CW for this one: sexual assault, trauma, sex talk    In this episode, I did something a bit different. I spoke at length with my friend Bee, who lives in Chicago and does a zine called Burn Black (and an upcoming podcast called Big Thick Energy). We've had this idea for a while about doing a special podcast episode where we discuss, openly, about sexual assault/trauma and how it relates to dating, relationships and mental illness. This will be a two part episode. Part 2 coming eventually.  The only song played was a special request by Bee. Reagan Youth - "It's A Beautiful Day".   Thanks for listening and we hope you like.

I managed to get through it, albiet some awkwardness. Still, the end result was a cool, interesting chat that was also very funny. I've been seeing Strung Out shows consistantly for many years and it is always a cathartic experience for me. Thank you so much, Jason, and to the rest of Strung Out and their crew for always being so damn cool to me.
