I have a few things that I do to make sure I'm organized and efficient with my time. I use project management tools like ClickUp and Monday.com to keep track of tasks, due dates, and progress. I also use calendar blocks to make sure that I'm scheduling time for the important things, like reading, learning, and spending time with family and friends. Are you ready to uncover the driving force in your life that will help you accomplish any goal? If so, you've come to the right place! Here, you will learn how to find and identify the 'why' that will push you forward. The idea of the 'why' comes from the book Millionaire Habits by Dean Graziosi. In the book, he talks about the seven level deep exercise which is designed to help you find your true 'why'. He explains how, in a mastermind, he would call people up to the stage and ask them what their number one goal was. Often times, they would say something like making a million dollars. He would then ask them 'why do you want to achieve a million dollars?', and they would answer something like 'I want to pay off my home'. He would then ask 'why do you want to take care of your home?', and the answer might be 'because my mom supported me ever since I was a kid and she's my biggest cheerleader'. He would then ask 'why do you want to be a great son?', and the answer could be 'because that's who I am'. Enjoy the episode! The commission-only salesperson is a popular way for agencies to save on costs, but is it really a good idea? In this podcast, I'm exploring the pros and cons of having a commission-only salesperson as a part of your team. On the plus side, commission-only salespeople can help you grow your business by closing deals for you. They are motivated to sell, and they know how to close deals. This can be a cost-effective way to grow your agency. However, there are some potential downsides to consider. You need to make sure that you are aware of the risks involved. Tune in! So how do you stand out in the overcrowded market? In this episode, I'm going to teach you how to differentiate yourself from your competition. It's really easy to do when you get it implemented and you market it. Not only do I do it for myself, but I also do it for my SCALE members. If you're an entrepreneur, chances are you've been told time and time again that the biggest reason your business is struggling is that you're not working hard enough. You've been told that you're not hustling or grinding hard enough, that if you just put in more hours, everything will change. But here's the harsh truth: working harder isn't the answer. In fact, trying to work harder may be the reason your business is struggling in the first place - if you are focusing on the wrong thing. I have a very popular challenge called the 0-10 SCALE Challenge. Each and every individual has five days to close $10 000 in monthly recurring revenue. It's a pretty big deal, so I teach them different strategies for acquisition, retention, sales process, niche selection, offer creation, and fulfillment. Scaling an agency requires more than just hiring people who can do the work. Obviously, that's important, but once you know what the product is, what needs to be done, and how to accomplish it, you'll need a consistent way to generate leads. Fulfillment is 20% of the equation. The other 80% is sales. Most business owners who are trying to grow their businesses think the opposite way. Here's my detailed approach. Tune in for the podcast. A lot of people have a strange belief that if you work one minute more than 8 hours, you're going to burn out. I want you to understand that this is a total myth, and it will only have power over you if you let it. I've been working between 10 and 15 hours a day for years and years. Pretty much every successful entrepreneur works the same hours, and they are all fine. I recently heard Grant Cardone say something that really resonated with me. He said, hey, no matter how old you are, if people have told you that you're going to wear out and you actually believed it, it's because you don't have a big enough goal to keep you going. Work in itself doesn't burn you out. Work with no purpose does. Tune in for this episode. If you have questions, you know where to find me. Hey friends, welcome to my podcast! Solomon's Secrets is a show for entrepreneurs looking to grow and scale on the fast track without all the stresses, costly mistakes, and unpredictable strategies. It's been set for ages that we work 40 hours per week. Here's the way I look at it. Every hour you work outside of your 40 hours is you investing in yourself. The 40-hour rule is great, but it will only get you so far. The more hours you work, the more money you make, and the more opportunities you create for yourself in the future. Taking an extra course is called work. Driving across town to go to a conference is called work. And all of those things are going to add up in your future. If you're working 40+ hours, don't do it for overtime. Do it for yourself. Tune in for the podcast. If you have questions, you know where to find me. Hey friends, welcome to my podcast! Solomon's Secrets is a show for entrepreneurs looking to grow and scale on the fast track without all the stresses, costly mistakes, and unpredictable strategies. Today I want to share with you a thought that would shock most people. As human beings, we are wired to become what we think about. Consider a particular aspect of your life, such as buying a house, starting a business, or becoming successful in any way you desire. If you constantly think about it, you will achieve these things. In fact, Earl Nightingale talked about it many years ago in his spoken word record "Strangest Secret,” which eventually became a book. He said, "We become what we think about most of the time, and that's the strangest secret." I want to take that to a different level and propose that we become what we worry about. So if you want to achieve your goals, you've got to stop worrying and shift your mindset from anxiety to accomplishment, from scarcity to abundance. Tune in for the podcast. Hey friends, welcome to my podcast! Solomon's Secrets is a show for entrepreneurs looking to grow and scale on the fast track without all the stresses, costly mistakes, and unpredictable strategies. Most people tend to overlook the WHY, WHAT, and HOW of their business as time goes on, and that's what I want to talk about today. There are many good reasons why entrepreneurs decide to start their own ventures. However, as the business grows, they often adopt a different way of thinking. Hey friends, welcome to my podcast! Solomon's Secrets is a show for entrepreneurs looking to grow and scale on the fast track without all the stresses, costly mistakes, and unpredictable strategies. Here's what I want to share with you today. Napoleon Hill teaches us one thing about goal setting. He says goals are dreams with a deadline. When it comes to your dreams, do they have a deadline? Hey friends, welcome to my podcast! Solomon's Secrets is a show for entrepreneurs looking to grow and scale on the fast track without all the stresses, costly mistakes, and unpredictable strategies. In this episode, I want to talk to you about people in general. 87% of the world's population has no dreams. Napoleon Hill calls them “drifters”. Those people are aimlessly drifting from thing to thing throughout their entire life. 10% of the people have goals, but they are not written down. These people want to do everything, but end up achieving nothing. Why? Because they don't give themselves any deadlines. They never start, or if they start, they never finish. 3% of the people have goals, and they have them written down. And about half of those determined and focused individuals end up achieving success. So here's what we have in the end. Only 1,5% of people actually accomplish their goals. And I'm pretty certain that you are a part of that small percent, aren't you? Tune in for the podcast. If you have questions, you know where to find me. Hey friends, welcome to my podcast! Solomon's Secrets is a show for entrepreneurs looking to grow and scale on the fast track without all the stresses, costly mistakes, and unpredictable strategies. In todays' episode, I want to talk about pricing strategies for products. If you ever heard the words “good, better, best” in the context of pricing, that's it. All you need is three plans. Some of you guys have too many product lines. If your average sales calls are 45 minutes, that's too long because people simply can't retain that much information. I want you to cut the things you don't need. Consolidate to Good, Better, Best. Tune in for the details! If you have questions, you know where to find me. As salespeople, we talk a lot about the acquisition part, getting more sales, getting more appointments, doing discovery calls, closing them, and so on. However, we don’t really talk about retention. Every account that you have is somebody else’s prospect. Knowing that, how should you work on customer retention? Today's guest at ALL IN Podcast had basically grown up in an environment where all you hear is sales training. Meet Rian Lanigan - entrepreneur and Managing Partner at Sandler Ireland. Tune in to learn more about Sandler I/R theory, why it's important to separate your identity from your job role, how to acquire and retain your clients, and what to do to achieve success in sales. Do you follow any Sandler rules? Tell us about it in the comments! If you like the video, don't forget to share and subscribe. Thanks for listening! Are you struggling with digital marketing efforts? Never answer an unasked question if it doesn't address the problem! In this episode, I continue my talk with my sales coach Doug Cohen, a President of Summit Performance Training at Sandler and a Chief Revenue Officer at OZ, about another Sandler rule. The rule no 5 says, 'Never answer an unasked question.' What does it mean? Doug shares some interesting experiences that he has had! When the prospect comes to you with their problem, it’s best to let them do most of the talk. If you are not going to solve a problem with your product or service, leave it alone. Doug says that we should be listening at least 70% of the time and letting the prospect do much of that conversation. Our job is to listen, gather information, and figure out if we can help a prospect with our product or service. If you cannot, it's ok; move on. I say, rather than speak something and lose the deal, we must understand that it is better not to say anything unwanted. Have you come across such a situation? How did you handle it? I have always found this Sandler rule that says ‘Don’t spill your candy in the lobby’ very intriguing. So, I decided to talk to my sales coach Doug Cohen, a President of Summit Performance Training at Sandler and Chief Revenue Officer at OZ about this rule. What does this Sandler rule mean and how can we relate to it now? Doug says that ‘candy’ is information, knowledge, and expertise. Many believe that the best way to sell is to spill their candy all over the lobby. It’s when you shower a prospect with information before you understand their issues, problems, or challenges. Can you help a prospect? Mind that before you share information. Ask relevant questions and listen to what the prospect has to say, advises Cohen. And then provide your candy - your knowledge and expertise. Remember that your product and services might not be a good fit for everybody. Time is valuable, so wait to spill your candy to a qualified prospect. There is no need to sound smart to get the deal. Don’t show up and throw up! Which is what I want to say! What do you think? What makes a professional salesperson “professional? That’s what we’re talking about in this episode! Our guest is Hamish Knox, an internationally recognized business development expert, coach, consultant, and the winner of the 2020 David H. Sandler award. Hamish is talking about the biggest sales mistakes he came across - being self-centered, getting too excited, and making up stories. It’s not easy to become great at sales because adults find it harder to put their newly acquired knowledge into application. That’s why reinforcement is necessary. Hamish is talking about the actionable model that makes adult learning easier. Here’s another thing we don’t usually talk about. It’s also important to train not only sales but also prospects. It might take a few extra steps because you might have to say to prospects you aren’t a good fit, and that’s not a usual situation. Check out this conversation! Sales is like building muscles in the gym. If our sales skills and your sales practices do not get reinforced regularly, they’re not going to remain as sharp as you want them to be. Today, we’re having a conversation with Jeffrey Borovitz - renowned ales Trainer, Speaker, Executive Coach, and a business owner. Jeff says that as the sales professionals, we are paid much more for the information we gather rather than the information we give out. So the key is to talk less and listen more. There’s such a thing as transactional analysis in sales. Every time you give something, you want to make sure you get something of equal value in return. That’s why getting to “no” as soon as possible is super important. In this regard, “maybe” is a much, much worse answer. Tune in to learn what does the “leave your child in the car” rule means, what is the reverse auction, and Why you should try to disqualify your leads rather than qualifying them. What do you think? Here’s more sales wisdom to come! This episode’s guest is David Wendkos - President and owner of Sandler Training in Annapolis and sales, management, & leadership expert with over 30 years on the field! David is talking about the four golden rules of believability - what those rules mean and how to apply them for successful prospecting. One of the many important insights that I got from this talk - when we learn and turn ourselves into professionals, that’s how we get out of our own way. When there’s knowledge and skills, we don’t have to prove our worth. It’s all about the mentality. In sales, the question is not whether or not there's value and worth, it’s just “is it a good fit?” Tune in for more! If you like the video, don't forget to share and subscribe. Thanks for listening!
