The team was shorthanded tonight missing a Canadian who will be back in the mix the next show which is just the 3 of us. It feels like our team can still land the plane with engine failure and no gear. Just 2-guys sobriety-and-fries for this trainwreck. The host, Tim, shared his true experience in giving being better than receiving. Will is clearly going stir crazy. Jim made in onto the program while the outro was playing, i think. Great show, good back and forth, and thank you to our recovery centers we didn't get to tonight. So check on the boys Sunday 9p and Wednesday's and check in next Wednesday as we invite former #2 NFL Draft pick, Tony Mandarich.

There are few things Kevin Nash feels stronger about than protecting the sanctity of the locker room. This week he and Sean dive deep into the latest wrestling controversy and the chaos surrounding Raja Jackson, a mark who never should have been backstage in the first place. Kevin's blunt take cuts through all the noise with the kind of clarity only a veteran can provide From wild travel stories to the headaches of carrying extra gear, Kevin explains what it was really like dragging costumes, props, and even animals from one city to the next . The conversation highlights how much has changed, and how much should never change when it comes to respecting the business. The episode doesn't stay in one lane for long. Sean brings up the Becky Lynch promo in Birmingham, where the line between heat and disrespect left plenty of people furious . Kevin has his own unfiltered thoughts on whether crossing that boundary is ever worth it, and what happens when performers confuse cheap shots with genuine impact. Along the way, the guys dig into bigger questions about faith, family, and the unexpected ways life pushes you to reflect . As with last week, Kevin opens up in ways that surprise even longtime listeners, and Sean keeps pressing into places where honesty reveals more than either of them might have planned. By the time the show wraps, you've gone from backstage scandals to NBA nostalgia, from indie mishaps to spiritual visions. It is another ride only Kevin Nash could take you on, and another Monday morning where the main event is hearing what he really thinks when the rest of the world is still arguing in circles BlueChew-Visit BlueChew.com and try your first month of BlueChew FREE when you use promo code NASH -- just pay $5 shipping. The three of them played a game in which Big Cat renamed some of our stats based on how he viewed them and which NFL players he was reminded of in hearing the description of the stat. For example, Big Cat renamed targets above expectation after Keyshawn "Give Me The Damn Ball" Johnson and blown blocks after Tony Mandarich. They also discussed Ben Johnson's hiring in Chicago, the legitimacy of the tush push, whether the Chiefs' defense is overrated and whether concerns about their offensive line is justified (we'll do a much bigger Super Bowl preview next week).Off The Charts features a blend of statistical insights, tactical analysis, and personal opinions, aimed at providing listeners with a comprehensive understanding of the week's key matchups and the intricacies of the sport. You can have the most diverse group of people and get all the resources, but if they don't feel a part of the organization, it doesn't matter. They're not going to be happy.” “Communicating is uncomfortable, and getting your feelings out is uncomfortable. But you have to do it to be able to grow as an individual and grow with the people around you.” “Just because you have something to say doesn't mean you should say it. And in fact, sometimes silence speaks louder than words.” “With our education system, you get a job, and you're gonna stay in that job for the next 50 years. And that's going to be your career. But what people fail to remember is that your personality, your hopes and dreams, they change every five years.” “Success is not comparing yourself to anyone else and developing your relationship and empathy skills.” “When you become grateful for life, and you start to look at people, everyone has this beautiful story, and everyone is unique.” “Pain leads to purpose, which leads to a platform in that order. You don't get to purpose without working through the pain.” BOOKS MENTIONED: Eight Dates: A Plan for Making Love Last Forever by Dr. John Gottman (https://a.co/d/ez8QMRK) The Bullied Brain: Heal Your Scars and Restore Your Health by Dr. Jennifer Fraser (https://a.co/d/iTCJgd9) The Psychology Of Money by Morgan Housel (https://a.co/d/bUi0lQQ) The Diary of a CEO: 33 Laws of Business and Life by Steven Bartlett (https://a.co/d/8N6CVTv) PODCAST MENTIONED: The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett https://stevenbartlett.com/the-diary-of-a-ceo-podcast/  USEFUL RESOURCES: https://www.allardadvising.com https://www.instagram.com/2468allard/ https://www.instagram.com/allardadvising/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/amandaallard2020/ https://www.facebook.com/amanda.allard.750 https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61551943820751 https://youtu.be/vXudIW4StYs?si=BCZ8YLrsr1Wi23hj https://twitter.com/AmandaAllard15 CONNECT WITH JOHN Website - https://thejohnhulen.com     Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/johnhulen     Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/johnhulen     Twitter - https://www.twitter.com/johnhulen     LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/johnhulen     YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLX_NchE8lisC4NL2GciIWA     EPISODE CREDITS Intro and Outro music provided by Jeff Scheetz - https://jeffscheetz.com/

TDAgiantslayer@gmail.com    Brought to you by wellbuiltbody.com    97X     PODBEAN   Apple Podcast      The worst and the best draft picks and the grades given them…  First off my son is a sports writer for YES… Chicago sports, but also The Bills and the Ravens. This weekend he was busy 3 days straight 24/7 with analysis, writing, creating content, social media posts etc…  So I know a little about football… however with that being said these are not my grades these are straight from the NFL website… so cool your jets if you get mad at me and speaking of Jets… They were dead last in the grade… now yes they spent a mint on Aaron Rodgers… and he is a stud player… wait Garth are you giving the packers some credit…no I still hate the packers but I have never knocked talent - no matter how much I hate the packers… and of course this is sports hate, not biblical hate. And speaking of packers… yikes… did they take a nap or was everyone on Benadryl… how do you fail like that after losing the best QB in football…  hey if you break up with your girlfriend and she is a 11 out of 10… you better be lining up at least a 10 if not a 13… but the packers landed 2's and 3's….  They were rated the 5th worst draft team this year.. but lets talk about the top few teams… the Steelers did great, the eagles… I think they paid people off they did so well. The Bears were rated an A and scored in the top 5. Why all this talk about the draft… When you look at the worst draft picks in the history of the NFL you see a few trends… No work ethic (all the talent in the world, but not willing to sacrifice) Jamarcus russell Horrible relationship skills - ryan Leaf his own teammates hated him… I think maybe his mother did too. Tony Mandarich… what could have been. he believed his own hype, he was an ego maniac or as I like to call him an Ego Mandarich… Charles Rogers… played 15 games… OVER 3 SEASONS… inconsistent was his name'O Many of these guys were found out after the draft… found out they were drug users, Attitude junkies, Ego maniacs, lazy… the list goes on.  What if I ran a draft for building a Jesus team of 11 Men of God… the 11 positions would range from Healing, teaching, preaching, evangelism, worship, Wisdom, Miracles, Faith, Spiritual warfare, Serving, and of course Giving Here are a few questions…  Do you even play?  Would we even look at you? Do you have a track record? Do you currently play for a great team… great prospects typically come from great colleges… Do you go to a great church for Xn growth? Would you get solid references from your coaches about punctuality, attitude, work ethic… who are your coaches… your head coach if you are married would be your spouse, then your kids, then your pastors, your boss, your parents and finally your neighbors. Look the truth is, you are on a team wether you like it or not if you are a Christ follower… Step up and live up to the price paid for your draft.  You might look at yourself and say Garth I don't have what it takes to be in the NFL let alone in the MFL… Men of faith league… But Paul tells us in Romans 8 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies [d]through His Spirit who dwells in you. That is your super power, you have Jesus living inside of you…  Rookie Sam Bradford got paid 70 million… he did not live up to it… Jesus paid for you with his life… don't be a Sam Bradford. - you have been drafted, You have been empowered… no go live up to the hype.

Tony Mandarich was drafted second in the 1989 NFL Draft. Around that same time, he appeared on Late Night with David Letterman and almost fought Mike Tyson. As time moved on, his name became synonymous with steroids and his NFL career was over before it really ever got going. But while people focused on steroid use as the reason for his downfall, he was actually mainlining pain killers in the midst of a harrowing addiction. Then he bottomed out, got sober, and made an NFL comeback that included a starting role for more than three seasons. Today, he's nearly 27 years sober and a total inspiration. Tony is also funny and terribly interesting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9O9NTvXUk0 https://www.espnfrontrow.com/2019/04/schaap-tells-the-tale-of-tony-mandarich-on-eve-of-nfl-draft/ Learn more about your ad choices. After a brief conversation about Derrick Henry, John and Pat do a deep dive on their beloved Green Bay Packers, discussing a potentially valuable RB situation, sorting through a muddled WR situation, assessing the fantasy value of Aaron Rodgers, and debating who was a worse draft pick -- Tony Mandarich or Jordan Love. Is Chase Edmonds a sneaky value? Who are the more attractive “dead zone” running backs? John and Pat weigh in on these RB topics and also debate the fantasy value of Joe Burrow. John talks TE strategy, then lists some of his targets and fades for 2022 drafts.
