In Episode 28 of The Classical Circuit, host Ella Lee talks to Benjamin Levy, creator of Classics Explained: a team of young content creators making animated videos that explain the stories and creative processes behind famous works of classical music. In this episode, Ben shares his reasons for starting the series and how those goals have developed over the years; his observations around what his audience wants to see, the resistance the series has faced on the internet, and why the human elements of the stories remain at the centre of each video.-------------------Classics Explained-------------------Follow The Classical Circuit on InstagramDid you enjoy this episode? The Boys Are Back In Town! With Rodgers and Hart's effervescent 1938 musical, The Boys from Syracuse packing 'em in at the Upstairs at the Gatehouse Theatre in Highgate, Thos and Benjamin Levy continue their wonderful conversation about the role of the Musical Director and how to orchestrate a classic-era show. But with Benjamin's view that "Lorenz Hart is an utter genius", this episode is filled to the brim with an in-depth look at the score and full analysis of what makes the Hart lyrics and the musicality of Rodgers work so beautifully together to make a show where every song is a polished diamond!
With Rodgers and Hart's sparkling 1938 Golden Age musical, The Boys From Syracuse, returning to London at the Upstairs at the Gatehouse Theatre in Highgate, Thos sits down for a wonderful conversation with the production's Musical Director and Orchestrator, the very talented Benjamin Levy. Learn why it's important for the MD to "push hope through it" when musically directing a song, and why it's better to reorchestrate rather than reduce existing arrangements. And with in-depth analysis of the score throughout, you won't want to miss this delightful and insightful episode! It's no cold potato!

On today's episode of UFC Unfiltered, Jim and Matt are joined by actor Benjamin Levy Aguilar and third-ranked UFC flyweight Kai Kara-France ahead of Saturday's UFC Fight Night: Kara-France vs. Albazi card. Jim and Matt kick off the show with Benjamin Levy Aguilar as the first guest, and the Chicago P.D. star talks to the guys about how his upbringing in Guatemala led him to becoming a Krav Maga black belt with an appreciation for the highest level of martial arts. While waiting for Kai Kara-France to join the show, Matt and Jim recap the first episode of Season 31 of The Ultimate Fighter and discuss what they're looking forward to seeing from fan-favorites Michael Chandler and Conor McGregor as coaches. Finally, Kara-France hops on the show to discuss his mindset coming off an interim flyweight title loss against Brandon Moreno and how the City Kickboxing fighter plans on bouncing back in Saturday's main event against 7th-ranked flyweight Amir Albazi.

We're still on hiatus so we're back in the vault again, this time covering PD 2x17 “Say Her Real Name”. Friend of the pod Lauren Freyling joins us in a very fun, unplanned appearance to discuss Adam's growth, how much Sierra/Felicia affected him, how much we miss the early seasons of PD and so much more. We are also joined by PD's newest cast member, Benjamin Levy Aguilar, who plays Dante Torres. Benjamin talks about his fascinating journey into acting, in what ways he thinks Torres and Voight are similar, how important it is for him to showcase Torres' background and so much more. In this special bonus episode we catch up with two performers featured in the Tune It Up Concert for Colorectal Cancer (CRC) Awareness that is streaming Thursday March 30th at 8pm EDT on gi.org/concert. First we introduce classical singer and hip hop producer Khary "K. F. Jacques" Laurent (kfjacques.com) who offers his perspective on the importance of colorectal cancer screening and why you should not delay talking with your doctor about any symptom or health concern. He also shares how he got linked up with the Tune It Up concert series. Then John Morris Russell, conductor of the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra (cincinnatisymphony.org/pops) shares his experience with colonoscopy prep as well as some special messages about the Tune It Up concert series, organized by Dr. Benjamin Levy of the University of Chicago.

New, modern antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) have emerged as promising additions to the treatment arsenal for patients with lung cancer, with the first HER2-targeting ADC recently gaining FDA approval for patients with unresectable or metastatic NSCLC whose tumors have HER2 mutations. Clinical trials are also underway with novel ADCs targeting HER3, TROP2, CEACAM5, and MET, among others, and have been yielding encouraging results to date. What are the unique structural and mechanistic features as well as efficacy and safety profiles of these ADCs? Where are they likely to best fit in the NSCLC treatment algorithms? What practical considerations should be taken into account when integrating these therapies into treatment plans? These and other topics are explored in this unique educational activity, based on a recent live symposium, in which experts compete to answer a series of challenge questions that frame explanatory evidence and panel discussions focused on the growing role and impact of ADCs in the treatment of NSCLC. Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to: Discuss the clinical importance and biologic rationale for targeting of HER2, HER3, TROP2, and other alterations with novel ADCs in lung cancer; Summarize the characteristics, mechanisms of action, and latest safety and efficacy of ADCs targeting HER2, HER3, TROP2, and other alterations in NSCLC; Apply the latest evidence and guidelines on patient assessment in NSCLC, including biomarker testing as indicated, to identify patients for novel ADCs and other targeted therapies; and Implement multidisciplinary and patient-centric approaches to effectively and safely integrate HER2-, HER3-, and TROP2-targeted and other novel ADCs into treatment plans for appropriate patients with NSCLC

If you love hearing world class musicians perform we've got a tip for you. In a major effort to increase Colorectal Cancer (CRC) awareness and the importance of screening, Dr. Benjamin Levy, a gastroenterologist at the University of Chicago, has organized a third live streaming musical event in collaboration with The American College of Gastroenterology.
