Tara unpacks explosive claims surrounding a migrant flight program, lawsuit-obtained documents, and allegations of federal surveillance targeting Trump allies. From State of the Union drama to newly surfaced FBI revelations, today's show connects dots the media isn't talking about — and asks why.
Tara exposes newly revealed documents showing illegal immigrant sex offenders were allegedly released into the U.S. after signing paperwork promising “counseling.” She connects the dots between the State of the Union moment when Democrats refused to stand for American safety and what she calls a coordinated internal flight program that sent thousands into red states. The details are explosive — and disturbing.
Tara connects the dots between the State of the Union moment Democrats refused to stand for American safety and newly disclosed records about how the Biden administration processed certain illegal immigrants with prior sex offense convictions. Lawsuit-obtained documents reveal the paperwork used, the flight program that moved hundreds of thousands into the U.S., and where most were sent. This episode is explosive, emotional, and unapologetic.

Good morning, America, and welcome to the only show reckless enough to record live during a playoff-intensity hockey game before most of the country has located its coffee. This week, we hit the microphones at dawn because somewhere in Milan, the schedule makers decided that U.S. versus Canada should be settled at an hour normally reserved for bakers and dairy cows. So yes, the game is on in the background. Yes, it's chippy. And yes, you may hear spontaneous reactions that are either patriotic or deeply unhealthy. Possibly both. From Olympic controversy and curling drama to tainted gold medals and athletic oversharing, we begin on the ice and then glide straight into the strange modern obsession with identification. Birth certificates. Real ID. The SAVE Act. Politicians who somehow travel internationally while claiming documents are impossible to find. If that sounds improbable, buckle up.Then we detour through Seattle sports economics, millionaire taxes, the ghost of the SuperSonics, and why professional teams flee faster than common sense in an election year. It's hockey. It's politics. It's technology. It's snow-covered New York streets and two forms of ID.In other words, it's another perfectly normal episode of What The Frock.
Voter ID is racist… again. This time, California Governor Gavin Newsom says requiring proof of citizenship under the SAVE Act echoes Jim Crow because people might not know where their birth certificate is. Tara puts that claim to the test — with a stopwatch.
Democrats are openly calling to abolish the Department of Homeland Security — not just ICE. Meanwhile, after $175 billion to defend Europe, allies are cutting deals with China and denying U.S. requests. Tara connects the dots on border policy, midterms, and a global realignment few are talking about.
What if, like Eve, we've accepted identities that are not in our best interest and are deceptions at their root. We have the opportunity in Christ to exchange our adopted, false identities for our TRUE Identity in Him.
Americans, the Real ID is not a driver's license... for starters, it is a federal ID/domestic passport. The states have given up their rights and, I believe, that soon this ID will be the way the government can not only track your travel within the U.S., yet a way to start moving us into a trackable digital ID system, carbon footprinting, social credit scoring, needing this to get banking, health care, etc, etc. Not only is it unconstitutional, but it is also a step into a very unbelievable, dark reality that I do not want to be part of. So, what can you do? Watch and take easy action! The House has passed the SAVE Act — a sweeping election reform bill that would require proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in federal elections. But what does that really mean? Michael Smerconish speaks with Nicole Hansen of the Campaign Legal Center to break down what the legislation would require — including whether a Real ID is enough, why a passport or certified birth certificate may be necessary, and how the bill could impact mail registration and voter rolls nationwide. Then, listeners weigh in on this civil, fact-based conversation on one of the most contentious voting debates in America. Original air date 12 February 2026. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See https://pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Today's Poll Question at Smerconish.com: "Should proof of citizenship be required when registering to vote?" The House has passed the SAVE Act, legislation that would require Americans to provide physical proof of citizenship—such as a passport or certified birth certificate—when registering to vote in federal elections. Supporters argue it's a necessary safeguard for election integrity. Critics warn it could disenfranchise millions who lack ready access to qualifying documents, including low-income, rural, and elderly voters. Michael breaks down what the bill would actually require, why a Real ID may not be enough, and the bigger question at the heart of the debate: Is the risk of fraud greater than the risk of blocking eligible voters? We open by laying out what actually just happened with the SAVE Act and why it matters right now. The bill clears the House, heads toward the Senate, then gets stripped out during a government funding move. We walk through the numbers, the polling, and the quiet shift from open opposition to procedural delay. We also get into why voter ID keeps pulling strong public support while Democratic leadership keeps finding reasons to slow-walk it. From there, we get into the arguments we keep hearing and why they don't hold up under scrutiny. We talk through the bipartisan Carter–Baker commission findings, the Real ID framework, and the data showing how few registered voters lack identification. We also address the push to blame online narratives and personal attacks instead of dealing with the policy itself, including outside agitators trying to redirect frustration away from Senate leadership decisions. After that, we move fast. The lightning round hits a law firm offering to evict Billie Eilish from a Los Angeles mansion on behalf of a native tribe and the plan to reinstall a Christopher Columbus statue on White House grounds. King of the Hill returns with a fresh matchup, Florida enters the taco business with cold-stunned iguanas, and we sit down with Byron Donalds for a wide-ranging conversation on ICE, immigration enforcement, and the Florida governor's race. We close by asking what it will really take to get elected Democrats to stop dodging voter ID and deal with it head-on. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
Congress is "useless," the bureaucracy is built to be permanent, and the executive branch can only do so much, even when everyone is yelling "America First." In this episode, we break down why Trump can't simply delete agencies with a pen, why judges keep blocking funding throttles, and why Republicans keep signing and passing monster bills anyway. Key beats: Why "unitary executive" hits a wall when Congress created and funds the agency The USAID-style bloat example: US African Development Foundation, audits, fraud, and why it still survives The shutdown nobody noticed, the bill everyone signed, and why "later" always wins Voter ID polling vs the SAVE Act reality, plus why Real ID took forever If you're tired of the rhetoric and want to talk incentives, power, and what actually changes policy, this one's for you. If you've ever trusted an airline, packed food “for later,” or believed a groundhog — this funny comedy podcast is here to hurt you.The Rizzuto Show comedy kicks off February already in shambles after a three-day weekend absolutely wrecks the studio's muscle memory. Punxsutawney Phil emerges, sees his shadow (allegedly), and condemns us all to six more weeks of winter while the crew debates whether anyone actually knows how Groundhog Day works. Then Rafe Williams recounts one of the most cursed travel weekends imaginable: stranded airports, nonstop delays, pilots who clearly should not be making small talk, and a Five Guys order forgotten in a backpack that slowly transforms into a greasy war crime mid-flight. Things escalate when the plane heats up like a sauna, passengers start passing out, and the smell of fries becomes a supporting character. The crew also breaks down the new Real ID situation — including the $45 TSA “Confirm ID” fee that feels suspiciously like a cover charge to exist — and debates whether complying with the government is worth it or if Rafe should fully commit to sovereign citizen energy. Along the way, flight attendants are praised as saints, airlines are ranked (American Airlines finishes exactly where you think), and a Boeing 777 toilet failure story pushes everyone to their emotional limit.Add in Rizz Show Night at the Blues game, Lern losing her car, and Lern discovering she somehow looks like Warwick Davis and Brianna Chickenfry in the same weekend, and you've got a funny podcast that spirals exactly the way it should. It's airline chaos, pop culture confusion, and daily comedy from start to finish — just another normal day on The Rizzuto Show.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshowConnect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShowHear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MOSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
