Meet my friends, Clay Travis and Buck Sexton! If you love Verdict, the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show might also be in your audio wheelhouse. Politics, news analysis, and some pop culture and comedy thrown in too. Here’s a sample episode recapping four Thursday takeaways. Give the guys a listen and then follow and subscribe wherever you get your podcasts. Middle East Tensions Clay Travis and Buck Sexton broadcast live from Washington, D.C., where Clay and Buck share behind-the-scenes insights from their high-level meetings with members of President Donald Trump’s administration. The hour opens with lighthearted anecdotes about fan encounters in Georgetown and a humorous mishap involving Clay being denied entry to a White House meeting due to not having a Real ID. Despite the setback, Clay books former NFL kicker Jay Feely—now a congressional candidate in Arizona—for Hour 2 after a chance sidewalk meeting. The conversation quickly pivots to serious geopolitical developments, with a major focus on escalating tensions in the Middle East. Clay and Buck analyze the Trump administration’s strategic posture toward Iran amid reports of U.S. personnel being evacuated from embassies in the region. They discuss the implications of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) declaration that Iran is violating nuclear non-proliferation agreements—marking the first such ruling in 20 years—and the possibility of an imminent Israeli military strike on Iranian nuclear facilities. President Trump’s firm stance that Iran “cannot have a nuclear weapon” is highlighted, along with his administration’s efforts to support Israel while avoiding direct U.S. military involvement. Buck, drawing on his CIA background, and Clay explore the broader regional dynamics, including the Abraham Accords, Saudi-Israeli relations, and Iran’s weakening influence through proxies like Hezbollah and Hamas. They also examine the internal pressures facing the Iranian regime and speculate on whether a successful Israeli strike could destabilize the theocracy and pave the way for a more democratic future in Iran. Jay Feely for AZ Arizona congressional candidate Jay Feely. The former NFL kicker and sports broadcaster shares his journey from the football field to the political arena, emphasizing his commitment to President Donald Trump’s America First agenda. Feely discusses the challenges of campaign fundraising, the importance of border security, and the economic struggles facing young Americans, particularly in high-cost housing markets like Arizona. Feely also weighs in on the controversial topic of transgender athletes in women’s sports, defending fairness and safety for female competitors. He recounts his personal experience coaching girls' soccer and criticizes Simone Biles’ comments about Riley Gaines, highlighting the biological advantages male athletes have in women’s sports. The hour takes a lighter turn as Clay and Buck debate whether Clay could beat WNBA star Angel Reese in a one-on-one basketball game, sparking humorous banter about aging, athleticism, and dad pride. Feely joins in, joking about his own competitive edge and experiences playing with LPGA golfers. NYC Politics The upcoming mayoral race doesn't offer good options. Clay and Buck critique progressive candidate Zohran Mamdani’s past support for replacing police with social workers in high-crime areas, contrasting it with the potential return of Andrew Cuomo. Despite Cuomo’s controversial past, Clay argues he may be the most rational Democrat in the race, sparking debate among listeners. Obedience Training for the Masses The escalating national unrest, immigration enforcement, and cultural flashpoints shaping the political landscape under President Donald Trump. The hour opens with a critical analysis of the ongoing protests and riots across major U.S. cities, including Los Angeles, Seattle, and New York City. Clay and Buck emphasize the distinction between peaceful protests and violent riots, highlighting the media's reluctance to acknowledge the latter. A major focus is on President Trump’s immigration policy, particularly his promise to execute the largest deportation operation in American history. The hosts underscore that this initiative, which prioritizes the removal of violent criminal offenders, aligns with the working-class majority’s support. They also discuss the exploitation of illegal labor by elites and the need for stricter enforcement against employers hiring undocumented workers. Good news: Real ID not required for Eagle tours in AstoriaThe Rose Festival Fleet ships passed Astoria yesterday and headed out to sea.One of them will return to us at the end of the week for tours in Astoria and that's the USCG Barque Eagle, America's Tall Ship. She will be at the Port of Astoria for tours beginning on Friday. And before I talk about that more, some really good news that I have been getting a lot of questions about.OK, good news. I just verified with the Port of Astoria that when the Eagle is at the Port this coming weekend, you can board her for a tour with government issued ID, like your driver's license. It does NOT have to be Real ID.Sincere apologies for any confusion about this issue. Sources I consulted earlier said we did need Real ID, but that turned out to be incorrect. But the good news is you can (according to the Port) just show up with your regular ID to board the ship. Whew. I've been stressing over this one. I want everyone to be able to get on board. She's a beautiful ship.Current info about tours (from the Eagle's Facebook page):Come see us at Pier 1 in Astoria where we'll be offering free public tours during the following dates and times:• Friday, June 13: TBD• Saturday, June 14: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.• Sunday, June 15: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.No tickets are required, and tours are free of charge. See you then!-----------------------------------------I'll share any updates about Friday tour hours when/if I learn more.

On todays show the Fearsome threesome talk about the recent riots in LA, which were described as staged, with pre-printed signs and pallets of bricks. The conversation highlighted Trump's response, including deploying the National Guard and threatening to send Marines. The riots were seen as a diversion from Musk and Trump's public feud. The budget bill's progress was also discussed, with concerns about its impact on the deficit. The group debated the effectiveness of Rand Paul's opposition to the bill and the potential for it to pass despite objections. The Supreme Court's recent unanimous decisions were briefly mentioned. The discussion focused on voter integrity laws, with a consensus on the need for permanent measures. The conversation also touched on the Real ID, which was seen as beneficial despite initial privacy concerns. The speakers debated the political landscape, noting Trump's limited influence due to delays in cabinet appointments. They discussed the potential impact of tax policies, including Trump's tax breaks and the potential for tariffs as a revenue source. Additionally, they mentioned a feud between Riley Gaines and Simone Biles over transgender sports policies and the disappearance of related guidelines. The segment concluded with a light-hearted discussion on Major League Baseball's Gay Day events. Don't miss it!

We're 192 episodes deep and STILL gaining subs, baby—what are the haters gonna say now? This week's episode kicks off with a personal PSA about my voice (yes, it's real, yes, there was a helium balloon involved, and no, we're not doing the full story yet—maybe next week). But more importantly: it's time to say goodbye. No, not to me. To Twilight on Netflix. That's right—Bella, Edward, disco ball vampires and all, are leaving the platform June 30th. So if you've never experienced the greatest supernatural soap opera of our generation, now's your moment. You're welcome. Then it gets juicy.Like, breakup-in-the-grocery-store-parking-lot kind of juicy. The bromance between Elon Musk and Donald Trump is officially over. We go deep into the timeline of their relationship fallout: the ketamine-fueled key ceremony, the broken promises, the pork-filled bills, and yes—even the Epstein bombshell tweet that landed like a wet fart. I break down who said what, who tweeted when, and who's now getting disinvited from Mar-A-Lago brunch. It's Mean Girls 3: Billionaire Edition, and I was the first to call it (don't let Hassan or Philip DeFranco tell you otherwise). We also ask the hard questions—like who gets custody of Joe Rogan?Speaking of Papa Joe, he's spiraling again. Joe Rogan has entered the Boomer Fake News Pipeline™ and he's not turning back. Whether it's a TikTok guy in a bucket hat exposing charities or a magician mind-reading his ATM pin code, Joe is not okay. I cover the Joe vs. Jamie saga (spoiler: Jamie is in timeout) and explain why Rogan's new favorite news anchor is just a dude with a green screen and a fishing vest. It's dark out here, folks. We round things out with a Pride Month reality check. Corporate logos? Rainbow-less. Target's Pride merch? Basically a flock of genderqueer ceramic birds. But hey, at least we've got that one video—you know the one. It's not a true Pride Month until it's been texted to every group chat and played on loop in the group thread. Finally, we wrap with a Real ID warning and the official Costco Dinner Hack™ tutorial. Free sushi samples = date night appetizer. Costco hotdog = main course. Childhood trauma from calling that “going out to eat”? Absolutely free.Next week, we're back in New York with all-new backdrops. And the week after that—we're in Mexico, baby. Villa content coming in hot with 280+ and Recap & Record in tow. It's all happening this summer.Hit subscribe. Hit the bell. Hit play.Let's ride.

The REAL ID Act was passed by the U.S. Congress in May of 2005, as part of https://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/real-id-act-text.pdf (H.R. 1268). Due to costs, logistical issues, legal questions, its full implementation was delayed until 2008, 2011, 2013, and then in 2014 set to be gradually introduced instead. But delays continued into 2020, 2021, and finally until https://www.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/2025-04/25_0414_fps_id-requirements-for-federal-facilities.pdf, when it went into full force - kind of. The REAL ID is a new form of https://www.tsa.gov/real-id/about-real-id. Even after 20 years of preparations, implementation is causing widespread confusion across U.S. airports. Up to 7% of domestic flight customers still do not have the new ID and this, mixed with general confusion about requirements, regulations, enforcement, etc., are causing delays and heightening suspicion of every citizen, especially because of the growing frustration and additional screening procedures put in place. However, those without the REAL ID can still fly. How? Well, they will be subject to additional security and the TSA will have to manually check their regular driver's licenses like they always have. These people may also be subject to additional questioning and documentation checkpoints. https://www.tsa.gov/news/press/releases/2025/04/28/tsa-lehigh-valley-international-airport-gets-new-credential?fbclid=IwY2xjawKd591leHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETFvaEh4VWJ3RmJadVFVdUhBAR6mF6CiS3Eva2ofGQGsU3L5tLIhNJkpUFiZAm1K74M_UpSAsEciqQY_oTWBKA_aem_3wMgsHVa4FW3Utc3QwY9qA just introduced new credential authentication technology to improve checkpoint screening procedures, yet another layer of security. https://www.usa.gov/real-id“Yes. If you do not upgrade your license or state ID, you can use a passport or one of these other acceptable forms of identification to fly.” The list provided includes everything from passports to tribal IDs and enhanced driver's licenses or enhanced identification cards, themselves basically state-run programs akin to the federal REAL ID. What it does not say is that you still may be able to fly without any of those additional ID cards. U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said that the exemption is not just a temporary measure while the bugs are worked out or a matter of presenting a passport: “If it's not compliant, they may be diverted to a different line, have an extra step, https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-homeland-security-chief-says-travelers-without-real-id-will-be-allowed-fly-2025-05-06/.” Without a REAL ID you can still travel, but you will likely be subject to the same, or increased, harassment, demeaning comments, or downright assault, by TSA agents trained to see noncompliants as terrorists. Anyone having ever opted out of the full body scanner knows this to be true. And by definition, this is coercion: “the practice of persuading someone to do something by using force or threats.” The same tactics were used from 2020-2023 for health related reasons.A https://www.yahoo.com/news/know-getting-real-id-090257989.html: "Passengers who present a state-issued identification that is not REAL ID compliant and who do not have another acceptable alternative (i.e., passport) can expect to face delays, additional screening and the possibility of not being permitted into the security checkpoint.” Notice that the words “the possibility” and not the actual guarantee itself, i.e., coercion. And coercion is one of the main red lines in the sand for any constitutionality of the REAL ID in the first place, because the anti-commandeering doctrine of SCOTUS prohibits federal authorities form compelling states to enact or administer federal programs - also, see Fourth Amendment and Tenth Amendment, which reserves powers not specifically delegated to the federal government to the states and people. This can be avoided by outsourcing the whole thing, including the database. Each state has a motor vehicle department which collects and stores the data for REAL ID and EDL or EIC. All of that data is this shared with the private nonprofit American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), run by boards, directors, and other agency affiliations related to the DMV in each state. Also, non-governmental entities, including corporations, nonprofits, local governments, and individual law enforcement agencies, that align with AAMVA's goals but do not have voting rights in governance, run the AAMVA. As of May 21, 2025, reports are making the rounds that the https://www.usatoday.com/story/travel/news/2025/05/21/tsa-airport-security-privatization/83767563007/?fbclid=IwY2xjawKd599leHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETFvaEh4VWJ3RmJadVFVdUhBAR5FprsNQe5xs23YIi93GovLHkVz87_r7qfnoNZEfe15q7-Oznos2DTb5Lwmeg_aem_Uo91GFvr1c-9wZtd0-Rxag. The REAL ID has never fully been challenged due to political compromise resulting in delays, and states slowly adopting the standard. It's not illegal if states and people adopt the policy themselves through a sort of drawn out coercion of threats and the thought that it will never be fully implemented anyways after twenty years. Proponents, of course, argue that it keeps the country safe, linking the lack of these national ID cards to the cause of 911 - argued for under the Commerce Clause and Necessary and Proper Clause. As https://www.yahoo.com/news/real-id-america-now-national-110039671.html, however, “With REAL ID, America now has National ID cards and Internal Passports.”Interestingly, the original bill specifically says the Secretary of Homeland Security can expand the use of REAL ID for “any other purposes” they “shall determine,” with no other authorization. When you https://www.dhs.gov/archive/real-id-public-faqs, they say “No. REAL ID is a national set of standards, not a national identification card. REAL ID does not create a federal database of driver license information. Each jurisdiction continues to issue its own unique license, maintains its own records, and controls who gets access to those records and under what circumstances. The purpose of REAL ID is to make our identity documents more consistent and secure.”In other words, it's not a card but a standard; its not a federal database, but a state database that links to a nonprofit controlled by the federal government; it's about privacy, even though the records are collected as part of a drag net of coercion and threats; it's about ensuring consistency, but each jurisdiction issues its own “unique license” like they always have. Of course, none of this is discussed, debated, or even known by the public. Instead, they read heartfelt stories about https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/opinion/a-challenging-real-id-process-is-stranding-immigrants/ar-AA1F7FE9 who are essentially exempt anyways if they have a permanent resident card, border crossing card, foreign issued passport, immigration services card, and the like. Or they hear about https://www.yahoo.com/news/watch-fake-real-id-sites-164059826.html targeting travelers, as if the “real” REAL ID isn't itself a scam and unconstitutional, which is probably the main reason that DHS says https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-homeland-security-chief-says-travelers-without-real-id-will-be-allowed-fly-2025-05-06/” even without it. So what's the point? It's more extortion for profit (like TSA pre-check), security theater (like hygiene theater in 2020), coercive tactics to enforce compliance with illegal and unlawful dictates (like masking), and another step in criminalizing law abiding citizens (like the https://www.newsweek.com/what-quiet-skies-details-about-secret-flight-spy-program-revealed-1047915). Even the name is a scam, the “REAL ID” as opposed to all those fake sate issued ones by the same states that are now going to be forced to issue the true REAL ID. We unpack his Supreme Court victory in Mack/Printz v. U.S., his crusade against Real ID, and how sheriffs nationwide could bolster Trump's deportation plan despite activist judges. Mack also shares real‑world wins from the Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association and lays out a three‑point roadmap every patriot can follow to defend liberty at the local level. Buckle up—this episode is a masterclass in reclaiming constitutional power, one county at a time.Get the stories from today's show in THE STACK: https://justinbarclay.comKirk Elliott PHD - FREE consultation on wealth conservation - http://GoldWithJustin.comJoin Justin in the MAHA revolution - http://HealthWithJustin.comTry Cue Streaming for just $2 / day and help support the good guys https://justinbarclay.com/cueUp to 80% OFF! Send us a textIf today's Pentagon brief were a movie, it'd be a dark comedy with no budget and a glitchy drone trying to play hero. Jared returns with another savage rundown of everything broken in military bureaucracy—from the $18B PCS debacle to the Air Force accidentally playing bumper cars with drones mid-flight.We're talking Space Force funding so bad it's practically space homelessness, transgender policy whiplash, B-21 bombers being bought like Costco bulk snacks, and a DoD so addicted to credit it'd make Congress blush. Add in China flexing its missile game and our response being “eh, maybe 145 bombers will fix it,” and you've got today's briefing. This episode's got radar bombs, hurricane hunters, lost civilian jobs, and a new Air Force Secretary who hopefully doesn't suck at graduation speeches.
The Trump administration is ending federal oversight of police departments through consent decrees in Minneapolis and Louisville. Those are the locations of the high-profile police killings of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor five years ago that captured the nation's attention on the issue. President Trump's Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon says these consent decrees have been taking policing control away from local communities and turning it over to “un-elected bureaucrats.” Former federal prosecutor Jim Trusty joins the Rundown to discuss police oversight since the summer of 2020 and the battle over the Trump administration's latest deportation enforcement plans. The unofficial start of the summer travel season is this weekend, but the Federal Aviation Administration predicts that a record number of people will fly on Tuesday. This report comes after prominent travel delays caused by flight issues at Newark Liberty International Airport and the introduction of the REAL ID mandate. Travel expert Lee Abbamonte joins the podcast to share tips on how to prepare for your summer vacation and avoid wasting money. It's like “patriot act” or “big, beautiful bill.” *The is the FREE archive, which includes advertisements. So far, President Trump's “drill, baby, drill,” agenda has proven to be a sharp turn from Biden-era climate initiatives, including the landmark spending bill the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). And thanks to President Trump's attempts to claw back control over IRA funds, as well as his recent budget proposal which drastically cuts climate spending, the future of America's fast-growing clean energy economy looks uncertain. “The world is switching to electric vehicles, the world is switching to solar and wind,” said Christopher Knittel, economics professor and associate dean for climate and sustainability at the MIT Sloan School of Management. “And the less we do domestically, the less capability we build domestically to provide those clean energy resources, the worse off our industries will be in the future.”Knittel explains President Trump's efforts to phase out Biden-era climate initiatives, why some Republicans are reluctant to get rid of the IRA entirely, and why the U.S. getting left behind in a world committed to decarbonization poses a threat. The entire congressional agenda is about sophistry and small-ball items with no narrative or vision to take to the voters. Yet when it comes to Real ID, something all voters, including liberals, hate, suddenly there is a rush to implement it after 20 years of delays. We're joined today by Rep. Eric Burlison (R-Mo.), who is one of the few members raising concerns about the Trump administration's implementation of Real ID. As someone who follows the issue of gun registries, Burlison is concerned that a Democrat president will turn Real ID into a mass surveillance state and eventually use it as a global ID that could lead to policies like vaccine passports. This is part of a broader anarcho-tyranny whereby our government casts a wide net around civil liberties under the guise of security but then fails to actually deliver when it comes to security issues. Burlison also warns that leadership is telling the RINOs the spending cuts are not real or will be gutted by the Senate. Finally, we discuss the disturbing decision from the Trump DOJ to keep Biden's dangerous abortion pill regulation that turns every mailbox into an abortion clinic and plans to fight red states seeking to overturn it.
