On this week's episode, I honor Black History Month as well as the visionary, forward-looking spin on celebrations of Blackness in February, called Black Future Month. We need to do both: look back in history, while dream forward into the future, nurturing the on-going movement for racial justice. And we must face the suffering and trauma of the present moment. I resonate with the quote: “No one is free when others are oppressed”, because it captures that it is not only the oppressed who suffer but the oppressor who suffers for they have been disconnected from their humanity. I share an excerpt from Mandela's “Long Walk to Freedom” that crystalizes this truth. Mandela also highlights how critical it is to look back at history, be mindful of the present and intentionally live into a future that respects and enhances the freedom of others. Enjoy the podcast! The WHO, and thus the CCP, are about to gain full control over the daily lives of Americans. Happening RIGHT NOW. Dr. Tedros is a Marxist. Why are they ALWAYS Marxists? The abortion debate has been quieted by the realization that is has backfired. Gas prices are too damn high. Food prices to follow. My wife Chelsea returns to Truthspresso to talk with me about Critical Race Theory ("CRT"). We look at recent news articles about CRT infiltrating schools and making parents upset. What is a "critical theory"? We see that it's unquestionably Marxism and Freudianism combined. It looks for two classes in history: oppressors and oppressed. What is the goal of a critical theory? We notice that it's end goal is to impose Marxism as a solution to historical ills. We check out the New York Times' "1619 Project" to see how it wants to define U.S. history in terms of CRT. Next, we read parts of the "About" section of the Black Lives Matter ("BLM") website to see that the stated goals seem laudable. However, if words mean how BLM treats them, this mission can have dangerous effects and a never-ending pursuit. We also listen to the viral video from Patrice Cullors, one of the three Black women co-founders of BLM where she said that they were "trained Marxists." Finally, as CRT is infiltrating churches, we turn to the Scriptures to see how our Christian identity and unity is in Christ, not our ethnicity and history. Day 393 of 15 days to flatten the curve. The federal government is spending $60 million a week, there are still millions of unemployed US citizens, and the Biden administration's plan to control immigration is to send money to central America...you know because that has worked so well for decades on end. The South African variant of the Wuhan Flu can "punch through" the vaccine, according to Israel. Oh, look, another reason to be afraid of a virus with a recovery rate over 99%. And how is it that the UK variant or South African variant aren't labeled as racist terms if the Chinese virus is taboo? Patrice Cullors, self-admitted Marxist and co-founder of BLM, has gone on a multi-million dollar real estate buying spree...in predominantly white neighborhoods. Rep. Pramila Jayapal re-introduced the Medicare for All bill last week with a record 112 original cosponsors - up now to 114. We talk about surprise sign-ons, powerful stories from the cosponsoring Reps, the first national endorsement of a hospital CEO, and the epic organizing effort that got us to this stage! Show Notes Representative Pramila Jayapal introduced H.R.1976 on March 17th, with a record number of original co-sponsors on the bill: 112. That represents a majority of the Democratic members of the House. Ben and Stephanie discuss how far our movement has come in just a few years, evidenced by the largest ever co-sponsor list. Thanks to the hard work of advocates, we have gained two committee chairs as co-sponsors: Rep. Frank Pallone (D-NJ-6), the chair of Energy and Commerce, and Rep. Ted Deutch (D-FL-22), chair of the Ethics Committee. Other new sign-ons include Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL-5), Del. Gregorio Sablan (non-voting member, D-North Mariana Islands), and Rep. Tony Cardenas (D-CA-29). A number of freshman members of Congress also signed on: Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY-16), Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-NY-17), Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY-15), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO-1), Rep. Teresa Leger Fernandez (D-NM-3), Rep. Nikema Williams (D-GA-5), Rep. Marie Newman (D-IL-3), and Rep. Sara Jacobs (D-CA-53). The bill launch event, held virtually, wasn't business as usual. Some representatives spoke about their own experiences living without health insurance. A business owner from Pennsylvania spoke about how hard it was to run a business and administer health insurance for his employees. The bill received its first endorsement from a hospital system CEO, Dr. Eric Dixon of UMass Memorial Hospital System. Also, for the first time, a leader for racial justice, Patrice Cullors, co-founder of Black Lives Matter, addressed healthcare as a racial justice issue. Thanks to the work of constituents on the ground and allied organizations across the country, there has been extensive organizing in every district represented by those 112 co-sponsors. Former Coordinator and Regional Field Director for The John Birch Society, Bliss Tew, now serving as Assistant Chair for the Utah Support Your Local Police Committee, discusses the threat to local police posed by Civilian Review Boards. He pointed to the proposed amendment to current Utah Law put forth in House Bill 74 https://le.utah.gov/~2021/bills/stati... in the Legislature, which would allow cities to create independent police review boards over the authority of local Police Chiefs with regard to policy and personnel. He notes how the Communist have pushed civilian review boards for generations as a tactic to break down law and order in order to bring about a dictatorship to restore order. Also he points out that Patrice Cullors of Black Lives Matter has admitted publicly that she is a trained Marxist. Not surprisingly, people associated with BLM and other similar organizations are pushing for civilian review boards. It’s way worse than that. It’s “inspired” by necromancy, otherwise known as witchcraft. One of the BLM foundresses, Patrice Cullors, bragged about talking to the souls of the dead to launch their Marxist movement. Not Samantha from TVs Bewitched witchcraft. The real thing. Abraham Hamilton II made the truth widely know. Abe is a popular radio host, author, attorney, and general counsel for the American Family Association. And as a serious Christian in America who happens to be black (or, as he says, “melanated”) he has unique insights into the underlying motives of certain movements, like Black Lives Matter, that purport to speak for all blacks. Co-foundress of BLM, Patrice Cullors, has admitted that she and her fellow trained Marxists literally summon the spirits of the dead to help them achieve their goals. THE WILDERNESS OF SIN had nothing to do with naughtiness in the desert. It was, in fact, a reference to the moon-god Sîn, which is likely why Moses mentioned the day of the month Israel entered the desert (15th day of the second month, when the moon was full). Likewise, Mount Sinai was probably named for the moon-god. We’ll see further encounters with the moon-god and his followers, the Amorites, through the period of the Judges, with one final showdown about 900 years after the Exodus in the days of the prophet Daniel. The location of the waters of Meribah pose a problem for those who would locate Mount Sinai at Jebel al-Lawz in Arabia. Comparing Exodus 17:1, Exodus 19:1-2, and Numbers 27:14, the location of the strife at the waters of Meribah is confusing unless Kadesh and Sinai are the same place. (We plan a book on this, and we think Kadesh was near Petra in Jordan.) We also discuss the command of God to “blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.” We explain why being forgotten was the ultimate fear of people in the ancient Near East, who believed that one only truly died when one’s name was forgotten. This sheds light on Abraham’s stress at not having an heir, and on this detail from the life of David's son, Absalom: Now Absalom in his lifetime had taken and set up for himself the pillar that is in the King’s Valley, for he said, “I have no son to keep my name in remembrance.”2 Samuel 18:18 (ESV) This is based on the ancient Amorite rite of kispum, a ritual performed at least once a month during which dead ancestors were summoned by name and “fed” with bread and water (or wine) to sustain them in the afterlife, and recruit their help in this life, by keeping their names in remembrance. We connect this to the modern Black Lives Matter movement. BLM’s organizers have explicitly stated that the purpose of “saying their names” is to summon spirits. See the August 19, 2020 program from AFA general counsel Abraham Hamilton, III to hear it from BLM co-founder Patrice Cullors and BLM Los Angeles founder and California State University Professor of “African Studies” Melina Abdulla in their own words. This is not a racial justice movement. BLM protests are occult rituals performed openly on the streets of America, and its roots are the sin of the Amorites who lived more than 4,000 years ago. For details on the Amorite kispum ritual, drawn from peer-reviewed, academic, secular research, see our book Veneration. Join us in Israel next year!
