Old marketing methods are dying... but YouTube is growing, and more and more people are starting to realize just how powerful YouTube for real estate and YouTube for lead generation is!To succeed on YouTube, consistency is key. Entrepreneurs should plan content in advance, aiming for at least 10 hours of work per week. Filming several videos upfront and outsourcing editing helps streamline the process. YouTube's long-form content allows for deeper engagement and trust-building, making it more effective for generating leads than short-form platforms. Today Ryan and Levi will talk about the struggles, lessons, and HUGE successes that YouTube has brought to the Living in Dallas Texas channel, but also thousands of other real estate channels around the world, thanks to the Passive Prospecting Process. The conversation underscores the role of the church in guiding multi-generational interactions.Grandchildren play a huge role in our lives as grandparents. Dr. Wilgus will help usunderstand the extent with which we can impact and encourage our grandchildren as they age. Send us a textAs we age, living with and influencing our adult children is a huge theme in life. In this podcast, listen to Hal as he interviews well-known psychologist, Dr. Ken Wilgus about life with adult children. Ken has written an exceptional book entitled, Feeding the Mouth That Bites You, and while Ken's book focuses on the adolescent years, the principles he shares are timeless and critically important in the years we share with our adult children.Dr. Hal Habecker and Ken Wilgus discuss the challenges of parenting adult children and the concept of planned emancipation. Ken emphasizes the cultural shift in how children transition to adulthood, noting the lack of a universally agreed-upon method. He highlights the importance of signaling to children that they are seen as adults and respecting their choices. They also touch on the impact of cultural changes, such as expressive individualism, on identity and the isolation it creates. Dr. Habecker stresses the need for Christians to live strong adult lives and encourage their children spiritually, using personal stories and experiences rather than lectures.-----Dr. Wilgus has been a practicing psychologist for over thirty years. On a hot summer day in Dallas Texas, in an upscale Dallas restaurant and bar, a failure of a man would commit the largest mass murder in the City's history by shooting seven people, killing six. Just after midnight on June 29th, 1984, Abdelkrim Belachheb took six lives at the Iannis Restaurant and Bar as he had an argument with one patron, Marcell Ford, as she turned away his advances. He then would leave the bar and return with a gun and committed an act that would rock Dallas, alter the victim's families lives forever, and expose a legal loophole in the State of Texas. This breakdown of these murders will detail the suspect's life prior to entering the United States on a false Visa and show his lifetime of aggression and violence that would lead him from Morocco to a Dallas Texas nightclub. In 1984 it was not a capital death penalty crime to murder one of more persons, a huge oversight in Texas State law. Retired Dallas Police Officer Tom Hall was the first in the door at the club after the shooting and in this episode he gives us a firsthand account. Fugitive Unit Sgt, Marcell Ford, was the niece of the suspects first victim and she bears her name in her aunt's honor. Sgt. Ford sat with us to talk about this events impact on her family that would have a ripple effect through generations. We want to dedicate this episode to the victims that lost their lives in Dallas Texas, 1984. In this episode we welcome M2 The Rock all the way from Dallas Texas. We talk all things recovery and get some great insights and different perspectives in terms of getting sober and staying sober. M2 The Rock shared his experience into recovery and how he maintains it on a daily basis.About M2 THE ROCK - MICHAEL MOLTHAN:I'm Michael Molthan, host of The M2 The Rock Show—one of the fastest-growing podcasts and shows on self-improvement, mental health, addiction recovery, and spiritual transformation. I'm so grateful you're here.I started M2 The Rock in 2017 to bring you conversations designed to make you happier, healthier, and more healed. Through raw and unfiltered discussions with experts, celebrities, thought leaders, and athletes, we uncover new perspectives on personal growth, recovery, and overcoming life's toughest challenges. My Story:What sets my journey apart is that there wasn't just one rock bottom—there were many. From being a successful luxury homebuilder to falling into addiction, homelessness, crime, and eventually 27 mugshots and prison, my life was in absolute chaos.Addiction was my temporary escape from childhood trauma, but it only led to destruction. It wasn't until I hit the lowest point imaginable that I finally found true freedom, redemption, and purpose. After an unexpected early release from prison in 2017, I walked 300 miles back to Dallas to turn myself in—only to be miraculously pardoned and told to “pay it forward.”And that's exactly what I've been doing ever since. My MissionI believe that rock bottom is not the end—it's a stepping stone to something greater. My goal is to redefine what "rock bottom" means by helping others rebuild their Spirit, Mind, and Body. On M2 The Rock, I speak openly about trauma, addiction, recovery, and the power of transformation. I don't shy away from topics like:✅ Trauma & Addiction – Understanding the root causes✅ Self-Sabotage & Mental Health – Breaking negative cycles✅ Codependency & Enabling – How relationships impact recovery✅ 12-Step Programs & Spiritual Healing – Finding true freedom✅ Religious Trauma & Personal Growth – Healing from past wounds"Everyone Is An Addict."Whether it's substances, work, validation, or negative thinking, we all have something we struggle with. But recovery is possible, and transformation is real.

Terry is beginning the ambitious effort of building a Rutan LongEZ and is using OpenEZ LongEZ Plans to build Serial Number 0001 of the Fulwider LongEZ.In preparation for this episode, Terry shared with me a story about a time when he was listening to podcasts on a long drive and discovered the CanardCast episodes. He recalled the rewarding feeling of getting a chance to hear the voices of the people he'd been reading about online and through his research in the process of reviewing the plans and preparing his LongEZ build. I found this exciting to hear as it reinforced one of the goals for the CanardCast project. Terry's interests and experiences all come together now: Media production and Sound Editing, mechanical vehicle restoration, Rutan canard builder, Pilot and IT Services support to perfectly cradle his new role at COBA. In Our Race Issues, Pray for One Another and Make a Difference Through Repentance and Reconciliation; Jesus Followers Are Placed Here for These Times MESSAGE SUMMARY: With regards to our race issues, it will not be through political parties, rallies, elections, slogans, or marches that our attitudes and practices are changed or the souls of our nations are converted. The deep change, which we all need, will only be through revival that comes from repentance – turning away from our sin and toward God and his righteous ways in Jesus Christ. As Jesus commanded us in John 5:12: “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.”. Also, in John 13:34-35, Jesus commanded us: “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”. Jesus' “one another” is all inclusive and not just those that look like you and/or of your culture. We do not have just a “skin problem”, we have a “sin problem”. As Dr. Tony Evans of Oak Cliff Bible Church in Dallas Texas recently said: “The evangelical church needs to speak up where it has been silent on injustice and racism. The biggest problem, in the culture today, is the failure of the church. We would not even have a racial crisis in America if the church had not consistently failed to deal with racism as the severe sin it is. But because the church has historically ignored and downplayed it {racial crisis}, the issue still exists. Where the church is called to set an example, we have cowered.”. The Bible makes it unequivocally clear that we are all made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27): “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.”. Any hostility between brothers and sisters in Christ is an affront to God and damages our souls and the “blessed community” so many of us seek. You can start real “racial change” right where you are -- in your own heart first and then in your own relationship with God. At that point, you can then lead the change your own community -- one person at a time; one relationship at a time; and one act a time. You can reach out and build a relationship with someone different than you. However, doing nothing is no longer an option for us. Let us pray for one another about these things and let us get out and make a difference in our local communities. God has placed you and me here for such a time as this. TODAY'S PRAYER: Lord, I can relate to the Israelites in the desert and their desire to return to what is predictable — even if it is miserable. Change is hard. Grant me the courage of Moses to walk the delicate balance of being still and moving on to the new life in Christ that you have for me. In Jesus' name, amen. Scazzero, Peter. Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Day by Day (p. 72). Zondervan. Kindle Edition. TODAY'S AFFIRMATION: Because of who I am in Jesus Christ, I will not be driven by Lust. Rather, I will abide in the Lord's Perfect Provision. “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5). Today's episode will highlight one of this shows founding missions in truly connecting to people from all over. This guest has traveled over 1,800 miles to join us for this show to tell his story. Barnstable PD Officer Brandon Sanders has a unique story in his journey to policing as his childhood could have very well created a different path but it was a chance meeting of a young police officer that became a big brother and showed him what the brotherhood was about. Brandon grew up in Hull Massachusetts and learned, at a young age, what domestic disturbances looked like, and he also had to “police” his home as child. This upbringing created a divide in the family and set the tone for the next several years as Brandon has not had contact with a part of his family, and a grandmother he has never met. Traveling to Dallas Texas wasn't just about sitting to record a podcast but also to go on a journey of forgiveness and openness as he wanted to seek out the grandmother that he never met. At the time of this recording Brandon only told us his mission to finally met his estranged relatives but had not taken that trip south of Dallas to find his grandmother. We are very happy to report that, after this recording, Brandon and his fiancé Chanelle went to the small town of Gun Barrell City and finally met his grandmother. This shows platform to bridge divides and have connectivity is something that we will always strive to achieve….. This story is more than just a cop war story. Enjoy!
