Following her doctor's orders to get good sleep, keep up with exercise, as well and take an antidepressant, she felt her symptoms subside tremendously, but she sensed there was a deeper cause for the PPD in the first place and knew that to fully heal, she would have to get to the deeper levels of herself and heal with Divine Light.
