You asked, and we listened. This week we subjected ourselves to Bam Margera's feature film debut Haggard, featuring Ryan Dunn, Brandon DiCamillo, Raab Himself, Tony Hawk, and more. It's something we'd been dreading since it was suggested, but for some reason you sick freaks insisted that we cover it on the podcast. The things we do for our listeners... Believe it or not, it wasn't all negative, though. We get into everything: the questionable acting, the aged dialogue, the nonsensical pranks, and maybe a compliment or two. Let us know your thoughts on Haggard and we may feature them on a future episode! With Jackass Season 3 wrapped up, we figured we'd take a week or two to explore some of the offshoots and inspirations in the world of Jackass! Before Johnny Knoxville, Jeff Tremaine, Steve-O, and Chris Pontius started filming in LA, a gang of kids in Westchester Pennsylvania were filming themselves wreak havoc on the world. Headed by Bam Margera and Brandon DiCamillo, CKY was formed and gave us a few great movies in the process. This week we're looking at CKY2K (our earlier review of CKY can be found in our past episodes). Will it be just as chaotic as we remember? And will that be a good or bad thing? In the late '90s, a group of skateboarders, all of whom were in their late teens and living in West Chester, Pennsylvania, would find themselves playing a crucial role in the re-invention of comedy for the new millennium. This group, known as CKY would have its primary membership composed of Bam Margera, Ryan Dunn, Brandon DiCamillo, Chris Rabb, and Jess Margera, all of whom were close personal friends with one another. When they'd get together, they created some of the most dangerous and gross-out hijinks you've ever laid eyes on. Over the course of only about three years, they'd release a series of different homemade video projects, after which they would be recruited by Jeff Tremaine and Johnny Knoxville to join the MTV. Upon the completion of that series, this one-time close-knit comedy crew would keep in touch and often working with one another on various other projects over the years. In the meantime, Bam's brother, Jess, carried the CKY torch into the new century by touring all over the world with the band that has been a part of their branding since the very beginning.

All rights reserved. #Bam #BamMargera #Jackass In this exclusive interview, Bam answers all kinds of questions like how he really feels about Jackass 4, Johnny Knoxville, and director Jeff Tremaine? What is ex-Jackass member Brandon DiCamillo up to these days? How does it feel to have something you started and were a founding member of, being taken away from you? Bam starts by explaining how his personal life is suffering due to the medication he's on. Bam says he's been on Adderall for 13 years. He's now experiencing multiple side effects that are affecting his sex life, personal life, and ability to skate. Bam was diagnosed with Manic Depression & Bi-Polar Disorder. He reveals here that he's seen over 12 doctors, who have all given him different medications and different advice, and nothing seemed to work for him. He also has ADD, and he needs a different medication. These medications conflict, so it's tough for him to find what works. Sometimes, due to his heavy medication use, Bam will stay up for days. He starts to hear things and needs to write them down. Bam has learned to write, paint and listen to music when times get tough, and to get his demons out as he says. For the past 8 months, Bam reveals that he has a sober-link breathalyzer that he has to breathe into 3 times a day, to prove he's sober, so Paramount Pictures will allow him to work. According to Bam, Paramount made him come out to California, so he wouldn't be around the people in Philadelphia that were enabling Bam's lifestyle choices. He also says that he just grew out of that Philadelphia scene that he's always been around & wanted a change. But, now that they've pulled the plug on him being involved in Jackass 4, Bam is trying to find inner peace. He's mentally and emotionally struggling with it, feeling abandoned & like his show that he worked so hard to build, was taken away so swiftly. Bam also explains how he really isn't concerned with being famous. He doesn't want people to recognize him anymore. His main goal these days is making sure his kid grows up to be a good respectful man. He just wants the best husband and father for his son Pheonix. He also reveals that he's working with Steve-O on getting his YouTube channel going in the near future when he's ready. This is Bam Margera in his own words, on Knockin' Doorz Down.
