We'll talk unlimited coaches and big recruiting news, but first congratulations to the Tennessee Volunteers for winning the baseball national title. Daddy hats for everyone! (0:00-6:25) Intro - a Comment from Brandon on USC (6:26-9:39) Congratulations to Tennessee on being CWS Champs! (9:40-13:55) Welcome back, Longhorn Network (13:56-27:54) Pete Nakos Joins to discuss coaching rule changes (27:55-33:05) Houston Christian Challenges House Settlement (33:06-34:58) EA Sports Top 25 Tease (34:59-50:03) Steve Wiltfong from the Wiltfong Whiparound Joins! on USC (50:04-57:46) Steve Wiltfong on Oregon (57:47-1:03:39) Alabama with Kalen DeBoer after Saban (1:03:40-1:08:49) Michigan with Sherrone Moore after Harbaugh (1:08:50-1:11:33) Wrapping up With Steve (1:11:34-1:13:00) Conclusion Also, the Longhorn Network -- which made Texas a lot of money but drove a wedge through the Big 12 -- will relaunch as a streaming service when Texas officially joins the SEC next week. Pete Nakos of On3 joins to discuss a potential rule change that would allow teams to have unlimited on-field coaches. The NCAA Division I Council is meeting Tuesday and Wednesday, and it is expected to pass a change that would lift the cap on on-field coaches. That cap currently is 10 assistants. If the change goes through, it could start a mini-coaching carousel as teams either promote analysts to on-field positions or hire extra coaches. Later, On3's Steve Wiltfong joins Andy to discuss a busy week in the world of recruiting. USC recently lost two high-ranked defensive recruits for the class of 2025. One, edge rusher Isaiah Gibson, committed to Georgia Monday night? Could defensive lineman Justus Terry join Gibson soon? Meanwhile, quarterback JuJu Lewis — another USC commit — visited Colorado this past weekend. Alabama is on a recruiting hot streak as well. Meanwhile, Michigan has gone on a run in the past few weeks. Plus, the class of 2026 QB dominoes have started to fall. Want to watch the show instead? Today on the Logan Blackman Show, featuring Brady, we take a look at some of the biggest sports streaming platforms and discuss which ones are the most annoying to us, while also taking some time to make fun of the Longhorn Network. Speaking of annoying, we turn our attention to the Super Bowl, where the Chiefs are annoyingly back for the fourth time in the past five years. With that, we take a moment to preview the game in full, go over Brady's in season emotions regarding the Chiefs, and try and figure out which team truly has the best roster in the AFC. Sticking with the Chiefs, we take a look at some of their current needs and discuss what positions the team could look to target during the 2024 NFL Draft, especially after Kadarius Toney recently said he's a number one option. Onto quarterbacks, where Brady reveals two top 10 quarterback list(s) that he and his fiancé, Carley, made before we started recording, while also comparing it to my list from last Friday. Finally, we turn our attention to soccer, as the 2026 World Cup venues have finally been announced, with the final being held in New Jersey, of all places. With that, we also take a look at the upcoming Copa America tournament, and try to figure out how well the US could fair this summer. Enjoy!

Hi friends! It's Week 3 of the college football season and, well, let's just say the schedule isn't quite as enticing as the past two weekends have been. So much so that AJ has declared this weekend “Be A Family Person Weekend,” and given himself the week off. Crappy and Carla are … kind of in agreement. So instead of a normal show this week, we shift into “Games We Care About” mode and get a little personal. Before that, Carla recaps what was a fairly chaotic Week 2, thanks to a bunch of weather delays (Did Notre Dame/NC State ever end?) and a pretty impressive slate of evening games. Crappy, meanwhile, offers Carla a pop quiz. We also get our first Big Red Bears Report of the year as Cornell (and Crappy's nephew, Drew Powell) kicks off its season this weekend. Hooray for the return of Ivy League football! Here are the games that Crappy and Carla care about this weekend: No. 7 Penn State at Illinois (Big Nude, FOX): The Nits offense has been spectacular. This is a game to check the defensive side of the ball. Iowa State at Ohio (Noon ET, ESPNU): A Power 5 school travels to Athens to face what has become a stellar Ohio defense. Raise that flag, Bobcats! Cornell at Lehigh (Noon ET, ESPN+): Seriously, you want to watch Jameson Wang play football. He's super fun. Go Bears! Western Kentucky at No. 6 Ohio State (4 ET, FOX): A weird start time for this one, but the Bucks should get some good reps before a big game next weekend. Murray State at MTSU (7 ET, ESPN+): Middle just couldn't quite finish off Mizzou last week. They should handle Murray in their home opener. (Also, listen to Jake Rose call a football game!) We're also both always excited about the return of the Backyard Brawl – Pitt at West Virginia (7:30 ET, ABC). This game's at night in Morgantown. Weird things are going to happen. Other games that have Carla's attention are No. 14 LSU at Mississippi State (Noon ET, ESPN), No. 15 Kansas State at Missouri (Noon ET, SECN), and Minnesota at No. 20 North Carolina (3:30 ET, ESPN), as we'll start to see which of these teams are for real this season. Also, just for fun, Wyoming at No. 4 Texas (8 ET, Longhorn), because this might be the last chance you have to watch a game on the Longhorn Network. Crappy, meanwhile, is maybe a bit too interested in Central Michigan at No. 9 Notre Dame (2:30 ET, Peacock), as he starts to look ahead to a huge game in South Bend next weekend. So, yeah, the schedule's a bit lighter. But you should still watch college football. As we all know, it's weeks like this when weird stuff happens. We'll be back to our normal programming next week. Cheers, yinz!

College Football insider Ross Dellenger joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about where the SEC will go next with realignment, TV Network battles for schools, and Notre Dames future live in the BankPlus Studio. Bo asks Ross if he believes the SEC will throw down for North Carolina and Ross talks about the deals that are in place in order for the ACC to make sure they don't go anywhere. Ross talks about how states that don't have SEC schools are more attractive in terms of addition than schools like FSU and Clemson. Ross mentions that the battle for new schools would mainly be between ESPN and Fox rather than the SEC and the Big 10. The guys break down North Carolina and how the athletics, as well as the campus, fit the SEC but the academics fit the Big 10. Bo asks Ross if he believes the Big 10 jumped the gun when adding teams and Ross believes that the recent news has shown who runs the show in this era. Ross thinks that the fall of the PAC 12 is a bad sign for collegiate sports. Bo asks Ross on the future for Notre Dame and Ross says that the Fighting Irish is close to a deal with NBC. Steve says that although the unit is fairly newer, the team is probably right where they want to be at this point in fall. Steve tells Bo that he thinks MSU will run the ball about 50% of the time, a huge jump from last season.College Football insider Ross Dellenger joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about where the SEC will go next with realignment, TV Network battles for schools, and Notre Dames future live in the BankPlus Studio.
