James Baker, the former top attorney for the FBI, has become the modern-day Zelig of the Russia-Collusion narrative. As we shall see, he has been in the background of virtually every aspect of SpyGate—including his involvement in shaping the outcome of the 2020 election during his time as deputy legal counsel at Twitter. Baker was personally involved in bringing the Alfa Bank hoax documents into the FBI via his personal friend, Perkins Coie attorney Michael Sussman. Baker served as the FBI's general counsel when the bureau investigated the Trump 2016 presidential campaign and was also directly involved in the FBI's “investigation” of Hillary Clinton's use of an unauthorized private email server while she was secretary of state during the Obama administration. ⭕️ Watch in-depth videos based on Truth & Tradition at Epoch TV

Anchored by MT founder and civil rights lawyer, Ben Meiselas and national trial lawyer and strategist, Michael Popok, the top-rated news analysis podcast LegalAF x MeidasTouch is back for another hard-hitting look in “real time” at this week's most consequential developments at the intersection of law and politics. This week, Ben and Popok discuss and analyze: 1. The Fulton County (Atlanta) Georgia District Attorney moving closer to an indictment of Trump and others for election fraud and racketeering as the Special Grand Jury begins hearing from over 50 expected witnesses. 2. Former key Trump White House advisor Peter Navarro very bad week, ending with his being indicted for Criminal Contempt of Congress and arrested by Federal Marshals as he was about to board a plane, and being separately subpoenaed by a second DC Federal grand jury to give testimony on other January 6-based matters. 3. The Manhattan DA's office moving closer to indicting Steve Bannon for the “build the wall” foundation fraud and his using charitable monies for personal living expenses. 4. Trump's “Special Prosecutor” John Durham spending $4.2mm of taxpayer dollars only to lose badly his only jury trial, and Michael Sussman being acquitted by a jury finding that he did not lie to the FBI's general counsel when he provided a tip that the Trump Organization and Putin's Alpha Bank were working together. 5. The Florida Supreme Court denying an appeal to throw out DeSantis' racist, gerrymandered electoral maps before voting starts in June and August, handing the Republicans a 20-8 advantage in House seats for the Midterms. 6. The US Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision siding, for now, against Texas's SB20 law that would prevent large social media platforms from “de-platforming” users and taking down offensive, racist, sexist, violent content and “disinformation. And so much more. Mark Levin- Dems Put Trump Aid in Leg Irons and Handcuffs and Find Clinton Aid Not Guilty by Jury Nullification. America continues to limp toward tyranny as a lawyer presents an open and shut case to a jury that was not objective and comprised of a few donors to the Hillary Clinton campaign and other ties to the judge. What America witnessed, with the Michael Sussman not guilty verdict, was jury nullification. The testimony presented by John Durham was clearly overwhelming, yet the jury felt it didn't meet the standard of guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. Thanks to Big Media, America is engaged in a conversation on mass shootings, and mental illness with no real facts, or hard data. A word of thanks also goes to Mitch McConnell and the RINO Republicans for discussing pointless gun control measures in Congress, even though there isn't a single bill they could pass that would stop crazy people from hurting innocent people. We must thank President Biden for focusing his attention on 9mm pistols and revealing how senseless their gun-grabbing desires are, right? A year ago, a gallon of gas on average was $3.04, today a gallon of gas on average in California is $6.21 and this program predicts that the national average will surpass $5.00 for a gallon for regular gasoline by next week. The government's boot is still on the throat of America's energy producers. OPEC has agreed to ramp up production, but this does nothing to accelerate U.S energy production. The January 6th Committee is a trojan-horse front for the Department of Justice to cast a wider net than a law enforcement agency is legally permitted to. This is unconstitutional as it violates the individual's Constitutional rights in a criminal proceeding. Earlier, Peter Navarro was held in contempt of Congress by the Congressional January 6th Committee. Navarro was indicted and immediately arrested at the airport and placed in handcuffs and leg irons for his political opposition to the committee's document request. Former federal prosecutor and Trump administration alumni, Kash Patel, joins the show to air his grievances on the acquittal of Clinton lawyer Michael Sussman. Kash was one of the final champions of the "chariots of justice" working their way out to an ultimately righteous end, but now, even his faith in the DOJ and Durham's future prospects are shaken as he explains the challenging road ahead for the prosecution. Can Durham try future cases outside of DC? Is there still hope for other convictions connected to the Russiagate hoax? How come three Clinton donors made their way onto the ultimate jury? Finally, Kash explains the shocking details of how Perkins Coie managed to share an office with the FBI...yes seriously. Next, Charlie covers a very disturbing story that has gone largely unreported, overshadowed by other attention grabbing news headlines: the Biden administration has moved to tie pro-trans, gender affirming teaching and policies to funding for school lunches. Charlie explains how this is just the latest example of the left's long pattern of using maximum force to ram down the throats of traditional Americans a radical social and cultural agenda. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, America continues to limp toward tyranny as a lawyer presents an open and shut case to a jury that was not objective and comprised of a few donors to the Hillary Clinton campaign and other ties to the judge. What America witnessed today, with the Michael Sussman not guilty verdict, was jury nullification. The testimony presented by John Durham was clearly overwhelming, yet the jury felt it didn't meet the standard of guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. This is a big deal. Then, the U.S Marshal investigating the Supreme Court leak is now requesting employee phone records, but unlike like January 6 detainees this is not part of a grand jury investigation. However, Nancy Pelosi's select committee will offer all its discovery to the Department of Justice for a criminal investigation seeking to indict former President Trump on whatever bogus charge they can make stick. No committee of Congress has the authority to conduct research for a criminal investigation, yet they are doing it. This Committee has never asked Pelosi for her Testimony or phone records regarding January 6th despite her influence over the Capitol Police in her role as Speaker. Later, Democrats don't believe in law order. They don't put criminals in jail, they defund the police, and eliminate cash bail keeping criminals on the street. Are Americans supposed to trust Democrats on gun control? Biden says making schools a harder target is not necessary, what's necessary is going after handguns like the 9mm pistol (not even the AR-15). Learn more about your ad choices. Former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer, Michael Sussman was found not guilty in the Trump-Russia collusion case after a DC jury ignored direct evidence. It's been a month since Justice Alito's draft on Roe v. Wade was leaked. While few questions have been answered, officials are now requesting personal cell phone information from clerks in an effort to narrow down the culprit. Days after DHS' failed Disinformation Governance Board dissolves, their leader Nina Jankowicz implied that the board could have stopped the Uvalde, Texas school shooting. Finally, chief economist to the International Energy Agency (IEA), Fatih Birol announced that the U.S. summer fuel shortage has the potential to be worse than the 1970s oil crisis with some gas stations prepping for $10 per gallon. Here's your Daily dose of Human Events with @JackPosobiec Save up to 65% on MyPillow products by going to MyPillow.com/POSO and use code POSO To get $500 of free silver on a qualifying purchase go to https://allegiancegold.com/POSO/ with code POSO
Stigall thinks its critical everyone understand why gas prices are at historic highs and the words and motivations behind it. If you listen carefully you'll hear a very familiar refrain from this White House. Bonchie from Red State explores this theme as well and also covers the press interest in all the White House backbiting and palace intrigue stories we're being treated to as of late about discord in the Biden administration. Former White House correspondent and host of “The Absolute Truth” Emerald Robinson explores the constant focus on a very fringe population that seems to be the focus of a lot of energy these days. And Michael O'Neill from the Landmark Legal Foundation discusses the not guilty verdict in the trial of former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman.

Today, we start with The House Judiciary Committee announcing that they will hold an emergency hearing this week to consider a package of gun reform bills. Then, Michael Sussman, (whose firm represented Hillary Clinton's campaign in 2016) was charged with lying to the FBI yesterday, while Russian forces now control “around half” of the Ukrainian city of Severodonetsk. Finally, Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny announced that he is facing new prison charges yesterday. Resources/Articles mentioned this episode: Axios: House committee to hold emergency hearing on gun control bills NY Times: Michael Sussmann Is Acquitted in Case Brought by Trump-Era Prosecutor Washington Post: U.S. will send advanced rocket systems to Ukraine, Biden says AP News: Russia's Navalny says he faces new criminal charges
Howie talks about the swampy jury that decided Michael Sussman was NOT guilty for lying. It turns out the jury were all Clinton donors and voters, the swamp runs deep. Also we play some more hits from Sleepy Joe today.
On today's Breitbart News Daily podcast, we begin with a breakdown of the acquittal of Hillary Clinton attorney and Russia hoaxer Michael Sussman - lying to the FBI is not a big deal all of a sudden. Then, the Democrats are pushing a slate of gun controls that would not have stopped the Uvalde massacre. We lay it all out. As usual, there is horrifying economic news and enduring supply chain issues to report. Plus, Pres. Joe Biden is sending some high-powered weaponry to Ukraine. Is this an escalation that could bring us closer to hot war with nuclear Russia? And then, the latest woke stories from around the world, including audio of male swimmer Lia Thomas who is a big cheater and beats women in competition. He spoke to "Good Morning America" and... you'll want to hear it... trust us. Our guest today is Amanda Milius, producer and director of the terrific "Plot Against the President" movie. She gives her thoughts on Durham, Sussman, the latest attacks on the 2nd Amendment, and "Top Gun: Maverick."
Clinton Lawyer ACQUITTED In Russiagate Trial, Trump SLAMS Corrupt Legal System Protecting Democrats. Liberals argue this proves Trump wrong, conservatives point out Hillary donors were part of the jury pool. The issue of Russiagate is particularly esoteric but one thing is certain, neither side will accept the results. Democrats cried foul when Trump won in 2016 arguing all the insane theories they could muster, theories about Russia we know to be false. But now many are awaiting Durham to win some accountability for the right. Unfortunately it seems to not be going so well as Michael Sussman has been found not guilty. Perhaps the issue is that the country is too divided. Former President Trump hoped the probe would uncover illegal behavior by officials who investigated his alleged links to Russia. NPR's Carrie Johnson joins William Brangham to discuss. First up, Charlie is joined by former Trump administration advisor and federal prosecutor, Kash Patel, to make sense of the current twists and turns in the Michael Sussman trial. As the defense rests, Kash lays out in laymen's terms the most shocking moments from the courtroom, including what he believes is the key information from the trial that should give everyone confidence in Durham's systematic, methodical checkmate of the Clinton campaign and its many operatives is well underway. Also, Kash explains how Hillary Clinton had parallel tracks of conspiracy to undermine President Trump, and Sussman was just one player in a single track. Next, Charlie talks with Revolver.News founder and investigative journalist Darren Beattie. Darren breaks down an explosive story involving fallen Disinformation Czar, Nina Jancowikz, that exposes the meandering and sprawling tentacles of the government's "disinformation" cabal that also implicates the US State Department and NATO. What does this intergovernmental architecture expose about how the a transatlantic ecology of government actors work to combat freedom of speech and influence dissident voices both domestically and within independent governments? Finally Darren and Charlie make sense of the breaking news from Uvalde, Texas where more initial reports proved to be misinformation as the original timeline gets turned on its head. According to new testimony in the John Durham trial of Michael Sussman, Hillary Clinton personally "okayd" the release of the Russia- Trump collusion narrative. The mainstream media is ignoring the news but--it's important. It tells us that "disinformation" often comes from political candidates--in this case, a former candidate for president Hillary Clinton--and can have long-lasting effects on the country. I'm digging in... Plus, what the heck is Joe Biden's staff thinking? Why do they immediately shut down his comments on an international stage? Either he spoke out of turn or they did. But, it's not acceptable for an American President to be embarrassed on an international stage by his own team! And, finally, we'll chat about the markets. Today, Rich replays excerpts from his May 20, 2022 interview of former federal prosecutor and Trump-era Pentagon Chief of Staff Kash Patel when he guest-hosted the Jim Bohannon Show. Patel says Special Counsel Durham can be trusted to fully prosecute the case against Hillary Clinton's lawyer Michael Sussman and build a larger criminal conspiracy case that takes out the brain trust of the Clinton operation, albeit excluding Mrs. Clinton. Patel also presents his brand new children's book "The Plot Against the King."Portions of today's program are brought to you by PolitiWeek.com. The guys open the show discussing the trial of Hillary Clinton's campaign lawyer, Michael Sussman. They specifically focus on the comments made by her 2016 campaign manager, Robby Mook. Mook testified that Hillary Clinton, along with top Clinton aides (i.e., John Podesta, Jake Sullivan, Jennifer Palmeri), agreed to share unverified data falsely tying the Trump Organization server to Russia's Alfa Bank. This led to a conversation about Elongate, where Elon Musk has been accused of exposing himself to a flight attendant on his private plane in 2016 and offered to by her a horse in exchange for an erotic massage. Elon challenged his accuser to describe physical traits of his genitals (i.e., scars, tattoos) that isn't publicly known. The timing of this scandal comes days after Musk labeled Democrats the party of "division and hate," and also calling out Hillary Clinton campaign hoax. The second half of the show focuses on a middle schooler accused of sexual harassment for refusing to call a non-binary classmate by the preferred pronoun. The guys discuss the consequences of this and how parents might address these issues with their kids. They tie in personal stories of high school and look at the difference between handling bullying now versus 20 years ago. Charlie welcomes to the show former federal prosecutor, former national security council member, and former chief of staff to the acting US Secretary of Defense during the Trump Administration, Kash Patel, who is also the author of the nation's number 1 selling children's book, "The Plot Against the King." If you're confused or struggling to keep up with the current details of the Durham Investigation, Kash and Charlie walk through the entire plot from beginning to end. Kash then outlines why in his expert opinion, Durham is conducting his investigation in such a wise and strategic manner, including by starting his prosecution with Clinton lawyer, Michael Sussman. What is Durham's strategy exactly behind his prosecution of a formerly obscure attorney instead of someone who is more high profile? Kash also reveals his new Times Square add that will run 100s of times a day to promote DurhamWatch.org forcing the left to see the content in the middle of their biggest stronghold. Also, why is Kash focused on Andy McCabe and Peter Strzok? Support the show: http://www.charliekirk.com/support See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
