We chat with Tonda Ros (Dogubomb) one year after the release of his genre-blending room-drafting puzzlebox sensation, Blue Prince. Our discussion covers Tonda's year as the game's representative in the world; his inspirations across digital, analog, and tabletop works; cultivating player appreciation for virtual spaces; managing player hunches through playtesting; balancing lore with puzzle mechanics; comparing game development with filmmaking; and so! much! more! Kind of like the game itself, we just keep going. The Draft Room is back and catching up on everything that piled up during the brief hiatus — and there's a lot to get to, Pack Nation. Ryan leads off with Dominique Orange ("Big Citrus"), who held a private workout attended by 10 teams — including your Green Bay Packers — and showed elite lateral movement before pulling up with hamstring tightness at the 35-yard line. Is he a Day 2 lock? And just how serious is the NFC North's trench arms race? Then it's a full tour of the draft landscape: Defensive Tackle: Peter Woods disappoints at his Pro Day; Xavian Harris goes under the knife and craters to a late-round grade Offensive Tackle: The Fano vs. Maui Noah debate at the top, Caden Proctor emerging as a potential left tackle solution for the Lions, and why the Chiefs may hold the key to the whole board Cornerback: Mansoor Delane drops a 4.38 at LSU's Pro Day, erasing speed concerns — could he go as early as Pick 7? Tight End: The class is in trouble. Max Claire, Joe Royer, and Michael Trigg all raise red flags — with Trigg drawing serious character concerns after a lackluster showing and a troubling track record Quarterback: Why Cam Ward skipping the Combine was actually a high character move — and why the Raiders aren't flinching at Pick 1 Plus, Ryan breaks down intel from Jordan Schultz suggesting 2026 could be one of the most trade-heavy drafts in recent memory — and what that means for teams looking to move up or down in Round 1. Ryan also gives an update on nfldraftgrades.com — his deep-cut draft guide covering prospects, team notes, and the latest news — now co-built with his son, who may be making his on-air debut soon to break down prospects and Packers fits.

Red River Valley Today - with guest Keep Paris Beautiful Executive Director Julia Trigg Crawford - Eric talks to Julia about the Great Paris Trash Off coming April 11th. 1. Many (if not most) are very down on this year's RB class. Mel Kiper, Jr. says he believes there are only 3 or 4 RB's maximum that are worth a top-100 pick. That said, others, including friend of the program Bill Carroll, say that this RB crop isn't as bad as many think. What are your overall thoughts on the 2026 RB class? 2. Since 2017, five RB's have been selected in the top-10: Leonard Fournette, Christian McCaffrey, Saquon Barkley, Bijan Robinson, and Ashton Jeanty. Jeremiyah Love will obviously become the sixth this year. In what order would you rank those six RB's as prospects, and why?3. Why do you have Mike Washington, Jr. as RB2 in this draft as opposed to Jadarian Price? 4. What makes Jonah Coleman worth a Day 2 pick? 5. Based on what you saw on film, what makes Michael Trigg the TE1 in this draft over Kenyon Sadiq? If it weren't for his maturity issues, do you think more NFL teams would have Trigg higher than Sadiq on their boards? 6. Do you think Sam Roush's historically short arms for the TE position automatically disqualify him from playing in-line at the NFL level?7. Would you be surprised if Oscar Delp ends up being selected in the top-100, if not the top-75? 8. Buy or Sell-Emmett Johnson (late round 3/early round 4)-Le'Veon Moss (late round 3/early round 4)-Nick Singleton (early-to-mid round 4)-Roman Hemby (early-to-mid round 4)-Demond Claiborne (mid-to-late round 4)-Kaytron Allen (late round 4/early round 5)-Seth McGowan (early-to-mid round 5)-Rahsul Faison (rounds 5-6)-Noah Whittington (rounds 6-7)-Eli Stowers (early-to-mid round 2)-Max Klare (late round 2/early round 3)-Jack Endries (late round 3/early round 4)-Joe Royer (late round 3/early round 4) -Justin Joly (late round 3/early round 4)-Nate Boerkircher (early-to-mid round 4)-Tanner Koziol (mid-to-late round 4)-Eli Raridon (late round 4/early round 5)-Riley Nowakowski (rounds 5-6)

This week on Sustainability Now!, your host, Justin Mog, plows the fertile soil of sustainable food systems with Joe Trigg, co-founder of My Farm Exchange (https://www.myfarmexchange.com/), a farm management platform designed to help farmers and gardeners reduce waste and operate more efficiently. The platform includes integrated management tools as well as a built-in virtual farmers market. Joe has extensive experience in urban agriculture and small-farm sustainability, and ran the Farmers2City Connection (F2CC) CSA from a farm in Glasgow, KY (Barren Co.). He is also a former candidate for Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner. Tune in for a rich conversation about the current state of farming and the agricultural landscape, particularly in light of the potential ripple effects of tariffs on our food supply. Then we dive into sustainable urban farming and the silver-lining possibilities of the urban heat island effect and microclimates in the city. You'll be inspired by the tremendous potential we have to meet both household food needs, and to generate much-needed income for urban growers. Learn about local street market days, and the importance of local commercial kitchens and packaging facilities to add value and ensure year-round access to local food. As always, our feature is followed by your community action calendar for the week, so get your calendars out and get ready to take action for sustainability NOW! While at this year's Magic At The Beach convention in Myrtle Beach, SC, one of the magicians who performed was my friend Trigg Watson. Trigg has performed on America's Got Talent [sic], Penn & Teller Fool Us, Masters of Illusion, just to mention a few of the television shows where he has appeared. He prefers performing in theaters where he has access to a large stage, a stage crew, and a strong Wi-Fi. He is best known for his avant garde performances employing high tech that is on the leading edge. He finds ways to present new technology in an entertaining way that looks like real magic. Throughout the ages, magicians have been in the forefront of using “modern” technology in their magic acts, but it is getting increasingly more difficult in today's world with our rapid communication. Everyone is getting “up to speed” much faster than in earlier times. View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize View fullsize This week Trigg Watson shares his philosophy behind his act and how he keeps up with modern trends. He also discusses social trends and how media and magic has (and will) change. He always seems to keep his magic “fresh” meaning that he has to keep on the leading edge of technology before the rest of his audience has gotten there. Paul Black and Mike Trigg from WCM Investment Management are both past guests on the show who have taken an investment philosophy focused on culture and moat trajectory to turn a once struggling boutique into a $100 billion powerhouse. Paul came on the show a few years ago when WCM had quietly grown to $25 billion in assets, and Mike joined a year ago to dive into their research process. Their colleague Mike Tian shared another perspective earlier this year when he described applying WCM's moat trajectory discipline to investing in China. In this continued exploration of WCM, we start with the truly unique facts about the firm's rebirth a decade ago and turn to key features of its success, including embracing change, the importance of culture - alongside some characteristics of toxic cultures, hiring practices, telling the truth, integrating new team members, managing turnover, and transitioning leadership to the next generation. Mike Trigg and Sanjay Ayer are Portfolio Managers at WCM Investment Management, a $120 billion investor in growth stocks, where Mike also serves as Co-CEO. I've had the opportunity to chronicle the growth of WCM over the years in conversations with Paul Black, Mike, Sanjay, and other members of the team. Paul first joined the show in 2018 when WCM managed $25 billion, and Mike last appeared four years ago with Paul, describing a piece they had just written entitled How to Build a $100 billion Money Manager. That podcast marked a near-term peak in assets for the firm and subsequently offered a great case study in humility, adaptation, and evolution. In this conversation, we unpack how WCM navigated its most difficult stretch of performance in a long time – what they learned from it, and how they came out stronger on the other side. Mike and Sanjay discuss changes to their investment process, like putting the trajectory back in moat trajectory and searching for the cult in culture, retooling the research funnel, integrating AI as a research partner, and expanding into private markets. As always with WCM, a common thread throughout our discussion is doubling down on the firm's core values to think different, get better, and serve others. This week on The Whiskey Trip, Big Chief welcomes Heath Trigg, the owner and founder of The Heritage Flag Company and the newest sponsor of The Whiskey Trip. Based in North Carolina, The Heritage Flag Company was born from the love of country, craftsmanship, and whiskey. Heath's story is one of passion, patriotism, and purpose — showing how one idea, sparked by service and sacrifice, grew into a national symbol of pride made from reclaimed whiskey barrels. Big Chief kicks things off sipping on Maker's Mark Cask Strength, a bold Kentucky classic full of caramel sweetness and oak spice. Heath enjoys a pour of Basil Hayden 10-Year, refined and elegant with soft vanilla and warm spice. Together, they talk about the origins of The Heritage Flag Company, the meaning behind each handcrafted flag, and how a small gesture of gratitude turned into a movement that honors veterans and heroes across America. In the second half of the ride, Big Chief pours a glass of Leiper's Fork Distillery Tennessee Whiskey Cask Strength, a rich and soulful whiskey from one of his favorite small distilleries, while Heath sips on Elijah Craig Small Batch, a timeless bourbon known for its balance of oak, caramel, and spice. The conversation dives deeper into legacy, creativity, and the shared spirit that connects whiskey-making and woodworking — both requiring patience, heart, and a respect for tradition. Heath Trigg reminds us that when passion meets purpose, you can build something far greater than yourself. From honoring service to celebrating American craftsmanship, The Heritage Flag Company stands as a testament to pride, perseverance, and patriotism. As always — Take the Ride… With Big Chief.

I've been looking forward to this interview with Lorna Trigg for a while now! Lorna's herbal path was strongly influenced by the practices of the indigenous people who lived near her childhood family farm in South Africa, and she has such a creative and unique perspective that I just had to learn more from her.Lorna shared about a plant that she has known since childhood, the beautiful passionflower (both the Passiflora edulis she grew up with in South Africa, and the Passiflora incarnata that called to her as an adult here in the United States). She shared her insights on what passionflower is perhaps best well-known for—its benefits for sleeplessness, which I took advantage of the very night after the interview!—as well as many other gifts of this gorgeous plant. Not only does passionflower make great medicine, it has delicious fruit, too! I can't wait to try them in Lorna's recipe for Soothing Passion Flower Custard Cups. You can download your beautifully-illustrated recipe card here.By the end of this episode, you'll know:► How the growth patterns of passionflower echo its medicinal benefits► What makes passionflower such a wonderful herbal ally during menstruation► How to work with passionflower to calm a busy mind and get better sleep► The fascinating relationship between ants and passionflower► and so much more…For those of you who don't know her, Lorna's formative years were steeped in her grandmother Verster's and her mother Willie's teachings and guidance as a way of life, looking at the natural world of plant allies as the norm for food and healing. Lorna grew up in the tropical rainforest terrain of South Africa's southern tip, and spent summers inland on the savannas of the family farm. She watched and learned from the children of the tribal people how and what plants to use for food or medicine while out in the fields with the sheep and cattle. The tribal Sangomas, which are the shamans and medicine men and women, held a fascination for her. She peeked into their huts and saw bundles of dried herbs, seeds, furs and horns used for divination and healing. And so it began, imprinted from an early age, her curiosity sparked.I'm thrilled to share our conversation with you today!----Get full show notes and more information at: herbswithrosaleepodcast.comFor more behind-the-scenes of this podcast, follow @rosaleedelaforet on Instagram!Working successfully with herbs requires three essential skills.
