In this episode we chat with Dustin Brancheau owner of AdvantEdge in Marquette Michigan. Dustin sought out help while he was training for the NFL and got Advice from Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell. He was invited down in 2012 then the rest is history. Branch started by training D1 Hockey players who went on to the NHL. Then he worked with a state championship football team. Branch has put out some athletes with the best NFL combine methods ever. He's trained a championship pro boxer. He has put someone in each major pro league trains with the conjugate system.

In this episode we chat with Chris Korfist owner of Slow Guy Speed School in Chicago Illinois. Chris is a successful track and field coach at Homewood-Flossmoor High school and he runs the Slow Guy Speed school in his basement and on his street. In this episode we talk with Chinese National Sprints and Jumps coaching legend Randy Huntington. Randy trained sprinter Su Bingtain to run a 9.83 100m dash which is the Chinese National record. Within that 100M he ran the fastest 60M split ever 6.29 which equates to a 4.07 40 dash. He has also worked with the Chinese record holder in the long jump. Randy also trained the record holder in the long Mike Powell who jumped 29ft 4" in 1991. That record still stands today. Randy also was the speed coach for the 98-99 Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos. We talk about the art of developing speed and explosive power.

In this episode we chat with Conjugate Labs Kristof Ifkovits who is a trainer at EFT Performance in Chicago. Ifkovits implemented Conjugate style training with Carmel Corsairs Catholic, a high school on the North side of Chicago. With Little to no equipment but some barbells and some rack he successfully trained the high school athletes in a 700sf weight room. He used creativity to duplicate expensive bars and specialized weight equipment.
