For the first time in the history of the United States, a former President has been indicted. Donald J. Trump has been charged with 37 counts in Federal Court. This provides a huge challenge to him as he attempts a comeback in the 2024 Presidential sweepstakes. It also creates an unexpected opportunity for the mainstream American media. While they often tell us their job is to inform us, many journalists simply use their soapbox to promote their own brand and/or to tell Americans what they should think. Turkey and Syria recently suffered through a devastating earthquake. More than 30,000 people died. The recovery effort is distinctly different in the two nations. Turkey has largely stepped up, providing food, shelter, jobs and most importantly, hope. Syria, still suffering the effects of 12 years of civil war is distinctly lacking in government action, and in hope itself. Tim recently visited both nations and breaks down what he found. 

Is America really at risk for going to war with China? Unlikely. We are still however, in danger. It is perfectly natural to cheer for the team you love in sporting events. It's also pretty normal if there is a close call by the officials for you to believe the outcome should be in favor of your team. In the era of "Instant Replay" however, we are all forced to admit at times, that the close play actually favored the other team. So it is with politics as well. Too often politicos and the media ignore the issue in favor of cheering for their team. Similar circumstances have completely different interpretations simply because the team, or political party, is different. Tim looks at the possibility that we all judge outcomes by what is right, rather than which team it impacts.

Kevin McCarthy was nominated by the Republicans on Tuesday, January 3 to be Speaker of the House. Three times. And again three more times on Wednesday, and more on Thursday and Friday. None of the first fourteen votes however, could he garner enough votes to win. Does this constitute a crisis? Will the Republicans be branded as unproductive as a result? In a word, NO. Tim explains why this democratic exercise isn't so bad.

Father Frank Pavone leads an organization called Priests for Life, a Catholic Pro Life organization. Father Pavone has done his work with the knowledge and approval of the last few Popes. This fall however, Pavone has been defrocked. He has been dismissed by the Catholic Church. Why? Is it because he is too Pro Life? Tim asks Father Pavone directly in this revealing interview. 

High profile Freedom Caucus Congressman Andy Biggs joined Tim on The Capitol Hill Show and says he isn't sure who will be Speaker next year but it shouldn't, and indeed won't be Kevin McCarthy. Biggs also laid out what should be the highest priorities for a GOP led Congress in 2023. 

Football (soccer) is the most popular sport on earth. More than 1 Billion people are expected to watch the FIFA World Cup Finals later this month. In America however, there is a shoulder shrug. In general, the United States really doesn't care about the World Cup. Many Americans actually hate soccer. Why? Tim breaks it all down in a simple, common sense explanation. 

Ohio Republican Jim Jordan is in line to be the next chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. Much of the GOP Congressional agenda will be determined under his guidance. Did the lack of a red wave dampen his enthusiasm? Does it change the 2023 agenda? In this candid interview, Jordan tells all.

He is widely considered to be one of America's foremost experts on foreign affairs. He joins Tim to talk about the ongoing protests in Iran, how the Ukraine/Russia conflict is unfolding and why China is a real threat to the United States.

Italy held elections recently and the Brothers of Italy party appears to have been the top vote getter. As a result, a 45 year old single Mom named Giorgia Meloni is likely to be the next Italian Prime Minister. She is conservative and campaigned under the slogan of God, Country and Family. For this, she has been labeled a fascist. The media frenzy is unparalleled in its overwhelmingly inaccurate reporting, trying to tie Meloni and her party to evil historical Italian dictator Benito Mussolini. Tim takes the claims apart, one by one. 

Americans largely don't believe their own media. Not broadcast, not print and not online. So many "news" stories are told sharing only one side of the issue or another, or with the clear bias of the author or reporter, that the American media consumer finds himself doubting more than he believes. How can our free press solve this huge problem? By sharing the whole truth.   

GM has recklessly declared it is all in on Electric Vehicles (EV) and has won praise from groups like the Sierra Club and Greenpeace as a result. Every Cadillac and Buick sold in the 2030 model year will be electric. The problem is battery technology continues to lag. Cars go fewer miles between "fill ups". There is no infrastructure in place to support road trips. Batteries take ten times as long as gas to fill the vehicle and range of a "full" battery is limited to 150 to 200 miles. GM has bet all its chips on a warm fuzzy. The demand isn't there, the technology isn't there and the infrastructure isn't there...but GM is betting the house that it will be in just six model years from now. Tim breaks down this foolhardy bet and roasts GM's feel good approach. Is another bankruptcy in GM's future?

Former Chairman of the US House Intelligence Committee, Mike Rogers, sat down with Tim and talked about the Biden administration's attempts to get a nuclear deal with Iran. He also visited the reality of a dangerous China and what to watch out for with Russia. Hear it all here. 

School dress codes are becoming more and more relaxed, encouraging children to wear virtually anything as long as they feel "empowered to be their authentic selves" and to celebrate "whatever combination of identities" they enjoy. The result is chaos and sleaze. Tim examines the over arching lesson this teaches students everywhere and the damage it is doing.

President Joe Biden wants to "forgive" student loans for people who agreed to pay them back after college. By "forgive" Biden means you and me and the cop and the plumber will pay the loan off for the doctors and lawyers who have decided paying for their own loans isn't fair. It is a ridiculous notion falsely couched in "fairness." There is nothing fair about people expecting someone else to pay off their commitments. Tim breaks down the problem and offers a better idea.

The idea of Congressional term limits has been floated by conservatives for years. Fed up with lifetime politicians, the right has pushed to put a cap on the number of years anyone may serve in Congress. Nearly all Democrats have opposed the idea. In this strange summer of 2022 however, a group of Democrats have filed a bill to institute term limits, with a twist. They still don't want them to apply to themselves, but instead would implement term limits on Supreme Court Justices. 

Former President Donald Trump has a well established reputation for a rather large ego. Can he set it aside for the betterment of his political party and of his country? Or will Trump sabotage what looks to be a sure win for the Republicans in the fall 2022 Congressional elections? His ego is so large and fragile he may sacrifice America in order to feed it. 

The Democrats currently not only occupy the White House, they control both the US Senate and the House of Representatives. Those days are numbered however, and Tim explains in painstaking detail exactly why the Democrats are facing crushing defeat this coming November.

Pride month was established in June some years back for American society to recognize and celebrate the gay lifestyle. For an entire month America flies the gay flag and is force fed gay history stories. The original intent was to help people understand and accept the gay community. That is a reasonable goal. Sadly however, the transgender community has now highjacked the month and is openly trying to recruit children into their lifestyle. Oddly enough not only are many parents okay with this, some are bringing their children to see, meet and even dress like Drag Queens. Why are we as a society standing by while sexual deviants groom our children into their way of life?
