassination files recently released by President Trump shed more light on the secret plot by the CIA to use Mafia gangsters to kill Cuban dictator Fidel Castro. Investigative reporter Thomas Maier, the author of Mafia Spies, his book about the unlikely alliance between the CIA and mobsters, is back to discuss the latest revelations. This is the second part of my True Crime Reporter® series about the Mafia Spies. Two Chicago gangsters, Sam Giancana and Johnny Roselli, were central to a Congressional investigation by Senator Frank Church in the mid-1970s Both were murdered shortly before they could testify. I was an investigator for another committee working on a related inquiry at the time. The mob-style hit sent a chill through Senators digging into CIA abuses. Speculation continues about whether the CIA or a Mafia kingpin silenced the mobsters. Maier and I discuss the murders and revelations from his new book, “The Invisible Spy.” His dogged investigation uncovered how former CIA Director Allen Dulles steered the Warren Commission's investigation of President Kennedy's assassination in Dallas away from the plot to kill Castro. Here's a link to the cast of characters.

Over six decades ago, Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas. A few days later, Oswald himself was killed by Jack Ruby. A week later, President Lyndon B. Johnson tasked the President's Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy (commonly known as the Warren Commission, after named after chairman, Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court Earl Warren) with investigating the assassination.Recently, we interviewed a lawyer who worked on that commission: Burt W. Griffin. Judge Griffin was assistant legal counsel to the Warren Commission. He was especially tasked with investigating issues related to Ruby. He recently authored a book on his experience investigating the murder: JFK, Oswald and Ruby: Politics, Prejudice and Truth. He spoke to us about his initial reaction to the assassination, why the lawyers on the commission wanted there to be a conspiracy afoot, and what he learned as he dug into the case.Support your local book stores! The Death of Tippit - Part 1 The Death of Tippit - Part 2 The Death of Tippit - Part 3 Find previous articles by John at Jim DiEugenio's website, Kennedys and King.com. John finds the government's theory that JFK was shot by Oswald from the rear hard to believe. The Zapruder film proves that John Kennedy was shot from the front. John found a DPD radio recording from November 22, 1963 on Youtube. Listen Here Recorded 11/22/63 communication was omitted from the Dallas Police Department transcripts. Tippit's last call in was said to be at Lancaster & 8th, but Tippit actually said Lansing St. & 8th. There is in fact a Lansing St. just 2 blocks away from Lancaster & 8th in Dallas. 10 minutes prior, Officer J.L. Angell had reported he was "still at Lansing & 8th" Coincidence? Realizing that Angell's call was deliberately not reported, John was inspired to research further. Sgt. Bud Owens was supposed to be Tippit's supervisor that day but Sgt. Hugh Davis took over. Owens leaves out important facts & timeline of events in his Warren Commission testimony. Was there a covert change of guard with the Dallas Police from Owens to Davis on 11/22/63? How did the many different DPD officers get to the scene of the Tippit shooting? Why were there so many misplaced Dallas Police Department officers on 11/22/63? Warren Commission's inventory of police officers is not accurate. Many discrepancies. Officer Parker was supposed to be manning road blocks in Garland, but on a Oak Cliff viaduct? Officer Lewis was supposed to be at Love Field area but he was at another one of the viaducts. The WC states Officer Ronald Nelson was in Dealey Plaza at 12:30 but he too was at a viaduct. Post assassination story involved Tippit being at Gloco, readjusting the time of his visit. Why? Tippit was described by as arriving at Glaco shortly after the shots were fired in Dealey Plaza. John does not believe "Badgeman" was a Dallas Police officer or that you can properly ID him. Office Harry Olsen, who knew Ruby, was also documented to be located at Lansing & 8th. John doesn't believe any members of the Dallas Police Department were firing at JFK. Members of the Dallas police would have helped the shooters safely escape Dealey Plaza. John is curious if Tippit turned after JFK shot, forcing the conspirators to eliminate him? Why were so many of the DPD were in the area, before the assassination had happened? Officer Gerry Hill leaves City Hall about the time Oswald is declared a person of interest. Photos show Officer Gerry Hill arriving at the TSBD in car #207 about 12:50 PM. Earline Roberts, Oswald's landlord, testified DPD car #207 pulled up outside her home. Officer Gerry Hill does not have an alibi for after 1 PM. How could Oswald get from his rooming house to the Tippit murder scene so quickly? Did DPD car #207 drive Oswald to the Tippit murder scene? Did the Rambler in Dealey Plaza? Westbrook arrived after Tippit was shot, yet somehow Westbrook arrives at the scene twice? Capt. W. R. Westbrook's claims can be refuted by other officer's testimonies or by reporters. Car #207 was given great interest due to boarding house landlord Earline Robert's testimony. Len applauds John on his fantastic detective work. Things are constantly making more sense. How many coincidences can you have? Timelines not lining up? False testimonies? So many lies!
Glenn Beck Special. Who ACTUALLY Killed JFK? Glenn Reveals Assassination BOMBSHELLS Glenn resurrects the iconic Oval Office set used in Oliver Stone's “JFK” film and dives into the massive JFK files release from the Trump administration. Conspiracy theories swirled for years that rogue CIA elements or Lyndon B. Johnson were behind the murder of Kennedy. Glenn's team, aided by AI, sifted through the thousands of newly declassified documents to test the theories, and what they found was troubling: CIA wiretapping, media infiltration, ties to Lee Harvey Oswald's rifle and ammo. But what of LBJ's alleged role? Legendary political strategist Roger Stone tells Glenn about his private conversations with President Nixon that led him to write “The Man Who Killed Kennedy.” Afterward, Glenn speaks to Shane Stevens, the grandson of Billie Sol Estes — a Texas businessman with alleged ties to LBJ. In January, he gave a digital copy of a secret family audiotape to "The Alex Jones Show." The conversations alleged that then-Vice President Johnson hired Mac Wallace to kill JFK. But was the tape real, or an elaborate AI hoax? Glenn's team asks a JFK expert to verify its authenticity and for the first time ever, Shane plays the chilling confession live in-studio. Glenn argues that the JFK assassination isn't just history — it's a warning. From Benghazi to 9/11, COVID origins to Trump's Russia probe, the same patterns of secrecy and deception persist. If the CIA or deep state got away with a coup in 1963, what's stopping them now? BLAZETV+ BONUS CONTENT Get it all now, only at https://blazetv.com/glenn • Glenn and Roger Stone react to a buried Nixon tape in which he and CIA Director Richard Helms discuss “who shot John?" • Shane Stevens tells Glenn why he kept family confession tapes that allege LBJ's plot to kill JFK hidden for so long. • Glenn recreates Lee Harvey Oswald's JFK assassination shots with the exact rifle, scope, and rare CIA-requisitioned ammo at a Texas shooting range. Then, he tests the exact angle and speed with a moving target at an Oklahoma ranch. Was he able to hit the targets with the same timing between the three infamous shots? The results raise serious doubts about the “magic bullet theory” and the official lone-gunman narrative from the Warren Commission. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (04/01/2025): 3:05pm- On Monday night, Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) began a filibuster to protest the Trump Administration and its policies—claiming the administration has “inflicted pain” and rejected “common decency.” Booker is now on his 20th hour of speaking from the Senate floor and has vowed to speak “for as long as I am physically able.” While filibustering the Civil Rights Act of 1957, then-Senator Strom Thurmond set the record for longest speech on the Senate floor at 24 hours and 18 minutes. Is this Booker's way of keeping his name in the news so he can set himself up for yet another presidential run? 3:30pm- Senator Dave McCormick—United States Senator from Pennsylvania—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his new bipartisan bill to “combat the scourge of fentanyl.” Sen. McCormick also talks about his efforts to place term limits on House and Senate members, President Donald Trump's expected tariff adoption, and politicized district court judges doing their best to upend Trump Administration policies. 3:50pm- Approaching his 21st continuous hour of speaking from the Senate floor, Sen. Cory Booker conceded that “the Democratic Party has made mistakes.” Rich notes that Booker is not even filibustering a specific policy—he just doesn't like the president and won't stop talking about it. 4:00pm- On Monday night, The Atlantic published an article erroneously claiming the Trump Administration “mistakenly” deported a Maryland father to a terrorism confinement center in El Salvador. During Tuesday's press briefing, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the magazine's story is not true and that the individual in question is, in fact, a member of the MS-13 gang—which has been designated as a foreign terrorist organization. Leavitt explained: "If you just saw the headline from…The Atlantic magazine this morning, you would think this individual was father of the year." 4:30pm- On Monday, the House Oversight Committee's Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets held a hearing on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy—which included testimony from filmmaker Oliver Stone. Stone—the Director of the 1991 movie “JFK”—implored Congress to “reopen what the Warren Commission failed miserably to complete.” 4:50pm- At 4:00pm on Wednesday, President Donald Trump is expected to announce “reciprocal” tariffs on imports from foreign nations. What impact will this have on the American economy? 5:00pm- Susan Crabtree—RealClearPolitics National Political Correspondent & Author of the book, “Fools Gold: The Radicals, Con Artists, and Traitors Who Killed the California Dream and Now Threaten Us All”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Gavin Newsom's appearance on Bill Maher where the California Governor continued to falsely portray himself as a political moderate despite historically embracing far-left policies. During the interview, Gov. Newsom refused to confirm his intent to run for president in 2028—but we all know he's going to! The trigger wasn't pulled by a “lone nut”—it was pulled by brainwashed assassins. This episode exposes the MKUltra-trained hit squad embedded in Dallas, with never-before-heard audio of CIA handlers discussing “patsy programming” for Lee Harvey Oswald. Discover how Chicago mob boss Sam Giancana used JFK's affair with Judith Exner to blackmail the White House, and why three shooters were paid with CIA “ghost money” funneled through Swiss banks. Featuring an interview with a retired Mossad agent who claims JFK's limo driver was a Soviet double agent, this is the definitive proof the Warren Commission buried.
On November 22, 1963, John F. Kennedy, the 35th president of the United States, became the victim of an assassin's bullet during a motorcade visit through Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas. Although the Warren Commission later concluded Kennedy's assassination had been the work of one man, Lee Harvey Oswald, questions have remained about what other information might remain in holdings of the intelligence community. Last week, the latest in an ongoing declassification of records related to the assassination made additional JFK files available to the public. On this episode of The Micah Hanks Program, we look at what the new documents reveal about Kennedy's death, the CIA and Cold War espionage, the birth of the "Deep State," and also claims that UFOs may have been somehow linked to Kennedy's untimely death in 1963. Len thanks Paul for his earnest efforts to provide quality research to the public & JFK researchers. People tune into shows like Black Op Radio, Joe Rogan & Jimmy Dore to hear authentic research. Attorneys Burt Griffin & Leon Hubert, leads for the Warren Commission's investigation into Ruby. Paul found an 11 page memo when researching while writing "Death To Justice" Was Jack Ruby connected to Lee Harvey Oswald? Did they collaborate together? Griffin memo to J. Lee. Rankin reveals the men had many unanswered questions, desiring more answers. Griffin really latched on to DPD Sgt. Patrick Dean, feeling that he was highly suspicious. Dean was really the catalyst for the charge of premeditation for the charge of murder against Ruby. March 24, 1964 Sgt. Patrick Dean was questioned by attorney Burt Griffin for the Warren Commission. The next day, March 25th, Dean filed a complaint against Griffin, who was then ordered back to D.C.. Dean was basically the star witness for the Dallas Police Department in Jack Ruby’s trial. When a Canadian from Victoria called in to say they had footage of the assassination, Dean took the call. Dean tripped himself up when Griffin questioned Dean about the door that lead from the Annex building. Dean was in charge of the security for Dallas City Hall basement in preparation of Oswald’s transfer. Why did the DPD & the Warren Commission protect Sgt. Patrick Dean? Dean was the one who assigned two reserve officers at the entrance way that Ruby utilized. How did Dean indirectly remove these two reserve officers from the basement? Ruby's business partner, Bertha Cheek, was sister in law to Oswald's landlord at the rooming house. Why did Jack Ruby kill Oswald? Griffin & Hubert recommended that Oswald's murder should have it's own chapter in the WC Report. Railroading Griffin & Hubert's investigation basically ended the probe into Ruby & Oswald’s relationship. Dean gave another statement to the Warren Commission, but in D.C., where was he was basically apologized to. In the middle of June or July of 1964, Dean personally asked to have a polygraph test. Unbelievably, even with Dean writing his own questions, he failed his own polygraph test! The results to Dean's failed polygraph test were never given to the Warren Commission! Declared lost! These notes were unavailable for the HSCA's investigation, Dean was called before the HSCA again. Although questioned, the questioning was about how Dean was questioned by the Warren Commission in ‘64. Why did Dean say in his interviews to media on Nov. 24th that he'd seen Ruby enter down the Main St. Ramp? The lawyers wanted to look into the anti-Castro & Dallas Police Dept. connections of Ruby's. Dean took a trip to the third floor of City Hall where he got instructions to take Sorrels to question Jack Ruby. Dean himself appears to be an example compartmentalization on an individual. On the evening of November 24th, after the shooting, there was a meeting back at Jack Ruby's apartment. Attorney Tom Howard was at this meeting. Howard was also present in the basement when Ruby shot Oswald. George Senator, Ruby's roommate & business partner, did not discuss the meeting of the 24th when interviewed. When there are multiple discrepancies & things don't...
A trove of JFK files is due to be released today, with over 80,000 files in all.
The long-awaited JFK files have finally been released, and one of the most revealing details isn't what's in them—but what the CIA wanted to keep hidden. Among the redactions in the report, one stands out: “The Israeli Intelligence Service.” Why was this information deemed too sensitive for public eyes, even after all these years? In this episode, I break down my initial reaction to the files, what this redaction could mean, and how it fits into the bigger picture of JFK's assassination, and American politics in general.—https://policecoffee.com/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAACG7qmIkS3X8ivoZzZosZdSRJueTZ&gclid=Cj0KCQjw1um-BhDtARIsABjU5x6X9JVI5Dihvk6wiS1l5Ra9sToZWRHjj-F0vy3owqCssQ1Bpb0eGaQaAsF1EALw_wcB
This Day in Legal History: Jack Ruby ConvictedOn March 14, 1964, Jack Ruby was convicted of murdering Lee Harvey Oswald, the accused assassin of President John F. Kennedy. Ruby, a Dallas nightclub owner, had shot Oswald on live television two days after Kennedy's assassination, as police were transferring Oswald from the city jail. The highly publicized trial concluded with a guilty verdict, and Ruby was sentenced to death. However, in 1966, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals overturned the conviction, ruling that improper testimony had been admitted and that the trial should not have taken place in Dallas, where impartiality was questionable. A retrial was ordered, but before it could proceed, Ruby died of lung cancer on January 3, 1967. His actions and their legal consequences remain a topic of debate, with some believing he was motivated by grief and others suspecting a broader conspiracy.Ruby testified before the Warren Commission in July 1964, providing a rambling account of his mental state and possible connections to figures of interest. Arlen Specter, a future U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania, was among those questioning him. The case highlighted due process concerns, particularly regarding venue changes in high-profile trials, and underscored the legal system's challenges in handling emotionally charged cases with national significance. Two federal judges, one in Maryland and another in California, have ordered the Trump administration to reinstate thousands of probationary federal workers who were fired as part of a sweeping effort to shrink the government. The rulings represent the most significant legal challenge yet to Trump and adviser Elon Musk's aggressive push to cut federal jobs. The Maryland case, led by 20 Democratic-led states, targeted 18 agencies accused of unlawfully dismissing workers without following required procedures. Judge James Bredar ruled that the firings amounted to mass layoffs requiring prior notice to state governments. In California, Judge William Alsup reached a similar conclusion, ordering reinstatement for workers at six agencies, including the Department of Defense. He criticized the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for directing agencies to fire workers en masse without legal authority. The Trump administration argues that probationary employees have few job protections and can be terminated for nearly any reason. However, Democratic-led states claim the firings violated regulations requiring agencies to provide 60 days' notice before mass layoffs. At least 24,000 probationary workers have been fired since Trump returned to office, affecting agencies such as the EPA, Department of Education, and Homeland Security. The Merit Systems Protection Board has also intervened, recently ordering the Agriculture Department to temporarily reinstate nearly 6,000 workers. Meanwhile, unions and advocacy groups continue legal efforts to block further terminations, with the American Federation of Government Employees calling the rulings a victory against an administration aiming to cripple federal agencies. The Trump administration has vowed to fight back against the court orders, arguing they undermine presidential authority.Fired Workers at 18 Agencies Reinstated in Court Blow to TrumpUS judges order Trump administration to reinstate thousands of fired workersColumbia University has issued severe punishments to students involved in a pro-Palestinian protest that occupied a campus building last spring, including expulsions and temporary degree revocations. The announcement follows the Trump administration's decision to cancel $400 million in federal funding to the university, citing an inadequate response to antisemitism. Interim President Katrina Armstrong acknowledged the government's concerns and pledged cooperation. However, the university has not disclosed the number of students disciplined, nor their identities, citing privacy laws.Critics argue the crackdown is politically motivated, particularly since the expelled student union president, Grant Miner, was removed just before contract negotiations with the university. The Trump administration has escalated its efforts against what it labels "pro-Hamas" protests, detaining Columbia student Mahmoud Khalil, a protest leader, for deportation—though a federal judge has temporarily blocked the move. These actions raise serious concerns about the suppression of campus activism and whether the university's response was driven by financial and political pressure rather than an impartial disciplinary process.Columbia's handling of the protests appears to be shaped more by government pressure than by a genuine commitment to campus safety or free speech. The timing of expulsions, particularly targeting a union leader, suggests a broader effort to stifle dissent rather than uphold academic integrity. The federal crackdown on protesters further complicates the situation, blurring the line between addressing antisemitism and suppressing legitimate political expression.Columbia University punishes pro-Palestinian protesters who occupied building | ReutersNewsmax has paid $40 million to settle a defamation lawsuit filed by Smartmatic over false claims that the company helped rig the 2020 U.S. election for Joe Biden. The Newsmax case underscores the financial and legal consequences media outlets face for amplifying election misinformation, particularly when it leads to measurable reputational and financial harm.Newsmax paid $40 million to settle defamation suit over US 2020 election claims | ReutersThis week's closing theme is by Hector BerliozOn this day in 1869, French composer Hector Berlioz passed away, leaving behind a legacy of bold orchestration, vivid storytelling, and groundbreaking compositions that pushed Romantic music to new heights. Born in 1803, Berlioz defied his family's wishes for him to become a doctor, instead immersing himself in the world of music, where his dramatic flair and innovative techniques set him apart. He was a master of programmatic music, crafting works that told intense, almost cinematic stories through sound. His most famous composition, Symphonie Fantastique, is a perfect example of this. Written in 1830, the symphony follows a tormented artist haunted by unrequited love, spiraling into madness and hallucination. The final movement, “Dreams of a Witches' Sabbath,” is a feverish nightmare of swirling strings, eerie bells, and grotesque dance rhythms, as the protagonist imagines his own funeral turned into a macabre celebration. The piece is filled with dark energy, blending horror and exhilaration in a way that was revolutionary for its time.Berlioz's influence stretched far beyond his own era, inspiring composers like Wagner, Mahler, and even film composers of the 20th century. Though he struggled for recognition during his lifetime, often facing resistance from conservative critics, his music eventually gained the admiration it deserved. His orchestral mastery and fearless storytelling continue to captivate listeners today. To close this week, we leave you with the chilling and electrifying "Dream of a Witches' Sabbath" from Symphonie Fantastique, a piece that perfectly embodies Berlioz's genius for the dramatic and the surreal.Without further ado, Hector Berlioz's “Dreams of a Witches Sabbath” from his Symphonie Fantastique. Author & Researcher Jim DiEugenio Jim is often on Black Op Radio to promote the JFK research published at Kennedys and King. John Washburn has written an impressive 3 part original series on the Tippit murder. Washburn used the testimony from Dallas Police officers to prove that the "official" Tippit story is false. Why did the Dallas Police Department need to create stories about Tippit's murder? The Warren Commission tried to hide internal dissent among the members about the "official" results. Not all WC members were aligned with what Allan Dulles & John J. McCLoy were saying. Richard Russell, Cooper & Boggs were the first people to publicaly break away from the Warren Commission. “He who holds the gold makes the rules,” Mark would quip, adding “and the ultimate gold is black. Black mail videos.” My whole life those ruling our world by Blackmail termed themselves New World Order of the Rose. The Order of the Rose was a secret society of self-appointed, self-anointed leaders comprised of Jesuits and CIA. These power mongers did not trust each other either, so they kept compromisingly perverse Blackmail videos of each other filmed during secret meetings. As a young child, I was sex trafficked to various politicians and global leaders who met at what was the Epstein Island of its time Mackinac Island Michigan. Most perpeTraitors I was exposed to were aware that they were being covertly filmed since it was the ultimate rule of being a secret society Order of the Rose member. It was also understood that these Blackmail videos were held in vaults at the Vatican, through the infiltrated Mafia network, and by various individuals. One such individual that held Blackmail videos in the 1980s was Hollywood actor Michael Dante'. I had cause to see Dante's wall of vaults when I was in his Hollywood home in 1986 as detailed in my testimony for Congress TRANCE Formation of America. How does a B grade actor come into such a high position as keeper of the Blackmail? Dante' was closely associated with Jack Valenti, head of the Motion Picture Association of America and godfather over Hollywood and politics due to his friendships with Ronald Reagan, George Bush, Bill and Hillary Clinton, the Vatican and more. Jack Valenti's power grew when the New World Order gained control through the Kennedy Assassination. Valenti fed us the media cover-up for Ford's Warren Commission, first coining the term “conspiracy theorist” for anyone questioning the narrative. Black mail and infiltration had blurred the line between Vatican Jesuits, the Mafia, and CIA which Michael Dante' epitomized by wearing all hats. Seemingly tied to everyone, Dante's position put him in charge of covert filming at the Bohemian Grove, Clintons' Swiss Villa Amphitheater in Lampe, Missouri, and spontaneous meeting places such as the one where I was trafficked in Malibu where Bush, Reagan, Salinas, De la Madrid, and more had met to finalize criminal groundwork for NAFTA. Dante' had seen it all, done it all, and held the evidence much like the Diddy or Epstein of his day. I was about to turn 30 and was scheduled to be sacrificed at Bohemian Grove for what I knew about inner operations of the New World Order, specifically Order of the Rose. Dante's vault also held Snuff films proving the execution of those like me who ‘knew too much'. This word had reached intelligence insider Mark Phillips, who ultimately intercepted me enroute to my executioner Michael Dante. Mark saved me from certain death, and my daughter Kelly from a fate worse than death. Because I had been programmed heavily under MK Ultra mind control to go to Michael Dante', I was obsessed with the need to fulfill my mission. Mark's initial efforts to keep my daughter and me safe were strenuous under the circumstances, especially considering we were literally dodging bullets that I was straining to run back into as programmed. Mark asked me who was shooting at us, insisting I write it out by hand and not vocalize. Writing it out defused my programming and showed me my truth. As quickly as I wrote out memory, it was validated by clean members of intelligence and law enforcement. William Von Raab of US Customs validated my testimony detailing groundwork for NAFTA that was rooted in drug and human trafficking across open borders, which in turn funded the New World Order. Jon Herold and Zak Paine break down Dan Bongino's shocking appointment as FBI Deputy Director, sparking debate over whether it's a brilliant move or just another reshuffling of the deep state. While Bongino's Spygate knowledge and law enforcement background make him a strong pick, some are asking: why fix the FBI when you could burn it down? Larry Hancock - Oswald Puzzle: Reconsidering Lee Harvey OswaldAmong the many enigmas in the saga of the Kennedy assassination, Lee Harvey Oswald remains among the most enigmatic. The Warren Commission painted a portrait of a lone malcontent, but still could find no motive for his alleged actions. Some conspiracy books attempt to turn Oswald into a deep cover intelligence agent, always on assignment whether defecting to the Soviet Union or distributing pro-Castro pamphlets. Other authors ignore Oswald altogether. In The Oswald Puzzle, experienced researchers Larry Hancock (Someone Would Have Talked, Tipping Point) and David Boylan square the circle. Taking the full measure of the same data the Warren Commission collected, they paint a contrarian picture of Oswald, a man that may surprise you. And then, using their expertise and the vast declassified records now available, they tell the story of how Oswald appeared on the radar of fervent anti-Castro activists in New Orleans in 1963, and how he was then turned into their pawn.Hancock and Boylan, in considerable detail, provide a scenario which reconciles Oswald's actual history and character with the massive evidence of conspiracy in the assassination of President Kennedy. Has the puzzle of Lee Harvey Oswald finally been solved? Was a murderer or a patsy? The Oswald Puzzle provides new answers.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-opperman-report--1198501/support.
Matt Trump dives into the latest revelations surrounding the JFK assassination, as newly uncovered FBI files and congressional maneuvering spark fresh debates. With the House launching a new task force on declassification, including JFK, RFK, and MLK records, the big question remains: are we finally going to get the truth, or is this another deep state stall tactic? With two shooters now all but confirmed by a former Secret Service agent, the lone gunman theory is looking shakier than ever. The magic bullet narrative? Falling apart. The Warren Commission's credibility? Long gone. Meanwhile, Trump's executive order demanding full transparency is setting the stage for what could be the most explosive document dump in modern history. Are we witnessing the unraveling of one of the greatest cover-ups of all time? Or is the establishment preparing its next limited hangout to keep the real truth buried? This episode is one for the history books.
Max Good - JFK Assassination witness Ruth PaineJul 5, 2023Without question, one of the most famous events of the 20th century was the JFK assassination. As time has passed, the tendrils of conspiracy have lead to a point where 80% of the American public believe there was a conspiracy to kill the President. However, the blurring of the lines between who fired the shots, who they worked for and why have intersected, often wildly. The reasoning for the hit has been everything from his dealing with the Russians over the Cuban Missile Crisis to his alleged determination to announce the USAF had found conclusive proof of aliens. The facts around Lee Oswald are similarly murky; his motivations, movements and murder are all mired in contradictory theory and conjecture. When Max Good read James Douglas's Unspeakable - the seminal work on the events of 22nd November 1962, the consequences and, perhaps most intriguingly, the events which built up to it. He became interested in the Warren Commission and, in particular, in certain key witnesses testimony.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-opperman-report--1198501/support.
Barry Ernest - Girl on the Stairs, The: The Search for a Missing Witness to the JFK AssassinationJun 6, 2024A silent witness is heard at last.It required 35 years of painstakingly diligent searching to uncover Victoria Adams, a key witness to the JFK assassination, and her story. Adams was on the staircase of the Texas School Book Depository at the precise moment that Lee Harvey Oswald, according to the Warren Commission, was making his escape-yet she saw no one. Badgered by the Commission and fearing for her life, Adams vanished into obscurity. At long last, her story has been brought to light and forces us to reconsider one of the most controversial assassinations of the 20th century.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-opperman-report--1198501/support.
In the first half, guest host Rich Berra (email) welcomed modern mystic and best-selling author Theresa Cheung, who shared her insights on the significance of dreams. Cheung revealed her fascination with dreams originated in childhood within a family of psychics, admitting that she's "always been a vivid dreamer."When discussing the structure and purpose of dreams, Cheung explained, "They are mostly symbolic... your unconscious intuition has noticed things during the day that matter for your growth." She urged listeners not to dismiss dreams as meaningless or irrelevant but to reflect on them as valuable messages from the self. "They are a little bit like an inbuilt therapist," she explained. "If you have a recurring dream, it's like tough love... Your dreaming mind is trying to get a point across to you."Addressing a common dream for many about a partner's infidelity, Cheung encouraged exploration rather than panic. "Most of the time, you are dreaming about your own mindset... Look at what you're cheating yourself out of," she explained. Cheung urged individuals to view dreams through a creative lens: "Think of it as a poem that needs to be interpreted personally... Dreams do not lie, but they do challenge you."Cheung asserted that dream work should be more integral within the educational system. "Children should be taught to understand their dreams... it could dramatically decrease crime and depression," she claimed. She also encouraged listeners to embrace their own intuitive powers, saying, "You are a mystery... and that needs to be explored and discovered."As Cheung says, "Dreams are telling you all those things for you to discover for yourself."---------------------In the second half, David Samuels, the editor of County Highway, explored the rise of conspiracy theories in contemporary society and their detrimental effect on public trust. He pointed to the rumors swirling around during the COVID-19 pandemic as a prime example, remarking, "COVID did more to destroy public trust in institutions than any other single event of my lifetime."Samuels highlighted the stark decline in society's trust in the media, mentioning it has plummeted from over 50% to a mere 22%. He also insisted on having a critical mindset in today's information-saturated world, stating, "You got to kind of question everything in this day and age."The conversation touched on the origin of the term "conspiracy theory." Samuels explained that its roots are found in the Warren Commission report following President Kennedy's assassination. According to him, "This country is founded on a conspiracy theory," noting that the American revolution was sparked by the perceived tyranny of King George III.Samuels also elaborated on the human tendency to connect patterns, saying that "our brains are pattern finding machines." He claimed this innate desire to make connections can lead to both meaningful understanding and the spread of unfounded beliefs. Samuels pointed out that with the advent of the digital revolution, the accessibility for anyone to share their thoughts creates a fertile ground for conspiracy theories to flourish. "I wonder if I just told you I was going to start a conspiracy theory, how quickly would it catch fire over the internet?" he pondered.

Gus Russo’s research into the Kennedy Assassination is second only to The Warren Commission. He’s been to primary sources. He’s seen documents few ever have. And he’s ready to address the question of whether CIA was involved in the assassination. Here’s his answer: No. So why DO people still suspect CIA? And who else WAS involved? He’s got answers to that too. Also, why the government shouldn’t release the JFK files.
