For the medical-industrial complex? Dr Rashmi Schramm immigrated to the US with her family at the age of 12 from India. She graduated from the University of Virginia for both her undergraduate and medical degrees.Upon completing her residency/medical training in Florida, Rashmi began practicing in a high volume, corporate family medicine practice in 2003. As a result of her own struggles with burn out, Rashmi began to branch out and learn multiple mind/body tools to help herself and her patients in leading more balanced lives. She is trained in numerous trauma-informed healing modalities including yoga therapy, advanced yoga nidra and breathwork as complementary to traditional medicine. Rashmi is a board certified family physician, and a certified health, wellness and performance coach. She incorporates Ayurvedic wisdom and meditation into her programs. She helps busy professionals tap into their own inner peace and power so they can confidently live more energetic and purposeful lives.
