Justin Stenstrom, alternative medicine expert, speaker, and bestselling author of Elite Mind, joins our show in this special episode of the Elite Man Podcast! In today’s episode Justin talks about the 2020 election fraud and all the evidence that Joe Biden cheated and Donald J. Trump actually won. He shares the state-by-state breakdown and evidence of voter fraud which shows more than enough votes to turn Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizon, and Nevada from a Biden victory to an overwhelming Trump victory. If you’re wondering what really happened in the 2020 election, check this episode out now! *Download this episode now and subscribe to our channel to get more of these amazing interviews! In our episode we go over: • First piece of evidence is the most convincing of all. Watching on election night – you knew something was not right. Trump was up. A pre-determined plan that stopped all 4 swing states from continuing to count when Trump was up big. • Biden couldn’t get more than a dozen cars to show up at his rally, Trump regularly got 40 and 50k people to show up • Many House seats were picked up by GOP but yet Biden won, and had an overwhelming amount of Biden-only ballots in many swing states • Over 1 million ballots in the swing states in question were counted without GOP monitors to oversee their authenticity, and in the swing states this unmonitored count FAR exceeds the margin of victory for Biden. These ballots alone should be thrown out as they are illegally counted. They were put in in secret! Hidden from the public • Fraud done in Democrat-run cities with a long history of corruption including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, Detroit, Minneapolis, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Atlanta • Over 1,000 sworn affidavids • Dr. Cicchetti is the former Deputy Director at the Energy and Environmental Policy Center at Harvard University’s John Kennedy School of Government and received his Ph.D. in economics from Rutgers University. According to Dr. Cicchetti, his calculations show the probability of Joe Biden winning the popular vote in the four states independently given President Trump’s early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion. Dr. Cicchetti’s analysis calculates that for Joe Biden to win all four states collectively, the odds of that event happening decrease to less than one in a quadrillion to the fourth power (1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000 to the power of 4). [This is 60 zeros after the one – essentially impossible.] • Republican Vote Monitors (Poll Watchers) were kicked out of counting rooms and not allowed to view the counting of ballots (also were threatened and bullied by Radical Leftists) – this just so happened to be the time period where Joe Biden made up all that ground • Famous video of Radical Left counters in Detroit cheering as a GOP election monitor and GOP lawyer are escorted out (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/video-detroit-election-workers-cheer-gop-election-monitor-gop-lawyer-removed-tcf-center/) • Famous video of vote counting room being covered up by paper so nobody could see the vote being counted – especially GOP monitors ( https://www.toddstarnes.com/politics/video-why-did-they-cover-up-the-windows-at-detroits-absentee-ballot-counting-center/ • Dominion – Canadian company, founded by 2 Canadians, Has a long history of involvement with other companies, particularly with a company called Smartmatic - is a multinational company that builds and implements electronic voting systems. • Smartmatic – founded 2003/04, original investors were 2 Venezuelans who were close to Hugo Chavez. According to testimony way back in 2006 by Democrat Representative Carolyn B. Maloney (from NY), Smartmatic could not be trusted because of its ties to Venezualean Dictator Hugo Chavez and the widespread belief it helped him win re-election (pic) (https://maloney.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/smartmatic-announces-sale-sequoia-voting-systems) • Rather than face a Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States by Carolyn Maloney and others, Smartmatic essentially sold off Sequoia (a subsidiary company of theirs) to, well Sequoia. Although it was later revealed that Smartmatic still controlled/Owned many aspects of Sequoia as part of the deal, including: financial control over several aspects of Sequoia, ownership of the intellectual property rights of some of Sequoia’s election products deployed in the U.S., and the right to negotiate for overseas business. And thus Sequoia AND Smartmatic are one in the same! • In 2006, Cook County, Illinois the second most populous county in the United States had many problems using the Sequoia Voting System. Problems were suspected to be related to a software error of the voting system and it became a much contested election and needed multiple investigations before being resolved and before essentially banning their elections officials from using Smartmatic ever again. • Pulled directly from Wikipedia – “A 2007 investigative report by Dan Rather charged Sequoia with deliberately supplying poor quality punch-card ballots to Palm Beach County, Florida for the 2000 election. According to former Sequoia employees, the ballots for Palm Beach County were produced with paper and manufacturing processes that were outside of normal specifications. This supposedly caused all of the problems with "hanging chads". When quality problems were found, Sequoia management ordered the production workers to ignore them. One worker speculated that the object was to discredit punch-card ballots and thus promote sales of electronic voting machines.” • Pulled directly from Wikipedia – “Florida touch-screen replacement - After the 2000 election problems, Florida required its counties to replace punch-card voting systems with touch-screen systems, some of which were purchased from Sequoia. However, there were some major problems with touch-screen systems, and in 2007 Florida ordered the counties to replace them with optical-scan systems by 1 July 2008. Sequoia offered to buy back its machines for $1 each. This offer was rejected.” • June 4, 2010 – Sequoia is bought by Canadian company called Dominion – and with it came all Smartmatics software, which was used to flip Venezulian election • Eric Coomer, VP of Dominion - in 2017 video shows how to alter votes using Dominion (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DL5mtqa4XDM&feature=emb_title) • In September 2020, Eric Coomer is caught saying at an Antifa Conference call that he has made sure Trump will not win (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KRelTE5KMLw&feature=emb_title) • The fact that there’s always hope in life • Dominion tried to get into Texas multiple times rejected over 3 times • Elizabeth Warren, Amy Klobuchar, Ron Wyden, Marc Pocan – all raised concerns about Dominion voting systems in a 2019 letter saying quote, “In 2018 alone, 'voters in South Carolina [were] reporting machines that switched their votes after they'd inputted them, scanners [were] rejecting paper ballots in Missouri, and busted machines [were] causing long lines in Indiana,'” the letter reads. “In addition, researchers recently uncovered previously undisclosed vulnerabilities in "nearly three dozen backend election systems in 10 states." • And then there was Princeton professor Andrew Appel – who hacked into a Sequoia Voting Machine in 2016, just before the election to show how easy it is to hack into these voting machines. He did it in just 7 minutes. • Smartmatic posted tweet on Nov 14th 2020 stating: “Against false statements, the facts: Smartmatic does not own Dominion Voting Systems and has never provided Dominion with any technology. Smartmatic has never had ties with any government or political group anywhere in the world” • The chairman of Smartmatic is Lord Mark Malloch-Brown, who sits in the British House of Lords and on the board of George Soros’s Open Society Foundations. He was formerly the vice-chairman of Soros’s Investment Funds and even the deputy secretary-general of the United Nations when he worked as chief of staff to Kofi Annan. • Filipino news station that Smartmatic uses Dominion owned software! Malloch Brown admits it in 2015 interview. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/smartmatic-lied-lord-mark-malloch-brown-admitted-license-agreement-smartmatic-dominion-2015-interview-video/ • Dominion Voting Machines’ CEO John Poulos says their machines are not designed to be online. Poulos made the statement during testimony before the Michigan State Oversight Committee on December 15, 2020. • However, just last week, Wednesday Dec 30th 2020, during his live testimony before the Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections, inventor Jovan Hutton Pulitzer hacked into a Dominion Voting Machine — LIVE during his testimony. Pulitzer also confirmed that the Georgia runoff IS connected to the internet. He established a two-way communication from a polling pad in a voting center. • “At this very moment at a polling location in the county, not only do we have access through the devices to the poll pad–the system, but WE ARE IN,” Pulitzer said. • He continued, “And it’s not supposed to have WiFi and that’s not supposed to be able to happen so we’ve documented now it’s communicating two ways in real time, meaning it’s receiving data and sending data — should never happen, shouldn’t be WiFi, we’ve now documented it in real-time.” • MICHIGAN FRAUD • Didn’t follow signature verification, en masse, broke the election laws of the state • Trump was ahead 306,089 and 9.6% with 59% in • Lost by only 154k • 270k total votes unobserved • 4:30AM dump of 100k votes in middle of night for Biden – after everyone was thrown out of voting center – 2 GOP monitors surreptitiously remained behind along with a Dominion employee who was disgusted by dishonest conduct of the election and by Dominion itself. They witnessed multiple trucks pulling up and thousands of ballots in trash cans and waste paper baskets being carried into the vote counting room. All these votes went for Biden and it can easily be seen in the numbers during that time. • Wayne County – 71 of the precincts couldn’t balance their books – meaning there were more votes than people who voted! • Detroit about 2/3 of the precincts in the city – the vote doesn’t compute • Michigan - have counties where more people voted than people are registered to vote, anywhere from 125%-350% more, some precincts in Detroit had 2-3X more votes than people who LIVED in the precinct, including children – This over-vote number alone would wipe out Biden’s win and turn Michigan into a Trump victory • Antrim County Michigan – 22 machines were inspected and found that they had a 68% error rate in Michigan (Dominion Voting Systems), 0.0008% error rate – allowed by the Federal Election Commission. Only found because 6,000 votes switched in Antrim county from Trump to Biden, Bill Bailey – a local citizen noticed this when he found that Biden won Antrim county and knew for a fact that nobody in Antrim county was supporting Biden. • Michigan lied and said it was human error – total BS • 81.96% of the votes cast were rejected. Adjudication files for 2020 were missing. • The security records for the election are also missing. • And the internet connection records are also missing… if not destroyed. • All of this goes against state election law • The election software was changed inside the 90-day window – which would decertify the results. • The secretary of state of Michigan on Dec 1st ordered the county clerks throughout entire state to delete all their electronic voting records. In violation of Michigan state law, Section 168.811 requiring they be held for 22 months. (At the time they had the 2016 records, and the 2018 records, but chose to delete the 2020 ones for some reason!) • GEORGIA FRAUD • Trump was ahead by 311,010 and 7.5% with 83% of vote in • Lost by only 12k votes • Video Evidence of Ruby Freeman and Wandrea Moss along with Ralph Jones Sr. caught on video smuggling those hidden ballots, pulling the what looks to be suitcases from under a table right after kicking out ALL counting monitors, including GOP watchers (https://speakingaboutnews.com/137020-2/) • Ruby and her daughter are caught on video scanning the same ballots multiple times, over and over again (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/01/breaking-another-video-corrupt-election-workers-feeding-ballots-machines-numerous-times/) • Ralph Jones Sr. – audio of him telling everyone that counting will stop at 11pm because of water main break (which turned out to be a lie) (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/now-audio-georgia-election-official-ralph-jones-sr-announced-nov-3rd-evening-counting-stop-11-pm-led-team-count-stashed-suitcase-ballots/) - lied about water main break, then lied about sending ppl home, and lied about counting ballots secretly • Just from this video alone – the Suitcasegate video – at least 18,000+ votes were counted by Ruby and her daughter – more than enough to give Trump the win • Georgia Data Shows Over 30,000 of Trump’s Votes Removed, Another 12,173 Switched to Biden according to non-partisan Data Scientists. The team was made up of Lynda McLaughlin - from the Data Integrity Group, along with data scientists Justin Mealey - who worked as an electronic warfare technician in the U.S. Navy for 9 1/2 years and was a former CIA contractor as a data analyst and programmer for the National Counterterrorism Center, and Dave Lobue - a data scientist with over a decade of experience in a number of industries. • “What we have here is we actually have fraud that we can prove in this election, there was fraud in Georgia’s election, we can prove it with data,” Mealey said. “The voting will of the people of Georgia is not reflected in what was certified by the Secretary of State.” According to their analysis, which was published online as early as Dec. 24, time-series election data show Trump’s votes were decrementing in various counties instead of increasing as they do normally. At least 30,593 votes were allegedly removed from Trump as result, including 17,650 votes in Dougherty County, 7,008 votes in Dodge County, and 5,935 votes in Putnam County. • The group said a huge number of Trump’s votes were also observed being switched to Biden in a separate event. A “clear example of vote switching” happened in Bibb county, they said. At 9:11 p.m. local time, Trump received 29,391 votes as Biden simultaneously received 17,218. However, in the next reported time update, Trump’s votes became 17,218, while Biden’s changed to 29,391. In this single event, 12,173 votes were switched, according to the data scientists. (https://www.theepochtimes.com/georgia-election-data-shows-17650-votes-switched-from-trump-to-biden-data-scientists_3640670.html) • Clearly these numbers are more than enough to flip GA to Trump • Approximately 300k votes not verified – absentee ballots • No voter signature verification – this alone would easily make Trump winner in GA. Absentee ballots rejection rate in 2016: 3%, 2018: 3.5%, 2020: 0.34% - A signature audit would get about 38-45k ballots rejected – giving Trump the easy win. • Also, according to Rudy Giuliani 10,315 dead people voted in Georgia • Dominion Systems – hacked LIVE during hearing in GA – connected to internet! All states that used Dominion need a revote, in person, without Dominion (see Michigan too where 68% of votes were flagged) • Water main pipe burst was told on election night to all news media, later found to be NOT TRUE - Officials in Georgia have not been able to produce any invoices or work orders related to a “burst pipe” at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena that was blamed for an abrupt pause in vote counting on election night. Water Department in Georgia never even received a call! • The only evidence for the burst pipe, released under freedom-of-information laws, was a text message exchange in which one senior employee at the stadium described it as “highly exaggerated … a slow leak that caused about an hour and a half delay” and that “we contained it quickly – it did not spread”. • PENNSYLVANIA FRAUD • Trump was ahead by 682,664 and 15.2% with 64% in • Lost by only 81k • Didn’t follow signature verification, en masse, broke the election laws of the state • 200k more votes than voters, 1.8 million mail-in ballots were sent out in Pennsylvania. 1.4 million were officially returned. Yet 2 million mail-in ballots were somehow counted in total. • Election night 99.5% of votes that were counted while you slept went to Biden. 578,014 votes for Biden and just 3,290 for Trump. • There are affidavits from 100s of witnesses which prove that 822,777 ballots were entered without ANY observation from an independent observer – against the law of PA • Philadelphia and Pittsburgh – have counties where more ppl voted than ppl are registered to vote, anywhere from 125%-350% more • October 21st – between 130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, NY, to Lancaster, PA. Those ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared overnight. Jesse Morgan made a sworn affidavit testimony that he was the truck driver who was subcontracted by USPS. (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/driving-completed-ballots-ny-pennsylvania-decided-speak-update-usps-contract-truck-driver-transferred-288000-fraudulent-ballots-ny-pa-speaks-presser/) • 432k votes removed from Trump in at least 15 counties in PA – data scientists from the Data Integrity Group discovered (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/01/must-watch-video-data-scientists-discover-432000-votes-removed-president-trump-least-15-counties-pennsylvania/) • ARIZONA FRAUD • Arizona legislature requires ballots be inspected – but the legislative officials did away with that • Trump lost by only 10k votes • Also, between 36,000-237,000 illegal immigrants were allowed to vote. The governor does not want to look into this. Either way it happened and these figures would throw out the vote for Biden and give election to Trump (80/20 Biden to Trump in these counties were high illegal immigrants reside – this number would far exceed margin of victory) • Data scientists identified a whopping 790,175 laundered votes that were injected into the system across 8 counties in Arizona! (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/numbers-dont-lie-data-scientists-break-voter-fraud-arizona-shocking-video/) - Similar to GA with vote switching and subtracting from Trump • Pima County, Pinal, Maricopa, Coconino Counties were the worst offenders • Mathematician Bobby Piton supplied Liz Harris, the Director of Citizens Investigation, and We The People AZ Alliance, a random sample of 3,900 questionable AZ voter names to check for residency from the latest election in Arizona. This list represented all 5 categories of voters (Republican, Democrat, etc.). What they found was shocking – Through much analysis concluded between 160,000 to 400,000 of these illegal voters in Arizona. • This analysis included: • Voters that are dead, verified no longer at that address • Several with the actual name “Unknown Voter” • Registered at commercial addresses, especially Church’s Chicken • Non-U.S. Citizens who denied voting • Felons who stated they can’t vote, others in jail for years • Out of State residents who just don’t live in Arizona • Registered using Schools, car lots, and sports arena’s addresses • 65 using the AZ Tabulation Center & Recorders Office as their address • Vacant lots at elderly villages (55 & over) and undeveloped properties • Wilderness addresses on Bureau of Land Management & State Trust land • Abandoned homes completely unlivable or boarded up • Street names that just do not exist in any Arizona records • One business address received 200 ballots and another AZ address is used by 2,012 people who registered to vote. Within the first few days the Citizens Investigation had a couple hundred affidavits that 2020 votes were not associated with their registered address. Among other things, Piton found one corner lot has 1,500 registered voters and the lot next to it has 1,000. It’s beyond suspicious that 2,500 voters are registered to such a small area of land. https://newsla.localad.com/2020/12/31/update-arizona-citizens-investigation-discovers-thousands-of-phantom-voters-in-state-up-to-30-of-addresses-in-investigation-were-fraudulent/ • NEVADA FRAUD • Trump lost by only 33k • Had all of the same voter fraud talked about from the other states • Broke election law like other states as well • The election commission requires in-person inspection of every single one of the ballots, HOWEVER many of the ballots instead were run through a machine and were not inspected. • Nevada also had: • * 15k votes from vacant lots • *19k votes from non voting Nevadans • * 42k double votes • *8k fake addresses • * 1500 dead voters • 500+ Native Americans were given gift cards, televisions, electronics, and even resort stays in exchange for voting by National Congress of American Indians who partnered up with George Soros’ Open Society Foundation and was partially funded by Soros. This vote bribery is highly illegal. Also occurred in Arizona. (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/native-american-voter-bribe-efforts-partially-funded-soros-government-agencies-powered-act-blue/) • 13,372 fake voter registrations that included false birthdays, casinos as the address, and temporary RV parks as the address ( https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/fun-fraud-facts-2-mysterious-spike-incomplete-nv-voter-registrations-13372-invalid-birthdates-casinos-temporary-rv-parks-home-address/) • WISCONSIN FRAUD • Trump was ahead by 127,270 and 4.9% with 82% in • Lost by only 20k • Used Dominion Voting Systems bigtime in this state • Wisconsin laws tougher on absentee voting – you need to request an application unlike other states - when they count the ballots ANY absentee ballot without an application is immediately discarded as a vote – null and void. They tried to change law because of covid – went to WI Supreme Court – Supreme Court struck down their attempt – they still went around and solicited votes and signed ppl about – in violation of their states laws. These ppl didn’t request applications but still got ballots. These numbers (over 221k people – mostly democrat) far exceeds the number of Biden’s victory – handing state to Trump • Failed to keep applications for absentee ballots – which is a manner directed by the Legislature for the carrying out of this election – approx 100,000 votes (margin of victory was only about 10k) • Kept out GOP observers to the tune of about 200k votes – violates election law – throw these votes out and Trump easily wins • Used all the tactics mentioned above from other states as well for fraudulent votes Check out Justin on: Website: elitemanmagazine.com Book: amazon.com/ELITE-MIND Instagram: instagram.com/justinstenstrom Sponsors: * Follow Justin on Instagram now for daily content not found anywhere else! *Check out Justin’s new book ELITE MIND at EliteMindBook.com. *Join our email list at EliteManMagazine.com/newsletter now!

In this week’s episode I finish up our mini masterclasses in mindfulness, in which I talk about the power of letting go of what is no longer serving you so you can create the lasting positive change that you are seeking in your life. The foundation to this is awareness - when you begin to recognize your habits and patterns that have kept you on autopilot, you can begin to choose to live more consciously, and in alignment with who you want to be. In addition, when you practice shifting the lens through which you see the world through gratitude, and honest self-reflection, you can have greater ability to make the baby steps to let go of the shit that is holding you back so you can journey forward to living your best, authentic life. So often we focus on “stuff” rather than what’s really most important. During the holidays, it's so easy to stress over how to find the perfect gift for the people we care most about, and what we often fail to recognize is that the most valuable present we can give others is our presence. Especially this year, now more than ever, our presence is a valued commodity that we truly can put no price on. In this episode, I share the value of presence as we continue to wrap up our mini masterclasses in mindfulness. You have two options in response to fear: Fight or flight. Are you doing things in faith? Or are you leaning into your fear? Are you going to cower when you find opposition? Or are you going to push through that opposition because you know that when there is opposition and pressure, there is something that’s trying to break through. One of the hardest and yet most powerful practices in mindfulness is the practice of equanimity. This is mental calmness despite what is arising around you. It is radical acceptance at the deepest level, and when you can come to accept what it is - even if you don’t like what is - things begin to shift; you are no longer stuck in cycles of judgment and reactivity. This provides you freedom because you are no longer dependent on external circumstances to determine your mood, your emotions or your present moment experience. Equanimity does not mean you don’t care; in fact, it’s the deepest wisdom to acknowledge that “it is what it is.” It is the ability to see things as they are, without instantly judging it as “good or bad” or “positive or negative.” Equanimity can also serve to regulate our nervous system, helping us to stay calm even in overwhelming situations. I’m hosting my yearly end of the year workshop Let Your Sh*t Go (which this year of course will be a virtual zoom event) on Wednesday Dec. 30 at 10am PST. It’s the Bulls Podcast #48 hosted by Marcus Couch and Wyse Black with guest Kenyatta Wright. We’ve got full Bulls vs Hawks Reaction, Our State of the #Bulls, The Rumor Mill and Game predictions for the coming week. Welcome to the Bulls Podcast, coming to you from BullsPodcast.com. This is where we bring you the latest news, reviews, rants, rumors and opinions on the players, coaches and front office of the Chicago Bulls. We’ve got several topics for this episode. Including: * Bulls vs Hawks Rundown * State of the Bulls: Is Lavine Turning The Corner to Elite Status? * Game predictions for the coming week Bulls vs Hawks Post-Game The Bulls took on the equally miserable Atlanta Hawks at the UC on Wednesday night. Forget about the Jabari Parker Revenge Game Part 2. This one was all Bulls from start to finish. The Bulls won with a 4-year record for team points with a score of 136-102. Zach Lavine seemed to have an answer for critics, and the calls on social media for his trade to another team for seemingly nothing. He’s definitely on a mission and with tonight’s performance of 35 points in just 25 minutes, including 7 threes. This was capped off with Lauri chipping in 22 points in 23 minutes. The offense had 32 assists in a complete victory. The new pairing of Denzel Valentine and Daniel Gafford is appearing to be a formidable duo off the bench for the Bulls with some productive play together. But when it came to the win, Bulls Head Coach Jim Boylen gave a lot of credit to Kris Dunn with the way he played against the Hawks, especially guarding Trae Young. Boylen: “KD is a good player. He's a top-level defender in this league.” State of The Bulls: Coach Boylen: “Zach wants to be great. He's working. His habits are good. I'm happy for him.” Question for the panel: Is Zach Lavine turning the corner, even if the Bulls haven’t found their winning ways yet? Can he be a team leader, an all star and consistently play at an elite NBA level? Last week Wyse and I go every game right except for the Golden State loss. Which don’t get me started on that trash fire of a game.. Let’s predict our next few games for the coming week FRIDAY DEC 13 7:00PM CT Charlotte Hornets @ United Center THEME NIGHT: Star Wars Night | GIVEAWAY: United Airlines Star Wars Socks Wyse: W, Kenyatta: W, Marcus: W SATURDAY DEC 14 7:00PM CT LA Clippers @ United Center THEME NIGHT: Holiday Game Wyse: L, Kenyatta: L, Marcus: L MONDAY DEC 16 7:00PM CT @ Oklahoma City – Chesapeake Energy Arena Wyse: L, Kenyatta: L, Marcus: W WEDNESDAY DEC 18 6:00PM CT @ Washington – Capital One Arena Wyse: W, Kenyatta: W, Marcus: W The post Bulls Podcast #48 appeared first on Chicago Bullseye.

Sugar is sweet and basically makes everything taste better. If you're one of the many people who have tried to cut back on sugar, you know how difficult it can be. The taste causes us to become addicted to it. Due to the powerful effects sugar has on the brain, it can be thought of like a drug in that it functions similar to how actual drugs like heroin and cocaine do. It has no nutritional value and lacks any essential proteins, minerals and vitamins. Sugar is one of the worst and most toxic ingredients in the Western diet. It can have harmful effects on our metabolism and contribute to the development of numerous serious health conditions and diseases. Artificial sweeteners can change the mix of bacteria in the gut, called the microbiome, causing some bacteria to die off and others to fill that void and overgrow. It is a crisis that would threaten long-held notions of who we are, what we do and how we behave. It goes right to the heart - or the head - of us all. This crisis could reshape how we interact with each other, alter what makes us happy, and modify our capacity for reaching our full potential as individuals. And it's caused by one simple fact: the human brain, and most sensitive of organs are under threat from the modern world. Unless we wake up to the damage that the gadget-filled, pharmaceutically-enhanced 21st century is doing to our brains, we could be sleepwalking towards a future in which neuro-chip technology blurs the line between living and non-living machines, and between our bodies and the outside world. In 1726 London was rocked by a bizarre sensation: A local peasant woman began giving birth to rabbits, astounding the city and baffling the medical community. In this week's episode of the Futility Closet podcast we'll review the strange case of Mary Toft, which has been called "history's most fascinating medical mystery." We'll also ponder some pachyderms and puzzle over some medical misinformation. Intro: The notion of music without substance raises some perplexing philosophical puzzles. Pollution that you expose yourself to on a regular basis is an attack on your future; of particular concern are chemicals known, or suspected to be carcinogenic. Even "green" alternatives can contain harmful ingredients. It is unfortunate, but the terms “green” and “natural” are really nothing more than marketing terms, and they do not automatically equate to safety. Today, natural health and wellness people who are Telling You to "Eat Your Vegetables" May Land themselves in Jail if they add that they treat or cure. Well people--- are not what the “for profit” -medical healthcare system- needs, watch out- if you say- you can treat or cure someone-- with anything natural, they (FDA) will be coming after you. Cancers and other degenerative diseases just love an acidic environment! For the first time in two decades, life expectancy has declined in the U.S. and Obesity appears to have played a major role along with the rising rates of eight leading causes of death, including heart disease, stroke, diabetes and dementia. Plus it may shock you to learn the this decline in life expectancy is a "uniquely American phenomenon. No other developed countries experience this decline.
