Jeremiah Cottle, retired Air Force disabled veteran, owner of SLIDE FIRE SOLUTIONS, and creator of the Bump Stock, joins Lefty in this episode. Jeremiah is a retired Air Force disabled veteran, who spent many years recovering from his injuries suffered while serving overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Raised by his grandparents on the family farm, Jeremiah learned to appreciate hard work. Using the designed creativity and fabrication skills that Jeremiah's grandfather, Buster Cottle, taught him years ago on the farm, Jeremiah crafted the original Bump Stock out of a simple 2″x10″, duct tape and PVC pipe. The proof of concept worked amazingly well and from that Slide Fire Solutions was born.Lefty, Jeremiah and Tommy (Slide Fire C.O.O) discuss everything from the events that led up to when the ban on Bump Stocks began to the court battles to get the ban over turned by SCOTUS. We discuss the Las Vegas massacre. the Trump attempted assassination, Jeremiah's ABC interview and much more...plus Slide Fire offers you an exclusive Talking Lead Subscriber discount code!!

The bump-stock ban. On Friday, a divided Supreme Court struck down a Trump-era ban on bump stocks, the gun attachment used to make semi-automatic weapons fire at a rate similar to fully automatic firearms. The court broke 6-3 along ideological lines, with all three liberal justices in dissent. In the majority opinion, Justice Clarence Thomas emphasized that Congress has not enacted a law to ban weapons capable of high rates of fire, so the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) was wrong to apply a machine-gun ban to bump stocks. You can read today's podcast here, our “Under the Radar” story here and today's “Have a nice day” story here. You can catch our latest YouTube video here.We were previously publishing these episodes on our Tangle podcast page, but we just re-launched the series — and released a brand new episode — on a unique podcast channel for The Undecideds. Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by offering up his thoughts on the debate centered on bump stocks, noting how this will be used politically to again negatively frame Republicans in an election year. Then, Dom welcomes in Congressman Wesley Hunt back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss multiple issues unfolding on Capitol Hill. First, Dom asks Rep. Wesley Hunt to take us to last week, where his friend, Rep. Byron Donalds was unfairly framed in a racial attack after comments made at his event held in the Philadelphia area. Then, Dom and Hunt delve into Trump's address of D.C. Republicans yesterday, with Hunt telling how nice it was to see Trump together with former same-party rivals Mitch McConnell and Speaker Mike Johnson. Then, Rep. Hunt responds to the Biden administration attempt to frame congressional Republicans for the crisis that Democrats have caused at the border, and explains why he's a proponent of school choice, as both Jay-Z and Meek Mill enter into the fight for the right of parental decision-making.
