Mike Green is the head men's basketball coach at Salem Community College in South Jersey. The 2024-25 season was his first full season at the head of the program, and he led the Mighty Oaks to a 26-8 record and the program's first ever appearance in the NJCAA Division III National Championship Tournament, where they earned a fifth-place finish. As a player, the Philadelphia native was a standout at Franklin Learning Center and played at Towson and Butler in college – helping Butler to a Sweet 16 appearance in the NCAA Tournament. He finished with a career record of 143-78 and seven appearances in the NCAA Playoffs. Prior to taking over the program, he spent eight years as an assistant for the Profs. Brian Voelker spent 15 years as the head men's lacrosse coach at Drexel University before retiring in the summer of 2024. He led the Dragons to a pair of Colonial Athletic Association titles and he is the second winningest coach in program history. He previously spent seven seasons as the head coach at the University of Pennsylvania. As a player, Voelker was a star at Johns Hopkins and played for the US National Team and for the original Philadelphia Wings. Brian Fili has been the head baseball coach at Strath Haven High School in Wallingford, Delaware County for a quarter century. On his watch, the Panthers have spent years as one of the area's top programs – in 2023, Strath Haven finished just a win away from a state title. In 2024, Fili was inducted into the Delco Athletes Hall of Fame. Prior to coaching, Fili was a star baseball player at Upper Darby High School and Villanova. Melissa Finley has been the head softball coach at Division III Swarthmore College since 2017. Since taking over she has won about two-thirds of her game as head coach, leading the Garnet to a 2023 Centennial Conference title and appearance in the NCAA Tournament. As a player, Finley starred in college at Princeton – winning Ivy League Player of the Year honors in 2003.
