How Can I Lower My Triglycerides? “Going to the doctor for your fasting lipid panel results can be an exercise in confusion. You will get numbers for your total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol (“unhealthy” cholesterol), HDL cholesterol (“healthy” cholesterol), and triglycerides. Although the major emphasis in treating abnormal lipid panel results focuses on getting LDL cholesterol below a certain level, your doctor might also make recommendations about your HDL and triglycerides.” Listen to today's episode for details, written by Thomas Campbell, MD at NutritionStudies.org #vegan #plantbased #plantbasedbriefing #lipid #triglycerides #cholesterol #cvd #cardiovasculardisease #lipidpanel ======================== Original post: https://nutritionstudies.org/lower-triglycerides/ ========================== Related Episodes: 861: Eat Quinoa and Lower Triglycerides? https://plantbasedbriefing.libsyn.com/861-eat-quinoa-and-lower-triglycerides-by-dr-michael-greger-at-nutritionfactsorg Related Episodes: use search feature at https://www.plantbasedbriefing.com/episodes-search Search for cholesterol, heart disease ========================= The T. (Theory of Everything), we dive into the mysteries of virtual reality theory. Campbell reveals the quantum mechanic truths behind metaphysical phenomena like remote viewing, premonitions, telepathy, energetic healing and how we are all living in a simulation. He goes beyond his famous lectures and biography to break down his astonishing "data dump" experience that allowed him to physically see energy, and how mastering your intuition can literally alter the future. Plus, find out how to get the most out of intention-setting, how he reconciles science with spirituality, and what it truly means to have an open mind to the supernatural. STAY TUNED for Part 2! Humanity balances between two paths: self-destruction or self-revelation. In this rebroadcast from a popular episode from April 2024, Christine Barrington describes this critical inflection point and argues that dreams awaken us to the realm of purpose and meaning, arguing that every one of us has much to contribute to the path of humanity. Christine begins with James Braid then outlines the complicated history of science and consciousness including how they got separated in the first place, culminating with the philosophy of positivism which is the belief nothing exists that cannot be verified. She notes in contrast that most of the giants of quantum theory were also mystics including Planck (mentioning his book Where Science is Going) and also Einstein, Schrödinger, Heisenberg, Bohr, and Pauli. On the thread of consciousness, she quotes Carl Jung and his work on the tension of the opposites and synchronicity, also Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ken Wilbur, and Joe Dispenza and the birth of neurophysiology and mindfulness. Christine brings it all together talking about Thomas Campbell and his book My Big TOE and his “theory of everything,” which argues that consciousness is the basis for everything and that we are here on this planet to learn and evolve that consciousness, one person at a time. She plays a quote of Campbell’s about how dreaming gives us information about our selves in that how we react in dreams is how we are. As we learn to be more living and present, then our dreams evolve too. Christine ends by sharing information about Thomas Campbell’s organization, the Center for the Unification of Science and Consciousness CUSAC.org. This essay argues that maternal neglect, like Bruce Lipton's epigenetic triggers, reprograms oxytocin receptors to crave relational trauma, entangling generations in Thomas Campbell's holographic loops of karmic abuse.

Season 2, Episode 17 is a bit of a different adventure for us. We have decided to break down the concepts presented in a Joe Rogan interview with Thomas Campbell, author of My Big TOE (Theory Of Everything). Campbell is a physicist who began experiencing the paranormal in college. Because of those experiences, he has gone on a life long quest to understand and explain them from a scientific perspective. Through that study and experimentation, he has created a very rich, flushed out theory of how all of life as we know it works. Further, he believes that his theory has sufficient results to answer many of the modern questions between Newtonian and Quantum Physics. We strongly suggest that you watch Joe Rogan's interview of Campbell prior to this episode, in order to get the full context. If not, we do give an overview at the beginning of the show. https://youtu.be/tQR6SFK7lFc?si=mtIRUB-hxrNLUtJMOur overall intent here is to map Campbell's framework and components to our understanding of God, all of Creation, and the many paranormal experiences and concepts we have discussed in the past.Along the way I relate a relevant Near Death Experience of a coworker, Vic rather dubiously declares himself the Best Wordle Player in the World, Father Mike embarks on the First Paranormal Rundown Wordle Intuition Psychic Blocking Experiment, and we discuss topics including Out of Body Experiences, Simulation Theory, Intuition vs Intellect, Creative Uses for Computer Punch Cards, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, World of Warcraft, Leroy Jenkins, What is Hell, Various Paranormal Concepts, The Borg, and more. We really hope you enjoy this breakdown of Thomas Campbell's view of the universe, and our mapping of it to The Paranormal Rundown!Links for Thomas Campbell:https://www.my-big-toe.com/theory/overview-of-my-big-toe/ https://www.cusac.orgPlease contact us at feedback@paranormalrundown.com and let us know what you think of this episode. Shame does not regulate—it entangles. At the quantum level, gendered shame functions as Thomas Campbell's “holographic glue,” binding humanity to collapsing wavefunctions of patriarchal domination and Lilith's exiled rage. This essay posits that modern gender wars stem not from biology but from epigenetic karmic loops where shame mutates into Hawkins' Level 20 (Guilt/Shame), enslaving men and women in Carl Rogers' “conditions of worth” while their shadows metastasize as Dark Triad pathologies.
Reviewing the Joe Rogan interview of Thomas Campbell
Tom Campbell believes that humanity is at a tipping point in its evolution towards love and cooperation. In this podast, Thomas Campbell explains the concept of individual units of consciousness playing as humans in the virtual reality. He describes how the player (consciousness) and the computer (the larger consciousness system) communicate and interact. He emphasizes that consciousness is not physical, but the human experience is an information system created by the larger consciousness systemTom Campbell worked as a physicist in technology development and complex-system risk analysis for both government and industry. In addition, he championed for more than 50 years the scientific, drug-free research into altered states of consciousness. This unique combination enabled him to develop My Big TOE, a scientific model of reality based on the insight that consciousness – not matter – is fundamental to all existence. After obtaining degrees in mathematics and physics, Tom specialized in nuclear physics during his Ph.D. work at the University of Virginia. His 37-year professional career includes 12 years in technical intelligence, 15 years at Missile Defense Agency, and 10 years as a consultant in the general area of large-systems risk and vulnerability analysis for various high-tech companies, including two years with NASA. Thanks to his research into consciousness, Tom understood that consciousness is the fundamental reality, the only thing that ultimately exists. Consciousness is the superset of which the physical world is only a subset. My Big TOE rationally explains why paranormal phenomena are a natural artifact of a reality in which consciousness is fundamental. This has provided great relief to many people who have had out-of-body experiences, near-death experiences or precognitive dreams, or experienced other paranormal phenomena that are typically discounted in modern society.___________________PODCAST CHAPTERS00:00 - Tom Campbell Intro01:33 - The Fundamentals of Reality07:47 - The Role of Consciousness in Creating Reality17:35 - The Science Behind Consciousness and Virtual Reality31:13 - Understanding the Larger Consciousness System (LCS)40:41 - The Mechanics of Out-of-Body Experiences54:28 - Free Will and the Importance of Choices1:08:59 - The Evolution of Consciousness Through Lifetimes1:22:29 - Mind's Impact on Physical Reality1:25:58 - Early Manipulations of Reality1:29:23 - Interacting with NPCs in Other Realities1:35:52 - Evolution of Consciousness in Other Realities1:40:54 - The Role of Fear and De-Evolution1:43:05 - Positive Growth vs. Negative Influence1:47:39 - Inspiration and Intuition1:51:40 - The Impact of the Internet on Consciousness1:59:51 - Raising Consciousness to Save the World2:11:27 - The Science of Consciousness2:30:37 - Tom's Current Quest: Mainstreaming Consciousness2:36:25 - The Power of Love vs. Fear2:44:14 - Creating Change by Changing YourselfGuest: Tom Campbell | Physicist Website | https://www.my-big-toe.com/Tom's "Big Theory of Everything (TOE)" | https://www.my-big-toe.com/theory/overview-of-my-big-toe/Workshops & Lectures | https://www.my-big-toe.com/explore/workshops-lectures/My Big TOE Trilogy Book | https://www.my-big-toe.com/explore/my-big-toe-trilogyYouTube | Tom Campbell Host: Emilio OrtizInstagram | https://www.instagram.com/iamemilioortiz/Subscribe to YouTube Channel | https://www.youtube.com/EmilioOrtizWatch Emilio's latest series on 4biddenknowledge TV l https://bit.ly/AwakenThe6thSense___________________Special Offerings to Support the Show:✦ Make a One-Time or Recurring Donation on PayPal
What is the best diet for someone with diabetes? Dr. Thomas Campbell shares his research comparing the DASH Diet and a whole food plant-based diet. Their effects on insulin resistance and blood sugar levels are then examined. Although both diets showed improvement, the participants experienced superior results while eating the WFPB diet. Dr. Campbell explains why when he joins "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll on The Exam Room Podcast. In the Interview: Plant-Based Diet for Diabetes Management: The interview emphasizes the effectiveness of a whole food plant-based diet in managing diabetes, contrasting it with other dietary approaches like the keto diet, which merely suppresses symptoms rather than addressing underlying issues. Influence of Family Legacy: Dr. Campbell reflects on the profound influence of his father, Dr. T. Colin Campbell who co-authored The China Study, on his career choice in medicine, emphasizing that his motivation stemmed from passion rather than pressure. Challenges in Medical Nutrition Education: He highlights a significant gap in knowledge among medical professionals regarding diet and its effects on health, particularly in treating conditions like heart disease and diabetes. Social Norms and Health: Dr. Campbell discusses how social norms contribute to unhealthy eating habits, making it difficult for individuals to change their diets despite knowing the health risks associated with poor nutrition. Patient Education and Openness: Dr. Campbell stresses the importance of patient openness to dietary changes and the need for healthcare providers to engage in meaningful conversations rather than overwhelming patients with information. This episode unravels the bizarre and tragic true story of The Glasgow Ice Cream Wars from the 1980s. What seemed like ordinary ice cream vans was a facade for organised crime involving drugs, stolen goods, and violent turf battles. Intense fear and brutal intimidation tactics marked this period, culminating in the death of several members of the Doyle family. The wrongful conviction of Thomas Campbell and Joe Steele, who spent decades in prison before being freed, adds to the story's complexity. Despite suspicions surrounding other gangsters, including Tam McGraw, the case remains unresolved, prompting reflections on justice, power, and the impact of organised crime.00:00 Introduction to the Glasgow Ice Cream Wars00:30 The Dark Side of Ice Cream Vans01:18 The Doyle Family Tragedy02:26 The Hunt for Justice03:15 Doubts and New Evidence04:36 The Overlooked Evidence05:11 The Impact on the Justice System05:26 Glasgow's Dark Past06:14 The Unanswered Questions06:49 The Tragic Reality07:47 Reflecting on the Ice Cream Wars08:23 Conclusion and Final Thoughts Hosted on Acast. This week: two exhibitions in London are showing remarkable works made during the Renaissance. At the King's Gallery, the museum that is part of Buckingham Palace, Drawing the Italian Renaissance offers a thematic journey through 160 works on paper made across Italy between 1450 and 1600. Ben Luke talks to Martin Clayton, Head of Prints and Drawings at the Royal Collection Trust, about the show. At the Royal Academy, meanwhile, the timescale is much tighter: a single year, 1504 to be precise, when Michelangelo, Leonardo and Raphael were all in Florence. We talk to Julien Domercq, a curator at the Academy, about this remarkable crucible of creativity. And this episode's Work of the Week is a magnum opus of Renaissance textiles: the Battle of Pavia Tapestries, made in Brussels to designs by Bernard van Orley, and currently on view in an exhibition at the de Young Museum in San Francisco. Edge is a member of Das Unbehagen: Free Association for Psychoanalysis, and a Media & Arts Advisory Board member for The Lifeboat Foundation."In this discussion, Eliott shares his insights and views surrounding the work of Thomas Campbell, a former NASA physicist who specialized in technology development and complex-system risk analysis for both government and industry. In addition, for more than 50 years, he conducted scientific, drug-free research into altered states of consciousness. Out of this work came My Big TOE, or Theory of Everything, a scientific model of reality based on the insight that consciousness is fundamental to all existence. Eliott is currently working on his own book that discusses Campbell's simulation theory, which posits that our idea of reality is actually a virtual simulation. According to Campbell, consciousness is the fundamental basis of what we consider reality, and the physical universe is a virtual construct created by this consciousness. In our discussion, Eliott talks as well about another simulation theory called the ‘ancestor simulation hypothesis' and the problems associated with this. We also talk about how paranormal, or supernatural experiences such as out-of-body experiences, remote viewing, ghosts, UFOs, etc., play into this concept. As Eliott is not only interested in the scientific side of the story, he also talks about how occult practitioners, such as those found in ritual magick and chaos magick, as well as religious practitioners from any path can also benefit from learning about Campbell's work. He explains everything in a down-to-earth manner so that anyone from any walk of life can understand the principles.Eliott Edgewriting | EliottedgeOddEdges - YouTubeEliott Edge and Tom Campbell in Conversation Part 1 of 2 (youtube.com)Eliott Edge and Tom Campbell in Conversation Part 2 of 2 (youtube.com)Home | Testing the Simulation Hypothesis (testingthehypothesis.com)My Big TOE (my-big-toe.com)Tom Campbell - My Big TOE (my-big-toe.com)My Big TOE Trilogy : Thomas Campbell : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet ArchiveExperiential Expanded Consciousness Meditation Programs and Research – The Monroe InstituteThe Monroe Explorer Tapes - YouTubeExplorer Series: Compiled Audio Files (1-32) : The Monroe Institute : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet ArchiveTheme Music: Daniel P. The story of the 185-year-old yogi is more science than at first meets the eye. That is according to Dr. Chiti Parikh, a leading integrative medicine physician and author of Intentional Health: Detoxify, Nourish and Rejuvenate Your Body Into Balance. The longevity secrets of the mythological yogi trace back to a strict detox method. However, Dr. Parikh says this is more than myth. Rather, it's cutting-edge science. Desire is a fundamental aspect of human nature, driving individuals to seek fulfillment, happiness, and satisfaction in their lives. However, when desire is rooted in scarcity, malcontent, and dissatisfaction with the present moment, it can lead to a cycle of perpetual longing and discontent. This essay will explore the concept of desire as scarcity, drawing on the insights of various spiritual teachers, psychologists, and philosophers such as Jiddu Krishnamurti, Dr. David R Hawkins, Robert Anton Wilson, Babette Rothchild, Thomas Campbell, Eckhart Tolle, Ross Rosenberg, Wayne Dyer, Paramahansa Yogananda, and Sri Yukteswar. By examining the interconnectedness of desire, lack, and attachment wounds, we will delve into the psychological, philosophical, and spiritual implications of approaching life with a scarcity mindset.

Fat in milk does not count. That's great news for dairy lovers! Unfortunately, it's simply not true and the science just doesn't add up. Yet, that is the premise of new legislation that would return whole-fat milk with 5 grams of saturated fat per serving, representing a quarter of an entire day's limit, to school lunches across the United States. While the fat from the pizza, hamburgers, french fries, and other food on cafeteria trays is totaled up, the largest source of saturated fat is being totally disregarded. Why is that? Double-board-certified pediatrician Dr. Yami and Andrew Binovi, director of government affairs for the Physicians Committee, join “The Weight Loss Champion” Chuck Carroll to discuss the bill and why fat in milk is being ignored. The nutrition numbers don't add up, but the rates of childhood diseases are mounting. — — SHOW LINKS — — Take Action https://www.pcrm.org/HealthyStudents — — — Dr. Yami Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thedoctoryami Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thedoctoryami Website: https://www.doctoryami.com/ — — EVENTS — — International Conference on Nutrition in Medicine Where: Washington, DC — Grand Hyatt Date: August 15-17 Who: Drs. Although isolated and stripped of her freedom, it was there that Alana began to find a healthier path forward. The food in the Panamanian prison system would routinely cause her to fall ill. On a few occasions it even required a trip to the hospital. Alana's journey to healing began with her pushing for healthier food options and leading daily exercise classes for other inmates. Through that she found self-empowerment and a sense of worth that had been lacking. And today she is working with one of the largest plant-based event companies in Canada while continuing to champion healthier options for those who remain incarcerated. She joins "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll for an incredible story of rebuilding strength from the ashes of despair.
