Today our guest is from across the world in Armenia! His name is Mikayel Khachatryan, CEO of Wirestock.io, a stock agency where you can upload to ONE place - and sell your photos on multiple content marketplaces like Shutterstock, Adobe Stock and more. After uploading my own stock photos to multiple places and realizing how cumbersome and time consuming it was, I thought, "There has GOT to be a better way." I kept looking - but didn't see the solution i was looking for - until... someone from Wirestock contact me about their platform.I could upload my photos to ONE place - quick and simple - and they would keyword and tag them and send them all to major stock agencies. This saved me hours of time and the hassle of keywording each photo. They were quick to respond to my questions, and I was immediately impressed with the company! Someone had found a simple solution to one of my pain points. So I reached out, and the CEO, Mikayel agreed to be on our show today, and we're so happy he did. You'll hear his background and story behind Wirestock,io; how he is helping creatives create, and saving time doing so.Connect with Mikayel on LinkedInVisit Wirestock.ioConnect with us! "I was literally waking up at 3:30, four o'clock in the morning to get client work done before my actual day job and previous to being laid off, I was like, why am I doing this? Is this worth it?" - Angela GastWe're talking to Angela Gast today and her story really sums up a quote that we have on our website now by Mark Twain. "Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do then by the ones you did. So throw out the bow lines, sail away from the safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, dream, discover."From Angela:"I was laid off from a job and that's really how this all started. I was actually doing the side hustle for awhile, working full time, but had this dream of being an entrepreneur really since I was a kid. I knew I wanted to do it. I just never really found the path of actually doing it. I would always get sidetracked by a full time job or another opportunity and it was just always so hard to say no to that and venture off into the unknown world of entrepreneurship. I like the safety of a full time job, but once I realized that after being laid off for the second time in my life, a full time job is really not that safe. I could actually be laid off at any moment. So it took two times to get laid off to realize that there's really no safe journey. So I might as well just do what I want to do."Listen to more episodes and connect with the hosts Dave & Jessica at http://www.squareoneshow.com/ See you there! If you'd like to connect with Angela - find her here:Marketing services - http://mightycreative.co/Food blog - https://www.mightymrs.com/
"Change isn't something that we always need to deal with or fix. It's something that we need to engage with and embrace because it is actually the tool that we use throughout our entire lives all day, every day to get things done. " - Darrell Haemer, Author of Changing Change.Get Darrell's Book Here: https://amzn.to/2YLwL6oDarrell's Website: http://darrell.haemer.co/Visit us at www.SquareOneShow.comOne of the biggest things we've learned, not just in the last couple of years, but in our entire careers and lives is: one of the most valuable things that we have been given is the ability to listen to other people's stories. We get to meet so many interesting and awesome people. And when we listen to other people's stories, we learn that we can identify with them, we can learn from their mistakes and learn from what they're doing. And so that's a bit of a new direction for this show. We want to take this podcast and bring you a lot of those stories that we feel can have a huge impact, not only just on our lives, but on your lives as well.
