Somatic exercises which no one has even heard of are going mainstream according to John Wiley Publishers who added this title to their DUMMIES Series. To be included in this brand, the subject has to be of interest to everyone. For so many reason - not the least of which is America's penchant for masochism - it is unlikely we will all turn inward and become gentle._____Follow PhysicalMind Institute on Instagram or Facebook and subscribe to our newsletter.Visit the PhysicalMind Institute shop.
What a mouthful oh sorry it's a pun when we can't get rid of the idea that we can torch calories by some kind of moving around. Of course 80Bites has always had information about NEAT. But we do it because it's good to change position and it helps your circulation because we know that torching calories when it's hormones is really silly forget calories hormones rule anyway we'll talk about all of this and what the very frightened exercise biz is doing as they now think maybe so SOMATICS is the answer._____Follow PhysicalMind Institute on Instagram or Facebook and subscribe to our newsletter.Visit the PhysicalMind Institute shop.

Now that 80Bites is gaining an audience, it's really interesting to hear people's reactions. Some think 80 bites means the number of bites you take in one meal, while others believe it refers to 80 chews. As a female who is 84 years old, I'm deluged with invitations to talk at "Women's Empowerment" conferences to talk to young women about how they can succeed at becoming an entrepreneur. I'm being asked to be a guest on podcast. These are about wellness, but it's also an indication of how incredibly lazy and screwed up this country is marketing people or actual podcasts. Find me on LinkedIn and they just project because I'm in the Pilates business they never look at anything I've written or said I'm telling you now don't listen anymore unless you're just doing it to make negative comments as I do but believe me, Mel Robbins would have me put to death if she ever read anything or even her staff_____Follow PhysicalMind Institute on Instagram or Facebook and subscribe to our newsletter.Visit the PhysicalMind Institute shop.

After five years of podcasting with minimal fanfare, I finally asked myself: What makes the top podcasts so popular? Cue a deep dive into the world of Joe Rogan, sex talk shows, and the queen of life advice—Mel Robbins. Thanksgiving won't be ruined by Ozempic; in fact, this drug could enhance our national day of feasting. There are numerous articles discussing the anticipated economic changes even before the pill version becomes available in 2024.
