Gratuities fuel your business and it's time you took advantage of the unique tax benefits afforded to you. The FICA Gratuity Credit is a federal tax credit for employers with gratuity-driven employees. During the 2023 legislative session, the Washington state legislature passed Substitute Senate Bill (SSB) 5448 regarding an extension of alcohol delivery and takeout privileges introduced by the legislature during the COVID-19 pandemic. The LCB will provide an overview of the bill covering what was extended or discontinued regarding alcohol to-go. The agency is currently undergoing rulemaking to implement these legislative changes.
