Sân golf Trump International Hưng Yên được khởi công chiều 21/05/2025 với sự tham dự của thủ tướng Phạm Minh Chính cùng quan chức chính phủ, đại sứ Mỹ tại Việt Nam Marc E. Knapper và ông Eric Trump, con trai tổng thống Trump, phó chủ tịch Trump Organization cùng phu nhân. Theo báo Chính phủ, “dự án khu phức hợp đô thị, du lịch sinh thái và sân golf Khoái Châu có diện tích gần 1.000 ha và tổng mức đầu tư trên 1,5 tỷ đô la, bao gồm hệ thống sân golf VIP 54 hố, khu nghỉ dưỡng, biệt thự cao cấp, quần thể đô thị hiện đại và các tiện ích theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế”. Một số hãng tin Reuters và Financial Times của Anh, Le Monde của Pháp, Bloomberg của Mỹ phản ánh bất bình của người dân trong diện giải tỏa, tranh cãi liên quan đến việc chính quyền tỉnh Hưng Yên cắt giảm chi phí bồi thường. Nhật báo Pháp Le Monde nhận được một bức thư nặc danh từ nội bộ chính phủ Việt Nam bày tỏ bất bình và nêu những nghi ngờ tham nhũng, quan hệ lợi ích nhóm trong dự án. Sau khi không thực hiện được hạn chót là ngày 30/04 để thu hồi đất, tỉnh Hưng Yên thông báo cho các hộ dân trong diện giải tỏa là nếu không chấp hành yêu cầu bàn giao đất, họ sẽ phải đối mặt với rủi ro cưỡng chế từ sáng 26/06/2026. Chủ đầu tư cũng đẩy nhanh tiến độ vì trước đó, chủ tịch Tổng công ty Phát triển Đô thị Kinh Bắc tuyên bố sân golf Trump có thể đăng cai Hội nghị thượng đỉnh Hợp tác Kinh tế châu Á - Thái Bình Dương - APEC năm 2027 và hy vọng tổng thống Trump tham dự.

Game journalism is often derided as pointless or nonexistent. We ourselves have made those jokes in the past, especially when talking about the old school game magazines. But what happens when game journalism dies? Journalism in general is on its last legs, and game journalism seems to be on the very edge of disappearing. Content creators sometimes conflate themselves with journalists, or pretend they are doing the same job, and it is important to realize that much of the content we love could not exist without the work actual journalists do in investigating the business, and interviewing game devs.
