Man oh man was the state fair a fun watch. Lucas Kunce and Josh Hawley decided to face off in the most absurd wanna be debate of any senators career! It was amazing to watch and Jenna Roberson is here to discuss it! First Up is the Hawley/Kunce debacle. Josh Hawley decided to find Lucas Kunce at the Missouri State Fair and ambush him with a camera crew trying to get him to debate him live. Hawley wanted a Lincoln Douglas style debate and Kuntz just wanted to argue with Holly about how he's not the right man for the job. In the end everybody was given a lot of funny things to watch. Mark Bland, Jason Kull and Jenna Roberson discuss. Next up it seems that schools are a hot bed of issues in the USA. Currently the Francis Howell School Board is off it's rocker and trying to ban books like it is 1950. Trump is claiming they are going to do away with the Dept of education. And it's a major point of contention between Jenna Roberson and her November opponent. The guys discuss these aspects and try to figure out if there's any value to getting rid of the Department of Education. Finally have you ever thought of mayonnaise as a sweet smell that you'd love to rub all over yourself for a special someone? Well Will Levis of the Tennessee Titans has designed a cologne that smells like mayonnaise. The guys discuss if this is even something worth people's time.

In this candid episode, I delve into a pivotal moment when I found myself asking what I thought was a "stupid question" to none other than Alex Hormozi, the absolute GOAT of the business growth world. Through sharing this experience, I explore the inner workings of our company, shedding light on the dynamics that drive success in the realm of Combat Fitness. But beyond just a mere anecdote, I reflect on the profound lessons learned from stepping out of my comfort zone. Sometimes, it's in these uncomfortable moments that we experience the most growth, and I discuss how environments can serve as catalysts for personal transformation. Moreover, I touch upon the wisdom gained from seeking answers from those who have walked the path before us. Despite already possessing some knowledge, I highlight the importance of humility and the role that mentorship plays in our journey towards excellence. Join me as I unpack these insights and share my journey within the world of combat fitness, where every question, even the ones that might seem "stupid," leads to invaluable discoveries and personal growth.

In a video clip from a sermon, influential megachurch pastor Andy Stanley said gay men and women who remain in the church “have more faith than a lot of you.” The backlash has been swift, but are people misunderstanding his point? And why do some Christians think shifting views on sexuality and gender are the greatest threat to the church, while others believe it's Christian Nationalism and politics? Who's right? And what does our view say about us? And a new article explains the rise of Spirit Warriors—the independent Christian “prophets” on YouTube mixing politics and spiritual warfare. Where did they come from, and how much influence do they really have? After that, Kaitlyn interviews Michael Wear, the founder and president of The Center for Christianity and Public Life. 0:00 - Intro 2:01 - Christian Asks... The U.S. midterm elections were full of surprises. The Holy Post crew asks if the political side of the pro-life movement has hit a wall, and if the Republican Party is really moving on from Donald Trump. Then, new data shows a sharp rise among evangelicals who didn't attend college and who don't attend church identifying as Republicans. What does it mean? And a new book chronicles the rise of Charlie Kirk, Candace Owens, and the rage-fueled conservative youth culture. Then, Skye talks to Christianity Today's Morgan Lee about what global Christian leaders think about guns and self-defense. Her reporting on the issue reveals a wide spectrum of beliefs, how our perspective may be more cultural than biblical, and why dysfunctional governments elevate the appeal of guns. Plus, no one accidentally licks a toad. New Holy Post merch - https://www.holypost.com/shop Latest Patreon content: Christian Asks... The water crisis in Jackson, Mississippi, was foreseeable and preventable. Did white evangelicalism's anti-government attitude contribute to the catastrophe? Washington Post columnist Michael Gerson has yet another take on the evangelical infatuation with Trump. Do we need any more? And a recent article by theologian Kirsten Sanders says we've entered a new era of evangelicalism where online influencers are shaping the movement more than pastors or institutions. Then, Skye and Kaitlyn discuss the belief held by some American Christians that the Constitution was inspired by God. Where did this view come from? Why is it dangerous? And why is it finding new popularity today? Plus, Phil plops a headline.
