Eero, Zaza, and VS hear rumors about the Monastery of the Broken Blade (from itinerant mendicant Brother Aerelm), the Black Cats reactions to being blamed for the (other PC's) heist (from aspiring fixer Narder), and something about the Black Network emptying some warehouses (from fish broker Vinchenziana Moory). In the Llodown neighborhood they stumble across some ghouls and get into a fight - Eero goes down multiple times but VS saves him multiple times, which Eero attributes to the favor of battle-god Tempus. They seek out Lord Harrand Tormblade, a patron of the Abbey of the Broken Blade, who gives them a consignment of weapons to deliver to the Abbey. On the way back, they encounter crazed hermit-priest Dintoven of Waukeen digging in a garbage heap, which VS and Zaza eagerly help him with. VS recovers his cursed tongue and is praised for his service to Waukeen, accidentally discovering that he is a vessel of divine will for the second time that day.

Project ini berawal dari inisiatif Ade Govinda selaku A&R MyMusic Records, yang ingin menghadirkan ulang “Salah Tapi Baik” dalam versi wanita. Melihat karakter vokal Zaza yang juga sudah sering membawakan lagu-lagu ballads, akhirnya dipilihlah Zaza untuk membawakan ulang lagu ini. Zaza mengaku sempat merasa pressure karena harus membawakan ulang lagu yang sangat ikonik. They're taking some mules loaded up with iron, steel, and leather from Llorkh up into the mountains in winter, delivering to Runedarth. Along the way, they hear possible fire beetles in the hills, encounter a tannery where they buy more leather and learn about several surrounding hexes, VS makes friends with Petunia the giant goat, and they make their way past Sapphire Falls to arrive safely at Runedarth.

Against the Grain wound down its operations at Louisville Slugger Field in late December.This week on the Access Louisville podcast, we chat with Sam Cruz, one of the founders of the brewery, about the closure and what's next for the Louisville beer brand.The company had been at Louisville Slugger Field for 14 years. It announced the closure in a Facebook post recently, saying its lease at the ballpark is expiring and it has opted not to renew. The restaurant's last day was Tuesday, Dec. 23.Losing the space is like letting go of a "living memory," Cruz tells us on the show. But he's not sad about it."Its hard to be sad about evolution," he said. "Life changes. Our company and us as people we've grown and evolved and the restaurant has kinda run its course. It's time to look beyond that. I felt really comfortable ... being able to land the plane as oppose to holding on and potentially crashing at some point." In recent years, Cruz and business partner Jerry Gnagy bought out two previous partners in Against the Grain, and those two partners had been handling the restaurant side of the business, Cruz said. The brewery has had a production facility in Portland for about a decade now. With the previous partners out and the alcohol industry as a whole in decline, Against the Grain has been working on a pivot toward production. In particular, they've been working on diversifying their abilities as a production company for different beverages. "We could do soda or we could do a packaged water. We're going to get into coffees and products like that. So the future for us is over the next year at the very least is building on that portfolio of contract clients that we have," he tells us.You can hear the full interview during the episode.  Against the Grain closed its Highlands Public House in August 2024, citing a challenging lease renewal and shifting neighborhood economics. In 2022, it shuttered the Sandwich Emporium Downtown and parted with The Whirling Tiger music venue in Butchertown, later sold to new operators. Earlier this year we reported the company launched a new line of THC beverages called ZAZA. Ils quittent Calgary et entament une aventure de plusieurs mois à la découverte des USA et du Canada. Pour Simone de Beauvoir, l'amie de toujours, c'est une tragédie. « Une expérience bouleversante et inoubliable » écrira la future autrice du « Deuxième sexe », qui parlera d'assassinat, de « crime spiritualiste ». C'est en compagnie de Zaza, au lendemain de la Première Guerre mondiale, que Simone va quitter l'enfance. Avec elle encore qu'elle affrontera les choix cruciaux de l'adolescence et de l'entrée dans la vie d'adulte. Avec Zaza et, un peu plus tard, avec Maurice Merleau-Ponty rencontré sur les bancs de la Sorbonne. Pendant plusieurs années, ces trois-là vont s'écrire, beaucoup, avec la retenue inculquée par leur milieu bourgeois mais avec intensité. Les lettres envoyées des trois côtés ont été, heureusement, conservées : cent vingt-six lettres échangées pendant neuf ans avec Zaza, de 1920 à 1929, et cent-trente-six avec Merleau-Ponty durant trente-deux-ans, de 1927 à 1957. Que nous dit cette correspondance de ces jeunes gens et de leur époque ? De cette génération des années vingt pour laquelle la situation était si différente selon que l'on était une fille ou garçon ?
