Are you a picky eater or do you actually have an eating disorder called Alfred Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder? This episode today has been inspired by an email I received asking. If I had spoken about this topic and I thought, yeah, of course I have. I've done so many episodes on Alfred, but when I was looking, I couldn't find a recent one I had done. There will never be a perfect time, where you feel perfectly fine to do something, you have to do the thing, to the best of your ability no matter how you feel. Stop focusing on the negatives, do you realise how lucky you have got it compared to other people, but also don't invalidate your feelings how you feel in the morning, or on a Monday doesn't have to dictate how you are going to feel the rest of the week. What you might consider feeling at your worst, someone sees you at your best.
