In 2018 Jeff Daubney and Janis White set out on a path to create a breathwork workshop that combined the teachings of Wim Hof and freediving in order to help clients exceed their previous PR's in the breath retention space and gain a valuable tool for pro-vitality and anti aging. The practical application of breath holding (Wim Hof) allows clients to achieve gains quickly but also hits a plateau quickly due to its non critical nature whereas freediving breath work achieves constant growth due to the nature of the application. As part of each workshop the instructors will speak on the science behind breath holds that relate to anti aging through the processes of autophagy and hormesis backed by Dr Mark Hyman, Dan Brule and others. Because lung capacity has a direct correlation to health span and life span clients are very clear on the "why" of the workshop throughout the process.
