If you've been sensing a shift but not sure what to do next, this message was for you. Pastor Rich shared how we can position ourselves for Kairos moments. These are divine, God-appointed windows of time where things align, accelerate, and move forward in ways only He can orchestrate. Here are four ways we're learning to stay in position: Be still — Stop striving. Let your heart slow down and recognize that He is near. Stand firm — Hold on to truth, walk in obedience, and stay grounded in faith. Know He is with you — Even in the battle or the unknown, He hasn't left your side. Praise and give thanks — Worship keeps us aligned and opens the door to more. Take time this week to ask God what positioning looks like for you in this season. He's still speaking. Pastor Rich tells us about how we, as ordinary people, can do great things in God's Plan
The COVID lockdowns pulled back the curtain on every level of our society. We quickly found out who has the courage to stand on principle and who caved to the tyrannical forces of power. In a deeper way, we came to see what our leaders, friends, and family really valued. The results were deeply troubling. For many of us, our faith is our core strength and motivator. It shapes our every action and inaction. As faith is our guide, we need our pastors, our shepherds, to be courageous in the face of the prowling wolves. Unfortunately, we saw a lot of pastors and priests waver in the face of authoritarian policies. In the wake of the lockdowns, there's been a quiet reshuffling as Christians seek out shepherds they can trust to stand strong. As such, the question of whether someone should find another church has become increasingly prevalent. Pastor Rich Lusk discusses this issue with Bryan Dawson, helping listeners evaluate and discern whether they should stay or find a new church home. It's not an easy or light decision and, thankfully, Pastor Lusk gives some great tips and questions we should all consider. In the message, "THE ANOINTED ONE," Pastor Rich Whitter walks through Hebrews 1:9–14, lifting our eyes to the unmatched authority and majesty of Jesus Christ. The writer of Hebrews paints a clear picture—Jesus is not just greater than the angels, He is enthroned above them, anointed with the oil of joy, and reigning forever with unshakable power.Pastor Rich emphasizes the eternal nature of Christ's kingdom, His love for righteousness, and the significance of His divine identity. While angels are ministering spirits, Jesus is the Anointed One—the Son, the Savior, and the seated King. The passage calls us to see Jesus for who He truly is: exalted, victorious, and worthy of our full surrender. We hope this message leads you to worship with greater awe, reminding you that Jesus is not one among many—He stands alone. He is the Anointed One, and His throne endures forever.
In the message, "LOCK IN," Pastor Rich Whitter dives into Hebrews 2:1–3, issuing a sobering and urgent call to pay close attention to what we've heard so that we don't drift. This passage challenges believers to remain spiritually anchored, especially in a world full of distractions, compromise, and spiritual drift.Pastor Rich emphasizes that salvation is not something we can afford to take lightly. If the Old Testament message came with consequences, how much more must we respond to the message confirmed by Christ Himself? The text warns us: the danger isn't always rebellion it's neglect. This message urges you to lock in your focus, your faith, and your commitment to the gospel. Don't drift from what God has spoken. Instead, let this be a wake-up call to stay grounded in the truth, anchored in grace, and fully attentive to the voice of Jesus.
In the message, "Perspective," Pastor Rich Whitter unpacks Hebrews 2:5–10, offering a powerful reminder that what we see isn't always the full story. This passage lifts our eyes from the chaos of the present and anchors us in the eternal plan of God—one where Jesus reigns, even when it feels like everything is out of control.Pastor Rich points to the tension in the text: “At present, we do not yet see everything in subjection to him. But we see Jesus…” In moments of confusion, suffering, or unanswered questions, this is the shift we need—a kingdom perspective. Jesus, crowned with glory and honor because of His suffering, is the lens through which we view our trials, our purpose, and our future. This message calls you to trade panic for perspective. To fix your eyes on the One who endured the cross for you. He's not distant—He stepped into our suffering to lead many sons and daughters to glory. Let this be your reminder: even when you don't see it all, you can still see Jesus. And that changes everything.

Six things can knock us out of position: Dryness of spirit Unbelief Disappointment and sorrow Distraction Shame and condemnation Forgetfulness of identity But God is inviting us to reposition. In the message, "There's No One Like Him," Pastor Rich Whitter unpacks Hebrews 1:1–8, a powerful declaration of Jesus' supremacy. From the opening verses, we're reminded that while God once spoke through prophets, He now speaks through His Son who is the radiance of God's glory and the exact imprint of His nature. Pastor Rich emphasizes that Jesus is not only greater than the prophets or angels He is God, enthroned forever in majesty. This message calls us to realign our awe and affection toward the unmatched authority and beauty of Christ. There is no substitute, no equal, no rival. He is the appointed heir of all things, the Creator and sustainer of the universe, and the only One worthy of our worship. We hope this message lifts your eyes and strengthens your faith, reminding you that in a world full of noise and imitation, there's still no one like Him.
This message concludes our series on The New Family of Jesus. Together, we reflect on one of Jesus' most profound prayers and consider what it means for our congregation to grow deeper in life together. Scripture Referenced: John 17:20-23
In Ruth 4:7–22, Pastor Rich Whitter unpacks the closing chapter of Ruth with a powerful message on redemption, legacy, and divine providence. As Boaz steps in as the kinsman-redeemer, we see a shadow of Christ—our ultimate Redeemer—who didn't hesitate, didn't hold back, and paid the full price to bring us into His family. This sermon challenges us to consider: Are we content to remain anonymous in our faith like the unnamed redeemer—or will we be like Boaz, stepping up with bold commitment, even when it costs us?As we reflect on redemption's cost, we're reminded that God's plans are often bigger than ours—and they always outlast us. From Ruth's loyalty to Boaz's integrity, and ultimately to the birthline of King David and Jesus Himself, we're invited to see how obedience today builds legacy for tomorrow.Let's live like people who've been redeemed—with courage, conviction, and a heart set on eternity.
In this weeks message, Pastor Rich continues the powerful series "Jesus Above Everything!" from the book of Colossians. Focusing on Colossians 1:24–2:5, he unpacks the heresies Paul confronted in the early church—humanism, legalism, mysticism, and asceticism—and reminds us of the central truth: Christ lives in us. Pastor Rich explores Paul's suffering for the Gospel, the mystery of Christ's indwelling presence, and how these truths lead us toward spiritual maturity. You'll hear practical steps to grow in faith, stay rooted in Scripture, and guard your heart against persuasive ideas that drift from the Gospel. This message is both a challenge and an encouragement to keep Jesus at the center of your life and walk in joyful obedience.

In this powerful exploration of Ruth chapter 4, we delve into the profound concept of redemption. The story of Boaz as a kinsman-redeemer beautifully foreshadows Christ's ultimate redemption of humanity. We're reminded that Jesus, our Great Redeemer, 'moved into the neighborhood' and paid the ultimate price for our salvation. This message challenges us to reflect on the cost of discipleship and the responsibility that comes with knowing Christ. Are we willing to step up like Boaz, or do we shy away from commitment like the unnamed redeemer? As we contemplate this, we're encouraged to embrace a childlike faith while developing a mature theology. The sermon emphasizes that true redemption often requires sacrifice and may disrupt our plans, but the rewards of following Christ far outweigh any cost. Let's consider: How can we live as 'blood-bought' people, showing forth God's praises in a world that desperately needs His light?
