“Just go for it, let it go, and live your life true to yourself.” — Christine Fiorentino This week's episode is a reminder that creativity asks you to trust your inner voice, even before you're ready. I'm joined by Christine Fiorentino, writer, recipe developer, culinary storyteller, and host of the YouTube series Beyond the Plate. From teaching in a classroom to sharing food stories on camera, Christine reminds you that creativity is more than what you create, it's also who you become when you decide that you're going to go for it!If you're craving change but feel afraid to begin or if you're in the middle of a transition and wondering what's next, this episode is for you. It's also your reminder and affirmation to come back to when things get challenging. Listen to the episode on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, or on your favorite podcast platform while you cook, clean, or create. Get the full show notes & transcript here. What's in This Episode:Christine defines creativity as the method through which you express yourself most authentically and lean into the practices and places that connect you to your highest self. She shares her personal manifestation ritual of writing letters to the universe, letting go of control, and how to be an active participant in the deliverance of your manifestations through aligned actions. Christine tells her inspiring “I'm never coming back” story, and shares how saying goodbye to a 10-year teaching career opened the door to everything she wanted in her career (and life). We also explore how spiritual tools like Reiki and grounding in nature have helped Christine reset her energy. Plus, how her fertility journey has deepened her relationship with flow, surrender, and self-trust.Question: What's one bold move your creativity is calling you to make?

In this episode of the Epigenetics Podcast, we talked with Dr. Eva Hörmanseder from the HelmholtzZentrum in Munich about her work on epigenetic mechanisms in cellular memory and gene regulation. In this episode, we delve into the fascinating world of cellular memory and gene regulation with Dr. Eva Hermanns-Eder from the Helmholtz Zentrum in Munich. Her research centers on how cells maintain their identity through the process of mitotic divisions, which is crucial for understanding both development and various diseases. We explore the role of chromatin dynamics and epigenetic modifications in switching genes on and off over time, which has significant implications for fields like cancer biology and regenerative medicine. The discussion starts with Dr. Hörmanseder's recent studies on epigenetic memories, particularly focusing on the concept of transcriptional memory in nuclear transfer embryos. She explains her work with H3K4 trimethylation, a crucial epigenetic mark associated with active transcription states, detailing experiments that demonstrate the significance of this mark in the context of gene expression during reprogramming. She elaborates on her findings regarding how active genes can remain in a state of transcriptional memory and the implications of such persistence for cellular identity. We also dive into Dr. Hörmanseder's exploration of how transcription factors and chromatin modifications shape the differentiation success of reprogrammed cells. Through her research, she uncovers that different cell types exhibit varying degrees of plasticity and memory retention, which can lead to disparities in successful differentiation. Her innovative use of single-cell sequencing technology reveals surprising insights into the dynamics of cellular reprogramming, especially when comparing reprogrammed cells to their fertilized counterparts.   References Hörmanseder E, Simeone A, Allen GE, Bradshaw CR, Figlmüller M, Gurdon J, Jullien J. In the early hours of June 30, 1987, Boise resident Clinton Sparks was awoken by someone pounding frantically on his storm door. A moment later, Sparks heard a loud scream in the distance, and he went inside to call 911.Although he didn't know it at the time, what Clinton Sparks heard was the last desperate cry of twenty-one-year-old Preston Murr, Two of Murr's associates, Daniel Rodgers and Daron Cox, were arrested and tried and convicted for the murder. The trial and conviction should have been where the story ended, but for the house on Linden Street where the murder occurred, it was only the beginning. Since Murr's tragic death more than thirty-five years ago, the house has become a source of local legends, with claims ranging from the appearance of ghostly apparitions to blood inexplicably dripping down the walls. As a result, Boise's “Murder Mansion” has become known as one of the most haunted houses in America.Thank you to the Incredible Dave White of Bring Me the Axe Podcast for research and Writing support!!ReferencesEnsunsa, David. 1987. Barry Herbst is back on California Wine Country with Steve Jaxon and Dan Berger to talk about Harvest Fair Winners available at Bottle Barn. Barry is a frequent guest and his last time on the show was this episode last December to talk about sparkling wines. He has brought some winning wines from this year's Harvest Fair. This year there were two little late heat waves and harvest was hectic. There were whites and reds coming into the wineries all at once. The Sonoma County Harvest Fair wine winners have been published on the website. The Sweepstakes winners will be announced at the event, Saturday Oct. 12. Then there will be another episode of this show with more of those winning wines. Dan Berger, Wine Judge Dan Berger served as one of the judges. The competition is entirely for Sonoma County. The judges are all locals or people with a long history of association with Sonoma County wines. Also, they have more time to evaluate the wines. Deborah del Fiorentino does a great job running the competition. Visit Chigazola Merchants online to shop their unique selection of fine Italian wines. They taste the Capo Isetta Rosé that won a double Gold Medal. Three of their wines won medals. This wine sells for $15.99 per bottle. The grapes are Pinot Noir from Carneros and is fairly dry. Barry says that given the rising price of grapes, it is harder and harder to get Rosés for less than $20. Everyone understands that good quality Pinot Noir grapes are expensive and are mostly going to making reds. The firstHarvest Fair was in 1975 and today it is one of the premier regional wine competitions in the country. Dan appreciates the organization that gave the judges plenty of time and also a rotation of wines, so they did not get tired of any of them.

In this thought-provoking episode, Dr. Fred speaks with Rachel Fiorentino, a nurse and tarot card reader, about the role of tarot cards in self-discovery and actualization. Rachel shares how she bridges the gap between science, self-development, and spirituality through the use of tarot cards. The conversation delves into the symbolic meanings behind the cards, drawing connections to the works of Carl Jung and Joseph Campbell's "Hero's Journey." Rachel provides an insightful tarot card reading for Dr. Fred, interpreting the cards' messages about finding balance between the intellectual and emotional aspects of life. They discuss the idea of self-actualization, with Rachel explaining how the tarot card journey reflects the stages of consciousness, subconsciousness, and superconsciousness that ultimately lead to spiritual awareness and the ability to teach others. Rachel also shares her personal journey of initially feeling torn between her identities as a nurse and tarot reader, until she embraced the integration of both roles. The episode highlights the value of intuition, synchronicity, and embracing different perspectives, while acknowledging that practices once considered "woo-woo" can hold profound meaning and purpose. How was the universe created? How will the universe end? How can we safeguard humanity until the end of time? Mark Fiorentino, a self-taught metaphysician who worked in the high-tech industry, joined guest host Richard Syrett (Twitter) to delve into Einstein's Unified Field Theory, which he believes holds the key to understanding the universe.Fiorentino reflected on his early interest in the Unified Field Theory, expressing how it felt natural for him to ponder such concepts, even from a young age. He shared a personal connection to Albert Einstein, having been born near where he lived and visiting Princeton University as a child. Fiorentino recounted encounters with various psychics who predicted he would make significant discoveries or inventions later in life. Despite skepticism, these repeated messages pushed Fiorentino to explore his potential, which led to encounters with other psychics later in life who provided messages purportedly from Einstein himself.Fiorentino offered a detailed explanation of his own understanding of Unified Field Theory, suggesting that electromagnetism and gravity are aspects of a single fundamental field. He described deconstructing electromagnetism into primary forces and proposed how these forces bend a quasi-elastic solid known as the ether. He highlighted Einstein's earlier belief in the ether and suggested a connection between the primary fields and the ether as a unified structure.Fiorentino shared personal experiences and synchronicities, such as moments of inspiration during thunderstorms, which he interpreted as confirmation of his theories. He discussed his ongoing exploration of anti-gravity and efforts to incorporate it into the Unified Field Theory. Fiorentino proposed the existence of a slip wave as a mechanism for anti-gravity, based on experiments conducted in his garage. Despite challenges and safety concerns, Fiorentino expressed a desire to pursue further experiments and invited collaboration from those with expertise in designing high-voltage capacitors.------------------------------------------Open Lines followed in the latter half of the program. In the spring of 2009, Edwin Gonzalez and his girlfriend, Lillian Otero, fled their house in Gardner, MA, less than one year after moving into what they believed was their dream home. Later, once they were safely away from the old Victorian, Gonzalez and Otero would explain to friends and family that they had been driven out by angry ghosts who had done everything—including possessing Lillian—in order to torment them, leaving them no other options than to abandon the house that had once held such promise. Although they didn't know it when they moved in, Gonzalez and Otero's home, the S.K. Pierce Mansion, had long been considered by locals to be haunted. Indeed, in its more than one-hundred-year history, the Victorian home had seen more than its fair share of tragedies, including several deaths in the house as recent as the 1960s, as well as countless other unsavory myths and legends.Thank you to Dave White for research assistance. Have you ever looked to the skies and seen strange lights bend in strange angles and take off at impossible speeds and know that you have seen something not of this Earth?  Have you always suspected that we might just be a TINY bit behind, like someone might have the answer to build a propulsion system to take us to the other side of the universe to see some of these planets that NASA is discovering in these new telescopes? Well. our guest on Darkness Radio today believes he has put together and enhanced multiple theories and found the answer to form the beginnings of travelling at LIGHTSPEED! Mark Fiorentino is a self-taught Metaphysician who worked in the field of high-tech industry. He worked as an electronic technician at Harris Government Systems, working on a killer satellite missile guidance system and then at IBM as a computer programmer. At the age of 10, Mark was fascinated by the works of Albert Einstein, and particularly, his quest to construct a Unified Field Theory. 55 years later, his scientific research has completed the Theory, but it has also opened up the door for a few others as well. Conspiracy theories about alien technology, NDE's, and a Theory of Super Relativity, Mark has earned himself the title of "Master of Reality". Mark joins us on the show today to talk about his theories and how they relate to UFO's, how we can travel at lightspeed through the universe, how gravity is proven, and how God can be proven as a real being in the universe!
