I was scrolling through threads and I saw this question, and the author was open to hearing actual responses that is why I responded- As a christian is it acceptable to do yoga? Normally I don't engage with content like this as there is so much of that nowadays but she seemed genuinely interested. Here was my response. My question would be if you are concerned yoga will make you lose your Christian faith, how strong is your faith? Yoga can be a tool to deepen your faith and connects you to the divine. What divine? Let's talk about the menstrual cycle and what a Vata imbalance might look like according to your cycle. So I track my cycle every month and now I am about a year and a half postpartum so my cycle is mostly starting to regulate again now I still breast-feed, but usually just right before I put my little one to bed.
