Holy Thursday has a way of “breaking through” our usual routine—especially when the liturgy makes the silence loud. In this episode, Joe Rockey shares a vivid Holy Thursday experience: the deliberate movement of the Eucharist away from the main tabernacle to an altar of repose, the audible finality of doors closing, and how those sensory moments help us feel what's coming—Gethsemane, abandonment, fear, and the Passion.Father Boniface Hicks explains the Church's intent: Holy Thursday begins one long liturgy that stretches to the Easter Vigil. The Eucharist consecrated on Holy Thursday is the last new consecration until Easter; Good Friday has communion without a new consecration. The altar of repose represents the Garden of Gethsemane—often decorated like a garden—and invites the faithful to “stay awake” with Jesus in prayer, traditionally until midnight when the Blessed Sacrament is removed and hidden, symbolizing Jesus' arrest and imprisonment.From there, the conversation turns deeply practical: prayer isn't supposed to be one clean emotion. Here's what he covers this hour: Supreme Court have found that president Trump is not allowed in Colorado for the upcoming presidential election Historical background of the 14th amendment and how it applies on the upcoming election. "That amendment was written to limit the power of the states." Section 3 of the 14th Amendment: "Anyone who ‘engages in an insurrection or rebellion against the Constitution of the United States' is not entitled to another chance at the presidency"? Does "insurrection" means the civil war and does the president fall under the definition? President, Vice President and Civil Officers. What are their powers? "President can not be an officer of the United States."

Here's what Nick Reed covers this hour: El Salvador President Nayib Bukele condemned the United States on Wednesday after the Colorado Supreme Court blocked former President Donald Trump from the state presidential election ballot on Tuesday evening. California's lieutenant governor published a major error in her letter urging the pursuit of options to knock former President Trump off the state's primary ballot. Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis incorrectly said United States citizens must be at least 40 years of age — the actual required age is 35 — to be eligible for the presidential ballot. The Colorado Republican Party is planning to withdraw from the state's primary election and move to a caucus system if the ruling against former President Donald Trump stands. Republicans are now teaming up and suggest removing President Biden from the ballots. New York City Democratic Councilwoman-elect Susan Zhuang used modern technology to her advantage by answering a news outlet's questionnaire with the help of artificial intelligence, and it left her former opponent outraged. A group of Michigan veterans are calling on a Democrat running for Congress to apologize for wearing part of a U.S. Army-issued uniform during a Veterans Day event despite having never served in the military.

Biden was in Milwaukee earlier this week and during the event, he said “I come from a state that has the eighth-largest Black population in the country, and as they say the saying goes where I come, you brung me to the dance early on!”

The White House released a combative statement from President Joe Biden Wednesday on the "Baseless House Republican Impeachment Stunt," claiming that "even Republicans in Congress admit [the inquiry] is not supported by facts" and that the American people "need their leaders in Congress to take action on important priorities for the nation and world." The House Oversight Decimated President Biden defenses in a brutal thread that laid out the specific evidence against Joe Biden.

Vivek Ramaswamy started off the third Republican presidential debate by turning the tables on the NBC panel hosting the event. NBC's Lester Holt tried to fact check Republican South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott in real time during Wednesday night's GOP presidential debate but failed after Scott corrected him. There was a Republican Debate last night. The big takeaway was Nikki Haley calling Vivek Ramaswamy "scum."

Palestinians and their allies have justified and even celebrated Hamas's Oct. 7 massacre in Israel as a blow against Jewish oppression. But the 2 million Arab citizens of Israel have overwhelmingly responded by drawing closer to the Jewish state. Iranian backed Hamas landed yet another rocket on an Israeli hospital in Ashkelon this week, causing damage and threatening the lives of patients. Anti-Israel representative Rashida Tlaib (D., Mich.) is connected to at least “six terror-linked activists who all served as cohosts for fundraisers for her 2018 congressional campaign,” according to a report from a watchdog group. On Wednesday, the House Ways and Means Committee voted to release new documents from IRS whistleblower testimony confirming that Hunter sold access to his father Joe via the “family brand.” The documents revealed Hunter was selling the ‘Biden family brand' in 23 countries. The U.S. Department of Justice ordered FBI and IRS investigators involved in the Hunter Biden probe to "remove any reference" to President Biden in a search warrant related to a Foreign Agents Registration Act probe, new documents released by the House Ways & Means Committee reveal.
