www.theerrolmckellarfoundation.com The Errol McKellar Foundation focuses on giving presentations and talks around the UK to raise the awareness of important men's health issues, especially prostate cancer. Errol and others who have direct personal experience will explain the symptoms and outcomes relating to it and encourage men to have regular PSA tests. In the same way that all cars older than 3 years have to have an annual MOT test to ensure they are roadworthy, The Errol McKellar Foundation will aim to inspire men to take the same approach to their health through it's campaign MOT Yourself. By giving themselves their own personal annual MOT they can become more aware of potential health issues that will primarily affect them. Prostate Cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK and 1 in 4 men from a black African or Caribbean background and 1 in 12 men Asian men and particular emphasis will be put on reaching out to men in those communities Men aged 45 and over or with a family history of prostate cancer are more at risk of getting prostate cancer.
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and it was recently announced that for the first time in the UK more men are dying of prostate cancer than breast cancer kills women. Over 47,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year – that's 129 men every day. Every 45 minutes one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 11,000 men every year. Over 330,000 men are living with and after prostate cancer.

Dear women Men are not your enemy

Unpopular Opinion! Women are now using the phrase “I Have boundaries” to escape dealing with survival tactics from unhealed traumas! Boundaries are essentially walls we put up to effectively keep dysfunction out. A lot of us women are, or have been victims of narcisstic abuse from men in some way and to those that have not healed, your “boundaries” are triggered by any engagement a man tries to have with you. That's not a boundary, it's a trauma-response. Once I healed myself I was able to recognize the difference. If you are not able to comfortably interact with men who show interest in you without going off on them for simply trying to get to know you, those “boundaries” have become your new trauma. I man should not have to beat any walls down to prove he can be respectful and devotional. As a matter a fact, the healed men will run the other way once they recognize that hardened feminine aspect of you. It comes across as attitude and emotional instability. You will not need so many “boundaries” once you feel safe within your feminine energy again. Men are not your enemy. Allow the men who are worthy to get to know you and practice opening yourself up again to receive the love, devotion, and respect you deserve. I love you all and I hope you are able to heal! ❤️❤️

Farisai is a proud member of the MOM project suicided prevention Real talk and Farisai has been a contributing member to recovery and wellbeing provided support in the areas of recovery and discovery for many women. There are many people who suffered abuse, many unheard stories, We have been privileged to have Farisai unveil who she really is, from victim to survivor. We hear her amazing successful journey that will inspire many around the world. We also give thanks to those who took part in the interview as part of raising awareness in aid of suicide prevention. The experience is overwhelming so we are celebrating life together, we have seen the transformation first hand and we at MOM are very proud, Incredible, very inspiring and we hope that someone out there can take some encouragement from this video. Remember you are not alone, you can be anything you want to, You can achieve just like Farisai. We also give thanks to the world experience of uniting men and women from around the world to come together to support farisai. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for bringing diversity and equality celebrating life and success, and empowering others to be a part of History. Read the true story and get your copy today. Chiramu is a tradition that is best described as a game of bonding between brothers and sisters-in-law in the Zimbabwean Shona culture. For Farisai, it escalated into the violation of the very essence of her womanhood and all it stands for. Sexually violated by a brother-in-law who should have been looking out for her, Farisai's life, health, and function in society became a tangled spider's web, one she struggled to detangle, and the ripple effects were endless. A near-death car accident was the rude awakening that helped her realise that unless she dealt with the tradition-inflicted secret of her abuse, her whole life would be nothing but a series of damaging, self-sabotaging events that could only be stopped by coming out of the rut that is dogma. This is a true account of how culture, tradition, and religion play havoc in many African women's lives. visit https://www.facebook.com/groups/485448898602210/ #MOM Project suicide prevention real talk https://www.facebook.com/groups/527465604373141/ #Road to Recovery please donate to the cause by visiting www.momproject.co.uk you can also order your T-shirt and put your mind to the matter. Putting myself forward to try out hypnotherapy as I've avoided it for so long, I watched TV shows about it but never tried, I was always frightened of unearthing what is ment to be left buried. I tried it tonight live on Facebook and documented so there would nothing hidden.. And I guess I didn't allow my mind to go deep incase Triggers set in. So I felt that I was prompted on doors which lead me to childhood, I choose not to go any further with hypnotherapy live because I was worried if I would be under spell and not incontrol of my own mind. Just a thought I know but I'm just only getting grips with my new way of thinking and that's to move forward not back to childhood, be mindful of triggers when attempting hypnotherapy. I got stuck and could go any further because of my traumatic childhood butif it was meditation with music then relaxing would be the aim . I was not completely relaxed for my first time. I could not totally let go of my mind. I wanted my control over my mind. I would not allow images in .. now that's the power of the mind . Would I try again ,remains to be a mind over matter

"Did you know that there are simple, yet profound, Principles that reveal the connection between the spiritual and the psychological nature of all human beings? As you realize these Principles for yourself you can truly begin to experience a sense of sacredness in the ordinary moments of your life. You will learn that these Principles are the sole source of all of your feelings and experiences and that understanding these simple principles is the key to raising your overall level of well-being. When your level of well-being rises, you experience less anxiety, less time feeling down, less stress, more enjoyment, a greater sense of aliveness, a light-heartedness, more confidence in your decisions, and greater ease in all of your relationships. When I learned this I not only gained the benefits mentioned above, but I also gained a greater spiritual sense of life—more awe and wonder, a greater sense of the sacred nature of life, a deeper trust in my capacity to access a wisdom that transcends the intellect, and a growing ability to experience the unconditional love that lies at the root of our being.
