This is a new leadership group that will train and certify you to make a difference. It’s time to man up! Come to an information meeting Friday, December 13th at lunch in the library seminar room. If you would like to go to New York City in the Spring, have your forms in to Mr. Vander Meulen by Monday, December 16. Need a form for the New York Trip? The documentary follows the story of one of our former and awesome teachers, Mr. Batholomew-Poyser, and his project combining the worlds of Drag and classical music. When working on a Chromebook, closing the lid of the device while you are logged in will cause the Chromebook to automatically lock the screen and force you to input your password once the lid is reopened. On Wednesday, December 11th at lunch time in the auditorium the GSA will be showing the CBC documentary Disrupter Conductor featuring one of our past and loved teachers, Mr. Batholemew-Poser. The documentary is about his own journey as a human and also his collaboration project between the classical music and drag-queen communities. The entry fee of $1-2 will go to WCI's Pride Week. Since early 2019, both the city and county councils have taken steps to pause new overnight accommodations. In Moab City, hotels are currently removed from all zones as a permitted use. That is, until staff and elected officials can create new development standards to get overnight accommodations locals can live with. Moab City is currently hammering out the fine print of their proposed development standards, focusing on the Resort Commercial area north of downtown. Sterling was shot and killed by D.C. police on Sept. 11 while riding his motorcycle during the early morning hours in Northwest D.C. The $50 million lawsuit was filed in D.C.
