Sadly I cannot respond directly to your text, so please Email me!This Episode, I'm diving deep into one of the best blog posts I've ever read about Female-Led Relationships—The Cheese, written by John Dalton on the Dom Think Tank blog. It's real, raw, and totally validated a lot of what I've lived through in this journey: the struggle, the guilt, the overwhelm, and ultimately… the unbelievable confidence that grows when a woman finally owns her space in a relationship.
Sadly I cannot respond directly to your text, so please Email me!/////. RE-RELEASE. /////So, what actually makes a good subbie? This week, I'm joined by my favorite human—my subbie, my husband, my chaos co-pilot—for a raw, cozy, occasionally ridiculous chat from our camper (yep, it's cold, the lights are flickering, and we're doing our best). We dive into the foundational truths of a strong Female-Led Relationship (FLR): patience, communication, mindset, and consistency. It's not about checking kink boxes or racing to 24/7 protocols—it's about building something real, sustainable, and personalized to you.If you're struggling with confidence, or wondering why your partner hasn't “stepped up,” or if you're just trying to balance kink with regular life (kids, jobs, burnt-out crockpots)—this episode is for you. And yes, we talk about chores, cock cages, chocolate cravings, and how a 30-second hug can save your whole day. What You'll Walk Away With:The top qualities of a strong, supportive submissiveHow to help your Domme grow into her power without pressureWhy little gestures (like “I got it, relax”) make a massive differenceWhat “topping from the bottom” looks like—and how to avoid itThe importance of daily communication and mutual care in FLRQuestions This Episode Helps Answer:What makes someone a good submissive partner? How can a submissive support their dominant in FLR?What is topping from the bottom in kink? How do you introduce FLR to a reluctant partner? How do you build confidence in a female-led relationship? What are everyday ways to live out an FLR?What are good punishments oGet 30 Days of FREE Starlink!! Sadly I cannot respond directly to your text, so please Email me!///// RE-RELEASE /////This week I'm talking directly to you, my beautiful dommes and the subs who serve them. Because as much as FLR is about power dynamics and structure, it's also about real-life partnership—and that means growth on both sides. We're diving into how submissives can support their dominant partners, especially when the Domme is still finding her confidence, her rhythm, or her voice. Spoiler alert: you don't have to start with thigh-high boots and whips. You start with communication, patience, and the courage to show up.Also in this episode: a few raw truths about my chaotic life lately, why I'm done giving a flying fuck what people think on social, and what being called a “FLR Master” made me feel (spoiler: not super comfy). What You'll Walk Away With:Tips on how subs can actively help their dommes grow in confidenceA real look at what being dominant feels like (hint: it's not automatic)How to build a relationship rooted in affirmation, not humiliation—unless that's your thing The difference between fantasy and actual FLR dynamicsWhy this lifestyle is yours to design, not something to measure by anyone else's rulesGoogle-Worthy Questions This Episode Helps Answer:How do I support my partner becoming a dominant in an FLR?What's the difference between kink and female-led relationships? What does it mean to “top from the bottom”?How do I become a more confident Domme? What is a loving dominant? How do I punish my sub without being physical? What's a good beginnerGet 30 Days of FREE Starlink!! Sadly I cannot respond directly to your text, so please Email me!Time for a little kinky math—because if you've ever wondered how swinging and a female-led relationship intersect (and whether that equals cuckolding), this episode is for you. This week, I unpack the differences between swinging, FLR, and cuckolding, all through the lens of my own experience—because real-life dynamics never quite match up with the textbook definitions. We talk about boundaries, labels, communication, and why you should NEVER let anyone guilt you into a dynamic that doesn't feel good in your gut.Whether you're solo-curious, navigating a long-term marriage with a new kink spark, or just overwhelmed with all the “am I doing this right?” energy—pull up a seat. We're going to break it down, laugh a little, and remind ourselves that there's no wrong way to do kink if it works for you and your partner. And yes, I finally nailed the title on the first try. Progress. What You'll Walk Away With:The difference between swinging and cuckolding in a female-led contextWhy labels can be helpful... and totally overwhelmingHow communication shapes everything in your dynamicWhat a “customized” FLR really looks like in real lifeHow to ease into play with others without losing your mind Google-Friendly Questions This Episode Answers:What's the difference between swinging and cuckolding? Can a female-led relationship include other partners? What if I'm jealous but still turned on?Do all FLRs involve chastity or dominance? How do I define my own relationship dynamic? What does a modern cuckolding scenario looGet 30 Days of FREE Starlink!! Sadly I cannot respond directly to your text, so please Email me!Okay, friends—NEW EPISODE! And we're back, for real this time. This episode is part update, part catch-up, and very much a heart-to-heart. If you're new here, welcome to the chaos. If you've been around a while, thank you for hanging in there while we hit the reset button and slowly rebuild our content from the ground up (shout out to YouTube for the boot, again…).In this one, we're talking about everything from our new dedicated studio space (finally!) and my keyholding offering, to what happens when FLR gets buried under life stuff—jobs, caregiving, second jobs, and trying to keep the damn bus organized. We also dive into ways to stay intentional in your dynamic when life is moving at 90 miles an hour and why small rituals, like kneeling affirmations or 5-minute phone-free check-ins, matter more than you think. Plus, we spill some tea about exciting content coming to TikTok, our first print-on-demand couples journal, and a game from Oxy-Shop you're definitely going to want to play...
Sadly I cannot respond directly to your text, so please Email me!Let's talk about spanking—again. But this time, I'm coming at it from a totally new angle that honestly blew my mind a little. In this episode, I'm digging into the idea of spanking as therapy (yes, you read that right). A recent conversation with my camp bestie got me thinking, and then I stumbled across a 2020 article that laid it all out—turns out, spanking can do a hell of a lot more than just sting. It can actually help you reconnect, release stress, and even heal.

Have you struggled to let go of your relationship with a narcissist? The trauma bond created in narcissistic abuse can feel like an addiction, with physiological reasons behind the difficulty to break free. Understanding the hormone secretions and brain chemistry involved is key to developing the necessary strategies, intention, and awareness to heal. Somatic tools and deep trauma work are essential for thriving after narcissistic abuse, as simply ignoring the situation or waiting for time to heal often falls short. Recognising the unseen, psychological nature of this abuse, rather than focusing on visible bruises, is crucial. Becoming a cycle breaker and raising awareness about narcissistic traits and coercive control can empower both the individual and the broader community. With the right support and education, it is possible to overcome the trauma bond and reclaim your life after narcissistic abuse. 0:00 Trauma Bonding and Addiction 1:08 Upcoming Masterclass and Podcast Relaunch 8:04 Therapy and Coaching Techniques 8:20 Personal Journey and Healing 16:05 Support and Community Podcast Resources: Masterclass link https://carolinestrawson.com/trauma-bond New podcast guest application form https://form.jotform.com/caroline1973/podcast-guest-application Join my FREE Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/thriveafternarcissisticabuse Access my low cost Narcissistic Trauma Recovery Programme https://go.carolinestrawson.com/heal-the-trauma-of-narcissistic-abuse Connect with me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/carolinestrawson/ Find me on TikTok!: https://www.tiktok.com/@carolinestrawson My website: https://www.carolinestrawson.com/

Traipsin' Global on Wheels Podcast Relaunch – Inaugural Episode Welcome back to the Traipsin' Global on Wheels Podcast! I am back!! It's been a long minute since the last episode. This the inaugural episode of my podcast relaunch. As some of you may know, this podcast show has been on pause for quite some time. I think the last released archival episode was over a year and a half ago. However, this was a much-needed pause for both personal and professional reasons. Because of this pause, I will be able to show up more authentically and vulnerably. This pause has also given me the time to decide on a more effective format for the podcast show. Instead of just interview style episodes, this podcast will incorporate more of me intimately sharing one-on-one with you. As for what kinds of topics will be covered, it will, hopefully, be all topics that will help you shift to a more positive mindset and discover what it is that lights up your soul. I hope these episodes will encourage and challenge you to be the best version of yourself and do the thing that you've always wanted to do. My mission in life is to help people be the most pure, authentic and natural form of themselves. They say most people die with their inner music box locked tightly in them. I don't want that to happen to you so I want to help you excavate that magic out of you and share with those you care about. I want each and every single one of us to live a life that is vibrant, uninhibited and purposeful. I am also a sucker for continuous improvement in all aspects of life. If any of this interest you, feel free tune in! Since I am someone with a mobility disability due to scoliosis and polio, perhaps some of these topics I cover will be particularly interesting to those of you who also have a mobility disability. I hope the relaunch of this podcast will be even engaging, informative, and helpful to you. By form of recap, the contents will focus more on self-development and living your best life. And instead of just formal interview style podcast episodes, I will also be release more informal, casual and intimate 1:1 segments where I just pick up the microphone and share stories and lessons from my journey with you.
