In this podcast episode, Guy interviewed Lisa, who shared her profound journey of spiritual awakening and inner transformation. Lisa, who once identified as a home builder, golfer, and boater, experienced an immense shift that led her to become a proponent for world peace and healing. Her journey began after declaring an end to human suffering and immersing herself in prayer and contemplation. Lisa spoke candidly about her personal struggles, the catalyst that initiated her awakening, and the transformative power of connecting with a higher consciousness. This conversation covered the natural instincts that guided her, her contemplation practices, the physiological experiences during her awakening, and how it altered her perception of herself and the world. Lisa also discussed the challenges and rewards of this path, relationships, and the power of surrendering to a higher power. This episode offers an insightful perspective into the depths of human consciousness and the potential for self-discovery and healing. About Lisa: Lisa Rose is a former home builder, golfer, and boater. After an incredible and life-changing spiritual awakening in February 2016, Lisa took a leap into the unknown and began exploring spirituality and its physiological effects on the body. Below, you can read more about her life and the experience, in her own words. “Feb 2016.  I was sitting upon my bed, legs stretched out.  Suddenly I felt a sublime flash sensation where every particle of my body stood at attention, in recognition as if meeting their maker.  My eyes became clamped shut, something slid back in the middle of my head… very euphoric… then energy began gushing thru my crown.  A holographic image of Ramana Maharshi appeared behind my closed eyes along with a warmth that flooded my heart center and we shared telepathic communication.  After a few minutes the image faded, the energy subsided some 10mins later and my eyes unclamped. 3yrs prior I had declared myself irrevocably done with human suffering.  In resignation I surrendered my body-mind to my Creator and spent much time in intense contemplation of our Divinity… humanity's Omniscient, Infinite & Eternal nature. The experience was followed by 3yrs of Bliss, void of all desires and total detachment from the world, as well as unity with all things, especially earth and nature.  I encountered incredible things during this period which has given way to a complete shift in my perception and a deep sense of Universal Peace. The last couple years I've spent investigating things, mainly the Bliss, and marvelling at the incredible latent transcendent abilities of our body-mind organism.” Key Points Discussed:  (00:00) - Beyond the Surface: Lisa Rose on Exploring Inner Consciousness (00:08) - Lisa's Journey to Courage (01:21) - A Shift in Perspective (03:02) - Turning Inward (04:57) - Discovering New Thought (09:12) - The Power of Contemplation (12:46) - The Awakening Experience (23:21) - A Profound Encounter (30:56) - Exploring the Mind-Body Connection (31:43) - Bridging Science and Spirituality (35:06) - The Power of Surrender (38:12) - Experiencing Bliss and Transformation (41:50) - The Role of Consciousness in Healing (45:15) - Sharing the Journey and Insights (58:24) - Encouragement for Inner Exploration How to Contact Lisa Rose:www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100004071234132 About me:My Instagram: www.instagram.com/guyhlawrence/?hl=en Guy's websites:www.guylawrence.com.au www.liveinflow.co''

The way events in the world are happening at the moment is challenging and brings up a lot for so many of us. As we look for comfort in each other, in ourselves and in community, it is also important to look below the surface of our own lives to see where we are fighting against ourselves. The way forward lies in us being willing to see something different in our patterns and learning to connect to ourselves in different ways. By doing this we create a new way of being together, and can let the old fall away in devotion to something greater that is unfolding.    Ann is here with us today. She's in a place where so many of us are: diving into something new and purposeful, yet there are parts of us that we want to wish away. We think they're wild and untamed, showing up when we really don't want them to. Yet these parts we try to hide are actually the most incredible parts of us, and have so much wisdom to share. They can help us step into a bigger purpose.   In this conversation, we discuss how to find comfort in ourselves and each other, our willingness to explore below the surface, and the importance of pausing and allowing ourselves to be fully present with everything that is happening, in devotion to finding our path forward. I hope this reading reveals for you the true magic of turning inward. Suicide is an intensely emotional event that affects not only the individual who chooses to end their life but also the survivors left behind. Today, we will explore the devastating experience of suicide and its profound effects on individuals and communities.   Dr. Debi sits down with Alexandra Wyman, author of Amazon best-selling book "The Suicide Club," for this week's episode to discuss the sensitive and heartbreaking topic of suicide. Together, we explore the grief and unanswered questions that come with losing a loved one to suicide, offering tools, strategies, and support for healing.    Suicide is a deeply distressing and tragic event that leaves a lasting impact on the lives of those left behind. The emotional impact, unanswered questions, feelings of betrayal, and stigma surrounding suicide make it an incredibly challenging journey for those navigating the aftermath. Alexandra discusses how, unfortunately, when it comes to suicide, the loved ones left behind can often be questioned, blamed, and shamed. This makes the healing process even more challenging. She emphasizes the importance of providing lots of love and support to those who are hurting, without judgment or blame. It is crucial for society to foster open conversations about suicide, provide support, and create a safe space for survivors to heal and find solace.   Each person's healing journey is unique, and it's crucial to find the tools and resources that work best for you. Alexandra shares her toolbox of healing, including a suicide support group, therapy, journaling, exercise, meditation, and more. Remember, there's no right or wrong choice when it comes to healing. Explore different options and find what resonates with you.   Join us for this important conversation and learn how to navigate the complex emotions surrounding this type of betrayal.  Key Takeaways: [00:03:34] Legal action and custody questions. [00:04:05] Questions of blame and grief. [00:07:12] Setting boundaries and grieving. [00:10:31] Embrace emotions for healing. [00:12:00] Spirituality and questioning. [00:15:23] Dreams and connecting with loved ones. [00:18:39] Love and compassion and forgiveness. [00:21:27] Forgiveness as a healing process. [00:23:11] Forgiveness brings freedom and healing. [00:25:48] Finding something to anchor to. [00:28:41] Suicide support group, therapy, journaling. Memorable Quotes "And for me, what was most helpful was just people reaching out and saying, I'm thinking about you. I'm here for you when you're ready. That was great and comforting because at that time, what most people were asking is, what can we do? And I said, the one thing I want no one can do. I want my husband back here. No one can do that. So just being open and available without kind of projecting our own ideas of grief and what an individual would need based off of what we think we would need." – Alexandra Wyman   "And I tell people now, work through, you know, it's horrible to work through those feelings, but it feels amazing on the other side. It really does. I felt lighter." – Alexandra Wyman Links Mentioned In This Episode Website: https://thepbtinstitute.com/forgiveness/ Where To Find Our Guest Website: https://www.forwardtojoy.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/forwardtojoy/

Who We Are with Rachel Lim

“A change in one is a change in millions.” My special guest on this episode is a living, breathing example of his favourite quote (above): Someone who has inspired change in millions when he decided to change himself one summer in 2011. Diego Perez, perhaps better known by you and millions of others around the world as Yung Pueblo through his Instagram account and bestselling books — Inward, Clarity & Connection, and Lighter — uses his beautiful art of words and poetry to help himself and others recognise the power of self- healing, create healthy relationships, and tune in to the wisdom that comes when we truly work on knowing ourselves. His self-healing journey began when, at 23, he thought he had reached the end of his life. A life of constant hard-partying as his way of escaping the sadness and anxiety he was experiencing, and never wanting to be alone with himself to feel difficult emotions, eventually pushed his body to the edge and gave him a mild heart attack. That was his wake-up call to come out of ill-fated patterns which kept leading him back to sorrow and misery. And the only way to come out of it, he realised, was to start telling himself the truth— that something was wrong, and he didn't feel good. So he stopped fighting himself, and started meditating in 2012. That was how it all began. The practice of meditation has, no doubt, changed the course of Diego's life. In our chat, he talks about his personal journey with his practice: The immediate lightness and spaciousness he had felt even after the first time; how it has made a writer of him (“Honestly, meditation is the secret to my creativity.”); the ways it has improved his relationships with others and with himself; and how this scared time he spends with — and within — himself has helped him cultivate self-compassion, awareness, gratitude, and empowered him to choose the narratives of his life. I'm truly grateful for Diego for sharing his wisdom, and with such peace and calm in his energy as always, on what he has learned on his personal growth about reframing our relationship with change (“We're afraid of losing things because of change, but we don't realise that we have gained things because of change.”), focusing on our own internal growth in the face of the many demands and expectations of a fast-changing, noisy external world, how to be more compassionate towards ourselves, unlearn old beliefs by letting go of “trash from the past”, the ideal state to approach life, and why one of the best skills we human beings can learn is the ability to enhance our self love. I could go on and on, but it's best I stop here and let you listen and soak in the beautiful, soulful, inspiring words of Yung Pueblo himself. In this conversation I'm joined by a friend of mine Richard Crazythunder to talk all things Christianity, Jesus, religion, philosophy and what utilities all of those ancient ideas have for living in a modern society of silicone. We touch upon the complexity of our time, and the false security that we crafted in which we say we're a higher order species, yet are unable to handle nuclear weapons, let alone the issues we're ignoring that plastics or pesticides are doing to the earth. While touching upon Shakespeare, Epicureanism and the misunderstanding of what it really prescribes, the teachings of Jesus and how to escape our suffering by way of reaching up for something larger than ourselves. This episode pairs quite nicely with an episode later in this season with returning guest Professor Steel Brand, in which he explains the connection between Christianity and state government. When life gets tough, most of the time, people just want easy answers. So they seek for answers outside of themselves - online, in relationships, at work. And while some external findings do bring forth temporary clarity, it's never the clarity that brings forth long-lasting results. The answers most of us are seeking are answers that are only found when we stop searching outside of us and turn inward. Two years living as a sannyasin (yogic monk) at an ashram and eight years fully immersed in a guru-based, Tantric Yogic tradition, Hilary Jackendoff ultimately came to the realization that she would never find the freedom she was seeking if she kept searching outside of her Self. Ep. 19 | Connie Zweig, Ph.D., Elder, award-winning author, and Shadow expert, has provided us with a rare gift in her recent book, The Inner Work of Age: Shifting from Role to Soul. Upon discovering there was a surprising lack of any information, resources, or even language with which to contextualize the inner work of aging and the crucial rite of passage to elderhood, Connie has given us just that. In this conversation, we come face to face with our own inner ageist shadow character and we learn that if we do the inner work, we can make the all-important shift from doing to being, let go of our roles, begin to identify with our spiritual nature, and open the door of our awareness to further developmental stages. Rather than becoming seniors in decline, Connie illuminates who we can become as elders. “The world needs elders now: for their compassion, their gratitude, their generosity, their skills, their shadow awareness, and their spiritual development. The world is starved for this nourishment.” Recorded on October 6, 2021. “There is a whisper, a restless longing, inside of people for something more.” Topics & Time StampsThe surprising lack of information, language, and context for inner soul work for those of us living beyond midlife (03:44) Connie realizing her own “ageist” bias, and how ageism is internalized from our culture (08:08) The first inner obstacle to overcome on our way to elderhood is the Inner Ageist shadow character (10:06)  Internalized ageism affects our health, cognitive and physical, quality of life, and longevity and becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy (10:44) Challenges that elders face specific to our time (12:15) Aging from the inside out, from “role to soul,” doing contemplative practice and inner work, turning in, is available to all regardless of circumstance (15:32) What practices and spiritual experiences have led Connie on the wisdom path? (19:49) Connie's primary practice now: gratitude (23:07) What can we become, as elders? (24:39) Aging is a crucial rite of passage; it becomes a developmental process if we're open to doing the inner work (28:38) A door opens for us to ask again, Who am I? Who am I now? (31:26) From role to soul: what is the soul? And letting go of our roles (33:07) Differences in the ways masculine and feminine types tend to struggle with letting go of roles (35:58) Holy longing: the calling to be something more and the suffering that is caused when we don't fulfill our higher needs (38:12) Gerotranscendence: a spontaneous movement towards a transcendent perspective as people age (43:31) The shadow defined and the shadow of spirituality (45:32) How can we improve our capacity to work with the shadow? Her early life trauma held her back, but now she's releasing that negative baggage and changing her life; both physically and mentally.  Ann Hince's goal is to reach those people who really want inner change, inner peace, those who have the desire and will to do the inner work. Join us for this continuing conversation around our collective resistance to change. We are continuing the conversation from our last episdoe where we talked about our collective resistance to going inward. Our conditioning has our auto-response turing externally constantly when faced with discomfort, but we know that real change begins and ends with us... so what is the resistance to going inward really about? Is it something else that is causing a resistance to really knowing ourselves on a deeper level, and in turn giving away our power? What are our barriers to living more in line with our true nature? Let's lean into our curiosty, togther, to embrace new and unknown territory. This is how we can reclaim that inner power and break through the resistance and reach higher levels of consciousness in the process. We'll continue to let this unfold beyond what we know and find deepr truth. You won't want to to miss this epsisode! The SHIFT STARTS NOW! ********************************************************************************************** On the SHIFT, we use multiple perspectives to effect positive change within ourselves and our communities. We create a reframe on traditionally accepted norms to generate personal freedom, empowerment, self-love and self-care. We discover new wisdom and learnings by stretching our existing understanding of social protocols, health and spiritual practices, personal belief systems, celebrations and cultural influences. Viewing life through multiple perspectives helps us find new tools and teachings that can support us in healing, in understanding ourselves better, and realizing the potential in our self-actualization. As we journey through perspective, we learn ways to reclaim our power from where we have historically given it away.

Yoga of Ascension

Play Episode Listen Later Sep 6, 2021 23:03

In this September New Moon Energy Update 2021 we discuss the energetic themes for the September New Moon. I major theme of the September New Moon is the incoming energy of fall which is calling us to turn inward. For the past few weeks we've also been experiencing some major purging and upgrading of our solar plexus and throat chakras, which is catalyzing a death and rebirth process for how we show up in the world. Many of us may find we are able to be in the world, but “not of it” most of the time. As we walk the spiritual path we may find we are usually able to rise above our physical circumstances and see the bigger picture. However, that has been very difficult in recent weeks. Around this new moon we are really being called to examine where we are walking our talk, and where we aren't. The places where our life circumstances are out of alignment with our state of consciousness have been very uncomfortable in recent weeks. Especially around livelihood. We can make a lot of progress toward greater alignment between soul and life circumstances by shedding the easy things that no longer resonate and are easy to eliminate. We can drift away from acquaintances, stop hanging out at bars, and stop spreading ourselves too thin with things we never wanted to do in the first place. But after we've let go of the easy stuff, the bedrocks of our lives remain. That often relates to family and livelihood. These are the places where we spend most of our time and energy, and if they aren't in alignment it impacts every other aspect of our lives. No amount of mantras or positive thinking can overcome a fundamental lack of alignment in the foundation of our lives. Sometimes the house with a faulty foundation has to be torn down, the bedrocks torn up and replaced, and built anew. The superficial repairs have been made. We've washed the windows, put on a new coat of paint, and spruced up the front yard. But if the foundation isn't solid and in alignment, the metaphorical house of our lives will not be able to weather the storm. Notice your discomfort. It is your teacher. Notice who your soul is calling you to be. It is your guide. Notice where the foundation is shaky and in need of repair. Notice when things are so out of alignment the only thing to do is tear it all down and start over. We have more freedom than we think. Most of those “immovable objects” in our lives are more moveable than we think. Our own conditioning and obedience to other people's expectations about who we are and how we show up in the world is often the biggest obstacle to change. We have more power than we think. Align with truth. Take off the masks. Rip up the foundations if you need to and start anew. Let go. Have faith and trust. Everything will be ok.

Hello Yogis. Let us take time in this practice for reflection and quiet contemplation. An antidote for all our chronic doing is pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses). As we practice we draw awareness to our breath and consciously remove ourselves from external influences, impressions and suggestions. Physically, this is a complete balanced hip practice. Maryam Abdulmalik supports (mostly) women in meeting their essence and leading their lives from that space. She was born and raised on a tiny island in the Middle East, into a set of restrictions that she later realized would free her. She believes that our ‘cage' encapsulates the roadmap to our freedom and that while mainstream emotional healing modalities are extremely potent in creating transformation, nothing will satiate you on a deep soul level as much as your own medicine. Maryam's primary intention is to guide those seeking deep freedom to consider reckoning with the ‘non freeing force' in their lives to find their true sovereignty. In this conversation, Tami and Maryam jam on: *What even is safety? How do you create safety when physical safety can't be guaranteed? *How Maryam broke free from the oppressive forces she was born into *Taking responsibility for our own healing, even when you want to blame others *Confronting the power that lives within us *How to reckon with instead of avoid *Not apologizing for following an unconventional path To connect with Maryam: Follow her on Instagram @maryamaabdulmalik or visit her website www.maryamabdulmalik.com To connect with Tami: Follow her on Instagram @tamisasson_, visit her website www.tamisasson.com, or email tami@tamisasson.com. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tami-sasson3/support

This week's guest is Nicholas Whitaker, an incredible man with whom I feel blessed to have connected. Nicholas is a Google executive, a coach, a longtime meditator, and a partner creating ripples in all arenas of his life. His vast impact is felt through educating, guiding, and supporting men to come into themselves through mindfulness and meditation practices, self-awareness and self-reflection, and safe dialogue in community, both on the personal level as well as in the workplace.    Nicholas opens up some crucially important conversations in the realm of relationship between men and women, the father wound in men, vulnerability as strength, and repairing and making amends for past harm in relationships.    Nicholas offers ground, ease, and a beautiful articulation of where he feels the gaps are between men and women, and how to come together and mend, heal, and grow.    A NOTE FROM ALISON: The conversation around men, women, and relationships is a growing and awkward edge for me. Diving into these conscious dialogues feels so crucial and is also not comfortable for me as the host. I fumble in my questioning, become tongue-tied in moments and yet it feels important to not edit out my own humanness and the humanness of this conversation on the whole. It feels to be my mission to bridge these awkward and important dialogues so as to bring us together in harmony.   ABOUT OUR GUEST: NICHOLAS WHITAKER For the past decade, Nicholas has leveraged the scale and resources of Google to build high impact educational products, programs, and strategic partnerships, reaching over half a million journalists worldwide. As a lead on the People Development team, Nicholas supports individuals and teams with career and personal development programs, and as a gPause volunteer Nicholas offers meditations, workshops, and a podcast on mindfulness, resilience and mental health awareness.  Outside of his day job, Nicholas supports people struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, distraction, and lack of direction with a mindfulness based coaching program - where clients discover their ability to harness the power of their attention to improve their happiness, productivity, and to make more conscious choices. Ashley is currently in the midst of this transition, personally and professionally (re)shaping her foundation, her lifestyle, and her being. As she begins to fully embrace (and eventually expand on) artist management and express that shift to the world, she is making sure the management first-and-foremost begins with herself. Known for her legendary blogging days, which then led her to some major power plays in the music industry including working with TDE, change isn't foreign for Ashley. But sometimes there is no solution out there: There are no other jobs. The disease has no cure. The relationship strain is unresolvable. The friend who died just isn’t returning. These are the truly difficult times. We’ve talked about pattern interrupts before. It’s a tool we use in NLP to get out of neural ruts, to break out of those processes that we run automatically that aren’t serving us.  A pattern interrupt is a powerful tool for retraining your unconscious mind.  In these days of hunkering at home while we wait out this virus, the universe has basically given us a big ‘ol pattern interrupt! (See my optimistic side coming out here?) Many of us have noticed some less-than-desirable things that, in our normal day-to-day routine, we were blinded to.  Hello, opportunity!  You may be seeing areas in your life where you seem to be stuck. They might be unhealthy habits or thought patterns or just that sense that you know something valuable is missing. You’re seeing, perhaps more than ever, that you’re not living your best life.  How do you know if you’re stuck? Check your…. EMOTIONS. Are you feeling good? Where is your focus? Does what you’re focusing on feel good?   BELIEFS. Identify beliefs that don’t serve you. Remember, you are living the essence of your beliefs.  STRATEGIES. Become aware of how the strategies you’re running (beliefs, patterns, etc.) are dictating your results. If you are feeling stuck, don’t despair, friend!  Now is the time to look inward and to tap into your Superconscious Mind. The Superconscious Mind is also known as your higher self, or your soul. Tap into the part of yourself that holds all your wishes, desires, all the things that you want to achieve. It’s in there. It’s part of you. And it communicates with your unconscious mind. I know what you’re thinking. But, Brenda, if my higher self is in touch with my unconscious mind, why are those good things not my life experience right now?  Remember, the unconscious mind is at the mercy of your conscious programming. That’s why we use the conscious mind to reprogram the unconscious mind. It’s not hard. It just takes some time and repetition.  Back to turning inward… To help you tap into the Superconscious Mind, I have an exercise for you. You could do this exercise focusing on your life as a whole or just around a single area where you feel stuck. Write a list of the things you want in life, including work, your relationships, experiences... Now, using the power of your unconscious mind (which is responsible for involuntary movements), rapidly rank your list. Rewrite your list in the order of importance. Become aware that you are in tune with your unconscious mind by recalling your childhood address or your first-grade teacher’s name -- something that you know lives in the unconscious part of the brain Instruct your conscious mind that your want to open communication with Superconscious Mind. Write, stream-of-conscious style, answering the question, “What is my purpose?” (or it could be a question related to your work/business or something else). Keep writing until you feel empty. Then write, answering the question, “What will living this purpose do for me?” Write until there’s nothing left. Then write, answering the question, “What will me living this purpose do for others?” Write until there’s nothing left. Then write, answering the question, “How will living this purpose make me feel?” Write until there’s nothing left. Put your list away for a while. When you come back to it, see if you can identify anything that you can take action on now. Focus especially on the how-I-would-feel part. Do something that makes you feel that way. Tapping into your higher self is a powerful tool for getting unstuck and moving in the direction you want to go. There is power there. And it’s always with you. You just need to become aware of it.   Thanks for listening!   To share your thoughts: Leave a note in the comment section below Use the “I have a question” button Share this show on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn  Links from today’s episode: Rupert Sheldrake’s banned TEDTalk  Episode 15 -- a resource for identifying negative emotions Make sure you check out our free resources!   To help out the show: Leave a positive review on iTunes. Dr. Krysti has had a life-long dream to help people through a healthcare profession. From a very young age she wanted to be a pediatrician, and then a life-altering fall changed her desired profession. After her fall Dr. Krysti discovered a pediatric chiropractor who not only helped activate her innate healing power, but who also listened to a twelve-year-old and her health concerns! It was this bond that changed her focus to becoming a chiropractor. As an undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Krysti considered various chiropractic colleges, and selected Logan University (formerly Logan College of Chiropractic) in suburban St. Louis to complete her studies. While at Logan she especially enjoyed her coursework in pediatric chiropractic but prides herself in being a family wellness practitioner which allows her to provide effective chiropractic care for patients of all ages. Following her graduation from Logan, Dr. Krysti and her husband decided to return to Wisconsin to begin their careers. Always focused on helping patients and giving back to the community in which she lives, Dr. Krysti opened River Shores Chiropractic in the former West Bend Company factory building in December of 2007. Dr. Krysti has been an active member of over nine community organizations in the area and has provided hundreds of hours of service and workshops to patients and Washington County organizations. We dive deep into her struggles with food and body image and how stumbling across spirituality and embracing a meditation and mindfulness practice helped her heal after years of trying to find something that would work. A belief that Caty and I share is that the answers are within you, not outside of you, and continuing to search for the right way to eat and live outside of ourselves leaves most of us lost and confused. By connecting to her intuition through meditation she was able to find intuition with food, and learn to trust her body. Teresa Ott isn’t afraid of the unconventional. When you find yourself questioning “why are we doing what we are doing”? - just because it’s what's expected - it’s time re-evaluate your answers. When she and her husband started questioning why they needed to have a house at all - they began looking for some out of the box ideas. Living in an RV was supposed to be a temporary transition - but after each started second guessing whether the other would “go for it”, they finally reached the point that they were done! Turning Inward is all about the questioning process and figuring out why you are doing what you are doing and setting your life up to reflect that answers that you want to have to those questions. Show Highlights: The transition out of the traditional life isn’t easy or quick You can’t put your transition on a calendar and make it happen on schedule. When you do what you are “supposed” to do, it puts you in a perpetual cycle of assimilation. Tribalism wants you to fit in and wants you to be like everyone else - but it isn’t your only alternative. It’s ok not to have everything all figured out. Give yourself the whitespace. In order for creatives to create, you have to give yourself the space to create. If we waited to speak until we had it all figured out, we’d miss so much learning from the doing part of the journey. The more you learn about something, the more you realize you don’t know a fraction of what there is to still learn. You have to find people to support you and believe in what you are doing, but no one else can give you the blueprint for your life. Sometimes your relationships will have to shift to accommodate your transitions. Resources: Teresa’s Blog - wanderingporcupine.com AFearlessVenture.com - Teresa’s Business
