In this latest episode, Jeff describes perhaps the craziest case he ever had: a conman, career criminal kept cooperating with the government and getting reduced sentences, even as the bodies piled up. Finally, the government's attempts to hide his past ended with a single mother getting a bullet to her head in Staten Island. Jeff also reports that NYC Mayor Eric Adams is insane — he thinks his dying city has a brand, and takes a dump on Kansas. Kamala Harris has spent a career putting Blacks in jail, yet now she thinks it's okay to give federal Florida hurricane relief to Blacks first because “equity.” Finally, Jeff gently points out that Amazon's Jeff Bezos' remarried ex-wife is getting divorced — and he has got to be laughing his ass off.

Lights out! Slasher Radio took a peek under the bed for this week's episode as we discussed the 1989 classic, "Little Monsters"! We've pulled back the covers on this 80's film and talked about its true decade magic and special makeup effects that came together to create this unforgettable film. Howie Mandel went all out for the starring role as "Maurice" and brought life to the gritty, rambunctious boogeyman who ends up being not all that threatening after all. The film's screenplay writers Terry Rossio and Ted Elliott have since worked together to create other classic, fun flicks like "Aladdin" and "Shrek". The special makeup effects artist, Michael Burnett, brought his insane creativity and experience to the film and has since worked on other impactful films like "Star Wars", "Strangeland", and "House of 1000 Corpses". Fluff your pillows, grab your blanket and pop in "Little Monsters". Then, take a trip back to 1989 with us for this ghoulishly good flick in Episode 62! I welcomed the extraordinary MARC JOHNSON November 13, 2018 to the show. Seriously one of the most interesting humans!! He comes with a list of accolades ( too many to list) but including Thrasher Skater of the Year 2007 (SOTY), over 34 video parts, he's a company owner and all around creative minded authentic individual. One of the most technical and phenomenal skaters ever, "He's one of the best skateboarders ever" -- Giovanni Reda. We skimmed or hit on many points including MySpace perils, his first skateboard with a story never heard, where his SOTY award resides and ironically on national pickle day, which is the key ingredient to his infamous breakfast sandwich. Also, stay tuned to Marc's return as so much we couldn't even address, (talks of a mini series on the forecast). Heads up also for Business and Company board release with a n ETA of February 2019. The Desiree SHOW airs on Dash Radio's Dash Talk on Wednesdays 4-5 PM PST. Warm thanks to Jai Tanju, Giovanni Reda, Michael Burnett and Ben Colen for their quotes and time. Stay up to date and follow @Desiree_Astorga & @TheDesireeSHOW on coming guests, Chargers ITL Special, Beat the Outsiders (the seasonal weekly NFL pickem show by skaters) and to watch the stories with BTS from the show.
