Time is money so efficiency and productivity are things we need to develop within ourselves and our businesses. So, it's a hot topic and something that has grown faster than we could have ever imagined. It's AI. My biz buddy had dinner together a couple of months ago and had a great conversation about how AI can help us both in our businesses. One thing that really caught my attention was how chatbots can be used to generate content. As Kitty explained, chatbots are like little robots that can mimic human conversation. They can generate content such as poems, email subject lines, blog posts, and even Facebook copy! But what are the things we need to watch out for and be wary of as business owners and marketeers? Surely it can't replace the need for humans and our own expertise and experience as well? That's what we are talking about today. AI on saving you time AI and its potential impact on your SEO performance AI as a sounding board. I think this is such an interesting idea because it frees up so much time for other important tasks. Instead of spending hours brainstorming ideas and writing content, we can simply set up a chatbot to do the work for us. And the best part? We can be sure that the content is high-quality and consistent. Kitty and I also discussed how AI can help with managing time and improving business efficiency. It's amazing to think about all the possibilities and how we can use technology to enhance our work. In this episode, I wanna talk about how reflecting and planning regularly can help you achieve your goals. I've got this cool hack that some of my clients have tried and it's been a total game changer for them. Basically, the hack involves breaking down your goals into shorter sprints of six to eight weeks. This way, you can work on your goals and check on your progress regularly, without feeling overwhelmed by long-term goals. It's super important to reflect on your progress, especially when life gets busy and it's easy to forget what happened in the past. That's why I like to do monthly KPI reviews to track my highs, lows, wins, challenges, and key learnings. By reflecting on your experiences and data regularly, you can identify areas that need improvement and make the necessary adjustments. So, I really encourage you to get into the habit of regular reflection and planning. Trust me, it'll help you achieve your goals more efficiently! As an entrepreneur, how much time should you spend on your biz? Should you be working 24/7 to hit your revenue? This is a big question for business owners, how many hours should you spend and on what part of your biz should you allocate this? It is a goal to hit your revenue consistently on a monthly basis, but you also need to focus on the things that you want to do to avoid being burned out! As for me, I want to watch my kid do her Easter service in church on Thursday. I want to take the school holidays off. I want to set my own working hours. I want to be there for my kids. These are more my big drivers for me. I know I can make the money I wanna to, I've always worked for myself, so it's a little different, but for me, that's the big thing that changed the way I work. I wanted more freedom. I wanted freedom when I was thinking I may have a family, but I wanna be really present for my family. So these were my priorities. So I wanted to think about like, why are you doing this business? Why is this important to you? Because only when we kind of realize that, can we dial in. It is the end of summer break for us here in the UK. Some of us had just been back from vacation with our family - and are now gearing to get back into work. It's estimated that up to 1 in 5 people are 'neurodistinct' in some way.
