Sometimes gaming teaches us real-life lessons! Not so much "how to bbq random assholes in rush hour traffic" but more like "don't judge an armor set by it's color" -- you know. On LEVEL 133 we dive into all the life lessons we've learned while raiding dungeons and hang-gliding over woolly mammoths. Fill up your cup and tune in, ya fucks! There are only so many genres of video games, and in order to stand apart from the crowd, a great game has to have what's called a "Unique Selling Point" -- for instance a shooter can add crazy weapons that let you shrink your enemies, or a platformer can give you the ability to manipulate time as you speed along. On LEVEL 123 we highlight some of the greatest USPs we've seen to date, all while doing simultaneous kegstands (as far as you know)! Follow us on all social media @gamerageclub to see behind the scenes photos, videos, fan art and more! You can also send us your ideas for what would make a great topic for our next episode!
Why do we seek out horror games (or movies for that matter)? Why do we like to be scared out of our wits now and then? On LEVEL 120 we try to figure that out -- are we just demented? Or is there something deeper to our thrill-seeking at this spooky time of year? Follow us on all social media @gamerageclub to see behind the scenes photos, videos, fan art and more! What if YOU were the final boss a video game hero had to face? What would your big spectacular fight be like -- would you rain down barrels on the hero, or sic waves of disposable goons on them? Or would you manipulate their mind, forcing them to try and outsmart you in order to survive? On LEVEL 117 we describe our own final boss battles and the secrets a hero would need to stop our evil plans. Video game characters tend to wear what looks "coolest" rather than what makes the most sense -- but sometimes they miss both of those marks and we just have to wonder how drunk their tailor actually was.
