But over the course of my career leading technical teams in diverse companies and across many different products and platforms, I have always considered myself a human being first. The mantra for my teams is, “We will not be the department of NO; we will be the team that works fast, gets things done and provides value to our customers.”  And while keeping pace with all the new technology today is my passion, I am most proud of seeing my team develop as people first, and technology professionals second, while they build positive partnerships that directly impact our business.  I hope that as they move on in their careers they will carry forward this philosophy and approach to their teams and change the way Corporate IT is viewed forever!” Connect with Mike Hamilton on Linked In: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mike-hamilton-bab4b44

Coach Paul trains athletes locally in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as remotely across the United States, Europe and Asia. Paul specializes in coaching half and full Ironman distance triathletes individually and in a group atmosphere. Since 2009 he has coached athletes to over 100 Ironman triathlon finishes. Paul formed Kinney Multisport to provide endurance athletes of all ability levels with the knowledge, structure, accountability, expert guidance and feedback to educate and motivate individuals to attain their fitness goals and race to their full potential. Paul's approach to coaching involves using a combination of science and practical experience to help his athletes develop long-term success. He creates a customized program that maximizes an athlete's available time with focused heart rate and/or power based trainings. Limiting the amount of time spent on unproductive workouts means an individual will progress faster, with fewer injuries, resulting in more time to do the important things in life! Another aspect of Paul's coaching philosophy involves a continuous two-way communication between coach and athlete. This important facet of any individualized program allows for workouts to be highly customized and the signs of over or under training can be detected, again, resulting in faster progress for the athlete with a further reduction in the potential incidence of injury. Coach Paul's personal racing experience is widely varied and includes triathlons, ranging in distance from sprint to full Ironman races, off-road triathlons, duathlons, century rides and bicycle racing. Paul is a former USAT All-American, a 2013 IRONMAN All World Athlete, eight-time Ironman & four time, 5 pass Death Ride finisher. His many coaching credentials include an IRONMAN Certified Coach, a USA Triathlon Certified Level 1 Coach, and TrainingPeaks Certified Coach.  Coach Paul can be reached at www.kinneymultisport.com.
