Topics: JFK Assassination Research / Luna Task Force The JFK Assassination Chokeholds: - That Prove There Was a Conspiracy JFK Assassination Chokeholds (@JFKChokeholds) / X Why Are We Still Declassifying JFK Records? Critical ARRB Final Determinations Buried and Ignored The Biden/CIA Attempt to Usurp Congress' Authority Over JFK Records Read Article Ex-Govt Employee Tells Congress JFK X-Rays 'Actually Reveal A Total Of 3 Headshots,' Records Missing Watch Doug Horne Testimony Video L'ASSASSINAT DE JFK L'IRREFUTABLE: Les preuves sans appel d'un complot: Pruchase Here The JFK Assassination Chokeholds: That Prove There Was a Conspiracy: Purchase Book Here Internal CIA memo regarding HSCA JFK files docid-32404131.pdf Read Here Len jumps right in to the interview, asking Andrew how he feels about the Luna Committee. Andrew is truly impressed so far! With the broad mandate, will investigators distract from the focus that is needed in the JFK assassination research? The Luna Task Force is the first government committee to investigate federal secrets since the ARRB disbanded in 1998. The RFK & MLK assassinations, 9/11, Epstein files etc. are all falling under the Luna Task Force. The Commission hearing on April 1st featured the spectacular panel with Oliver Stone, Jim DiEugenio & Jefferson Morley. Len reflects how in the past, people have had their hopes dashed with the controlled investigations of the HSCA, ARRB etc.. Sadly, the heads of these government committees believe that LHO was the lone assassin, no need to really investigate. Andrew explains that some people have been critical of the Luna Task Force to date. Andrew feels things could be worse. People are tired of the Lone Assassin cover story! JFK researchers and the American public, want the truth! A large portion of the public very is vocal and impatient while waiting for the release of the Epstein Files! On May 20, 2025 Doug Horne, who was the chief military analyst for the ARRB, testified about JFK’s autopsy evidence. Up until now, the American public had never seen a broadcast of this medical evidence; JFK had 3 head wounds. The Bethesda medical evidence from the autopsy was suppressed by the HSCA & the Warren Commission investigations. The primary witnesses who went in front of Congress include Abraham Bolden, Dan Hardway & Judge Tunheim. Doug Horne's testimony to the Luna Task Force has almost a million views on Forbes' Youtube channel. Len enjoyed how the Luna Task Force set out with a big punch, with Oliver Stone & Jim DiEugenio speaking first. The exposure of the Luna committee has helped change the national dialogue of the JFK assassination. Concerned citizens are taking the time to read through the documents in efforts to connect the dots. Andrew, a Canadian lawyer from Ontario, was thrilled to meet Oliver Stone, the Grand Daddy of current JFK investigators! With Oliver's bringing his star power to the hearing, and his demand for a new investigation, people's attention was captured. Combine Oliver's interview, with Doug Horne's sworn testimony about the medical evidence, the pressure is on. Oliver Stones' JFK movie was the catalyst to creating the majority of today's generation of JFK assassination researchers. Andrew has been interested in the Kennedy assassination for years, focusing in on the JFK Assassination Records Act. October 26, 2017 was the deadline for JFK records to be released. In 2017 CIA Director Mike Pompeo had influence over President Trump, stalling the release of the JFK files until 2015. Once there was interference from Pompeo and stalling of the JFK files release, Andrew drilled down on the law, researching. Mark and Adam discovered many of the provisions in the JFK Records Act had not been complied with. This lead to Andrew helping to draft a law suit with Mark Adamcyzk against President Biden to have the records released...

Read Mark's recent article, The Protected JFK Files, on Kennedys and King. Find The JFK Assassination Chokeholds: That Prove There Was a Conspiracy on Amazon! Len & Mark discuss the inspiration for Mark to focus his attention on the JFK files. In October 2017, the censorship of the remaining JFK files expired. Trump didn't release the files! Mark educated himself on the statute that was passed in Congress creating the JFK Files Act in 1992. The release of Oliver Stone's movie, JFK, caused immense pressure on the government to release files! Mark has probably read this law 100 times at this point, educating himself on the JFK Records Act. The ARRB had unprecedented authority to look at records & change declassification status on files. The AARB went through EVERY record that the agencies wanted protection on & made decisions. Prior to this law, lawsuits were filed under the FOIA which allows an agency head to veto info requests. Jefferson Morley has done tremendous work looking into the CIA connections to Oswald. The CIA has been fighting hard to keep records closed so the public doesn't learn the truth! Jefferson Morley has been heavily focused on having CIA's George Joannides's files declassified. CIA lied to the Warren Commission, the HSCA, the ARRB etc. about Oswald's activities & history. There is an institutional mandate since creation of the CIA after WWII to keep their operations secret. There are over 3600 protected files still in the archives, violating the law to declassify all JFK files. What can Trump & Congress can do now to have the JFK files released? Discovered memo drafted for Trump, rewriting the JFK Act illegally to delay the release of JFK files. Trump sadly issued a six month delay & then a three month delay of the release of the JFK files. Biden made matters worse with his 'transparency plans' to basically silence public interest. With Bobby Kennedy being in the cabinet, perhaps NOW the remaining files will finally be released. Bobby Kennedy has spoken out that he feels the CIA was responsible for his Uncle's assassination. RFK Jr. Is trying to have his daughter in law appointed to Deputy Director of the CIA. We know a significant amount of information on Oswald. What more do they still want to keep secret? Research has shown that the 'official' conclusions made about Oswald have been false. Why did the CIA create this profile of Oswald being a communist? If there were evidence of Castro being behind JFK's assassination, LBJ would have bombed Cuba. Mark feels Oswald was a CIA asset used in operations before JFK’s assassination in Dallas, Texas. JFK investigator Dan Hardway's work on Oswald in Mexico City is excellent. Find his work online. Oswald was set up by the intelligence agencies to look like a Castro sympathizer. What are the most logical reasons for the CIA's continued secrecy? Operation Northwoods was discovered by the ARRB in the late 90's. JFK outright rejected the Operation Northwoods plan. Mark explains the Operation Northwoods plot. The DRE group was sponsored by the CIA & ran by George Joannides out of JMWAVE in Miami. This group is the single source for information sent around the world that Oswald was a pro Castro nut. Len discusses the possibility of John Armstrong's theory of the 2nd Oswald & LHO impersonators. Mark hopes there will be a Congressional investigation into the assassinations. If you watch Building 7 fall, you'll understand that the buildings must have been wired for demolition. There isn't any actual video of a plane hitting the Pentagon. Why isn't there security video at least? Mark recommends everyone watch the 9/11 documentary Loose Change. Watch Full Documentary Here

Amin. (Dod).

Ted was 8 years old when JFK was assassinated on November 22, 1963. A pall came over the nation when JFK was assassinated, everyone around him was effected. JFK's murder deeply effected Ted, starting his fascination with the investigation. Oswald being shot by Ruby just two days after JFK’s murder seemed too fantastical to be true! Ted has a background in TV reporter & teaches journalism. Ted loves investigative journalism. With Ted's pending retirement, he's looking forward to focusing on his great JFK Youtube channel! Listening to weekly episodes of Black Op Radio helps keep Ted close to the subject. Ted has current FOIA requests in progress with hopes of learning more on the Chicago plot. Ted interviewed Ruth Paine a decade ago! Ted tells why she cut him off from further communication! It was amazing to Ted how Ruth Paine tried to manipulate him. Solving the assassination of JFK's murder is coming down to the hard work of independent researchers. Ted appreciates the determined truth seekers in the JFK research community! Ted's nickname was TV Ted in the television & reporting world. Sgt. Robert Vincent's plane was diverted to Dallas, where they picked up an LHO lookalike! The CIA kept complete oversight over Sgt. Researchers are very interested in the murder of Officer Tippet by an Oswald imposter. Ted really appreciates the Oswald research published by John Armstrong in Harvey & Lee. Len & Ted discuss the multiple Oswalds that started to appear in different states. Was the CIA Edward Lansdale brought in to orchestrate & direct JFK’s assassination? Len believes the reporting of Oswald in Mexico City was a CIA created distraction. Thomas Arthur Vallee in Chicago also looked like Oswald & had a similar military career! Roger Craig saw an Oswald lookalike in Dealey Plaza getting into a Rambler station wagon. There were TWO Oswalds arrested on November 22, 1963 at the The Texas Theatre! The plane with Sgt. Robert Vincent landed at the Roswell AFB after leaving Dallas. David Ferrie was being followed by the CIA to make sure he didn’t speak out about the assassination. Oswald was seen creating a ruckus in multiple locations bringing attention to himself on purpose. The Warren Commission censored what was published in the report, rejecting multiple testimonies. Gerald Ford & the other members of the Warren Commission are guilty of helping with the cover-up. The Warren Commission has told hundreds of lies but ignorant people & shills still promote the report. With the WC claiming Oswald was in Mexico City, then how could Lee be at the Sportsdrome? How could Lee Harvey Oswald defect to Russia, return to the US with assistance & not be charged? Sylvia Odio reported that a Lee Harvey Oswald visited her home with anti Castro Cubans. This episode features Joseph McBride and Gavan McMahon, two researchers into the JFK assassination who both have been on the show separately to cover the slaying of officer J.D. Tippit. Many questions about November 22nd 1963 still remain and some areas of the case are not known to the public as it relates to the JFK assassination including the officer who was killed and the charge that the alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald was being held on. Through this episode we will talk about the slaying of Officer Tippit and evidence to support either no involvement of LHO or some involvement of LHO, planted witnesses and why Tippit was in the vicinity of Oak Cliff. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/out-of-the-blank/support

Amin. (Dod).

LEE OSWALD'S DISTURBING MOTHER MARGURITE. 1/8: The Oswalds: An Untold Account of Marina and Lee by  Paul R. Gregory  (Author) https://www.amazon.com/Oswalds-Untold-Account-Marina-Lee/dp/1635768217 Merely two hours after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, television cameras captured police escorting a suspect into Dallas police headquarters. Meanwhile at the University of Oklahoma, watching the coverage in the student center, Paul Gregory scanned the figure in dark trousers and a white, V-neck tee shirt and saw the bruised and battered face of Lee Harvey Oswald. Shocked, Gregory said, “I know that man.” In fact, he knew Oswald and his wife Marina better than almost anyone in America. After sixty years, Paul Gregory finally tells everything he knows about the Oswalds and how he watched the soul of a killer take shape. Identified by the FBI as a “known associate of LHO,” Gregory soon faced interrogations by the Secret Service. Later he would testify before the Warren Commission. Here, in The Oswalds, he offers the intimate details of his time spent with Lee and wife Marina in their run-down duplex on Mercedes Street in Fort Worth, Texas, and his admission into the inner world of a young marriage before candidly assessing the murder that marked a turning point in our country's history. His riveting recollection includes memories both casual and deadly serious, such as the dinner at his parents' house introducing Marina to the “Dallas Russians,” a front-yard incident of spousal abuse, and a further rift in the marriage when he exposed to Marina that Oswald was not the dashing, radical intellectual whose Historic Diary would be a publishing sensation. And Gregory also gives a fascinating account of his father's role as an eyewitness to history, serving as Marina's translator and confidante in the first four days after the assassination. As a scholar and skilled researcher, Gregory debunks the vast array of assassination conspiracy theories by demonstrating that Lee Harvey Oswald did it and did it alone—that the Oswald he once called a friend had the motive, the intelligence, and the means to commit one of the most shocking crimes in American history.  1963 SUMMER JFK AND FAMILY

Dallas 1920

We are officially midway through our summer hiatus leading up to Season 7 of Lez Hang Out! Today, we have a very special treat for our listeners as we release one of the full length bonus episodes from our Patreon exclusive series, Lez-tracurriculars. Today, Ellie and Leigh discuss Chasing Amy, a movie from 1997 that was considered very progressive at the time and that critics absolutely loved. It has an 86% on Rotten Tomatoes, and we can only assume these high ratings were given by men, seeing as the entire plot is basically male wish fulfillment. For anyone who remembers when there was so little truly gay media that this movie was constantly being recommended nearly the second you came out, we rewatched it so you wouldn't have to be re-traumatized. We cannot imagine a more invalidating movie to watch after coming out, because it manages to be not only misogynistic and homophobic, but also very biphobic. Essentially the plot of this film is that a man (Holden) falls in love with a lesbian (Alyssa) and makes it everyone's problem. Instead of just appreciating his friendship as is, Holden constantly tries to make Alyssa feel bad for being gay. The whole plot reeks of male entitlement. Holden refuses to validate Alyssa's sexuality, continually slut-shames her for actions in her past, and makes her responsible for his own emotional wellbeing instead of going to therapy like he so clearly needs. This would all be a relatively benign story if it was just boy loves girl, girl is gay, boy stays grumpy, the end. But instead the story is boy loves girl, girl is gay, boy makes girl feel like crap by shoving all his feelings at her, girl gives in and makes out with boy. This movie is literally the fantasy of every man who has ever dreamed of “turning” a lesbian and it is truly upsetting to watch Holden get everything he wants while Alyssa turns against everything she had so vocally stood for the entire movie. We want to hear your thoughts! Was this movie recommended to you by straight people after coming out? Did you like this movie and think we're missing something?
