On le sait: Fred Savard s'est choisi. L'humoriste et collègue baladiste troque son micro d'animateur, pour celui d'invité, et se confie sur sa relation complexe avec son père et sur les circonstances qui l'ont mené à la sobriété. Il parle aussi des raisons pour lesquelles il a décidé, à deux époques différentes, de quitter le groupe Les Zapartistes et l'émission La soirée est (encore) jeune. Il est également question de la fois où Kurt Cobain lui est tombé dessus aux Foufounes Électriques.

Martin Poulin-Légaré est musicien. Il est membre de CRABE, un groupe qui donne dans le présent-punk et l'agression sonore positive, alliant structures complexes et mélodies surréalistes. Formé de Martin et Gabriel Lapierre, le duo fantasque est reconnu pour le chaos qui naît de ses performances ainsi que son habile abandon sur scène, ce qui lui a valu une place chérie dans le paysage expérimental québécois depuis ses débuts en 2007. À travers plus de 250 spectacles à ce jour, la paire a partagé la scène avec nombre d'artistes transcendants tels que Voivod, An Albatros, METZ, Big Business, Tera Melos et plusieurs autres. Plus récemment, ils se sont joints au groupe d'Hubert Lenoir pour une série de spectacles uniques aux légendaires Foufounes Électriques dans le cadre des Francofolies de Montréal. En 2009, Crabe signe chez Signed by Force (Red Mass, Bionic, Devil Eyes, etc.), ce qui mène à la parution du long-jeu, “Ero Gaki”. En 2011, s'amorce une collaboration prolifique avec l'étiquette indépendante Cuchabata Records, qui voit le duo montréalais faire paraître pas moins de 3 albums, “1982”, “Mort de Fraîche Date” et “Anti-Vague”, en 4 ans. En mai 2016, le groupe sort de façon indépendante l'album “Le temps f33l'', qui remporte le prix de l'album punk de l'année au GAMIQ et une mention de la part de Martha Wainwright à l'émission de Louis-Jean Cormier, Microphone. S'en suit une participation in extremis au tremplin musical, Les Francouvertes, où ils fascinent autant le public que les juges par leur capacité de se renouveler à travers les étapes du concours, se retrouvant au grand plaisir du milieu artistique, en grandes finales. Cydemind won the 3rd prize at the Imagination Song Contest, hosted by Blind Guardian, for their violin interpretation of Bright Eyes.Five years after the release of Erosion, the band are releasing their much anticipated second full-length album called The Descent. Musically and thematically darker than its predecessor, The Descent delves into the concept of obsessions and the abysses into which they can plunge the human mind. Cydemind's The Descent will be out on November 4th 2022 on all digital platforms.In addition to their significant recording experiences, the band has performed numerous times throughout the Montreal area since 2011 in such venues as the Foufounes Électriques, the Katacombes, the Plaza Theater, and others. In 2017, they also directed the first edition of Proggy Nights in Canada, a small tour gathering 3 Canadian prog bands in Quebec City, Montreal and Toronto.The band is composed of Olivier Allard (violin), Alexandre Dagenais (drums) Nico Damoulianos (Bass), Camille Delage (piano & keyboards) and Kevin Paquet (guitars). After playing their Montreal show, L7 joins CKUT host Penny to smoke and talk in the men's bathroom of Foufounes Électriques. Bassist Jennifer Finch and guitarist Suzi Gardner give a rundown of their organization Rock for Choice which they founded earlier that year. They also explain the reason for writing their song "Everglade," which at the time had yet to be released. Obviously they also talk mosh pits, pit decorum, feminist zines and all that good stuff.
