We have had to take some really hard and honest looks at our careers over the years. I was a full time working mom with 1, 2 and then 3 kids. Kevin was a work from home dad and also our primary caretaker. Life looks differently now. We both are working part time, and sharing the kid duties more evenly. After all the changes, we both have come out the other side with a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction with our careers.
