In this episode of Constructive, Seth sits down with Spencer Easton to explore the choreography of construction. From personal stories and family legacies to the practical realities of Lean and Takt planning, this conversation pulls back the curtain on what it really takes to bring order to the chaos of a job site. Spencer shares his deep knowledge of people-first project management, explains how Takt helps sync teams to the rhythm of the project, and cautions against chasing tech for tech's sake. It's a human-centered, honest look at what works—and what doesn't—in today's construction culture.

Sommerferiepraten fortsetter i LOLbua, med dine to favorittverter.

This week on Podcast Playlist, we're featuring podcasts about rock and roll. Sister Rosetta Tharpe is often called “The Godmother of Rock and Roll” and inspired artists like Elvis, Johnny Cash, and Aretha Franklin… Yet she's been largely left out of the history books. The podcast They Did That tells her story.Plus, churches are often the venue for a unique but hugely influential subset of rock music: Christian rock. PRX's Rock That Doesn't Roll explores how contemporary Christian music shaped the youths of Church kids everywhere– in sometimes unexpected ways.Featuring: Decoder Ring, The Moth, Rock That Doesn't Roll, They Did That, Switched On Pop, DisgracelandFor links and more info, head to cbc.ca/podcastplaylist.

We get to see what Gene Simmons is up to KIϟϟ post-retirement and I forensically break down a photograph of the "Demon" against that of a potential imposter (see podcast episode art/photo frame). We hop on a plane and flashback to podcast past with a guy you whose farting wasn't appreciated on a plane full of passengers.
My guest today has tried to get sober many times. His brother was able to get sober earlier than he did which provided some type of attraction rather than promotion. This allowed him to see what life could be like not using drugs or alcohol. He eventually got sober after numerous attempts, creating his own most pits (unbeknownst to others around him), receiving lots of physical injuries and everything else that comes with using. Today his life is surrounding by amazing people who love him and want the best for him. The word friends does not even do justice the relationships he has as it is more like family. As always if you know someone or are interested in being on the podcast reach out to me at cleanorsobercolumbus@gmail.com

Hemorage are a San Francisco based band who have made a name for themselves by performing heavy thrash metal out of their van. They just pull up outside of a venue (oftentimes venues that refused to book them) and rip a fantastic set right in the street. We talk about the philosophy behind this process, what their rigs look like, the goals for the band and a whole lot more! Check out the band at their website.
