About Your Host Lindsay Joseph is a career, business, and leadership coach who is passionate about seeing the success of her fellow professional women come to fruition despite the unique challenges they may be faced with. Starting her career as a recruiter, she believed that a company's greatest asset was its workforce. As she has simultaneously pursued her career alongside her education in business (BBA), organizational leadership (MA), and human capital management (Ph.D.), she's become extremely appreciative of professional development and the impact it not only had on the individual but also the organization as well. And as a single working mother of two, she also is highly aware of the importance of managing career and family for harmony and happiness in anyone's life. Based on her own career journey and having to synchronize the many important priorities in her life, Lindsay feels it's important that everyone sets themselves up for a professional life that is both fulfilling, taps into their unique talents, and is able to sustain their lifestyle financially. Deciding to become an entrepreneur in 2014, Lindsay founded Greater NOW, LLC to be the coach she believed that many highly motivated and passionate people like herself needed. Greater NOW Greater NOW, LLC is a coaching practice designed for professional and entrepreneur women who want to advance in their career or business while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The company offers individual and group coaching and workshops and is currently working on building an online platform to deliver online programs as well. In This Episode Lindsay doesn't discuss her accomplishments and achievements. Rather, she discusses life. She talks about graduating high school with no plan, getting pregnant, and escaping an abusive relationship. She details a journey of being a single mom as a full-time student and making a transition from a career she hates to one which she loves. Then she talks about entrepreneurship, a failed marriage, overcoming post-partum depression, and why professional women have a special place in her heart.
