Or broken up during the day. This is half due to energy but also distractions due to kids being home. How good/ bad/ what result will I get from this I'm not feeling physically 100% at the moment. Think it's combination of a few things so I'm taking a few rest days. Think I could do with help with though is motivation and mindset Workout anxiety. My main problem in the gym is the barbells. There are only two of them and they are always full and when they aren't i'm just so lost and scared of using them i stay clear and do something else. Is there a problem in using DB instead?
